We are buying Hitachi ac in flipkart, the installation boy was damaged my rented house water pipeline. Outdoor unit fitting time the installation boy damaged( hole the pipeline) the water pipeline, in that time he managed it's a small issue but after sometime the water is leaking into the pipeline.. installation person was irresponsible..we are suffering this issue with house owner.. please solve my problem

    I ordered 2 pairs of earphones from Flipkart. I received only 1 pair.
    On complaining, flipkart closed my complaint
    3 times saying refund rejected.
    On calling their customer care, they give assurance that the issue will be resolved and on the same day close the complaint.
    There was no investigation into the matter from Flipkart's side, as initially I am given assurance and immediately in a few hours the issue is closed.
    On the box, i see 2 receipts, 1 with my address and Qty 2 and another with a different address and Qty 1
    I am very disappointed with how they have handled my complaint and not given any resolution for the same.

    Flipkart gave me a callback regarding the product and told me that the amount will be refunded back. I received the refund and hence marking this issue resolved.

        I booked a flight through flipkart travel from Ahemdabad to bhubaneswar by Air Asia. The flight was cancelled by airline end .
        Now the airline give the confirmation mail and message that the payment will be refunded with date to you travel partner. They will give the refund.

        But still I'm not able to get my refund amount from 4month.

          I ordered Infinix Hot Ten Mobile from Flipkart via cash on delivery mode. I ordered this phone on 30 April 2021, which was a replacement product, I returned it on 3 May 2021 due to the product being different.Whose order id is OD[protected].Your refund, which has been spoken through Flipkart, will come to your account by 2:00 pm on May 4, 2021.Just said from their side that your refund has been issued But my account has been blocked before 2:00 pm.And I am not being helped by the flipkart.Please help your customer, I am very upset because Rs 9499 means a lot to us.It looks like I can be suicidal I am not thinking about anything, I have come to you, please help me.And I promise no one will buy online products from today onwards.I requested Flipkart a lot but still they are neither getting the account unblocked nor issuing my refund.We have become so upset that what did we say, at least let my refund be released when the product was picked up from me and Flipkart said that my refund was issued, why did my refund not come?Sir, help your customer or else the customer will get suicide.

            I have recently ordered a product from flipkart and later on i found it was fake .
            i raised a complaint saying the so ans so product i have received is fake.
            After 3 days flipkart blocked my account saying, We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login into your Flipkart account.

              I ordered a poco x3 pro on 28 april and its promised delivery date was 30 april. But till date, I havent received my product and When I am asking the flipkart executives, they are simply increasing the deadline of my order. Today is the 7th day, And now I have lost all my hopes of getting my order. Help If you can Ekart. Very dissappointed by your delivery. I dont know where is it and what is its current status. I also checked my order status in both flipkart and ekart but I am losing all my hopes now :(

                I didn't get any product.😠😠 Delivery boy told me that he delivered the product on 3 May 2021 but he didn't deliver my boat headset 242 wired till now. when i order my product the price of product too low and now rate increases.😠Give me same product at same price 😠 otherwise register a complaint against delivery boy.😠😠

                      I have received a e-gift card from BEL but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error

                      No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to BEL & when i called to BEL they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint.

                              I placed an order with flipkart of OnePlus buds with order id OD[protected] and registered number [protected] and received the delivery but when I opened the box the box of oneplus buds was opened and was not sealed pack and was sticked with tape I showed it to delivery boy also and when I opened the box It was not having charging cable and user manual and was also having speaker issue and when I created return it was rejected again and again by the seller
                              So I request you to please help me getting my money back .

                                    I ordered a phone through with following order id: OD[protected] through Flipkart.
                                    I paid for the same through net banking and it got confirmed, i have the digital copy for the same stating that money has been transferred to Flipkart.
                                    But whenever i call them they refuse to acknowledge that any such order has been made and customer care has very hostile behaviour.

                                      Hey this is Nikita Sheth here my loan id is B[protected]A4 from zestmoney .Please help me to cancel it I can't afford it as of now, the product is not available also my mother isn't well and I am single parent too, I can submit doctor's paper but right now can't afford the EMIs, I am about to loose my job too due to leaves.
