I ordered Infinix Hot Ten Mobile from Flipkart via cash on delivery mode. I ordered this phone on 30 April 2021, which was a replacement product, I returned it on 3 May 2021 due to the product being different.Whose order id is OD[protected].Your refund, which has been spoken through Flipkart, will come to your account by 2:00 pm on May 4, 2021.Just said from their side that your refund has been issued But my account has been blocked before 2:00 pm.And I am not being helped by the flipkart.Please help your customer, I am very upset because Rs 9499 means a lot to us.It looks like I can be suicidal I am not thinking about anything, I have come to you, please help me.And I promise no one will buy online products from today onwards.I requested Flipkart a lot but still they are neither getting the account unblocked nor issuing my refund.We have become so upset that what did we say, at least let my refund be released when the product was picked up from me and Flipkart said that my refund was issued, why did my refund not come?Sir, help your customer or else the customer will get suicide.
