On 11th April my flipkart account was blocked, i wasnt able to log in . i called their customer executive and they escalated my complaint . i got an email 1 day later that due to higher number of retrurn my account is being blocked and i wont be able to log in . i tried to reply to the email nut the email was no longer in use . the customer executive gave me another email and i emailed them 3 times since then but havent got any reply . im a plus member of flipkart i have super coins, as well as Rs.950 in my wallet, i have purchased my phone from them last year so my warntee card is also with them . i have contacted the customer executives 10 times but they havent solved my problem i receive the same email again and again, the team who's is handling my matter dont even try to listen my side of the story. theeyb themselve canceled two orders because they were damaged at the time of shipment and i canceled two because i wanted to change mode of payment and i placed fresh orders afterwards.please help me .
