Hi,
I'd booked an Air India ticket through Flipkart on 12 Feb 20. The travel
date was of 16 May 20, but then the pandemic hit globally and flights were
not operational during that period. I waited for the time period and then requested for cancellation in Nov 2020. Flipkart informed me to wait for 180 days to get my refund, now 180 + additional 45 days are over, but i haven't got my refund yet. They keep telling me the same thing that sir your ticket is in 'Cancellation Pending' status. Request Flipkart to take some action and stop keeping customer's money with them.

      I have ordered a product on flipkart on 14th May 2021, and the delivery of the same was on 20th may and they resheduled it to 24th May, that is today. The product has reached my city, Cochin, on 17th May 2021 and till now it is still there and they haven't contacted me . The product is still not out for delivery and I've waited till the promised delivery date.
      Could you please tell me what is the delay and i need the product urgently .
      The tracking ID of the product is in the screenshot attached with this mail .
      This is very unprofessional that you even dont have a contact number for your Motherhub Cochin . Kindly escalate this issue to the relevant persons and expedite the reply

        I have purchased items from flipkart since 5 years.
        recently they block my account of telling unusually high returns from my account they block my account.
        their is no unusually retunes have been made from my account.
        the returns what i have made are like products recieved in damage condition ya recieved different items like this only. And one more thing my flipkart axis bank credit card also link to this account only. Please take necessary action on flipkart and unblock my account .

          I ordered Samsung galaxy M12 on 13th may.
          Order tracking ID-FMPP[protected]
          The product is showing out for delivery from past 4 days but it is still not delivered to me.
          I have called the customer care service numerous times but they don't update me anything about where the product is or exactly when it will be dilivered. Kindly look into the matter.

                  Sir, I purchased via online a refrigerator on 10 may 2021, it was delivered on 14 th may 2021, but till now the item not installed. They also restricted to open the delivered item ourselves. They first promised the installation on within[protected]. They skipped that date and told another date[protected]. Again First told 21st evening 5 clock, then 7 o'clock then 12:59. Again promised on 24 th, till now no one called. Request to give permission too open from home. Refund the installation amount and warranty charge for the item.

                    I ordered redmi 9 power from Flipkart and Flipkart promise me to deliver at 23rd May 2021 but I didn't get my order yet and I also don't able to get any queries off my order I want to know about my order were is my order were is my shippment ther is no call for delay no call for today is some one spacial birthday and give him to surprise and company spoil everything I didn't get my order yet worst service ever I seen in my life a product price is 12999 rs and order id is FMPP[protected] and Ekart logistics is deliver my order there is no contact service off Ekart logistics services order come at near off my address hub but company tall me to take some time for 27 may Flipkart promise me to deliver in 2 days and know the say me wait for more time till 27 may please sir do something against the service and company it's a harrasment sir

                        I purchased headphones with order and Recently one ear peace is not working. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                        The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                          I have ordered an msi laptop from flipkart on 14 th of may, 2021 and the expected delivery date was of 19th of my but it's 23 nd of may today and my order isn't even packed yet. On 18th I asked customer care via chat they said it's some unforeseen issue faced by seller and we are gonna resolve it on 22nd of may. I waited till 22nd of may and then they said the resolution date had been revised to 24th of may.

                            I have booked air india flight from your website an year ago (apr17-2020). Due to the covid, flight got cancelled and refund is still pending.

                                  I had ordered Sony Bravia TV on 2nd May 2021, Order ID- OD[protected] ; I waited for two weeks for delivery and then later asked to cancel the order and requested refund of money based on my phone discussion with Flipkart customer care executive on 13th or 14th May 2021 (you can refer to your records and listen the conversation) as I didn’t want to wait any further and finally bought the TV from showroom. To my surprise, I found that rather than cancelling the order, Flipkart has delivered the order on 18th May 2021 to society tower guard in my absence without even talking to me or not even taking the OTP before delivery. Later I called Flipkart customer care executive, Ms Kanchan Lata Yadav, on 20th May 2021 to reverse pickup the TV and refund my money back but she was not able to action due to system limitation and logged Incident ID: IN[protected] and assured to escalate the matter and arrange call back from her senior leader. But, it is 23rd May 2021 today and no one has given any follow-up call nor any updates against my complaint.
                                  I kindly request to action on my complaint and refund my money back as I had already bought TV from showroom as Flipkart failed to provide delivery on time.

                                    I ordered this smartphone from Flipkart's android application on 11/5/2021 .
                                    The product was delivered to me on 15/5/2021 . It worked fine for 3 days but on the 4th day i.e on 19/5/2021, the display screen suddenly turned black . The phone was still working but the display was not working at all. The smartphone turned useless .

                                    The return policy stated that item can be replaced if the return request is generated within seven days of delivery .

                                    I requested to return and replace the product . It has been a 3 days since i generated the request, i received a call from flipkart's customer care but they just keep saying, the issue will be resolved soon .

                                    Today is 23/5/2021 and i still haven't received any updates.

                                      I am one of the Flipkart plus member and I'm using Flipkart services since from past 3 years and i had ordered many products from Flipkart in the past years and some products i had ordered many times, I have around 1900 supercoins that proves that i m a genuine consumer/user of Flipkart.
                                      But from this long together journey, now, Flipkart had blocked my account and break the chain of our journey.
                                      First of all, In my purchase history, there are few items that i returned due to receive damage product by Delivery partner (ekart). But If high number of returns requests are detected in my account then i want to say that i apologized for this cause and i promise that it will never be repeated or happen again.
                                      Therefore, I Kindly requested you to please unblocked my Flipkart account and reactivate my account as soon as possible

                                        My issue is not resolved yet day by day date is going forward but resolution is not provided yet harassment is going on day by day not replying on mails what is going on don’t know but now I will wait for 28 only then will finally take legal action against Flipkart fraud application.
