श्रीमान जी आवेदन कर्ता ने आपकी संस्था फ्लिपकार्ट से कुछ सामान दिनांक 10/05/2021 को ऑर्डर किया था। जिसका पूर्ण भुगतान ऑनलाइन गूगल पे के माध्यम से कर दिया गया। श्रीमान जी प्रोडक्ट का स्टेटस चेक करते रहने पर आज दिनांक 13/05/2021 को आईटम की डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित थी । परंतु पूरा दिन बीतने के उपरांत भी ऑनलाइन मंगाया गया सामान आवेदन कर्ता को प्राप्त नही हुआ है जबकि ऑनलाइन आईटम आवेदन कर्ता को डिलीवर्ड दिखा रहा है। श्रीमान जी आपकी सेवा दाता कंपनी के माल वाहक एजेंट से जब संपर्क किया गया। तो उनका कहना है तुम्हारा कोई आईटम नही है श्रीमान जी आवेदन कर्ता के साथ फ्लिपकार्ट कंपनी द्वारा फ्रॉड किया गया है जबकि आवेदन कर्ता कई वर्षो से फ्लिपकार्ट से सामान मंगाता आ रहा है। महोदय मंगाया गया सामान ईद पर पहनने के लिए बहन के कपड़े मंगाए थे परंतु कल ईद है तो कपड़े पहनना संभव कैसे हो पाएगा यदि इसी प्रकार कंपनी फ्रॉड करती रहेगी तो भविष्य में मेरे एवं मेरे संबंध के अन्य व्यक्तियों द्वारा सामान मंगाना संभव कैसे होगा। कृपया उचित निराकरण करने की कृपा करें।

    I brought a tws on 8th may and the quality of the product is horrible.
    On the portal there is no option for return and refund. They only offer replacement.
    I reruested customer care to replace and refund but also they tells me it's not on their policy.
    If this is their policy they clearly it's matter of fraud and we should change our policy of procurement on flipkart.
    My only question is that does replacement is the solution for poor quality?

    No, my problem is not solved.
    I got a call from flipkart executive and she also said same about their rubbish policy of not refundable of electronic goods.
    I am not satisfied with their policy because this is a policy to sell poor quality materials on market.
    Very upset with flipkart.

            Items missing in your delivery order no. (Refund ID:[protected]), Canvas set missing.

            I ordered a tripod coloring stand with a setoff Canvas. Hope you will review the order.
            The delivery boy/seller only send tripod stand.
            We didn’t receive the canvas. Please contact and ask the delivery boy.
            Kindly explore the reason of not delivering the canvas set to our address.
            Hope you understand the reason of raising a return request.
            I paid for two items but received only one (Tripod stand).
            Either deliver full order (Tripod stand + Canvas set) or return our money.
            Please take back your tripod stand.
            I request you to please don’t waste our time. We are quite busy and raising such return requests consumes time. You don’t check the order yourself before delivering?
            If again I will have to send mail/return request, I will Cc to your board of directors. It is such an ignorance and then harassment of customers.

              During this covid time, I believe flipkart is trying to take money from customers by giving false information in website and then later sending

              1) Defective product
              2) or Cancelling the product without customer notice.

              I faced both the problem

              1) Order cancelled - Egate K9 Android HD 720 P

              My Egate k9 Android projector order is cancelled mentioning I cancelled it. I never gave a request to cancel. I dont want my cancellation money but rather I want the product delivered within time. After multiple conversation wasting time, end result is same.

              I feel flipkart is cheating on customer money during these touogh time. They are taking people money and keeping it in pocket, taking out the interest of it and then telling the customer the item cant be delivered.

              This way they make money out of customer money. Amazon is not doing this. We need some strict action again this.

              2) Installation of Avante Sound bar delayed.

              I received a defective avante product and flipkart is not accepting the order back saying its not installed by authorized personnel. I waited for the instalaltion person to come and never came to my house for installation. Installation is delayed from Vendor side and why should I take bear the responsibility of it.

              Now when I asked for a replacement, they are saying its not installed by the authorized person. Flipkart doesnt have any commitment towards the customers. Its only one way SLA and rules.

                I have ordered Nikon 5600 dslr with double lenses on 1st of may and received the product on 2nd but with single lens. Hence requested for replacement on same date and i was informed seller will contact me within 72 hours, mean while i have tried to contact flipkart multiple times but as usual with some ### responses they came up. Which surprises me that flipkart can arrange from order processing to product delivery but not keen to show their little interest to approve a replacement request where wrong product has been delivered. Even after giving multiple reminder they are deliberately not contacting seller to get it resolved.

                i was told that flipkart will provide solution brfore 10th of may but till now no response and no progress. Later they have extended the resolution date . This is how flipkart deals with their CUSTOMERs. I have called flipkart more than 100 times and they always said the same. Any way may i know when exactly my problem will be resolved ????

                Needless to say flipkart to stop the CUSTOMER service portal and rather start serving serving from facebook page.
                I think Flipkart you are on right track to fool your CUSTOMERs. Keep up serving in the same way ..
                On a lighter note you change your mind and think you should provide a GOOD SERVICE to your CUSTOMERs then here is my order id OD[protected] have a look and if possible do the needful

                  I deleted my data for some reason but when I logged in again then my account details were vanished, the supercoins which I earned in last 9-10 months all were lost at a time 😭😭.. At the time of logging in I wasn't able to login with my email id & forced to log in with my new mobile number because previous one is out of service.. Please help me to retrieve my old account. (that supercoins were earned by a lot of hardwork 😭😭).. Please Flipkart I request you to do something in this regard.. please 🙏🙏 :'(

                    I am a regular flipkart plus customer and they've blocked my account for absolutely no valid reason on or before 3rd may. My Flipkart account has more than 500+ coins. I also bought the pass for recently introduced flipkart groceries to buy groceries for my family . in the mail they replied they blocked my account because I ordered groceries which is not for my personal use. First of all groceries is for whole family.But if flipkart has problem with that I will never order groceries. But pls unblock my account .it's a request. I'm tired of constantly requesting. Nobody in flipkart customer service helps.

                        Changing a lost account phone number

                        I have lost my mobile number and could not retrieve it. I wanted to change my mobile number for my Flipkart account, but the OTP was sent to both numbers.                           Flipkart first cancelled my order and then on the same day they blocked my account. I have ordered sound core life note headphone with order id OD[protected] first they debit the amount from my cc and then immediately cancelled the order at their own end when I called customer support they said my order is rejected due to bulk quantity but while I am placing an order there is nothing such restriction even the product under buy more save offer kindly stop harassing the customer unblock my account and provide the same order at least one quantity with the same price.

                            On Order Date:[protected] I have purchased my Motorola One Fusion+
                            Twilight Blue and from that day the ear phone point is not working and the phone was hitting due the charger i thought it will be solve but now its not charging there is no damage on charger and USD Wire, I have warranty till next September i discussed with Motorola Team and its been more than 24 hour there is no changes and they said we cant do replacement you have to do from where your purchased so am requesting you please take it as serious issue and do my replacement.

                              I ordered Thomson TV and it got delivered before 6 days. Flipkart assured that they facilitate the ac installation through jeeves. But still date no updates from jeeves and flipkart ppl saying we ll escalate the complaint and issue will be resolved by 14th may. Flipkart doesn't care about the customers once the product is sold. If there is any problem how i ll be come to know if it gets installed after 14th. Really it sucks. Pls help to resolve this issue.

                                I purchased food product banana chips package from flipkart delivered on 01 May 2021, worth 240/-. I noticed that the package was damaged and torn on multiple ends. I raised complaint with flipkart on 02 may, I was told that complaint will be resolved by 08 may but till today nothing done from flipkart !!! This shows lack of empathy that flipkart shows towards customers during pandamic, flipkart is selling items without proper packaging n encourage sellers by not taking action.

                                Flipkart is also cheating customers by only publishing positive reviews but blocking negative ones!! I am attaching the screenshot proof of damaged package

                                I need flipkart to pay me compensation for harassing n cheating by selling a damaged food item

                                    Flipkart videos Quize Zone Ladies vs gentleman not giving assured awards as there is mention that atleast some super coinswill be awarded after completing and claiming of won prizes.but unfortunately it doesn't happen.so wasting so much time in the hope to get some prizes totally unsatisfied me.I sure will lost faith in fllpkart if they don't look into matter as soon as possible.Thank You Flipkart.

                                      I booked an air ticket with flipkart on Aug 10, 20 (PNR H2L8N) which i cancelled on the same date but i cancelled it i called flipkart customer care and they assured me that i will get a full refund. And its been more than 8 months and i still didnt get the refund.i have mailed the, I have talked to 14 customer care executive and have provided my bank details already but nothing seems to work.

                                      It looks like flipkart like to torture their customer and to waste their customer's time and like to play around with them. It seems like flipkart dont want to give the money back. And if that is the case then i have to take legal action against it for torture, fraud and not giving my money back.
