I have ordered a product on Flipkart. After few day i got a mail as the product has been delivered. But i haven't received any such delivery. This is the second time I'm facing the issue. Without delivering the product how come they say that it has been delivered.

When i try to contact customer care they will respond and will inform it will be resolved, but my old product which is still not delivered issue is not resolved. And I'm facing same issue now.

I request you to do the needful.

    Delivery fee for Grocery items for Plus members

    Hi,
    In Flipkart Plus page, it is mentioned that shipping charges will be waived off for grocery orders in case minimum order value specific to the city where the order needs to be delivered is met.

    For my city, minimum amount to deliver the item is 600 and 1200 is required for free delivery. So, for plus members shipping fees should be waived off if order amount is more than 600 as per the above statement. But shipping...

    Item value showed: Rs. 570
    Purchased with discount: Rs. 410+49 delivery charge

    Original MRP found on the product:
    Rs 360

        I am Hari krishna, i bought a Marq washing machine from flipcart in the month of June 2020, it's not working properly, so I registered a complaint one week back, one of your customer came and checked, that day the problem was not solved and told him to come on next day.No response from him, and I called up many times, He wasn't lift the phone.so solve my problem as early as possible.

          I had the flipkart pay later limit of 5k, i had purchase the product through flipkart pay later and later repaid using my debit card.
          After 2 days i decided to return the product but till now i haven't got any refund as refund value will cross pay later limit.

            Order ID - OD[protected]

            I had ordered for for a hitachi 1.5 ton ac on flipkart which was delivered on 29 April.

            The installation happened on 1 May and there was a lot of noise from the ac fan and also there was water leakage and the horizontal swing is also not working.

            The technician told me that the produ t was faulty and needed to be replaced.

            I raised a replacement request and it is showing that the product will be replaced by 18 May.

            If I purachase a new ac of the same brand and model they are delivering it in 1 day.

            I need the ac as my parents are old and they cannot bear the summer weather.

            Can you help resolve the issue and replace the product in 2 days time.

              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. mail id is not changed

                Keep changing delivery date on regular basis,
                not delivering product, even they dont provide ekart delivery contact number.

                  Now i am feeling very seek and looking for a consumer helpline the best way to get my order back.
                  I have purchased a product (name called as TCL 126 cm (50 inch) QLED Ultra HD (4K) Smart Android TV Handsfree Voice Control & Dolby Vision & Atmos (50C715)) on dt. 21.04.2021 from flipkart online website with a sbi credit card of rupees 15, 729/- (sbi card number XXXX XXXX XXXX 7832) which means full amount i have already given to flipkart in advance.
                  My order delivery schedule 07.05.2021 was not received. Suddenly Flipkart no intimation order cancelled on 27.04.2021. As per many of my requests to flipkart each and every time flipkart customer care says seller updated the message like due to price error this happened. So he cannot process the order and requested flipkart to cancel the product. And flipkart executive stated that they will give 1000/- of gift voucher as a compensation.I says that gift voucher rejected, I want only my order. they didn’t resolve my issue till 27.04.2021.please me help sir.

                        I first ordered from Flipkart but there was a slight default so I returned it.Then I waited for the refund but the refund has not come in the bank yet.Then I contacted Flipkart and he told us to check in the bank, Our transfer here has been successful.

                          I have ordered realme 7 mobile phone to gift it to my son on 24th April and expected delivery date was 28th Feb . I made payment online and tracking my order on 28 April my order received to my nearest flipkart hub at 3.57am but from 28th April status is same. I have contacted customer care many time but everytime got the same answer that team is working on it and you will get your order soon.
                          I have written several mails to flipkart officials but they even not bothered to revert on my mail . I must say pathetic service by flipkart and very unprofessional way of working.

                              Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                              I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.
