During this covid time, I believe flipkart is trying to take money from customers by giving false information in website and then later sending
1) Defective product
2) or Cancelling the product without customer notice.
I faced both the problem
1) Order cancelled - Egate K9 Android HD 720 P
My Egate k9 Android projector order is cancelled mentioning I cancelled it. I never gave a request to cancel. I dont want my cancellation money but rather I want the product delivered within time. After multiple conversation wasting time, end result is same.
I feel flipkart is cheating on customer money during these touogh time. They are taking people money and keeping it in pocket, taking out the interest of it and then telling the customer the item cant be delivered.
This way they make money out of customer money. Amazon is not doing this. We need some strict action again this.

2) Installation of Avante Sound bar delayed.
I received a defective avante product and flipkart is not accepting the order back saying its not installed by authorized personnel. I waited for the instalaltion person to come and never came to my house for installation. Installation is delayed from Vendor side and why should I take bear the responsibility of it.
Now when I asked for a replacement, they are saying its not installed by the authorized person. Flipkart doesnt have any commitment towards the customers. Its only one way SLA and rules.
