I didn't get any product.😠😠 Delivery boy told me that he delivered the product on 3 May 2021 but he didn't deliver my boat headset 242 wired till now. when i order my product the price of product too low and now rate increases.😠Give me same product at same price 😠 otherwise register a complaint against delivery boy.😠😠

      My product Order id OD121670879994665000 Tracking id FMPP0749585760 Is arrived at flipkart Facility on 2nd May 2021. Today's is 7th May and it's not showing any delivering status. I don't know what's the problem. Please tell when will I get my order. And what is the reason why is it so late.

        I have received a e-gift card from BEL but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error

        No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to BEL & when i called to BEL they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint.

          And even I can't talk to the customer care (Ekart)service as it is one way number

                I placed an order with flipkart of OnePlus buds with order id OD[protected] and registered number [protected] and received the delivery but when I opened the box the box of oneplus buds was opened and was not sealed pack and was sticked with tape I showed it to delivery boy also and when I opened the box It was not having charging cable and user manual and was also having speaker issue and when I created return it was rejected again and again by the seller
                So I request you to please help me getting my money back .

                    I placed a mobile infinx Hot 10 (₹9499)order on Flipkart on 30 April 2021 Which was delivered to me on 1 May 2021, due to being a different product, I returned it on 3 May 2021.When I looked at my account at 2:00 pm, my account was showing a block and when I saw the details of my bank, my refund was not there in it.My Product Order ID OD[protected].I am not being helped by Flipkart, I am being harassed.How many times have I contacted Flipkart to issue my refund of Rs 9499 but nothing is being answered on behalf of.Where all those people are strong and I need money, people are helping others in lockdown but Flipkart is not helping me here.Please request you to get my refund of ₹ 9499 and compensation for the way I have been harassed.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                      Dear Sir,

                      I ordered a phone through with following order id: OD[protected] through Flipkart.
                      I paid for the same through net banking and it got confirmed, i have the digital copy for the same stating that money has been transferred to Flipkart.
                      But whenever i call them they refuse to acknowledge that any such order has been made and customer care has very hostile behaviour.

                            I received delivery yesterday with 24 items missing from my order, the courier person who delivered the items said I will check my van and I will come and he never came, I called flipkart they took my request for the return but in few hours they rejected my request, I again called them but no response no body is taking responsibility, I will not allow anyone to scam my hard earned money it's almost 1100 rupees worth items which are missing...please help

                                Order invoice not showing for my order

                                I purchased 2 headsets(a wired and a Bluetooth one) with OD[protected] and received them on 4-5-2021.
                                Recently when i was registering the products for warranty benefits they asked me to submit the invoice.
                                I checked in flipkart under my order but for both products invoice option is not showing.

                                I have recieved wrong product from Flipkart

                                Product ordered : 44 size Black coat
                                Order id : OD[protected]

                                However, i have recieved completely different product which has Puple/ Bluish strips on its collar. Either immediately REFUND my money or exchange the product.

                                This is a gift for someone. Since he was not well/ fever/ the package was not opened. He came back today 4/05/2021. To our surprise the product is horrible in Stuff/ Purple or blue collors in its front.

                                This has been a terrible experiance I have been associated with flipkart from last 8yrs & such experiance Have completed shattered by confidence in the Brand

                                Kindly replace the product immediately. Attaching what was ordered & what was delivered.

                                      I received Motorola Tv on 26th April 2021 and installation date given to me was 29th April 2021, after that they assigned new date of 5th May and now it ha been postponed to 8th May. I contacted them several times for early installation but they keep saying wait for the time and they extend it with new dates. It has been almost 10+ days after receiving a TV. I am complaining for there false commitment to the customers ad making fool to us. I also asked for technician contact number but they are refuse to give any details also I called to Jeeves customer executives they are also not sharing any details. Kindly please help on this.
