I have purchased Asus laptop from Flipkart, but it was faulty, got hang on startup blank display.

I have raised replacement request within return period. After long waiting Flipkart sent service engineer he came and done hard re-boot but as soon as he left premises laptop enters in hang condition again. Still laptop is in same hang condition.
But Flipkart has rejected return...

Flipkart service useless fellows Pradeep waste person, i got a Call from this number [protected].. spoken very harshly, very rude behaviour... Useless fellow... He should be terminated from his service. Atleast give his number.. I will talk to him directly......

I received a flipkart gift voucher worth INR 500 for being a flipkart axis bank credit card holder.

It was reflected in my account as well. All of sudden it just got vanished and I have checked my orders to make sure that I have not used this voucher for any orders at all.

The validity of the voucher was promised to be 1 year where as it vanished within a month....

My account is blocked. I have 2 defective products to return and I cannot do anything. They say that the returns are high but I am using this account for years and never faced anything like this and I'm unable to understand 'hugh' returns since they have not notified me of any cap on the number of returns. I'm unable to get s resolution fr their customer service team. Please help....

Worst product ever. First of all, i was delivered three 15 g tubes of narayani gel each of price 45 rs so total makes rs 135 but on flipkart it was mentioned 175 rs. + 54 rs for delivery and also they were all expired and already used. the packets were open. I had a coupon for google home mini 499 offer in my flipkart account. When I'm trying to reedem that coupon I'm not able to reedem that coupon and getting this error please help me regarding this problem.

From the day i got the delivery i have been raising the issue to flipkart regarding the product as it doesn’t seems genuine to me as non of his serial matches with the product and build quality is not proper and noise cancellation and transparency feature of the product...

I have ordered a two bags and i have received only one i havent received refund till date its been 60 days and you people disconnect the call as you here the word refund you have played a game everytime i call as you will receive a email i have not received a mail till date you ## do it asap i have no patience and time to call you all the time my order id is OD[protected]...

All my mobile phone orders are getting automatically cancelled. When I reach out to their customer support executives they can not come up with a valid reason. They said I should submit id proof to continue ordering. I did that, then they said now I can place orders without any issues. But, after that I tried ordering mobiles and it is same, it gets cancelled right after the order is placed and payment made. I am attaching relevant screenshots....

from Flipkart on 19th feb 2021, the order id - : OD[protected]

On 22nd feb i received the item sized XL, but it was a bit large for me so i ordered L as replacement on 22nd itself.

Today on 25th feb i received the replacement order

And to my annoyance, it turned out to be a different model and a used product!! With dirt stains on...

Used supercoins and redeemed croma voucher worth rs 500 on flipkart, dated 16th feb 2921. Later came to know that voucher given by flipkart is invalid and it wont work on croma platform. Rootcause for the above mentioned issue is there is no promotional agreement between flipkart and croma. Which is confirmed by croma technical team.
After getting response from croma, immediately i raised an issue with flipkart on 23rd feb 2021 and...

It's been 15 days Flipkart isn't resolving my issue
I have very small kid still I am keep giving 3 to 4 hour daily to talk to customer care representative
Nowadays I am getting extreme high headache due to same
Kindly resolve my issue
Else FIR is the only options...

They refused to return my product and I purchased a mobile from flipkart 2 or 3 days before but they cancel my request again and again...

I have purchased a brand new lenovo tab but it is not in working condition and didn't turned on when received.immediately i raised the request the product to be returned but after several attempts also they are not getting the product changedand it's been 3 days now and now they have rejected the return requiest.
Kindly help to get thr product replaced or getting the refund....
