      When I did previous recharge then 1 super coin equal to 1 rupees. I done dth and mobile recharge many times but every time 1 super coin equal to 1 rupee even after recharge giving extra coin back to me.
      On 14 March 2021 I did recharge of 98 rupees but deduct 490 super coin. No information just msg your coin locked. No unlocked this when enquiry they said it was a scheme of 5 super coin equal to 1 rupees. It is a scheme or fraud. Do not any recharge on Flipkart you will suffer a lot.
      Revert back my super coin and deduct from wallet or card.

            I have ordered a product on flipkart on 14th May 2021, and the delivery of the same is on 20th may, that is today. The product has reached my city, Cochin, on 17th May 2021 and till now it is still there and they haven't contacted me . The product is still not out for delivery and I've waited till the promised delivery date.
            Could you please tell me what is the delay and i need the product urgently .
            The tracking ID of the product is in the screenshot attached with this mail .

            Ive been your customer for a long time and have never faced this kind of an experience ever. This is very unprofessional that you even dont have a contact number for your Motherhub Cochin . Kindly escalate this issue to the relevant persons and expedite the reply

              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.my old mobile number was [protected] and my new mobile number is [protected].

                  OD[protected] I’m really harassed by Flipkart last 1 month no resolution no calls nothing and my account is also blocked by Flipkart defaulters not refunding my money and you are marking issue resolved it’s very shameless to complaint team that customers has no value I’m following up last 1 months and I have called 20, 30 times to the customers care but no resolution provided help me to resolve my issue or I will take further action.

                        I Ordered a boat headphone worth of 1399 model no. Boat Rockerz 450, Order Id OD[protected], on 15 may.

                        The product received had technical issue then on the same day i raised a replacement request which has been done, but when i received the product was physically damaged so again on the same day i raised a refund request but the problem is with the support system of Flipkart that they are telling us to verify the image of the product but we are sending them whenever we contacted the customer support they always said please wait for 24 hr it will be updated but there is no progress in the process and last time they cancelled our refund request due to no image verification.
                        I am feeling helpless because my money was stuck and there is no progress in the refund application.

                                Order ID - OD[protected] . I purchased a phone from Flipkart during big savings days through online payment and It was delivered to me on[protected].
                                At first day phone is working fine with no issues and second I noticed some touch lag and camera issue then I contacted Flipkart they that Technician will arrive and check for this issue they came and approved my phone for return then next day courier boy picked up my phone and don't given any slip or pickup successful messages and in evening courier boy called me and said that your phone can't be returned so I will return it to you I asked why? He said we can't match imei as product not turning on I said technician already approved but he denied then after four days he returned the product to me . And till now no proper response from Flipkart.

                                  I ordered some vision ias study material from flipkart but they sent an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT order, i.e vajiram and ravi material, neither the product description was correct nor the pic as shown on the site. I immediately initiated a return for the order and they told me it would take about 10 days due to corona lockdown. NO response from the company for about 15 days and BOOM! my refund AUTOMATICALLY gets CANCELLED ! 🙌🏼 god knows why!! I called on customer care, a female representative on hearing my problem, instead of helping me, cut my call and further blocked me! A BIG TIME CHEAT COMPANY FLIPKART EATING MONEY OF CUSTOMERS! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

                                      I have bought a Godrej Refrigerator (185L) from Flipkart, and it was delivered on 12th May .
                                      The refrigerator delivered has two issues -
                                      1. It is making some weird rattling sound while running and the fridge is shaking continuously.
                                      2. Refrigerator light is not working and a green LED is blinking at the back.

                                      On May12th I lodged a replacement request on flipkart for the same.
                                      On the very next day a technician from GODREJ came to my house and checked the fridge and told that the compressor is defective it is needed to be replaced .
                                      But he also said that he can't update the issue to Flipkart as he is not from flipkart.
                                      So, I contacted Flipkart support for the same, they continuously told me that the status will be updated after 24 hrs automatically .
                                      but the status was not updated even after two days. So, I contacted again to Flipkart Support.

                                      This time I got a message that Technician visit has been scheduled for 16th MAY. But no one came to check.and they have rejected my return .

                                      This is a kind of mental harrasment . There is no proper response from Flipkart customer service.
