How to change mobile if old mobile is lost

I can log into my flipkart account with my email/password, but can't change my mobile number. I don't have access to my old mobile number.

I have purchased 2items from Flipkart in 2 different dates using Flipkart pay later. Before reaching of the order the bill has been generated. On reaching of the 1st order of value Rs 698/- (i.e. 02.05.21) I have paid Rs.700/- on 3rd May 2021. Then I got a message from Flipkart that you have to pay Rs 1647/- the balance amount which is more by Rs.120/-. On contacting Flipkart on support assistant assured me to pay the full amount as shown i.e.Rs.1647/- before 5th May so that the excess amount billed will automatically refunded. Because the cutoff date for payment of Paylater Bill was 5th May 2021. So I have paid Rs.1647/- on 5th May 2021. Now I have requested Flipkart to refund the excess amount of Rs. 120/-, but they replied that the same can't be reverted as it is charged for partial payment option. Although I have paid in two parts, because I have purchased 2 items and the same were delivered in two different dates so that's why I have paid in two parts. Moreover I have cleared all dues upto the cutoff date, so no penalty should be levied and the extra amount paid must be reverted back to me.
This is all about the case of clear harassment and cheating to innocent customer. This also shows their ownership too

Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

    The refund period was holder just because of you people said me resolution will
    be provided on 1 St April then 4. And 9 and then on 14 you people are
    telling that return period has gone why 2 gud this type of fraud. And I am
    waiting till 20 April to file a consumer case to 2 gud I have enough proff
    which will found you guilty and video recording so kindely look into this
    matter and if you can not give me solution tell me that so I can file a
    case on my end . kindly help with that please i have waited to much time
    and again attaching the proof for proof kindelyhelp and resolve otherwise i will be uploading that on youtube

        I already deactivated my airtel number flipkart account, but when i try to update my plus member account with the above number it shows identifier is already in use. So can u permanently delete my account. Because i am planning to sell my iphone and my plus member account is e-sim and i am going to lost it when i sell my iphone. For now i am having access to both sim.

            MRP tag was missing from the pants I ordered.The product was delivered on May 4th. I requested to return it but without the price tag they're not taking it back. Only the brand tag is present and no MRP tag. Please find a solution and refund as soon as possible.

                Original Serial No's of Monitors are

                But in Invoice they gave only one serial no and that too wrong one
                IMEI/Serial No:[protected]

                I raised complaint to flipkark through customer care, then they selected "RETURN & REFUND" saying "WRONG PRODUT RECEIVED" without my acceptance.

                I bought both monitors for 16000/- and If I want to buy again it will be 18000/-.

                Poor Customer Service by Flipkart. Why should I pay for their Mistake...

                Don't they know how warranty reflects the serial number...

                Please do the needful...

                  This is to bring notice about my product, which was supposed to be delivered on 4th May 2021, however my package hasn't arrived yet.

                  Here is my order details:

                  Here comes the agony with your services. Nobody in customer care knows a deadly squad about my product and when it will be delivered. I am sorry to inform you that a complaint is raised and it says your problem will be resolved by 10 May (Indefinite) which is absolutely a shame on the company.

                  I am attaching a screenshot of the delivery status which is provided by flipkart.
                  Anybody would laugh at the stupidity that the product reaches near my place (Patancheru Hib) and goes back to Shamshabad which is 50 Km away from the place and this is happening everyday.(Screenshot attached)

                  Here is my request. Could you look into the issue and arrange my product to be delivered tomorrow

                    Flipkart is having issues and not able to cancel my ticket from mobile or app or through web browser from laptop. So i raised a case with them on 4th may 2021 but till today i.e; may 6th, 2021 9 pm i haven't received a call or mail from them on cancellation and i will loosed my full refund eligibility from Qatar if i don't cancel my ticket before flight boarding i.e; may 7th 2021 2 AM. I escalated it on social media, email, call support but no use flipkart is a big bogus company and honestly tortures you. I am loosing 50k because of flipkart app

                      There was a fraud from Jeeves services from Flipkart. Regarding complete protection of one plus TV amount was collected by Jeeves and they have not provided any protection and misbehaving now and asking us to raise complaint against Jeeves and flipkart if it is required.
                      This fraud is from Jeeves tumkur pincode - 572103. Needs severe action against this and also resolution for the same.

                        I've placed an order for kurta and Palazzo set on 1st May with order Id OD[protected] and got it on 5th May. As the style was different I requested return but my return got cancelled twice and now new request is generated which I think will also get cancelled. I just want to return this item.

                          We are buying Hitachi ac in flipkart, the installation boy was damaged my rented house water pipeline. Outdoor unit fitting time the installation boy damaged( hole the pipeline) the water pipeline, in that time he managed it's a small issue but after sometime the water is leaking into the pipeline.. installation person was irresponsible..we are suffering this issue with house owner.. please solve my problem

                            I ordered 2 pairs of earphones from Flipkart. I received only 1 pair.
                            On complaining, flipkart closed my complaint
                            3 times saying refund rejected.
                            On calling their customer care, they give assurance that the issue will be resolved and on the same day close the complaint.
                            There was no investigation into the matter from Flipkart's side, as initially I am given assurance and immediately in a few hours the issue is closed.
                            On the box, i see 2 receipts, 1 with my address and Qty 2 and another with a different address and Qty 1
                            I am very disappointed with how they have handled my complaint and not given any resolution for the same.

                                I booked a flight through flipkart travel from Ahemdabad to bhubaneswar by Air Asia. The flight was cancelled by airline end .
                                Now the airline give the confirmation mail and message that the payment will be refunded with date to you travel partner. They will give the refund.

                                But still I'm not able to get my refund amount from 4month.

                                  I ordered Infinix Hot Ten Mobile from Flipkart via cash on delivery mode. I ordered this phone on 30 April 2021, which was a replacement product, I returned it on 3 May 2021 due to the product being different.Whose order id is OD[protected].Your refund, which has been spoken through Flipkart, will come to your account by 2:00 pm on May 4, 2021.Just said from their side that your refund has been issued But my account has been blocked before 2:00 pm.And I am not being helped by the flipkart.Please help your customer, I am very upset because Rs 9499 means a lot to us.It looks like I can be suicidal I am not thinking about anything, I have come to you, please help me.And I promise no one will buy online products from today onwards.I requested Flipkart a lot but still they are neither getting the account unblocked nor issuing my refund.We have become so upset that what did we say, at least let my refund be released when the product was picked up from me and Flipkart said that my refund was issued, why did my refund not come?Sir, help your customer or else the customer will get suicide.

                                    I have recently ordered a product from flipkart and later on i found it was fake .
                                    i raised a complaint saying the so ans so product i have received is fake.
                                    After 3 days flipkart blocked my account saying, We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login into your Flipkart account.

                                      I ordered a poco x3 pro on 28 april and its promised delivery date was 30 april. But till date, I havent received my product and When I am asking the flipkart executives, they are simply increasing the deadline of my order. Today is the 7th day, And now I have lost all my hopes of getting my order. Help If you can Ekart. Very dissappointed by your delivery. I dont know where is it and what is its current status. I also checked my order status in both flipkart and ekart but I am losing all my hopes now :(
