I am flipkart plus member since the last two years and in my account more than 1000 super coins which I earned by shopping I did.
I have ordered a Hero go pro 9 holiday bundle pack which I have received on march 3 2020. Spare battery and memory card was missing in that package which we can clearly see in the unboxing video. It's my good luck that I made an unboxing video.
I have placed a replacement request on the same day of delivery. My replacement request was rejected by the seller so I contacted customer support. As suggested by the representative I placed a replacement request again. Ahain my request was cancelled by the seller so I called customer care again.Rep told me due to technical error my request was rejected. Again I placed a replacement request as suggested by rep. I received a call from your customer support team and she said that she is going to forward my request to the seller. After waiting for 10 minutes she told me that due to technical error she is unable to send a request. She canceled my request and placed a replacement request again. Again my replacement request was rejected by the seller. Again I called customer support and placed a new request.
Same thing repeated almost 5 to 6 times so on march 17 2021 my account was blocked by your system with the message " our system detected a high number of returns. I will no longer be able to login again. I have purchased lots of things from flipkart and hence I have more than 1000 super coins in my account. Also I am plus member of flipkart.
I have called many times. I have emailed many times. But I didn't receive any solution. I got 6 emails and in every email I got the same answer which was system generated. I am attaching every email snapshot in this email. I also raised a complaint in consumer help india where my case is still open.
I never got a call for resolution anytime. I complained many times that my requests were cancelled by seller and technical errors. This is not my fault.
Also If they can not unblock my account then don't. Just take their item back and give me a refund. I don't wanna purchase anything from flipkart now onwards.
I have an unboxing video as well.
I paid 47999 Rs for this, Now, I am unable to return this item as my account has been blocked.
I want refund of my money. I waste almost more than 4 salary to buy this product.
