    Purchased Midea washing machine from Flipkart in 2018 and purchased 2 years extended warranty along with the purchase. Now still in warranty period till November 2021.Â

    The washing machine has a complaint and it is not working. I registered a complaint last month (March) and a technician from Jeeves confirmed that the Machine is damaged and have to replace some parts.

    After one month, they send an email that the part is not covered and cannot be replaced and will not get a refund amount as well.
    As per their policy, if they cannot fix the issue by service, Jeeves has to provide a refund amount of 70% of the total purchase bill in the second year of the warranty period.
    Now they send an email on 09/04/2020 and confirmed that they cannot provide service and refund amount.

      Hi, I had ordered poco X3 pro on 13 April 2021, it had reached in my nearest hub, borivali on 17th April 2021, Then I received one message from flipkart that your product cannot be delivered today and it will be delived to you in 3 days . On the 18th April While tracking order there was written your order has been dispatch to bhiwandi which his far from my adress. And I m not able to contact anyone why is that happen, why is the product dispatch from borivali to bhiwandi and why there is delay in delivery even after the item is in my nearest Hub ??

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        I purchased hp omen 15 ryzen 7 octa core - (8 gb/512 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics/nvidia geforce gtx 1650) 15-en0004AX gaming laptop from flipkart on 02nd april 2021 with order id [od[protected]].

        After 6 days i observed some defects in laptop and it automatically turned off then i requested a replacement product but the technician came and he thought its an issue with some software then he updated the software but after he went i used laptop for max one to two hours and it automatically turned off and was not turning on. So, i contacted hp customer care as their numbers were mentioned on the laptop to contact for help.

        Hp customer support had sent onsite engineer to verify the problem and engineer had approved a doa (Deficient on arrival) certificate to hp and said that the same would be replaced after receiving a certificate by hp.

        After 14 days, i received doa certificate from hp support team and they asked me to contact the seller and provide the certificate and get the product replaced by them.

        So, i contacted flipkart as i purchased my product from flipkart for the replacement. But, flipkart executives are denying to replace my product even after all legal procedures and certification of replacement had been provided by hp to them.

        I had even contacted hp after the response from flipkart. Hp executives said that i have all the rights to get my product replaced as they had done all the legal procedures and found my product to be defective an issued me a doa certificate for the same.

        This type of response from flipkart is not expected. This is a mental torture for me as a consumer as i find flipkart cheating with me for using their services.

        I request flipkart to take this matter seriously and provide a replacement/refund for the same as all the legal procedures had been done by the hp and all proofs are attached below.

          After a week flipkart says to cancle the product without any reason. I book my cooler in a offer(11 apr, 21) and paid charges to my bank for it. Flipkart commit to deliver it next day(12 apr, 21). But product not delivered.
          When i raise a complain then an officer call me(15 apr, 21) and promise to deliver on monday( 19 apr, 21).
          But today (18apr, 21) flipkart says to cancle the order. I am frustrated with service and want my product at any cost.

          Product ordered on 11 april, 2021, I have not received it until 28 April 2021. Whenever I take the help of customer support. Each time they saying to wait for 24 hours with new excuses and new dates. As taken on product finance. Flipkart has received payment. I also have to pay the bank charges. My first emi will also arrive on 5 May 2021. Flipkart is really sleeping. Shouldn't it be called fraud related to the offer or harassing the customer on behalf of Flipkart?

          Even after a long time, Flipkart is giving various excuses. The order of 11 April 2021 could not be delivered until 28 April.
          As I have financed my product, and its emi is going to be cut on 5 May 2021. So product should be delivered in 2 days or flipkart should be paid my losses.
          This requires legal action.

              I had made my Flipkart account from a different number which is not with me now. I have tried to change my number in Flipkart account but it requires an OTP which is sent to my old number. I have my email which is linked to my account.

                  I booked a flight in Mar'20 for a travel date of 7th Apr'20 through flipkart flights. Booking ID: FF[protected] & PNR: JLK3RP. Due to the govt. declaring lockdown after 25th mar'20, I was obviously not able to take the flight on the aforesaid date. I confirmed with the airlines (Vistara) and as per then, they were to adjust the amt. in my next booking.
                  Skip to Sep'20, I wanted to book my flights so I called Flipkart as they had sent an email that they will refund my flight price (email SS attached) but their executive denied it saying their system shows that the flight was taken on 7th Apr?! I told them that it was the lockdown, how can someone take a flight for which they had no answers! I continuously followed to them as they had apparently escalated the same to their supervisors but they eventually dragged the matter to Jan and w/o resolving closed by query. This happened few times - I tried social media, posted around 5-6 incidents with the customer service team but in vain.
                  Finally, I initiated a mail chain with airlines customer service and they said that their system shows that the refund has been made by Flipkart to me - but in reality nothing such happened! (SS attached)
                  They keep on keep me waiting and every time I call their customer servicing, they don't have any answer but the same scripted statements.
                  The whole incident has caused me harassment, frustration and trust issues with one of the largest companies out there. I have seen many customers suffer and confront in social media but in vain.
                  As a resolution, I surely would like the refund of around INR 2.5k but along with that I would like a compensation for the harassment caused over the last 6 months and still on. I request strict action be taken against the company plus more power be given to the customer care agents to resolve queries faster (there is no escalation matrix in the company's travel desk).

                  After a year, I finally got a response from the customer service head team.. The first question was: Are they some kind of VIPs as it took me almost 6-7 months to get connected to them? :/

                  Finally, they resolved my issue but didn't compensate for the mental harassment I went through! Moreover, they charged a cancellation fee, a convenience fee for the flight which was never taken and that too for a fault of not mine. Even after the govt. asked them to refund customers who've booked during the pandemic, they charged me the sum. I have promised myself to never ever buy anything from FK - nor will my dear ones. It's an unethical company - their policies show the same. Amz is much better customer service, they actually care for the cx.

                    This was produred on (5th of april 2021), as my Fan wasn't working i've ordered pack of 2 fan from flipkart, i needed this earliest but estimated delivery TAT was (11th april) so i've ordered as i liked this product, when this product get delivered to me on (11th april) i realised there was only small single box so i made an video whicle unpacking video, there was only 1 fan which i recieved, seller might dispatched 1 fan.

                    So, i contacted flipkart customer care and informed them i've recieved only one fan as i've ordered pack of 2, so please ship other one, as per flipkart customer support there was no option to ship pending product if i recieved shot item there is 2 option, 1. take a refund for 1 product, 2. request for replacement so they will resolve and replace same.

                    as this pack of 2 fan was ordered for my living room, i dont want to keep single fan what if i didnt get same fan in the future? So, i decided to take a replacement against same.

                    Replacement requested on same day 11th April, i belive same day again i've conatcted flipkart for same the customer care exicutive told me that i've seleted wrong option (Item missing) and i may face problem while pickup so she cancelled my current return request and raised new return request against same and updated your issue will get resolved on 15th of April, but as i dosn't have fan i'm facing very much problem and as my order was in hold i cannot be able procure new from any other website, on 15th April morning again 've conacted customer care exicutive so she replyed that sir your issue will be get resolved on 18th April place wait.

                    This was very disapponting for me, and i informed her mam this need to be resolve by today as per your (Flipkart) comitment she told me it was showing it will resolved by 18th April, but she suddenly told me to sir please wait till 7pm today 15th April we will try to re-solve this i said okay, and when i disconnet the call i got a message from flipkart saying your return issue will be resolved by 17th April?

                    Okay wait more 2 days, on 17th April again i've requested for call back, they use to call me and requested atlest 2 time to resolve this today itsef, but they may not working on my case they got money for my orders and now they are playing with me, agin conacted customer care i requested exicutive to please re-solve this issue earliest, and he give me positive response sir you will recieve call within some time i've forwarder your request to higjher depoartment etc.but he was also tring to play with me, No calls, no reply. today is 18th April and im still awaiting for replacement order,

                    And now when see flipkart portl they not disappeared resolution date and just mentioned

                    Hello, flipkart assured me that my product will get picked up on 5th may it was very very long time. and after pickup within 9 business days i will recieve my refund, but now when i tryed to track my return request they've cancelled return & refund on 30th April?

                    It was very bad experiance which im facing with flipkart from past 1month, i've used my credit card to purchase this product and whithout product i have sepnd my rs.2500. i request you please give me my refund amount ASAP, i dont know if are you able to pickup this product or not i need my money back earliest. and request you please dont try to play with customers.

                          I have purchased a mobile phone from flipkart on 25/03/2021 order id : od[protected] And found that mic is not working so i visited the service center and they told that the mobile is not in repairing condition because its new and they provide a d.o.a certificate and told to return the mobile from where you purchased they give you the new one so i contact filpkart to replace my mobile but they denied that the return window was closed they don't replace then what can i do now service center not repairing or replacing and flipkart same as

                                  Hi,
                                  I ordered an Acer laptop with OD[protected] on 9th April. The delivery date was shown to be 11th April. The laptop was also available at a discount. The fast delivery and the discount was the reasons why I chose Flipkart.
                                  On 11th April, the order wasn't even packed, and therefore the delivery had been delayed; I immediately raised an issue through the in-app customer support. The resolution date was provided for 16th April, and the order was repromised to be delivered by 14th April. On 14th, too, the order wasn't even packed. Now the app hasn't even provided me with a new delivery date, I had sent emails twice through the in-app contact option, which were supposed to be replied to in 48 hours but haven't.

                                  There is no way to directly contact customer care. There is no mail address, no phone number nothing.
                                  On 16th, I received a mail stating that the order will be cancelled and I have the option of ordering the product again at 5000 rs more which they claim will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
                                  This is the indication of a scam as they first showed a discounted price, took my money and kept it engaged for a full week. Then they cancelled the order and tell me to order at a higher price and in return will give me a gift card in exchange which can only be used on flipkart.

                                  Their customer support is horrible. They haven't replied to any of my emails and they just disconnect my calls now after putting them on hold.

                                  I demand that my order be sent at the original price only (18, 982)
                                  and adequate compensation be provided for the harassment I have
                                  faced in the past week

I cancelled my Flight for Total refund on Flight as they having the option to choose that flight got cancelled by Airline and get full refund. After that the Refund me of 0 Rupee. After I connected with Custom Support team they told me that I need to provide proof from Indigo that they refund all amount or not. I connected with Indigo and they share me detail and then I forwarded to Flipkart. Now its almost 14 days they not refunded my Amount.

                                        1st of all I shared my number here as well as over gmail but nobody called me till now. 2nd this is related to Flipkart Travel where I only found Booking Id amd PNR.
