Hi,

I have ordered a TV from flipkart. The product I recieved is not working properly. I have raised a replacement complaint with them. policy is valid till 4th April, But they rejected my request 5 times.

        I purchased Poco C3 mobile phone on Flipkart a few days ago. Just the day after my purchase, the phone started hanging. On filing for a replacement request, a technician came and told me he has fixed the phone. However, after some time, the phone started hanging again. I filed a replacement request within the replacement time frame (7 days from the purchase). Now, the customer care people told me that they would replace the phone. However, after some time, the customer care people tell me that they will not replace the product, and I have to go to the company service center and fix my issue. They are harassing me by calling after every 2 hours. Why do I have to fix a brand new phone, and why are they are not replacing a defective phone when I am filing my replacement request within the 7 days time frame? It is clearly mentioned on the product page on their website that they have a 7-day replacement policy.

        I received a phone call after filing a complaint here. They were giving me a refund, and upon requesting them to send an email confirming the refund, they sent one from [email protected]. I have received the refund for my order. Thank you to this website and Flipkart!

          Flipkart said last payment was unsuccessful and if money is deducted, will get a refund in 3-5 working days. Then i contact phone pay about the same. They said they will look after it . After an hour or two, i got the refund amount . Then i paid the bill again with gpay and was successful.

            As you guys can see ₹4277 debited from my account I ordered Fuel one BCAA, Bigmuscle Creatine and Ultimate nutrition Prostar whey which I cancelled week ago I still haven't got the refund and flipkart is telling me refund is credited already into my debit account is this some kind of joke?! They take 1min to debit but take forever to refund the amount!! Now they said wait till April 6th we will resolve the issue like really? That's how you treat their Plus customer you can see. The refund amount would be 3429 because I ordered two more thing with that total three and cancelled one cost 3429 so. Today I contacted them regarding this and they are telling me lies that refund is credited and they updated my cancelled page to refunded and they promised me to refund by 31st March today is 1st April and no refund till now maybe the seller is faulty and their customer service is worst take forever to reply and telling me it will be resolved by April of 6 but why so long? And yes the total amount debit was 4277 as I ordered 3 products whey protein(3429-not refunded) BCAA(599-delivered) Creatine(249-delivered) total 3429+599+249= 4277 so take out the whey and 3429. Please whoever is reading this help me 🙏🏻 I am a student and fitness enthusiast I ordered protein supplement from my savings please I am stressed!!                 I haven't placed any order from flipkart and
                I'm getting OTP from flipkart through SMS and on my gmail and then automatically there is one order of this placed and it had cancelled automatically also on 30th March 2021 at 3am.
                But again today on 1st April 2021 at 8:11pm I received OTP and there was 1 item which was on my cart which I haven't shifted to the cart appears which further I removed from ny cart.

                Also my addresss was mentioned in the orders which was placed automatically through flipkart from my account.

                I have contacted flipkart multiple times but haven't received any communcation from them No call No msg nothing

                  I am Madhu, was trying to place an order Laptop on 8th Mar 2021 cost of 54, 860 INR. While making payment, Flipkart website crash, but payment transferred.

                  I did lot of follow-up with Flipkart and HDFC support, i am still not able to get my money.

                  I have asked HDFC to do chargeback, they confirmed that money credited into Flipkart bank IndusIndBank on 8th mar. HDFC tried to reversal but IndusIndBank not agreed to reversal as this is considered as successful transaction.

                  I been asking Flipkart to check Bank statement on 8th mar, support did not help much. I have called 100+ times to flipkart support, response is very poor.
                  Even I have shared my bank statement to Flipkart and forwarded all emails from HDFC.

                  I have all evidences like Flipkart site crash, payment transaction success details, HDFC confirmation etc.. Kindly let me know what details you need.

                          I had booked a ticket (Booking ID: FF[protected]) for 29th March 2021 from Chicago to Chennai. The ticket was booked on 5th March 2021. On the same day, the ticket was canceled within few hours both from Flipkart end and Airindia end. Airindia has already processed the full refund as the ticket was canceled within 24 hours ON 25th March 2021. However, Flipkart is not updating any status not their customer care have any appropriate status. They seem to give a standard reply that a refund will take 120 days. Why should an agent (Flipkart) withhold refunds when the airline has processed the refund. I need my refund back as soon as possible.

                            Hi,
                            I have requested cancellation of the ticket booked via flipkart for air india flight within 24 hours so that i will get full refund.As I didn't find the flight on the days i wanted to reschedule.I have talked multiple times with both air india and flipkart customer care.Air India says cancellation needs to be done on flipkart end.Both are saying remarks have been passed.But am not receiving any confirmation of cancellation and full refund.Atlast 24 hours will cross and I will loose my amount.Please do the needful.                               This is to inform that Seller completely cheated by sending the wrong Item which is worth of INR 150 Instead INR 377 (One punchman, and your team simply replies only on that the replacement policy is over .

                              Since Im hospitalized and not able to follow the product, in this 7 days

                              Here the case is I should now accept the cheating attitude from Vendor, which is impossible to agree. Flipkart like huge concern should not encourage this kind of cheat seller .

                              We believe flipkart on the best product but this something cheap tricks by seller

                              Either cancel the order, get the product back pay my money or do the replacement with what I ordered.

                                I have extended warranty in jeeves.
                                Jeeves services cheating and entertaining mails from 4 months.They are not service and replacement of new TV.Tv has a display panel problem from 6 months.pls kindly resolve the issue.

                                    I placed an order on Flipkart Gionee Max Mobile Phone with an exchange offer, my old Lenovo k8 plus phone. The new Gionee Max Mobile price 4999 and with exchange offer of Lenovo k8 plus 2600 off. Total money I have to pay is 2499 . But when delivery agent of ekart told me my old phone must be excepted as defective product and exchange value will be reduced, when my old Lenovo k8 plus pass all the check. Delivery agent and Flipkart both harassing us. Gionee Max Mobile tracking I'd FMPC[protected] and Ekart Wish Master contact [protected].

                                        I was Booked a Toshina Shoes as on 2nd Feb.2021.with Order ID -OD[protected]. But your delivery person not delivered my order as on 5th.Febuary and it was showing delivered, then I was tough with your call center people in this regarding and lounge complain, I need my Toshina Shoes delevry as soon as possible …
                                        On call they promise me wait till 24 to 48hrs will deliver your shoes …

                                        I had discussed more than 5times with your call center peoples about delivery.. on every call they promise will get your order within 24 to 48 Hours … lastly your call center peoples again he Promise me wait till 30th March'21, You will delivered also…but still I have not getting any proper update….

                                        Please help me to get my Toshina Shoes delivered.
