Name : Manas Kumar Pradhan registered mobile number : [protected], registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com. I have purchased more than 75 products, out of which I returned 4 or 5 products. Is it over returned ? Why don't Flipkart mention this return policy on their product page. I haven't done anything wrong, I have already attached my pan card and adhaar card details with Flipkart, also IDFC first bank gave me an amount of Rs 4000 in advance for purchase. I have used Rs 3559 for this purchase from this amount. On 3rd feb the product was delivered, It was delivered in a small package, before receiving the product, I contacted Flipkart about the small package wheather to receive it or not. Their costumer representative assured me to receive the package and told me if anything wrong happened, just contact us, we will solve it. After this I recieved it. When I opened the package, I found a small size of the product. It is a genuine product from Adidas, but it is slightly different from the picture shown in that Flipkart site. After this I contacted Flipkart costumer care, they helped me to create the return request, but after one day I am not able to log in, again I contacted costumer care, they told me to wait 8th feb, they will contact me and will unblock the account as it was a technical glitch. I need the refund.
