          Hi, My Flipkart order id - OD[protected]yet to be delivered till date, lying at my nearest hub) was promised to be delivered by 19 April 2021 and later changed to be delivered by 20th April 2021.

          After lodging a complaint (Id - IN [protected] 3762) I was promised the product would be delivered by 24th April, which is still pending for delivery.Â

          Request you to look into it on urgent basis and escalate to get it delivered.

            On 11th April my flipkart account was blocked, i wasnt able to log in . i called their customer executive and they escalated my complaint . i got an email 1 day later that due to higher number of retrurn my account is being blocked and i wont be able to log in . i tried to reply to the email nut the email was no longer in use . the customer executive gave me another email and i emailed them 3 times since then but havent got any reply . im a plus member of flipkart i have super coins, as well as Rs.950 in my wallet, i have purchased my phone from them last year so my warntee card is also with them . i have contacted the customer executives 10 times but they havent solved my problem i receive the same email again and again, the team who's is handling my matter dont even try to listen my side of the story. theeyb themselve canceled two orders because they were damaged at the time of shipment and i canceled two because i wanted to change mode of payment and i placed fresh orders afterwards.please help me .

                I ordered iPhone 11 on 17 April and it reached my nearest hub on 20th April, since then it has been sitting there and I have been talking to CUSTOMER care Saul, they said the order will come the next working day they kept Tom delaying giving stupid reasons like couldn’t scan and ###. On 25th April morning they send me the order is cancelled.
                How pathetic THIS WEBSITE is I can’t say. Chest number 1, falsely saying to me for the past 4 days that he will reach you the next day and they cancelled it.
                How dishonest of a company
                I’ll make sure no one ordered from flipkart ever.

                        A wrist watch ordered by someone else (Binoy Bose) at a different address was delivered to us on 23rd April, as my father's chamber was given as landmark. Our address is 38/1 Bansdroni park but the delivery address is 34 Bansdroni park. I called up the customer care and they asked to return but the option was nowhere. It costs 395 rupees and I want to return the item and get the money back.

                              I am a flipkart seller and i got a order(OD[protected] of dji mini 2 toy camera drone on flipkart.i had made the packaging video of the order

                              when the parcel reach the buyer hometown, he simply cancelled the order and the parcel took around 2 months from the date of cancellation to reach to me.when the ekart executive had bring the parcel i find my parcel to be tamepred and the weight i sent was 1.3 kilogram and the parcel he was delivering to me was around 250gram so i had made the

I ordered a product on dated 13/04/2021 (Nea 3 Ply/ 3 Layered Musk with Nose Pin 100% certified pack of 200). But when I received the product I shocked. Actual product was 2 Layered musk, fully damaged. Thats why I contact with customer care to return this product and refund that amount to my bank account. Flipkart is such a big Ecommerce company, I didn't realize it would cheat with us like this. I ordered 3 Layered musk but I got fully different item. Musk and Sanitizer is very essential commodities of every human due to Covid 19 situation. Never play with people's lives by changing these things. I have had a very good experience. Arrenge to send the money to my bank account as soon as possible, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action. You are betraying people in this way, Kindly stop playing with people's lives like this. Covid 19 can't be prevented in two layered musk. Kindly refund this amount otherwise I have to take legal action.

                                      Hi my order number is OD[protected]

                                      I ordered an IQOO 3 phone priced ₹24, 990/-from Flipkart on 18th April and received and a defective product on 20th April. As soon as I understood that there were display issues(flickering/black screen issue popping/display pixel noise/dead pixel) and also the touch was not responding most of the time, I immediately sent a request to Flipkart for a replacement of the product.

                                      Flipkart send me a reply that a technician by the name AJITH ANTONY(JEEVES-PIN 174) has been arranged to look into the issues and he would be arriving by 26th April 2021.

                                      The above mentioned technician assigned by Flipkart arrived on 25th April afternoon. I showed him the phone and explained the hardware issues related to phone. He examined the phone visually and acknowledged to me that the issues were present and clarified that these were indeed hardware issues. He then requested for a glass of water to drink and then sent the video evidence of the issue through WhatsApp to someone. Then he took the photo of the IMEI number of the phone and posed for a selfie with my sanitizer bottle and the phone after which he uploaded those images to Flipkart saying that he was confirming the hardware issues to Flipkart and he was reccomending a replacement for the defective unit. Before he left he assured me that the replacement would arrive within 2 days.

                                      Shortly after he had left I was shocked to receive a message from Flipkart stating that the technician has done the troubleshooting and since the issue has been resolved the replacement order has been cancelled. It is then that I realized that the he was not at all a qualified person and also a fraud.
                                      I have again placed another request with Flipkart for a replacement today on learning that the technician had given a false report and my replacement request send earlier has been cancelled as he had given a false feedback that the issues have been resolved.
                                      This my first bitter experience with Flipkart and I request you to look into the matter immediately and resolve this problem without delay. I want an immediate replacement for the defective unit or a full refund or Rupees 24, 990/- failing which I will be moving to the consumer court against Flipkart and Jeeves.

                                      Flipkart had send me an sms on 23rd April
                                      ‘Dear Customer, AJITH XAVIER (Call [protected], PIN 174) has been assigned for TECH_VISIT of IQOO Mobile(1197)(Case ID:0XW70G0).Please expect a call from him.
                                      Since he did not call me I tried to contact him several times but he never responded nor turned up.
                                      After my complaining to flipkart customer care flipkart again flipkart sent me another sms late in the evening at 9 : 26 p.m as follows :

                                      “Dear Customer, We regret that we were unable to visit you for TECH_VISIT, We have rescheduled the visit to 24th Apr-2021.
                                      For any further assistance please reach out on http://fkrt.it/miscbSNNN.

                                      I do not understand how Flipkart could fix a visit for 24th April at 9:26p.m, after the day is over.

                                      Again after complaining to the customer care, Flipkart sent me another sms on 27.04.2021
                                      “Dear Customer, We regret that we were unable to visit you for TECH_VISIT, We have rescheduled the visit to 27 Apr-2021.Please reach out on http://fkrt.it/c1iU0vNNNN. Please keep the registered mobile number/ case ID ready before reaching out to us.
                                      As before your technician did not turn up on 27th April 2021.Again I complained to the customer care Flipkart responded with 2 different SMS on 28th April. One SMS was like this :
                                      ‘Dear Customer, AJITH XAVIER (Call [protected], PIN 174) has been assigned for TECH_VISIT of IQOO Mobile(1197)………Please expect a call from him.
                                      Again on the same day 28th April 2021 another SMS was sent at 10:37a.m informing the technician visiting would not be AJITH XAVIER but another person as follows :
                                      ‘Dear Customer, ANTONY ANSON (Call [protected], PIN 191) has been assigned for TECH_VISIT of IQOO Mobile(1197)………Please expect a call from him.
                                      Since I contacted ANTONY ANSON and he informed me that it was not his assigned work area and he could not make the visit.
                                      Later in the afternoon I received a phone call from a private number saying he was coming for Tech Visit I asked his name to make sure who was coming. He told me his name was ARUN. I was expecting AJITH as per the message sent by Flipkart. So I asked for his full name he told me that it was ARUN XAVIER. Then I asked for his PIN number and he asked me why you need my PIN number and disconnected the call. I understood it was a fraudulent call.
                                      Till now nobody has come for a Tech_Visit and my replacement order for the defective device placed on 20th April 2021 is still pending to be resolved.
                                      I don’t want any customer care executive to call me in this regard but expect Flipkart to give a written reply to this Email and also replacement of the defective device as Flipkart had assured me it will be done by 29th April when I had sent a second request for replacement on 23rd April 2021.

                                        I received my dell vostro 3400 laptop order OD[protected] as on 7 April, the laptop speaker was not working then I follow the term and condition and logged the complaints with dell, after all troubleshooting dell team confirmed there is hardware issue and need to change this hardware(speaker) so I raised the return request in Flipkart and it approved by Flipkart also.

                                        On 21 April at 7 pm a courier guy came to my home without informing me first. I wanted to ask from flipkart is this the right way to reach a customer location without information.
                                        The laptop locked with the password and I had shared the password with him but he denied to login the laptop and said I don't have time and getting late so he moved from my house and also argued with my wife with unprofessional behaviour.I also requested him to wait for 10 min. I will also reach home but he didn't wait and went without laptop exchange.
                                        I also informed Flipkart customer care about this incident.
                                        After this incident my account suddenly blocked and I saw my return request cancelled and I talked with flipkart customer care. He always said we are trying to resolve this issue but today 4 days completed but no resolution given by flipkart and the account still blocked.I am not happy with flipkart
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
