I ordered Poco X3 in the flipkart sale and the seller cancelled the order in the next minute charging my bank, and I have to wait for the refund, then I placed another order which was also cancelled by the seller, this happened twice or thrice, after complaining they told me that they have fixed the issue and now I can re-order it again.

So, I ordered another phone which was POCO M2 pro, this was again cancelled. Now, they have blocked my account, as I already complaint for the previous orders.

The reason they are mentioning is that their system observed my purchase history as items purchased is not for my personal use, even if it was just one item.

How is that possible?

    i paid through upi app but it was showing “processing payment” for long time so i had to pay my order by cash because o[censored]navailability of OTP.
    When i am suppose to get refund of amount i paid through upi

      I have order POCO M3 mobile on March 14th. While booking it showed March 15th delivery i.e. 1 day delivery. It's 18th March now and I haven't received my product yet. The same product still shows 1 day delivery. They are taking the money and asking the consumers to wait for a indefinite time. The vendor who is selling the product through flipkart has bad reputation history. The name of the vendor is
      IndiFlashMart. Order ID OD[protected]. Please help me resolving the issue.

          After recieving completely different product, we requested refund from the company. But to approve the return they are constantly demanding our ID proof, which is not at all considerable.
          Government clearly denies to share the private information like AADHAR CARD or PAN CARD, despite this flipkart is asking to mail them either of these two.

            I bought Sansui washing machine last year in Jan'2020, I lodged complaint then one technician Jiyaram from Jeevas(service provider from Flipkart) checked machine and told me that failed parts will be reaching in 7 days, after 10 days I called again in flipkart, but they told that no complaint is open for my product, then after 16 days suddenly Jiyaram technician called me that parts have reached, he dropped parts at my home & left by promising to visit again, but now I called Jiyaram technician he is not responding.My washing Machine is idle since 20days & very poor service from Flipkart & Jeevas both.Pls help me to get my washing machine asap.

              Let me clear one thing.
              I have unboxing video of product I have received. That is my power key to prove you wrong in this case. It is my luck or whatever you can call that thought of making unboxing video came to my mind. Obviously Its a product of 47999 Rs. and hence I have made unboxing video.

              I am flipkart plus member since the last two years and in my account more than 1000 super coins which I earned by shopping I did.

              I have ordered a hero go pro 9 holiday bundle pack on march first and I paid 47999 for that. Spare battery and memory card was missing in that package so I have placed a request for a replacement. My request has been denied 5 times by the seller. Also every time your representative gave me a promise date for a resolution in which I didn't receive any resolution. Every time your rep told me due to technical error we are unable to help you. We will call you again. I have been waiting more than 15 days for resolution but I haven't received any resolution.

              Today on march 17 I got an email that my account has been blocked due to the number of returns. Is there any policy that we can not return such items even though having issues with the item? I have returned many items but I did purchase lots of items and that is why I am plus member of flipkart.

              I paid 47999 for my product and have been waiting since march 3 for resolution and In result you are blocking my account and rejecting my replacement request 5th time.

              Please take your item back and refund my money. Also if you are not unblocking my account then don't. But provide me a refund and pick up ur item back.

              This would be our last relation and I will never purchase any thing from flipkart.

              I also raised a complaint today to the national consumer helpline website. I am attaching a screenshot of that complaint also.

              Still I haven't received any resolution.
              I got 6 same emails the only difference is customer representative name in the last.
              If you can not unlock my account then don't. Take your Item back and refund my money Rs.47999.
              I spent more than 4 salary to but this product.

It's my good luck that I made an unboxing video. I have placed a replacement request on the same day of delivery. My replacement request was rejected by the seller so I contacted customer support. As suggested by the representative I placed a replacement request again. Ahain my request was cancelled by the seller so I called customer care again.Rep told me due to technical error my request was rejected. Again I placed a replacement request as suggested by rep. I received a call from your customer support team and she said that she is going to forward my request to the seller. After waiting for 10 minutes she told me that due to technical error she is unable to send a request. She canceled my request and placed a replacement request again. Again my replacement request was rejected by the seller. Again I called customer support and placed a new request. Same thing repeated almost 5 to 6 times so on march 17 2021 my account was blocked by your system with the message " our system detected a high number of returns. I will no longer be able to login again. I have purchased lots of things from flipkart and hence I have more than 1000 super coins in my account. Also I am plus member of flipkart. I have called many times. I have emailed many times. But I didn't receive any solution. I got 6 emails and in every email I got the same answer which was system generated. I am attaching every email snapshot in this email. I also raised a complaint in consumer help india where my case is still open. I never got a call for resolution anytime. I complained many times that my requests were cancelled by seller and technical errors. This is not my fault. Also If they can not unblock my account then don't. Just take their item back and give me a refund. I don't wanna purchase anything from flipkart now onwards. I have an unboxing video as well. I paid 47999 Rs for this, Now, I am unable to return this item as my account has been blocked. I want refund of my money. I waste almost more than 4 salary to buy this product.

                Yes I believe that my account has been blocked by your system but It's blocked as seller reject my return 5 to 6 time and I raised return again. I HAVE UNBOXING VIDEO of product I have purchased. I also share it with your head team. You can clearly see that accessories were missing. Even though I have proof how can you cancel my return request.

                Even I don't wanna use my account further. I am literally frausteted. Kindly take your item bck and issue refund. That is my concern only.

                Product amount is 47999 rs. Which is almost my 4 salary. Please give me refund and take your item back. I have shared unboxing video as well. We can clearly see accessories were missing.

                    Money has not been refunded to my bank account yet

                    I have ordered Google home mini from Flipkart.com worth of Rs. 2500 on 9th of March 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. Later I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" the last date provided by them for refund was 16th of March 2021

                    I waited till 16th of March but didn't get the...

                    I have ordered 250gm pack, but delivered 180gm pack, though I confirmed from Flipkart just after placing the order, they assured me that it will be surely 250gm pack,
                    But when I received 180gm pack first time, again contacted flipkart and the said they will replace with 250gm pack. But after waiting so long over 2 weeks they deliver me again 180gm.
                    This is ridiculous. When there is a concern of weight they should have look into the matter carefully, but they did not, completely carelessness.
                    So Now I want my Refund and the 180gm product as compensation.

                      I ordered iphone 12 from flipkart vide order id OD[protected] on 31 january 2020 but the same was cancelled from the seller as it could not be shipped. I was refunded 69900/- for the same being the amount paid for the order ( though the original price was 79900/-, i got a discount of 10000/- on SBI credit card). So flipkart advised me to re order the phone and pay 79900/- ( the original price since the offer on SBI card was limited period and expired due to their cancelling the order). They also assured me not to worry as the difference amount of 10000/- would be paid separately after i will receive my new order. Happy and satisfied with the assurance provided, i re ordered the iphone on 15 february vide order id OD[protected] and was delivered on 17 February. Thereafter, when i asked about the refund of 10000/- as assured, they asked me my account statement, order id screenshot, and what not. Since 17 February, i have been communicating with them and requesting to refund my difference amount, but to no avail. Instead i am called everyday by different people from flipkart and i have to repeat the same story to them everyday. When i sent the screenshot of my order, they say that i should have ordered from the same flipkart id. If i had not ordered from the same flipkart id, how will it show in the same screenshot? I am now being harassed be being called from different people while my issue is still not resolved. They ask me to send my account statement, screenshot, order id again and again and keep delaying the process.Therefore, i request you to kindly intervene amd solve my issue. This is a very pathetic service from flipkart.

                        Without knowing that flipkart pay later would reflect in my cibil report, i've given my details to it for activation. Later i came to know that flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with idfc first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and flipkart have to do it. When i asked flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my cibil report and i am not able to avail credit card services of any bank due to that. Another thing is that the organisation in which i am working is asking me to produce a clean cibil report but, how can l?. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still i'm not able to close my account. No one is responding.

                          The Flipkart Electronics Sale started on 16 March, 12 AM midnight.

                          I had preplanned to buy an ac during the sale, so at 12:30 am, on 16 march, I bought the AC for Rs. 21098 (including HDFC offer, which gave me Rs.1500 off)

                          I was totally excited to make the most of the AC during the sale, but to my shock the flipkart website gave further discount of Rs.500, when i woke up next morning. Now the AC would cost 20598(including HDFC offer), but now I was in a state that I couldn't cancel the product again as I would not get the bank offer on my HDFC card again.

                          My complaint is that here Flipkart is fooling it's innocent customers in the name of electronics sale, as someone like me who woke up late night to make the most of the sale, expecting to make huge gains, but it was useless as in the morning the price slashed further not even 7 hours into the sale.

                          I bought the product at 12:30 am, and next day when i woke up at 7 am I saw further discount(in the same sale), which started at 12 am midnight.

                            Reference to the below email and my purchase of sofa set, i would like to inform you the harassment i am getting from flipkart. The saofa was delivered late and in damaged condition. I have requested for return, replacement and refund. Everyday i call flipkart and they say technician will visit but next day they reject my request. I have raised too many times request but they reject and close.

                            I paid 20, 000 rupees for a damaged and worst product. The vendor tells me we can't do anything. She even asks me to file a case.

                            Anyways if flipkart is not taking any action in next 24 hours i will be forced to file a consumer complaint.

                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve to return this sofa and refund my money.

                                  This is to inform you that I had paid the Flipkart pay later amount of Rs.3976 via the phone pe app on 22/02/2021 the money got debited from my SBI account. The UTR NO: for this transaction is[protected]. Flipkart said their banking partner doesn't recieved the money and asked me to pay the money again. Then again I made the payment on 4/3/2021. Which was successful. Flipkart assured me that they will resolve the issue within 7 days by refunding the amount. Mean while they asked me to go to SBI for the refund. I approached the SBI and they had given me the documents supporting that pay ment had reached the flipkarts partner bank. Even after all these days Flipkart says money which got debited on 22/02/2021 didn't reach them. kindly do the needful for refunding my amount.

                                      wrong product was sent, order cancelled more than 25 days ago. flipkart picked up the order on 17th feb 2020.

                                      today 16 March 2021 Still refund not received.

                                      flipkart asked for bank statement, which was sent to [protected]@flipkart.com. 12th march 2021.
                                      and now are asking to talk to bank.

                                      Refund not received in my account yet.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
