    The product I purchased was Motorola zx pro 55 inch LED tv on 7th feb 2021 (OD[protected] which was delivered on 16th feb 2021 and installation was scheduled on 19th feb 2021 by jeeves. But no installation was carried out due to which i filed a complaint on flipkart regarding the same (IN[protected]. I was given an assurance that this matter will be looked into and a solution will be provided to me at the earliest. The maximum time I was given was 9:30am 26th feb 2021 and told that this is just the maximum time for my issue to be resolved, it will be resolved before this date and time.
    After waiting till 26th I received another mail from them saying "we are sorry its taking long we will provide you a solution by 27th feb". This was enough and I decided to file a complain against this issue on NCDRC. I was given a docket number and asked to share it with flipkart executives via email mentioning my issue. After doing the aforementioned I received a call from flipkart grievance team and he claimed this is the highest authority and you need not to worry sir this isuue will be resolved by Sunday (28th feb) and its our promise. He also mentioned that they will have a talk with the seller regarding compensation for the delay.
    Today is 1feb and nothing as such happened no one called and no update was provided. After I called them and asked for an update they asked me to wait till 5th May. The TV is lying in my store room eating dust I can't even open the box and install it myself as it would void my warranty.
    I am completely aware that nothing will happen even by 5th. I guess flipkart is run by a bunch of lying support staff.

    Guys spread this word with your loved ones if you don't want them to go through this atrocity. This incident has put a huge dent on my trust over flipkart which is beyond repair.

      I’ve ordered House of Pataudi 5seater Sofa on 25th January 2021 and the order was supposed to be delivered by 15th February 2021 and I’ve been constantly following up with the team nobody responds about the redressal of the issue I’ve paid 26K for this order and I’ve emailed the team and have been talking to the customer care every day they say it’ll resolve in 24hrs they’ve give all dates the resolution would happen but never happened last they told me it’ll resolve by 25th February but this didn’t resolve. It’s more than a month.

      I want my product to be delivered also there is no cancellation option after waiting for more than a month now I just want them to deliver the product

        Hi,
        I ordered a phone from Flipkart along with exchange of my older phone. They have clear cut guidelines on their site of what qualifies for reduction in exchange value or denial of exchange. I was incorrectly denied exchange and they mentioned it is upto the delivery boy. This is nowhere mentioned on their site. Moreover to bypass system checks the delivery boy entered incorrect reason “Product Mismatch” in order to deny the exchange. I had called the Helpdesk at that point in time but they couldn’t help. This is misinterpretion of facts and thus I want to file a formal complaint. I tried talking to their senior team members but they put blame on seller and the hang up the phone. This is serious issue.

        This is from their website. All the conditions to not deny exchange were completely met by me but still exchange was denied.

          On 21st January, 2020, received damaged and used product. It also had accessories missing and immediately opted for replacement product. On 27th January, 2020, received another product. This time being careful and recorded video of the opening box. (video : https://youtu.be/T3ppqgbHQ6Y). The entire box of the product was empty. The box's original seal was broken and had cellotape on it. After opening product, called the delivery agent, who was just leaving. He called his superior and said to ask for refund via flipkart customer service. After contacting the customer support, during next several days they asked for my PAN card for verification and to lodge an FIR. I gave my consent to the FIR investigation. Ravikiran Mogale(Security Manangement, Flipkart) asked me to send him photos of product and assured me that they will take action against seller and issue refund to me. But next day they rejected my refund and I went to the courier office twice as the only contact having with flipkart. The courier office supervisors have mailed flipkart about the issue but flipkart is not contacting me nor issuing any refund. I have since been contacting flipkart on email, via the courier service, customer phone support. They have not given me refund giving the one fake reason several times. They are saying that I have "HIGH" number of returns. But in reality I have just one return in my order history that too in 2018. I have ordered many times after that only one return and accepted all orders without any problems. in 2017 I have ordered expensive monitor, mouse worth near 13500. Never had a problem then. Even their customer support checked the account and saw that I just have one return and Flipkart was in wrong. But after every call the next day I get same email saying they can't refund because I have HIGH number of returns.           I don't have HIGH number of return on my account. I just have one return, which was in 2018.
          Flipkart knows this but still sends the same message again and again. Even their customer service line has admitted that I have just one return and Flipkart was in wrong, But they never get around to it.
          My 10, 999 has been with flipkart for over a month and I am left with an empty package.
          I have ordered several expensive items from flipkart and haven't return them. You can check invoices below.
          Samsung Curved Monitor:10, 999, ordered in 2017.
          Logitech Gaming Mouse : 2, 499, ordered in 2017.
          Can't imagine how many times the seller ( Shreyash Retail pvt, ltd) and flipkart together have committed frauds like this to naïve people .

          A week now, no reply from flipkart on any platforms.
          It is a scummy, fraud company. Stay away from Flipkart at all costs.
          Shame on India's biggest ecommerce platform.

            On 23rd February 2021 I have ordered an earphone costing RS. 9, 999.00 from flipkart. On the same day I've cancelled the order due to some personal issues. Flipkart gave a commitment that it would refund my money to my account within 26th of February 2021 and failed to do so. Now they're delaying the refund by blaming the bank for the delay. They gave a refund reference number for contacting bank as IGAKOTDYH1. Bank is refusing to accept that refund has been completed. Please help me in this issue as I found that many flipkart customers are facing the similar problems.

              I had ordered multiple units of the same product (surgical gloves) for my office staff to combat the spread of coronavirus. The product I received was of a different brand and package quantity was smaller (50pcs per box received instead of 100 pcs per box) . So, I returned the product.
              My account was blocked saying that I created too many returns. Sent multiple emails and calls to customer care but no one helps. They do not even want to reason with me on this. Just keep getting automated replies.
              Am I expected to keep wrong products delivered? What was my fault in all of this? My wallet money has also been confiscated? Is that even legal? Pls help unblock my account so that I can regain access to my money, invoices and warranties.

                I am unable to make payment through Debit/Credit Card due to some issue "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen shot). This issue persists last 6 months. But the same card and payment mode is working fine in others e-commerce site.

                Flipkart customer service unable to resolved the issue. They through the issue to related debit/credit, EMI Company issue and suggest me to contact the debit / credit card company.

                    I have purchased Asus laptop from Flipkart, but it was faulty, got hang on startup blank display.

                    I have raised replacement request within return period. After long waiting Flipkart sent service engineer he came and done hard re-boot but as soon as he left premises laptop enters in hang condition again. Still laptop is in same hang condition.
                    But Flipkart has rejected return request.

                    Why I am supposed to used faulty product when I have requested replacement within return period?

                        I received a flipkart gift voucher worth INR 500 for being a flipkart axis bank credit card holder.

                        It was reflected in my account as well. All of sudden it just got vanished and I have checked my orders to make sure that I have not used this voucher for any orders at all.

                        The validity of the voucher was promised to be 1 year where as it vanished within a month.

                            Worst product ever. First of all, i was delivered three 15 g tubes of narayani gel each of price 45 rs so total makes rs 135 but on flipkart it was mentioned 175 rs. + 54 rs for delivery and also they were all expired and already used. the packets were open. The tubes were squeezed out. This is fraud. At the time when i ordered there was return option available but now its saying its not available. No can take more money than mrp. It is a fraud. Return our 230 rs or we will file a case.

                                @flipkartsupport Hi. Adil imam here on 11th feb 2021 i got the delivery my product Apple airpods pro Invoice no. FAF07X[protected] and order id no-OD[protected]
                                From the day i got the delivery i have been raising the issue to flipkart regarding the product as it doesn’t seems genuine to me as non of his serial matches with the product and build quality is not proper and noise cancellation and transparency feature of the product doesn’t worked. Earlier from the customer care executive i got the assistance that the product will be replaced as the seller will again send the product to you. And for replacement date i got 18th feb 2021 on 18th feb 2021 flipkart wishmaster arrives at my place for the replacement of the product he checked the product and says the product is expensive and need more approvals from flipkart which you have to arrange means me from flipkart than they will collect the product. Than after that they never comes for the pick up than next day i went to the logistics team they said the product is with us but need the approval from flipkart to give you. So much of mental pressure and torture i have been gone through this with flipkart can’t tell and still facing the same. Product is still laying with me as a scrap which is of no use. I just got scammed and fooled by flipkart will never ever use his service in my life. My hard earned money got wasted just coz of flipkart. It’s a fraud which they did to me no proper customer support where the issues could have been sorted easily but flipkart did not did it and seller would have been selling this fake products to more of his customers where flipkart did not took any action against the seller. now when there 7 days return policy is over they you should contact the apple store more assistant as there policies is only for 7days return period.

I wait for 48 hrs to request for replacement/return, but the app has no option available to return the product and the customer service is not informing about the status, rather the customer service is disconnecting my calls.

                                    I'm very much disappointed with the behaviour of your Flipkart team. It feels like I have done a big mistake by placing an order with FLIPKART.

                                    Since 2 days have passed, there is still no update from the team concerned (Flipkart). There's nothing received by email, sms or phone.

                                    I've attached a screenshot of the email that was received on February 25. There's no update from the team since then. They can at least update me on the current situation.
