On 5th March, 2021, I got delivered my product which was ordered by me on 3rd March, 2021 Casio Edifice Ex488 but when I unboxed my product I got different model of the same brand named Casio A1773. But whenever I tried to return the product the reason and sub reason for my refund didn't match my genuine issue and that's why my refund request got rejected by the logistics 5-6 times.
Whenever I tried to contact Flipkart they mentioned the same issue that my product have different specifications shown from the website. But this is wrong. There must be a option in the refund request that I got a product of different model of the same brand. Hence, everytime my wishmaster rejected my pickup because there is a verification of image match and serial no. Match, how can the serial no. And image can be matched when I got a different model.
Now it's my 4th day 9th march, 2021 and my refund request is rejected 6th times now. So, please it's my humble request to you to refund my product as soon as possible with correct reason mentioned there that I GOT A DIFFERENT MODEL OF SAME BRAND.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
