Incident - Purchased AC online via flipkart app.

On 23.3.2021, I have ordered a Voltas 1 ton 3 star Split AC 123 DZX (R32).
On 29.3.2021 they have delivered a Voltas AC of different model.

I requested for replacement and they have told me the product is not available so i can return the product.

Then on 4.4.2021, I received a mail asking for Aadhar card or Pan card(which anyway linked to my aadhar card) front and back images and consent to share it with 3rd party within 48hrs. (Which is asked not to share by UIDAI itself).

Also an FIR form was sent to give consent to flipkart to take action against seller on my behalf. Which is totally irrelevant. Even the form is mobile or laptop. Why is it required for AC?

I sent them a reply mail on same day, that they are asking unnecessary details as id proof, as the return is going to take place in the same address where they delivered the product. Also i can't sign any FIR form but they must take back the wrong product and refund the amount.

No response from them for 2days and on 3rd day they have sent a mail that the return request is rejected due to not sharing id proof within 48hrs.

Now I have invoice for one model AC and have a totally different model AC with me. Even if i use the delivered product, with this bill I can't even claim any warranty in future.
I spent 29000 and why should I live with a product without warranty.
As a customer why should i go through all this for their mistake. This is causing me mental agony.

Again I have raised a return request through app and asked for refund. I want return and refund done without disclosing my Aadhar details as well as without signing FIR form.

If it is needed, I can show my id proof to the delivery personnel comes for pick up. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

    I have ordered for a Poko M2 mobile and got delivered on 31st of March 2021 but the phone is not working properly it has heating issue and the SIM signal is not properly coming so I raised the issue and Flipkart executive gave me troubleshooting procedures but it is not getting cleared so I want a full refund I don't want a replacementas, as I cannot manage with this phone I bought a new phone to maintain my Business with out break, so kindly take my request and process full refund for this phone thank you.
    Note: I tried to call Flipkart customer care numberb several times but I am not receiving call back, I received once but they did not resolve my issue I am getting very much frustrated and getting health issues because of this problem so take back this mobile and give me my money refund.

      Got a very poor quality FLU jeans in place of UCB Jeans.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I have raised Refund 5 times till date.
      Every time I am raising a refund/replacement, they cancel it from their end. I am very frustrated because I have already called their Customer Support for at least 50 times during these 10 days. Nobody gives any proper solution, all they do is useless assurances. I am so much helpless that I don’t know what should...

      Is there any issue to refund. Today afternoon your person told me they have refunded the amount and now customer care is telling there is no such complaint made.
      Stop making fool of customer.
      I have purchase nokia tv 139 on 20th march 2020 from you with complete protection plan. Same tv display not working from February month 2021. I have made complaint to you and to Jeevs. Jeevs person visited on 17th march and told they replace tv as they don't have parts available. After that day I m trying to call them but no reply from them for the same ...they have only one answer it will resolve in two working days. Same complaint made to Flipkart but again you people behaved same manner..everyday I am calling flipkart I have all recording ..today u people told refund has being processed on 5th march 2021 you will receive today in your bank. Now I called flipkart for same but again same thing as if you people are not aware of the complaint.
      Please let me know as a customer I have purchase tv from you which is not working.. after taking policy 3yrs being in warranty you people are not replacing tv nor you people are refunding. Stop making fool. Let me know when are you going to refund the amount. Kindly revert ASAP

        I have ordered a laptop and gamepad worth 55990 ruppes.It was paid through phone pe upi transaction.It shows it is successful and paid to merchant called '[protected]@indus'. I have contact flipkart customer service since this happened i havent received any clarity about the issue.Till now i have not got the money refunded.
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have contacted the bank about the transaction and the bank statements are attached with this.It is been 6 days since this happened i havent get confirmed order or Refund till now.
        It is been 6 days since the transfer is done. O have contacted the bank about the issue the said the transaction was successful and the bank statements of the transfer to the flipkart order is attached below. Please Solve this problem Either confirm the order or please refund the money back.

          I have created Flipkart account years back with a mobile number that I do not use now.

          The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

            Sir, my name is sonu kumar .i had ordered two tshirt from flipkart order id-OD[protected] on 20 march of ₹1309 (628+681), the order is prepaid. I had received parcel on 30 march which is empty carrying some bubble bag, so i raised complain to the costumer care but they rejected my complain 3 times without replying anythings, when i raised complain 4th times the asked for my aadhar card, i gave them my aadhar card but they blocked my account, now i can not even login to my account. Sir please look into my complaint and solve it.

              I have brought books from flipkart earlier but when I give my pincode there is an error saying "Currently out of stock in this area."My pincode is 700010 . Almost every product is showing out of stock. I am frustrated with this.

                  When I plug the button the and hold it I got huge current I had threw from my hand the machine had broken badly
                  Due the Manufacturer product I got current

                  And I had checked the Products is Made in China's packing I had screenshot with me all china product are ban then how this product given to me that also defective by blood has become black on my hand when I had holded the machine

                  Give me the resolution of it refund my money back as returnless allready the Products broken from my end due to save my life

                        I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart and it's seller indiflashmart. The product is not good in its performance as portrayed on their website. The laptop lags in its performance and is very disappointing.

                        The misinformation is alos present on Flipkart website and Flipkart customer care us poor on their engagement with their customer.

                        It's been just a day since my order and I need a refund so that I can buy a better product. Flipkart refuses to accept return request and is insisting on replacement only.

                        I would like sue Flipkart for the misinformation and poor customer experience.

Other पर्सन को कॉल करके प्रॉडक्ट लेणे के लिये हमारे तालुका महागाव को आने को केहता है . जो व्यक्ती यहा पे जाते है उनिको प्रॉडक्ट डिलेव्हर किया जाता है और बाकी लोगो के प्रॉडक्ट कॅन्सल किये जाते है . डिलिव्हरी बॉय को मेरा adeess सुरज दत्तराव देशमाने सुरज ऑनलाईन सर्विस सेंटर सवना ४४५२०५ ये adrees दिखतेही मेरा ऑर्डर कॅन्सल किया जाता है, मेरा मेसेज तो आता आहे तुम्हारा प्रॉडक्ट डिलेव्हर होने वाला हैं, पर मुझे दिलेव्हरी बॉय कोई कॉल नही करता हैं. और श्याम मे मेरा ऑर्डर कॅन्सल किया जाता है और उसका रिजन बतया जाता हैं delevery person clould not reach you . Delevery बॉय address पे जब आयेगा तब ही मै मुलुंगा ना ... कोई कॉल नही कूच नही करते . डायरेक्ट ऑर्डर कॅन्सल कर देते हैं. मेरे अब तक गरीब 20 ऑर्डर दिलेव्हरी बॉय ने कॅन्सल कर दिये हैं, बिना मुझे कॉल किये ... इस मामले मे कृपया ध्यान दीजिये .. और couriour सर्विस मे कार्यवाही किजीए...

                                My Order ID - OD[protected].
                                The product had reached to my nearest hub 3days back but not yet delivered. No proper explanation & communication. This is annoying. If I don't get it by tomorrow then have to take legal action as I have cancelled so many important meetings just to receive it. Simply mental harassment nothing else.

                                      I ordered three books for Rs 1805 and made the payment through UPI using the Google Pay app on 28th March, 2021.

                                      The payment was shown as successful in the Google Pay app (see screenshots attached below) and the money was also debited from my account. However, the order was not placed on Flipkart and I could only see the message "Your Payment was not confirmed by the bank".

                                      Google Pay customer care confirmed that the money was deducted from my account and sent to merchant account, so if any refunds are to be claimed it has to be claimed from the merchant.

                                      I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times but to no avail. The usual response is money will be automatically refunded in a few days but it has been 10 days and I haven't got the money back and neither has my order been placed.
