Dear sir,
I had raised a return request of my new purchased mobile phone On 23 rd January.I got the mobile phone on 21 st jan. After installing sim, it shows that phone is hanging and the battery backup is verry poor. So that i put the request for replacement. Then the Flipkart said that, they had arrange a technician visit to my address. But the technician never called me. I called them and asked why they are not coming. They replied that they are above 50 km from my address. So they are rejecting the visit. Thus 3 times Flipkart arranged the technician visit and they rejected. I had some many times complained with Flipkart customer care and again again they are doing the same technician visits. Now it is showing that the return request is rejected. Now i tried to contact Flipkart customer care. But i am not receiving any call back from Flipkart is really amazing and disappointing. I was with this issue since Jan 21 st. I had contacted so many times to Flipkart customer care.
So Sir i need an urgent resolution from your end immediately.
I need my replacement of the mobile phone as i had lost 16 more days.
