I am trying to make purchase but always show "transaction was declined on the basis of risk check".
when I call my bank they told me all are fine so, why flipkart declined my payment.
I am trying many times but same problem faced all the time

Hi I play games on flipkart for which I receive rewards immediately. Today I played free fall challenge and scored more than 600 points twice but I did not receive any reward. My flipkart account is blocked and they are not providing my refund money which is more than 2000.
They continually increase the date from 31st of dec to 7th jan and messaging that we will resolve your issue .
I was plus member and always shop with flipkart . I prefer flipkart over any other shopping app. But now i understand why people love amazon more than flipkart . Because of rigid and unlogicol policies of flipkart ....

I ordered Halo 4 for xbox 360 on 31 December 2020. It was delivered on 3 January 2021. The product is in poor condition, has a lot of scratches and appears to be used.
