I have purchased a POCO M3 Mobile in flipkart and requested for replacement due to software issue, the same has been approved in 5 hrs and received the Replacement unit by 18-March-2021 by around 9:30 am.
When I opened the Box, first thing more visible was dusty finger prints are seen in the phone back side ( I haven't took out from the plastic transparent cover at that time), also once taken out, I could see many uneven or un smooth rubber seal installed in between display and panel very easy to see and feel by placing fingers.
I have compared the same with another POCO M3, there the seal was very evenly fitted and smooth.
I have placed the replacement or refund request by 9:45 am also shown the issue to delivery person, he said he cannot help on this so asked to give a complaint the same also communicated to flipkart.
Still I don't got any calls regarding this, even if I call they are saying to wait. I worried a lot since the indiflash mart is not customer supportive and seen many complaint against them, I need this to be taken through Consumercomplaints. In team.
