I ordered a trolley on 23rd of march the price was 2429 as my ticket was of 28 of march the expected delivery date was of 26 march but on 26 march the product was not delivered and they said wait till 29 march I said OK I had to cancel my ticket on 29 march the product remained undelivered I complained to customer support they said wait till 3rd April on 3rd April they cancelled my order and send a mail that says the seller has cancelled the order if you again place a fresh order in 7 days you will get 300 gift voucher but they product price were raised and displayed 3886 and the product was out of stock The seller was retail net. I complained to customer support that my order is showing out of stock how can I place a new order in 7 days please extend time they said we can't help .but I have booked my another ticket on 15th April please provide me a trolley

    My payment is already approved from many months and I got TDS certificate on my mail id Which was Showing amount was credited. But the actual payment is not been credited to my bank account till now. Help me as soon as possible

        Hi,

        I had booked my Mumbai to Bristol (UK) for 8th March 2021 from Flipkart. My flight no was BA-138 with British airways. My PNR no was R4L42B.
        On the day of departure when I reached airport, I was told at the airport that my flight has got cancelled. I asked British airways ground staff on the airport, he said he doesn't know and I should ask flipkart coz my flight booking has been done from flipkart.

        I have not received any cancellation Email from british airways because I had booked the ticket from flipkart.

        When I asked for a refund from Flipkart they are saying they I should get cancellation proof from British Airways.

        I have tried all the possible way, and have written to flipkart several times, but no action has been taken till know..

            I open a new account of Flipkart on 2nd April, 2021and play game like snake smash, crazy cannon.but due to facing some technical issues I uninstalled Flipkart app and reopen it another phone of mine.so at this time this account does not exist in multiple devices.I play Flipkart game and video on 3rd April as usual and collected reward, but today(4th April)it shown some suspicious activity detected. I am not breaking any term and policy of flipkart game zone. So kindly resolve it.

            Issues solve ho gaya kya?
            Mera bhi yahi issue hai.
            I'm unable to claim rewards by playing the videos like kya bolti public, sirf ek minute. After completing the game, when I try to unlock my reward, I'm getting the screen as suspicious activity detected, but I never broke any of the regulations and played fair enough. Please rectify this issue asap.

                  I have created flipkart account with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      Today at about 12 pm i received a pigeon 2 in 1 shine torch light ( order id :OD[protected] with INR 284 plus flipkart coins. But unfortunately flipkart provided me a used torch ( pen marks and dirty ) .pictures are given below for ur kind perusal. Previously i bought a same torch from flipkart and that torch was destroyed during road side travelling ( train ). So flipkart thought that they could provide me the used one this time to suppress their crime of providing the used-product to their customer.
                      Sir, i request u to kindly take firm action against the online fraudulence of flipkart and direct them to refund me completely.

                        On 7 Sept 2020(From Dimapur to Srinagar) Air India flight was cancelled that day. So directly talk with flipkart executive to cancelled it and they cancelled my booking fliokart.But after 6 month later no refund money is provide me and when i'm trying to calling them they any time say please kindly wait for 24-48 hours, our vacant team is working concerning to your matter
                        I called them more then 100 times but same reply also i confirmed from Air India Limited Office, Guwahati that they alredy process my refund on 11 March 2021.
                        But This flipkart travel company is not refund my amount.
                        Please help me sir to slove this matter.

                                I purchased Poco C3 mobile phone on Flipkart a few days ago. Just the day after my purchase, the phone started hanging. On filing for a replacement request, a technician came and told me he has fixed the phone. However, after some time, the phone started hanging again. I filed a replacement request within the replacement time frame (7 days from the purchase). Now, the customer care people told me that they would replace the phone. However, after some time, the customer care people tell me that they will not replace the product, and I have to go to the company service center and fix my issue. They are harassing me by calling after every 2 hours. Why do I have to fix a brand new phone, and why are they are not replacing a defective phone when I am filing my replacement request within the 7 days time frame? It is clearly mentioned on the product page on their website that they have a 7-day replacement policy.

They were giving me a refund, and upon requesting them to send an email confirming the refund, they sent one from [email protected]. I have received the refund for my order.                                   Flipkart said last payment was unsuccessful and if money is deducted, will get a refund in 3-5 working days. Then i contact phone pay about the same. They said they will look after it . After an hour or two, i got the refund amount . Then i paid the bill again with gpay and was successful.

                                    As you guys can see ₹4277 debited from my account I ordered Fuel one BCAA, Bigmuscle Creatine and Ultimate nutrition Prostar whey which I cancelled week ago I still haven't got the refund and flipkart is telling me refund is credited already into my debit account is this some kind of joke?! They take 1min to debit but take forever to refund the amount!! Now they said wait till April 6th we will resolve the issue like really? That's how you treat their Plus customer you can see. The refund amount would be 3429 because I ordered two more thing with that total three and cancelled one cost 3429 so. Today I contacted them regarding this and they are telling me lies that refund is credited and they updated my cancelled page to refunded and they promised me to refund by 31st March today is 1st April and no refund till now maybe the seller is faulty and their customer service is worst take forever to reply and telling me it will be resolved by April of 6 but why so long? And yes the total amount debit was 4277 as I ordered 3 products whey protein(3429-not refunded) BCAA(599-delivered) Creatine(249-delivered) total 3429+599+249= 4277 so take out the whey and 3429. Please whoever is reading this help me 🙏🏻 I am a student and fitness enthusiast I ordered protein supplement from my savings please I am stressed!! Below I will upload pictures of the order and my mini statement from the date of my order till today. Thankyou.

                                        I haven't placed any order from flipkart and
                                        I'm getting OTP from flipkart through SMS and on my gmail and then automatically there is one order of this placed and it had cancelled automatically also on 30th March 2021 at 3am.
                                        But again today on 1st April 2021 at 8:11pm I received OTP and there was 1 item which was on my cart which I haven't shifted to the cart appears which further I removed from ny cart.

                                        Also my addresss was mentioned in the orders which was placed automatically through flipkart from my account.

                                        I have contacted flipkart multiple times but haven't received any communcation from them No call No msg nothing
