    Hi,

    I had raised a complaint within the 7 days of Flipkart's policy to them and they asked me to reach out to the brand for it and didn't help me AT ALL. I have screenshots of starting a conversation with them on their app and where I had requested a call to log this concern but they did not officially take any complaint.

    After visiting ASUS service center, they acknowledged the issue and issued a DOA certificate after due diligence, and sealed the phone box for it to be handed over to Flipkart.

    After 3 weeks of running after them, I was successfully shared a DOA certificate that I then sent to the Flipkart team over email to pick up the device. Now, the Wishmaster is not picking up the device saying his seniors are denying and they need to perform checks on this DOA device despite sharing the DOA Certificate with them (e.g. display should turn on, accessories should be intact, etc.). I have already shared all the supporting documents and videos with images of the boxing process that was done at the Brand's service center. It was duly sealed with ASUS stickers and was also attached in my email to the Flipkart team post which this was approved.
    It simply needs to be picked up and delivered to the warehouse.

    I am now stuck with the device not getting picked up at all even after numerous emails and phone calls to Flipkart and the pickup guy. Kindly help in getting this picked up or advise on what needs to be done to ensure this is returned ASAP.

Since the product was delivered to you on 20 Jan 21, it has crossed the seller's 7 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

    Are you serious? This has laready been approved by Flipkart as a DOA case and every supporting document was sharing post which flipkart has agreed to pick this up. It is simply pending to be picked up. Kindly follow up on these incident IDs internally and get the faulty device picked up. You sold a defective unit, you need to take responsibility. I will also file a police complaint for this with the Delhi Police.

      I placed an order for a mobile phone on flipkart and paid through credit card emi. The order was placed successfully, and the status showed that my packet was picked up by the courier service. But after the package reached my nearest hub, it showed my order was cancelled by the seller.
      I wanted my order on urgent basis because I had to leave in a few days. I can't even place a new order because I have to pay through emi and the emi credit refund will be refunded in few days. So, until the emi refund is not complete I can't place a new order. What am I supposed to do? If flipkart would have not accepted my order, I would use the emi credit to order from somewhere else. But now I am not left with any option. And on top of that, flipkart isn't responding properly to my consumer calls and complaints. The customer care is not responsive and cuts the call in between and one of them put me on hold for inevitable time. This behaviour is highly disrespectful towards costumers and it has disturbed my mental peace. I am constantly worried, calling flipkart again and again for resolution of my issue and finding a way to be able to order the phone because I needed it immediately.

            I ordered a MMTC 2 gram gold coin from flipkart on 15 Feb 2021( Order ID - OD[protected] and it got deliver to me on 19 Feb 2021. I opened packet and inside that packet found one flipkart packing whose seal is already torn and there is empty MMTC box and bubble wrapper. I immediately called Flipkart and told them about this incidence and they register complaint regarding this and created return request and said to me to wait till 3 March 2021 for resolution . They told me that I will got resolution on or before 3 March 2021. And Today 3 March 2021 I got a message from flipkart regarding extension of date as it is taking time and second message that my return got rejected reason troubleshoot problem. I immediate call flipkart team and told them about this and they again create return request regarding this and said to me to wait till 15 March 2021 . I am already very tensed regarding this and Its already 15 days passed and I didn't got any call from flipkart coustomer care regarding this .and I didn't got any call regarding why my product got missing and why my return got rejected . Please look into this matter as already 15 days passed . Please help me.

            It's already 15 days passed and I didn't got any call regarding this from flipkart side.And I am regularly call flipkart for confirmation but I didn't got any confirmation for refund or replacement yet.

              I had received coupon code for Google Home mini from Google Pay.

              The coupon offers Google Home mini at just 1rs.

              SO I had applied this Coupon code in Flipkart account. Flipkart validated and accepted the coupon code and showing offer under "My coupon" section.

              But surprisingly when I went to buy Google Home mini they not allowed me to buy the product. They shows error that "You have reached the maximum units allowed for purchase of this item"

              In reality, I never bought the same product from the account. and when I contacted customer care for the same they refused to give the proof that I ever bought the item. Also instead of giving the solution to problem they repeatedly disconnect the conversion and ask details of problem every time and giving excuses.

              When I asked them either allow me to place order or give me coupon back they said that as per policy they can't give coupon back, while item limit is placed by "seller. But in reality i tried total 4 seller and at every seller, I got same error, so basically it's not seller but a flipkart which is preventing me to place order after validating my coupon and robbing me.

              If they not provide solution for the same i am going to take legal action against them.

                I brought the noise one headphone from flipcart, but within a one month I see that right headphone is not properly working so I try to return it, but no reply from noise team or flipcart team just saying they will help me ...I have one year warranty on that product..

                    I am raising this complaint as i am not getting flipkart support even after taking much follow-up and unsuccessful tries and they cheat with me.

                    1. Since last 7 days starting from 22nd Feb 2021, folowing with flipkart travel desk on[protected], however this number is not reachable at all today.
                    2. When on 1st march 2021, i have paid fare diffrence for new filght 5th marhc 2021, by the request o[censored]nprofession aganet Mohd Sakir Alam to rescheduling the booking via flipkart. I paid 3690/- INR again and was told i will receive the eticket But till now no confimartion. i paid total 28000/ INR (old tickect + reschuding charge)
                    3. As i didn’t received any call & travel desk not reachable, i tried to spoke with regular flipkart customer support multiple times, however they refused to help stating that travel booking assistance is not in their scope & i have to reach flipkart travel desk on[protected] after sometime (I already highlighted that this number is not reachable at all since many days)
                    4. I sent mail about the issue to flipkart travel desk on [protected]@flipkart.com, however there as well no response.
                    5. I had conversation with air India, however they mentioned that if i did the booking via third party website (Flipkart), so i have to follow-up with flipkart only for changing the booking.

                    5th march 2021 is current travel date but still no response from them.

                    It seems that flipkart is least bothered about their customer requirement, especially in this worldwide panic situation. Hence i am raising this seek your intervention to get the help in this regard.

                            We are company named Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies Pvt Ltd.
                            We are registered as a seller in flipkart seller. We received an order on 23.11.2020 from Jhar Khabo, Jangipur, West Bengal Order Number was - OD[protected].
                            We dispatched it on 24.11.2020.
                            But after 2-3 Days we received the notification that customer did not accept the delivery and requested return. We weight for 2 month 19 Days to get the package back.
                            But when we received the package it was contain wrong material.
                            We deal in Tractor Brakes but received tile cutter.
                            When I register a complaint in flipkart seller support, they told me that it been 14 days you received good so that u can not file any further complaint.
                            My Incident No is : IN[protected]
                            Ekart the logistic partner of flipkart has to be responsible for the loss.
                            And why companies like this decided the terms & condition that if we something returned we have to wait for 3 months but if they return wrong material we have only 14 days that too without any information.
                            I need my material back or comansatation.
                            Because I am an employee of my company and the loss will be deducted from my salary.

                              On 20 February 2021 I have ordered an earphone costing RS. 549.00 from flipkart. Using Lazypay Credit app On the same day I've cancelled the order due to some other product interested. Flipkart gave a commitment that it would refund my money to my account within 23rd of February 2021 and failed to do so. Now they're delaying the refund by blaming the bank for the delay. They multiple a refund reference numbers for contacting Lazypay as . Lazypay is refusing to accept that refund has been completed. That was not clear Please help me in this issue 11 days gone over they are saying 48 hours more like fingers counting Time delaying too

                                On March 1st 2021, I made a purchase for Rs. 640 through Google Pay. The transaction was successful and I got the confirmation from bank but the order is not placed by flipkart. The Next day on March 2nd I have made a transaction of 13, 000 for Poco phone through NetBanking and same incident happened. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account and the order is not placed. I didn't get the refund. This has never happened before with any shopping sites. I need my money back.

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    I have Purchased product from flipkart 0n 26/01/2021 using invoice Number OD[protected] and they inform me the product delivery date is 15/02/2021. But up to 14/02/2021 they not dispatched the product and provide information to cancel the product.

                                    when i have complain for this they inform me that we provide solution within three days but i didn't get the product.

                                    Then they provide 20/02/2021 but again i didn't get the product on the same date and again one of the customer executive insist me to cancel the product. But I have informed that they may cancel the product if they want.

                                    on 20/02/2021 three person call from flipkart customer care and all three person give different solution for my product.

                                    On 22/02/21 Product finally i received the product, but invoice copy they have provided not mentioned payment methods.

                                    Number of times i call to customer care but i didn't get the solution.

                                    I have made payment on 26/01/2021 and i get the product about at one month and not provide the receipt for the payment method.

                                    So unnecessary i have to face this mental stress and financial loss for one month.

                                    This is not first time same issue i face when i purchased Laptop with invoice number OD[protected] on 19 oct 2020 and deliver me late product.

                                    So do needful and provide the receipt for the payment mode for my product. Herewith I attach Invoice copy for reference.

                                        On 6 Feb 2021 i purchased Sony WH XB 900N headphones I received the product next day, but the product I received was a wrong model Sony WH CH710N headphones i called flipkart they made me wait and fill details such as consent FIR against seller, share my identification details and screenshots of wrong product received, after all hassle they accepted my replacement and in few days i got a return which was again wrong model WH CH710N headphone, when i checked with flipkart they told me to wait till 1 March, now on 28 Feb 2021 they Blocked my account saying i have attempted to many return requests in my account, if product send to me is a wrong one how can a costumer accept the product, attach screenshot of product I received with barcode and bill, please help me resolve this problem

                                        @Valson Dias, is the seller name on in voice : Shreyash Retail pvt, ltd?
                                        I also had a similar problem and received an completely empty package.
                                        This is seller has a history of rejecting refunds and blocking accounts and Flipkart is not doing anything.
