I bought OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z from flipkart and I often face Calling issue with these earphones... I get complaints from people on call that my voice is gets distorted at times.

i file a complaint to flipkart for replacement or return but they arrange me a technician visit for check it but they said its OK and we don't replace it. than i complaint to flipkart again and again thay said our seller policy is that thay arrange only technician visit . till now i dont get solution from flipkart.

    I had booked a ticket in feb 2020 for travel period of May 2020. Due to lockdown, this flight was cancelled and I have been following up with flipkart for refund since then. It’s been 1 year that I have not got a refund but only false assurances from flipkart. Their call center is ridiculous and never provide a resolution.

      I have paid all the required money to flipkart for msi gf65 gaming laptop and they are delaying in delivery they are not giving on dates and continuously exting delivery date and flipkart support not helping me.

        My order Order ID: ***.Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed.           I ordered for lenovo ideapad d330 2 in one laptop via flipkart and it was delivered on 27/3/21. But the specifications were not as mentioned in the flipkart site for the product. Hence i asked for a return and refund for the product on the same day itself(27/3/21)
          Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                  I would like to inform you that I bought one Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile from Flipcart and the item was delivered on the 21st of March 2021. After receiving the product when I switched it on then the product is heating and the battery is also draining very quickly then I thought let update the phone configure it in the correct manner I did the same and after that also I am facing the same issue. And the camera quality is also very poor compared to others in the product it is mentioned 64 megapixels and looks like 8 megapiexel.
                  Finally, I raised a return request on the Flipcart portal, and the same engineer visits my area and he took the phone installed two apps, took some snap final conclusion from the engineer is I know there is some issue but my hands are tight I can's do anything and contact with the customer care.
                  Again I called customer care than the same person again came to my are took the ph put the camera on record an 18min vedio ph is heating like anything and the batter is also drained quickly the next conclusion is phone is taking the outside temperature that is what it is very hot and for the camera, he will able to do anything again I need to connect with customer care.
                  Today morning again I called customer care and they are suggesting that go to the Samsung service center and share your problem. Now my question is that the correct service which I am getting from Flipcart ?? And I followed the Flipcart offered 7days of return/replacement policy then why I need to visit the customer care.
                  And due to the 2nd wave of COVID customer care representative is asking me to visit the service center if something happens who will take the responsibility??
                  Can anyone please help me in this regard?

                    I ordered a tshirt on 26th march 2021 and i received my product on 27 march 2021. But the tshirt size is smaller. So i want to return it.                       I am a frequent user of Flipkart since 2015. I never faced such an issue before. I bought one phone from Flipkart recently which I received the next day. I was making calls to my family members (i generally speak with my loudspeaker on). they were complaining that my voice is breaking in between. Initially, I thought it may be due to a network issue. Them 8 out of 10 people started complaining the same.
                      The issue is not a major as I said. In a sentence of 10 words, 1 or 2 words are not clearly audible.
                      After raising the return request one technician came to see my phone. Two of my friends were also there with me so that I can make calls to multiple people present there. I made the call to that technician also. During the call, one of my friends was there with him to listen to any sound break. My friend clearly heard the sound break but the technician was not ready to accept. So He rejected my return request.
                      I feel this is really frustrating. I have bought a Phone worth 14K. I am really facing a big problem because of this issue
                      every time I speak with customer care they assure me that don't worry mam every issue will get resolved but nothing is happening.

                        I have brought Marq Flipkart AC on July 2020 and haven't used much.
                        On March 2021 AC is not cooling and i have raised complaint on 04 march 2021 and still going on with everytime new complaint number but issue is not resolved. There is leakage in condenser and replacement request raised on 19th march 2021and part delivered as tracking ID but Jeeves technician is say they have received the part.

                        Call center agent is saying part is delivery will assign technician in 3 day but it is on going they don't have proper information.

                        Very pathetic service from Flipkart & Jeeves.

                          I would like to express a worst experience from flipkart as they offer Flight Booking and once we book and make a reschedule they were not aware of that and they charge around 8000₹ as the airline ( AirIndia) offer free rescheduling and flipkart charge fee. There is no proper information provided from flipkart.
                          There are many more people suffer from their service and lost more money as airline offers free rescheduling.

                            Hello,

                            I am playing games and watching Flipkart videos every day since Oct - Nov. When I tried to play the game on 25th March 21, it now shows an error suspicious activity detected. I contacted Flipkart regarding the same and they say you have violated Flipkart's terms and conditions. I asked them which T&C and they don't have an answer to that.

                            I haven't done anything wrong, Flipkart customer care continuously saying that it's on Sellers's hand and they cant do anything with this. It should be Flipkart's responsibility to get this resolved with the Seller.

                                  I was ordering a metronaut suitcase for Rs 2199 on Flipkart. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using PhonePe and the bank was State Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the cyber receipt as well. I called at the toll free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a call back. Still no response. What should I do?
                                  Till now I was using Amazon for shopping and was very satisfied. I don't know why I chose Flipkart this time. I am cursing myself. I am also attaching a cyber receipt of the transaction.

                                    I ordered a bluetooth wireless earphone but I received a fake product.So, I have applied for return on flipkart.But the pick up of order has not done yet and pickup date has extended 4 times.First date of pickup was 9th March then date extended to 15 th March then extended to 19th March now was 25th March but again pick up not completedand date got passed.So I didn't get any refund or replacement.
