I have created a Flipkart account 6-7 years ago with a mobile number 3-4 years ago I lost my SIM and deactivated of from my side.

The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account. And my old number is issued to someone else and now he is using that account

          Dear team,
          i have been trying to order nokia 6.1 plus mobile and its shows product is out of stock for this pincode 575002 and 575022 continuously pls do something... but every time its showing out of stock & when its displaying in stock, again its showing 'delivery not available in your area.' even though mangalore is a biggest city in karnataka i'm suprised to see 'area delivery is not available', so what sort of problem is this??? or is it something like you don't deliver a product below rs.10000. please solve this issue asap if you can or atleast don't show the product on your site

            I ordered for grocery items on March 8th, 2021 which going to be delivering on March13th, 2021, but on 13th March their delivery department cancel my order and asked to place the order again. I had contacted to Flipkart coustomer and they raise my complaint and assured me that I have to not face this problem again. So I ordered again on 13th March whose delivery will be on 18th March, but it happens again that the delivery department cancel my order just before it would delivered. I contacted to Flipkart coustomer care again they did the same thing. Then I ordered 3rd time on 20th March which going to be deliver today and the notification that the items are out for deliver has been sent to me, then I contacted to delivery boy and he refused to deliver my order items and give the reason of misroute. It is very disappointed.

              I am complaining second time through consumercomplaints.in because in the first complaint i have not gotten a proper resolution .Flipkart gives me time to wait for refund but the i did not get any refund from it. My order id -OD[protected] this is the order id of my ordered shoes the shoes received by me.The size is not fit for me then I requested to you that i want to return the shoes. The shoes was picked up by the courier partner but not updated on my flipkart id . After 72 hours of the pick up the return request was cancel I called the customer care of flipkart they said to me that i have to wait . After that I requested back to return the product but i have not the received parcel because the parcel was picked by the courier agent.When ever i called the customer care then either say me to wait or to request again for the return. Now my id was blocked by flipkart, they give me the reason that i have done a unusually high number of returns . So I want to know that you what a customer can do if he neither has the received parcel and nor the refund and also not have access on the flipkart account.

                I have cancelled my flight booking from DEL to JFK by British Airways on 9th January, 2021. Ticket was non refundable with Base Fare Rs 17535, taxes Rs 21299, coupon discount Rs 1941 and convenience fee Rs 649 (total amount paid by me is Rs 37592 by online SBI internet banking).
                Now I got the message "The refund of ₹3184.0 has been initiated on Jan 12, 2021 to your account".
                It is clearly written on your site that on cancellation of non refundable ticket, you will get taxes as refund and taxes on my Booking was of Rs 21, 299. I talked to your customer care number and they said amount refunded to me was not appropriate and I will get right refund till 15th of this month. But when I contacted them again I have given a new date, i.e. 16th Jan, 5:00 PM. Then I received another mail that my issue will resolved on 17th Jan, 2021. From then I got new mail about another date. And now your representative told me that I shouldn't get any refund amount because my ticket was non refundable. Please clear your policies as soon as possible.
                Most important how did you calculate previous refundable amount.

                    I have purchased hp pen drives from Flipkart, found both are duplicate, not genuine when I contacted the local service centre as part of the warranty. Both products purchased on the same day, same capacity, same cost, delivered to me on the same day. When I logged a complaint with Flipkart, they considered only 1, not both. I haven't get any response to the last call/complaint. Need help on this.

                    No update from Flipkart for a long time. And also seller had fake address and you can't find any store with that name. Seller doing all FRAUD with fake and address and duplicate items.. Why no action from Flipkart. I am going to file a case in consumer court and report to cyber crime on this.

                        I have placed an order of 6kg MarQ Washing Machine which has water leakage issue so they replaced the washing machine with a new one but it also not working properly.                           I ordered Realme Wireless Buds on flipkart. After opening package, it looks different from what is displayed before order. I requested return and refund for it. It showed you have to wait for 72 hrs and our team will investigate issue. It's been 3 day but return request not accepted by seller. I called customer care person 3-4 times, also messaged them but they just giving me false promises. They again told me to wait for 24 hrs our dedicated team will be get in touch with you. But I'm not satisfied with flipkart customer care service. Please refund my money.

                            We are doing this service request because we have had a very bad service experience of SpiceJet and Flipkart.

                            This situation has been created by SpiceJet, his reshudule my flight without any notification about its flight and when we called in spicejet Customer Care, we were told that we will cancel flight with full refund but we have not found any notification with it and this All things flipkart not know this is very depositing part of service

                            When I discussed to Flipkart Customer Care, they too have not received any kind of notification for full refund message from SpiceJet. Which is a huge service failure because both are companies with a very large service industry. We do not expect such service from them.

                              I have ordered a mobile poco m2 pro on 28th feb. I got it on March 2nd . After 3-4 days o[censored]sage I noticed while charging, it disconnects and reconnects automatically after every hour or so. I checked here on Twitter regarding this and most users also faced same issue. I had return policy till March 7th . So I Opted for replacement.
                              A technician visited after 2 days and checked my device charging for 10-15 min only and later they rejected my replacement. I reported that it(charging disconnect and reconnect)happens after every hour or so. they said technician can't check for hours and they didn't face the issue .And had to go through lots of chats and calls from flipkart.Later they approved it .replacement was approved on 12th and they assured my replacement will be delivered by March 15th. Though my replacement arrived at my nearest flipkart hub it was not delivered to me. Later I requesed them to get it delivered but they said my replacement was misplaced or magically not arrived to my area but flipkart app showed it already arrived my area. Later they placed replacement order again and I got my device on 19th March. I checked the device as soon as possible and that too had the same issue. So I opted for refund. They again sent technician and checked same again for 10-15 min only.
                              And they rejected my refund. I'm very disappointed both with the device and flipkart. it has been 21 days still I didn't get any resolution or refund.still there are arranging multiple tech visits and extending time so that my return period can be over.

                                Worst app ever..They are blocking accounts without any reasons...they have blocked 3 accounts in total..though we are prime CUSTOMERs and giving them more than 200+ orders including costliest products like buying phones, electriconic devices, cycles.etc...flipkart stabbers are blocking the accounts telling high number of returnss...to hell with flipkart..then why the ### do yu keep an option of return policy..also when the product is listed in return policy why the hell are yu not taking back the products..also when we dont like the products shud we keep it just like dat withour returning...why the ### have yu kept an option of return policy...to hell wid you flipkart...upon calling rep why accounts are blocked..we ll b told its handled by back end..who the hell is back end...even after raising hell lot of complaints and sending hell lot of emails..der is no proper support or resolution from the so called ### flipkart...have tried tagging them on tweeter insta everywer..still no resolution...

                                    The customer had kept the Usi Power Lifting belt with him places a mens wallet inside the return . in this team when our team received the return packet from ekart team they get to know that the belt is missing just by the weight because the return packet is around 200 grams where as the usi belt was around 750 grams. here the customer had cheated and kept the origanl product and returned wrong item ( Wallet ), we also have a unboxing video of the return packet, which i am sharing there .

                                        My Flipkart Order Id: OD[protected]
                                        I Had Ordered Apple Iphone 11pro 256gb On 13/11/2020 But Apple Iphone Se 64gb Was Delivered To Me. The amount for my order was ₹89999/- On 28/11/2020 I Registered My First Case With Flipkart Regarding This Matter Asking For Replacement Or Refund. But Till Date No Resolution Has Been Provided By Flipkart To Me. Going A Step Ahead Flipkart Has Blocked My Flipkart Plus Account Suddenly On 25/26 Jan 2021 Stating That There Has Been A High Number Of Returns From My Flipkart Account. This Was Done Just To Stop My Voice. There Has Been 1-2 Returns Only That To Due To Flipkarts Fault. They Are Counting Cancelled Order Before Delivery Also As Returns. They are not refunding amount. They have blocked my Flipkart Plus Account.
