I had received a Lenovo laptop instead of my Asus laptop at the time of exchange which was delivered on 20/12/2020 and flipkart had blocked my account. My name is lavya. I'm a Customer to Flipkart. Due to not deliverable I deactivated my account and now I wanted to activate it. I ordered three products and I only received one single piece from Flipkart. I need refund or two other purchases....

Due to lockdown our flight to and from Amritsar got cancelled. We had booked through flipkart travel. It was an indigo flight. Indigo refunded flipkart the money of our tickets but flipkart travel is yet not able to process my refund even after 2 months. I have been regularly following up for the same issue. They give only one reason it has been initiated please wait for 48 hours. I have provided them with my alternate bank details as well....
