I am ready to give the pay later bill but no one receives the customer care call and dont respond properly the late charges are increasing day by day. Send me an external link atleast the flipkart account is blocked and am unable to use anything or even pay my dues and you guys dont even give a simple resolution

    With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that few days ago i bought a butterfly Arrow 500 w mixer.my Order ID - OD[protected]. when i checked my product i saw that there is a defect in my product . immediately i requested to replace my product. But i am not able to receive my replacement product till now.Everyday i speak my matter to the customer service of Flipkart . Everyday they tell me my product will deliver soon.5 days have been passing but they have not deliver my product till now.please help me.

      I don't know why Flipkart do that for me. I am loyal and old customer of Flipkart with the I'd. But suddenly what wrong happened with Flipkart they blocked me without any valid reason.Then I got a mail they said you has been blocked due to high number of returns. But it's not the true fact. About 100 of delivered products I returned only 5 or 10 product with a valid reason and they accepted it. Then why my Flipkart account was blocked. I can't get it still. Please take action against Flipkart and unblock my Flipkart account.

            I have made a shopping on flipkart (Product-wow skincare product) and made complete payment through UPI(GPay) which is successful on 2nd April 12:39 pm of Rs 296, the amount has been debited but the order has failed. I have contacted Gpay support & Bank regarding the transaction, they told me that the money has been deposited to the merchant. I have contacted flipkart but they are denying any payment. They are not properly addressing my concern and keeps on closing my complaint.

            Also bank has given the confirmation email that "The transaction is found to be successful & amount has been credited to the beneficiary account". Refer the attached screenshot.

            I need my Amount to be refund to the source of payment.

            I am completely frustrated by following up with flipkart team, no proper information and response on this transaction and denying the payment.

              Flipkart delivered me a mi smart band 4 but it looks like a used product with scratches, dead battery, no brand logo on product etc.

                  I wish to inform you that I had been booked a flight from flipkart to New Delhi from Shirdi in May Month 2020. But due to covid it had been cancelled by airline and entire amount gave in credit shell for utilizing till 31 march 2021.

                  But I couldn't utilize the same by 31 march 2021. Now Airline has been refund the entire amount to flipkart but flipkart has been deducted the 2118 super coins from my account and said that your coins validity has been expired whereas coins has been refunded on 14 April 2021.

                  Now who is responsible for not utilizing the super coin timely while refund itself got on yesterday itself.

                  Now Flipkart team said that we can't do anything because of our hierarchy.
                  Note- 1 Coin is equal to 1 INR

                  Therefore requesting you to kindly do the needful. I Shall be very grateful to you.

                      I had placed an order for Dr. Trust (USA) Model-905 3 in 1 Electric Nano Portable Ionic face Nose steam Breathing Inhaler facial Water Steamer Parlour Machine for cough & cold relief Home Office Room Air Purifier Humidifier & towel warmer heater Vaporizer from Flipkart website on 12th April 2021. However, in the evening, the order was arbitrarily cancelled. I had raised a complaint on 12th April 2021 and asked the reason for the cancellation. I was told that they will look into the matter and will revert later. However, on 14th April, they have disabled my account and have made false accusations that my account has been flagged for making purchases not intended for personal use which is a false statement. I had called up their customer support helpline but none of the executives could help and they keep providing a misleading response. In the last 1 year (since[protected], I have placed 11 orders from Flipkart and made 2 travel bookings from Flipkart Travel. All the items ordered [Books, Shoes, Sanitizers, masks etc] were strictly for personal use. I had even asked for the details based on which they have restricted access to my account. However, the customer support team has no idea about the same. In addition to this, there is no escalation mechanism in Flipkart by which serious complaints can be escalated for faster resolution. Based on the evidence at hand, it is clear that the account has been restricted just because I had raised the complaint on social media. The action from Flipkart of restricting access to my account amounts to harassment and strict action should be taken against the company.
                      In the last 1 year I have placed 11 orders of which 3 were cancelled/returned. 2 of the cancellation/returns were from Flipkart as the seller couldn't ship the order.

                      Now they are claiming the following:

                      " We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                      I have responded to the e-mail and have even spoken to the customer support. However, there has been no resolution which is not a surprise considering how unprofessional and deceitful the customer support team is. There is no escalation matrix and complaints escalated by the customer support executive end up in the trash once the call is disconnected. The senior management team has no clue about the mess in the company.

On 12th April after I placed an order which was cancelled by Flipkart, I had raised a complaint about the same. Post that you have not only provided the reason for cancellation but have also deactivated the account citing some absurd and false excuse.
                      The worst part is that there is no escalation mechanism in Flipkart to dispute the baseless claims and the customer support keeps copy-pasting the same template again and again without applying any mind to it.
                      Flipkart should rename itself as Fraudkart considering how unscrupulous and unprofessional it is becoming with every passing day.

                      The issue is not resolved as I have disputed the baseless claim of Flipkart. The account was locked after I had raised a complaint regarding the order cancellation. I have separately written to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com. I have also tagged @_Kalyan_K (CEO-Flipkart) and @rajneeeshkumar (SVP and Head-Corporate affairs) on Twitter for my complaint. It is really unacceptable of Flipkart to disable my account by making false claims. I have asked their team to provide proof from my past purchase history to show any kind of wrongdoing. So far they have not responded and the customer support team is tongue-tied when I talk to them over the phone.
                      Unfortunately, Flipkart has the worst customer support team with unscrupulous policies and their only intent is to boost their revenues even at the cost of cheating their customers. There is no escalation matrix available in Flipkart and one has to communicate only through e-mails to deal with issues related to the account.

                        Hi all,

                        I've placed 2 orders using Flipkart on recent times, and for both of the orders I've received duplicate products with damaged properties.

                        For both of them I've raised a request for refund and replacement. This is the not the first instance that this happened. For last 3-4 months I've faced issue with multiple orders.

                        Complaints:
                        1. Not checking quality of the product, Flipkart is delivering duplicate and used products.
                        2. Not checking before packaging, that's a QA protocol breach
                        3. No assurance about correct delivery or correct product
                        4. Waste of time and extra harassments
                        5. Flipkart is becoming a partner whom we cannot trust with any delivery.

                        This kind of service is not a good sign of running business in India.

                          I have created flipkart account three years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              I recently ordered iphone 11 pro. The new phone touch screen is not working. Although there is a return policy till 19th it's not responding. I tried to raise the return request on the same day, intially they said delivery status might not be updated need to wait for a day and try. The next day also it's not allowing to return and we havent received any sms or email to return the product. Customer service is hanging out the call without responding. Issue is not solved and i dont want to repair my new phone. Its ridiculous. I dont want the phone. I want to return it. Order I'd OD[protected]. I never ever expected such service from flipkart.

The cleaning is not done properly, so Flipkart said that your warranty has expired, you have to contact the extra warranty company Jivish, so let me tell Jivish company My machine has frequent faults when a complaint was lodged by Jivesh Company and repaired by its man. A few days later, the machine started malfunctioning again.A complaint was lodged on my behalf but the representative of Jivish came to my house and the machine was serviced in such a way that a total of four to five times the complaint was lodged again in Jivish so I will live again.Came to send a message to my register number that our representative's name is XYZ and his mobile number is XYZ So I want you to know that the representative who comes to send the message sends the representative to another representative The last time I lodged a complaint in Jeevish, a Jivish representative came to my house and inside my machine.There was a defect, so his representative said that he would see the spare part changes inside your machine.So his representative said that it would take thirty days for the spare part to come, so after thirty days I will live again. The spare part was changed by the representative. Then again after three to four days the complaint was lodged in Jivish again so when Jivish's representative came to my house he opened the machine and told me that the spare part that was replaced was bad again. When it was done he told her that you would have to wait another thirty days Another thing is that I have repeatedly lodged a complaint on Flipkart and also in Jivish and both the companies talked to me for thirty minutes but no solution was forthcoming and from both the companies.My phone was also cut off and I was treated like a ### All these big companies are running but this is called shameful And the third thing I have to say is that this spare part comes from another country, so it takes so much time and my warranty time is gone from your fault.                                   I have made a bill payment for flipkart pay later on 1st march 2021 of rs 750, the amount has been debited but the order has failed. I have contacted NPCI regarding the transaction, they told me that the money has been deposited to the merchant, I have contacted flipkart but they are denying any payment. They are not properly addressing my concern and keeps on closing my complaint.

                                    I have purchase marq laptop on 20/10/20. After that last one week laptop not working properly.So i have complain to [protected]@flipkart.com . Every day i call to the customer service they ignore me they don't solve my problem. Even today i have a call, every time they say 24hr given them they will solve the problem . flipkart and Marq company totally ignore the problem. So kindly solve the problem immediately.

                                    On that day no one come to collect my laptop and replace or repairing .
                                    Marq service center not replace or repairing my laptop. Still now my laptop totally dead. Flipkart service center request to replace my laptop immediately

                                      Flipkart team is not delivering the items from more than 1month. Always they are postponing the delivery dates. Even I don't see any positive resolution on order delivery.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
