    I have ordered for a product at 12:35 am and paid for them from google pay. But the purchase is not approved yet. Money has been debited from my account and the order is not confirmed yet. Please refund my money.

      Hi,

      I am escalating this issue as I have purchased iffalcon tv from flipkart and received it on 23rd March 2021, and since in 2 days the installation. Was not done I raised a complaint, I have received many SLAs, but there was no installation done yet, and today I received an SMS informing me that installation has been complete, but nobody did the installation, I am fairly disappointed with the pathetic support from flipkart because even the customer care agents are not responding properly, now it has been 10 days and no update on order OD[protected]. Flipkart is keep on extending the date.

        There was an order of BASELINER III Tennis Shoes For Men (Blue) Which is marked as Delivered as today at 5:30 Pm but we have contacted the person whom it was supposed to be delivered and there was no such product that was been delivered at the provided address.
        And I have requested a call from Flipkart in the chat section but there is no call received yet and I did receive one call but the lady who was on the call disconnected the call and there was no callback So I want to know to who the product is been delivered and if possible delivered it a to-the-right person of refunding me the amount.

            I have placed one order of realme C12 with an exchange offer, I have a oppo A3S which I wanted to exchange they have certain terms and conditions with exchange item, the terms are like this if no issue in old device the exchange price will be 4550, if body issue like dents, cracks & part missing the the exchange value will be 3350 and if phone screen issue like crack, discoloration, screen coming out, touch not working or body de shaped / bent then the exchange value will be 2200, when I inserted the IMEI number its shows me 4550 and I paid advance the remaining amount, the delivery agent came to my place checked everything didn't offered me any of the above amount then he told me wait for 30 minute I will come with my senior, he came after 30 min with a local guy and that guy DON'T have any icard of flipkart that i can identify him that he is from flipkart, the 3rd party guy took my mobile phone and he checked everything after that he told me that he wants to open the glass whether he DIDN'T offer me any amount as per the terms and condition and the delivery agent was standing beside the 3rd party guy (broker), I DON'T know how flipkart allow a broker without proper doc with the delivery agent this is a serious concern that 3rd party can run away with my phone, they have harrased me from the morning request you to please look into this matter.

              I created my flipkart account 3 years back now I have lost my phone and I have balance in my gift card how should I use that . If I am trying to update my phone number in flipkart otp is sent to both old and new mobile number how am I supposed to get otp sent on lost mobile number.

                  I bought OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z from flipkart and I often face Calling issue with these earphones... I get complaints from people on call that my voice is gets distorted at times.

                  i file a complaint to flipkart for replacement or return but they arrange me a technician visit for check it but they said its OK and we don't replace it. than i complaint to flipkart again and again thay said our seller policy is that thay arrange only technician visit . till now i dont get solution from flipkart.

                    I had booked a ticket in feb 2020 for travel period of May 2020. Due to lockdown, this flight was cancelled and I have been following up with flipkart for refund since then. It’s been 1 year that I have not got a refund but only false assurances from flipkart. Their call center is ridiculous and never provide a resolution.

                        My order Order ID: ***.Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed.                           I ordered for lenovo ideapad d330 2 in one laptop via flipkart and it was delivered on 27/3/21. But the specifications were not as mentioned in the flipkart site for the product. Hence i asked for a return and refund for the product on the same day itself(27/3/21)
                          Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                  I would like to inform you that I bought one Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile from Flipcart and the item was delivered on the 21st of March 2021. After receiving the product when I switched it on then the product is heating and the battery is also draining very quickly then I thought let update the phone configure it in the correct manner I did the same and after that also I am facing the same issue. And the camera quality is also very poor compared to others in the product it is mentioned 64 megapixels and looks like 8 megapiexel.
                                  Finally, I raised a return request on the Flipcart portal, and the same engineer visits my area and he took the phone installed two apps, took some snap final conclusion from the engineer is I know there is some issue but my hands are tight I can's do anything and contact with the customer care.
                                  Again I called customer care than the same person again came to my are took the ph put the camera on record an 18min vedio ph is heating like anything and the batter is also drained quickly the next conclusion is phone is taking the outside temperature that is what it is very hot and for the camera, he will able to do anything again I need to connect with customer care.
                                  Today morning again I called customer care and they are suggesting that go to the Samsung service center and share your problem. Now my question is that the correct service which I am getting from Flipcart ?? And I followed the Flipcart offered 7days of return/replacement policy then why I need to visit the customer care.
                                  And due to the 2nd wave of COVID customer care representative is asking me to visit the service center if something happens who will take the responsibility??
                                  Can anyone please help me in this regard?

                                      I am a frequent user of Flipkart since 2015. I never faced such an issue before. I bought one phone from Flipkart recently which I received the next day. I was making calls to my family members (i generally speak with my loudspeaker on). they were complaining that my voice is breaking in between. Initially, I thought it may be due to a network issue. Them 8 out of 10 people started complaining the same.
                                      The issue is not a major as I said. In a sentence of 10 words, 1 or 2 words are not clearly audible.
                                      After raising the return request one technician came to see my phone. Two of my friends were also there with me so that I can make calls to multiple people present there. I made the call to that technician also. During the call, one of my friends was there with him to listen to any sound break. My friend clearly heard the sound break but the technician was not ready to accept. So He rejected my return request.
                                      I feel this is really frustrating. I have bought a Phone worth 14K. I am really facing a big problem because of this issue
                                      every time I speak with customer care they assure me that don't worry mam every issue will get resolved but nothing is happening.
