I brought the noise one headphone from flipcart, but within a one month I see that right headphone is not properly working so I try to return it, but no reply from noise team or flipcart team just saying they will help me ...I have one year warranty on that product..

      I am raising this complaint as i am not getting flipkart support even after taking much follow-up and unsuccessful tries and they cheat with me.

      1. Since last 7 days starting from 22nd Feb 2021, folowing with flipkart travel desk on[protected], however this number is not reachable at all today.
      2. When on 1st march 2021, i have paid fare diffrence for new filght 5th marhc 2021, by the request o[censored]nprofession aganet Mohd Sakir Alam to rescheduling the booking via flipkart. I paid 3690/- INR again and was told i will receive the eticket But till now no confimartion. i paid total 28000/ INR (old tickect + reschuding charge)
      3. As i didn’t received any call & travel desk not reachable, i tried to spoke with regular flipkart customer support multiple times, however they refused to help stating that travel booking assistance is not in their scope & i have to reach flipkart travel desk on[protected] after sometime (I already highlighted that this number is not reachable at all since many days)
      4. I sent mail about the issue to flipkart travel desk on [protected]@flipkart.com, however there as well no response.
      5. I had conversation with air India, however they mentioned that if i did the booking via third party website (Flipkart), so i have to follow-up with flipkart only for changing the booking.

      5th march 2021 is current travel date but still no response from them.

      It seems that flipkart is least bothered about their customer requirement, especially in this worldwide panic situation. Hence i am raising this seek your intervention to get the help in this regard.

          I have ordered and paid for few products on Flipkart. However they are asking for OTP that was sent to a mobile number that's inaccessible. I can't even change the mobile number as it asks for OTP sent that number. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

              We are company named Ratek Pheon Friction Technologies Pvt Ltd.
              We are registered as a seller in flipkart seller. We received an order on 23.11.2020 from Jhar Khabo, Jangipur, West Bengal Order Number was - OD[protected].
              We dispatched it on 24.11.2020.
              But after 2-3 Days we received the notification that customer did not accept the delivery and requested return. We weight for 2 month 19 Days to get the package back.
              But when we received the package it was contain wrong material.
              We deal in Tractor Brakes but received tile cutter.
              When I register a complaint in flipkart seller support, they told me that it been 14 days you received good so that u can not file any further complaint.
              My Incident No is : IN[protected]
              Ekart the logistic partner of flipkart has to be responsible for the loss.
              And why companies like this decided the terms & condition that if we something returned we have to wait for 3 months but if they return wrong material we have only 14 days that too without any information.
              I need my material back or comansatation.
              Because I am an employee of my company and the loss will be deducted from my salary.

                On 20 February 2021 I have ordered an earphone costing RS. 549.00 from flipkart. Using Lazypay Credit app On the same day I've cancelled the order due to some other product interested. Flipkart gave a commitment that it would refund my money to my account within 23rd of February 2021 and failed to do so. Now they're delaying the refund by blaming the bank for the delay. They multiple a refund reference numbers for contacting Lazypay as . Lazypay is refusing to accept that refund has been completed. That was not clear Please help me in this issue 11 days gone over they are saying 48 hours more like fingers counting Time delaying too
                I sendend many emails call's and chats they Answered multiple Answer not clearly
                Proof are ATTACHED below I also completed lazypay also they two are irritated me 11 days gone iam so panic please resolve it

                  On March 1st 2021, I made a purchase for Rs. 640 through Google Pay. The transaction was successful and I got the confirmation from bank but the order is not placed by flipkart. The Next day on March 2nd I have made a transaction of 13, 000 for Poco phone through NetBanking and same incident happened. The transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account and the order is not placed. I didn't get the refund. This has never happened before with any shopping sites. I need my money back.

                      Respected Sir,

                      I have Purchased product from flipkart 0n 26/01/2021 using invoice Number OD[protected] and they inform me the product delivery date is 15/02/2021. But up to 14/02/2021 they not dispatched the product and provide information to cancel the product.

                      when i have complain for this they inform me that we provide solution within three days but i didn't get the product.

                      Then they provide 20/02/2021 but again i didn't get the product on the same date and again one of the customer executive insist me to cancel the product. But I have informed that they may cancel the product if they want.

                      on 20/02/2021 three person call from flipkart customer care and all three person give different solution for my product.

                      On 22/02/21 Product finally i received the product, but invoice copy they have provided not mentioned payment methods.

                      Number of times i call to customer care but i didn't get the solution.

                      I have made payment on 26/01/2021 and i get the product about at one month and not provide the receipt for the payment method.

                      So unnecessary i have to face this mental stress and financial loss for one month.

                      This is not first time same issue i face when i purchased Laptop with invoice number OD[protected] on 19 oct 2020 and deliver me late product.

                      So do needful and provide the receipt for the payment mode for my product. Herewith I attach Invoice copy for reference.

                          On 6 Feb 2021 i purchased Sony WH XB 900N headphones I received the product next day, but the product I received was a wrong model Sony WH CH710N headphones i called flipkart they made me wait and fill details such as consent FIR against seller, share my identification details and screenshots of wrong product received, after all hassle they accepted my replacement and in few days i got a return which was again wrong model WH CH710N headphone, when i checked with flipkart they told me to wait till 1 March, now on 28 Feb 2021 they Blocked my account saying i have attempted to many return requests in my account, if product send to me is a wrong one how can a costumer accept the product, attach screenshot of product I received with barcode and bill, please help me resolve this problem

                          I also had a similar problem and received an completely empty package.
                          This is seller has a history of rejecting refunds and blocking accounts and Flipkart is not doing anything.

                              The product I purchased was Motorola zx pro 55 inch LED tv on 7th feb 2021 (OD[protected] which was delivered on 16th feb 2021 and installation was scheduled on 19th feb 2021 by jeeves. But no installation was carried out due to which i filed a complaint on flipkart regarding the same (IN[protected]. I was given an assurance that this matter will be looked into and a solution will be provided to me at the earliest. The maximum time I was given was 9:30am 26th feb 2021 and told that this is just the maximum time for my issue to be resolved, it will be resolved before this date and time.
                              After waiting till 26th I received another mail from them saying "we are sorry its taking long we will provide you a solution by 27th feb". This was enough and I decided to file a complain against this issue on NCDRC. I was given a docket number and asked to share it with flipkart executives via email mentioning my issue. After doing the aforementioned I received a call from flipkart grievance team and he claimed this is the highest authority and you need not to worry sir this isuue will be resolved by Sunday (28th feb) and its our promise. He also mentioned that they will have a talk with the seller regarding compensation for the delay.
                              Today is 1feb and nothing as such happened no one called and no update was provided. After I called them and asked for an update they asked me to wait till 5th May. The TV is lying in my store room eating dust I can't even open the box and install it myself as it would void my warranty.
                              I am completely aware that nothing will happen even by 5th. I guess flipkart is run by a bunch of lying support staff.

                              Guys spread this word with your loved ones if you don't want them to go through this atrocity. This incident has put a huge dent on my trust over flipkart which is beyond repair.

                                I’ve ordered House of Pataudi 5seater Sofa on 25th January 2021 and the order was supposed to be delivered by 15th February 2021 and I’ve been constantly following up with the team nobody responds about the redressal of the issue I’ve paid 26K for this order and I’ve emailed the team and have been talking to the customer care every day they say it’ll resolve in 24hrs they’ve give all dates the resolution would happen but never happened last they told me it’ll resolve by 25th February but this didn’t resolve. It’s more than a month.

                                I want my product to be delivered also there is no cancellation option after waiting for more than a month now I just want them to deliver the product

                                  Hi,
                                  I ordered a phone from Flipkart along with exchange of my older phone. They have clear cut guidelines on their site of what qualifies for reduction in exchange value or denial of exchange. I was incorrectly denied exchange and they mentioned it is upto the delivery boy. This is nowhere mentioned on their site. Moreover to bypass system checks the delivery boy entered incorrect reason “Product Mismatch” in order to deny the exchange. I had called the Helpdesk at that point in time but they couldn’t help. This is misinterpretion of facts and thus I want to file a formal complaint. I tried talking to their senior team members but they put blame on seller and the hang up the phone. This is serious issue.

                                    On 21st January, 2020, received damaged and used product. It also had accessories missing and immediately opted for replacement product. On 27th January, 2020, received another product. This time being careful and recorded video of the opening box. (video : https://youtu.be/T3ppqgbHQ6Y). The entire box of the product was empty. The box's original seal was broken and had cellotape on it. After opening product, called the delivery agent, who was just leaving. He called his superior and said to ask for refund via flipkart customer service. After contacting the customer support, during next several days they asked for my PAN card for verification and to lodge an FIR. I gave my consent to the FIR investigation. Ravikiran Mogale(Security Manangement, Flipkart) asked me to send him photos of product and assured me that they will take action against seller and issue refund to me. But next day they rejected my refund and I went to the courier office twice as the only contact having with flipkart. The courier office supervisors have mailed flipkart about the issue but flipkart is not contacting me nor issuing any refund. I have since been contacting flipkart on email, via the courier service, customer phone support. They have not given me refund giving the one fake reason several times. They are saying that I have "HIGH" number of returns. But in reality I have just one return in my order history that too in 2018. I have ordered many times after that only one return and accepted all orders without any problems. in 2017 I have ordered expensive monitor, mouse worth near 13500. Never had a problem then. Even their customer support checked the account and saw that I just have one return and Flipkart was in wrong. But after every call the next day I get same email saying they can't refund because I have HIGH number of returns.                                     I don't have HIGH number of return on my account. I just have one return, which was in 2018.
                                    Flipkart knows this but still sends the same message again and again. Even their customer service line has admitted that I have just one return and Flipkart was in wrong, But they never get around to it.
                                    My 10, 999 has been with flipkart for over a month and I am left with an empty package.
                                    I have ordered several expensive items from flipkart and haven't return them. You can check invoices below.
                                    Samsung Curved Monitor:10, 999, ordered in 2017.
                                    Logitech Gaming Mouse : 2, 499, ordered in 2017.
                                    Can't imagine how many times the seller ( Shreyash Retail pvt, ltd) and flipkart together have committed frauds like this to naïve people .

                                    I don't know what to say other than beg and pester you for a refund of 10, 999.

                                    A week now, no reply from flipkart on any platforms.
                                    It is a scummy, fraud company. Stay away from Flipkart at all costs.
                                    Shame on India's biggest ecommerce platform.

                                      On 23rd February 2021 I have ordered an earphone costing RS. 9, 999.00 from flipkart. On the same day I've cancelled the order due to some personal issues. Flipkart gave a commitment that it would refund my money to my account within 26th of February 2021 and failed to do so. Now they're delaying the refund by blaming the bank for the delay. They gave a refund reference number for contacting bank as IGAKOTDYH1. Bank is refusing to accept that refund has been completed. Please help me in this issue as I found that many flipkart customers are facing the similar problems.
