I have placed order of 11999/- on 19/02/2021 and thereafter cancelled it. The amount was not refunded till date. Complained to customer care many times but they are saying to wait for 2 days every time but refund issue is not solved.

    Money has not been refunded to my bank account yet

    I have ordered Google home mini from Flipkart.com worth of Rs. 2500 on 9th of March 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. Later I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" the last date provided by them for refund was 16th of March 2021

    I waited till 16th of March but didn't get the...

    I have ordered 250gm pack, but delivered 180gm pack, though I confirmed from Flipkart just after placing the order, they assured me that it will be surely 250gm pack,
    But when I received 180gm pack first time, again contacted flipkart and the said they will replace with 250gm pack. But after waiting so long over 2 weeks they deliver me again 180gm.
    This is ridiculous. When there is a concern of weight they should have look into the matter carefully, but they did not, completely carelessness.
    So Now I want my Refund and the 180gm product as compensation.

      I ordered iphone 12 from flipkart vide order id OD[protected] on 31 january 2020 but the same was cancelled from the seller as it could not be shipped. I was refunded 69900/- for the same being the amount paid for the order ( though the original price was 79900/-, i got a discount of 10000/- on SBI credit card). So flipkart advised me to re order the phone and pay 79900/- ( the original price since the offer on SBI card was limited period and expired due to their cancelling the order). They also assured me not to worry as the difference amount of 10000/- would be paid separately after i will receive my new order. Happy and satisfied with the assurance provided, i re ordered the iphone on 15 february vide order id OD[protected] and was delivered on 17 February. Thereafter, when i asked about the refund of 10000/- as assured, they asked me my account statement, order id screenshot, and what not. Since 17 February, i have been communicating with them and requesting to refund my difference amount, but to no avail. Instead i am called everyday by different people from flipkart and i have to repeat the same story to them everyday. When i sent the screenshot of my order, they say that i should have ordered from the same flipkart id. If i had not ordered from the same flipkart id, how will it show in the same screenshot? I am now being harassed be being called from different people while my issue is still not resolved. They ask me to send my account statement, screenshot, order id again and again and keep delaying the process.Therefore, i request you to kindly intervene amd solve my issue. This is a very pathetic service from flipkart.

        Without knowing that flipkart pay later would reflect in my cibil report, i've given my details to it for activation. Later i came to know that flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with idfc first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and flipkart have to do it. When i asked flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my cibil report and i am not able to avail credit card services of any bank due to that. Another thing is that the organisation in which i am working is asking me to produce a clean cibil report but, how can l?. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still i'm not able to close my account. No one is responding.

          The Flipkart Electronics Sale started on 16 March, 12 AM midnight.

          I had preplanned to buy an ac during the sale, so at 12:30 am, on 16 march, I bought the AC for Rs. 21098 (including HDFC offer, which gave me Rs.1500 off)

          I was totally excited to make the most of the AC during the sale, but to my shock the flipkart website gave further discount of Rs.500, when i woke up next morning. Now the AC would cost 20598(including HDFC offer), but now I was in a state that I couldn't cancel the product again as I would not get the bank offer on my HDFC card again.

          My complaint is that here Flipkart is fooling it's innocent customers in the name of electronics sale, as someone like me who woke up late night to make the most of the sale, expecting to make huge gains, but it was useless as in the morning the price slashed further not even 7 hours into the sale.

          I bought the product at 12:30 am, and next day when i woke up at 7 am I saw further discount(in the same sale), which started at 12 am midnight.

            Reference to the below email and my purchase of sofa set, i would like to inform you the harassment i am getting from flipkart. The saofa was delivered late and in damaged condition. I have requested for return, replacement and refund. Everyday i call flipkart and they say technician will visit but next day they reject my request. I have raised too many times request but they reject and close.

            I paid 20, 000 rupees for a damaged and worst product. The vendor tells me we can't do anything. She even asks me to file a case.

            Anyways if flipkart is not taking any action in next 24 hours i will be forced to file a consumer complaint.

            Kindly look into the matter and resolve to return this sofa and refund my money.

              Men Formal, Party, Evening Black Genuine Leather Reversible Belt", but i received different product as i seen in flipkart. So i placed a return request but the return request is rejected by flipkart team.i have tried may times even i call customer care service to return my product and the placed a return request and then also my request is rejected . and after a day i see that my flipkart Account is blocked and the reason is "High number of return", so in that case what can i do, can i use a defective product. This is not fare, So i want my Account Unblock and my product returned.

                  This is to inform you that I had paid the Flipkart pay later amount of Rs.3976 via the phone pe app on 22/02/2021 the money got debited from my SBI account. The UTR NO: for this transaction is[protected]. Flipkart said their banking partner doesn't recieved the money and asked me to pay the money again. Then again I made the payment on 4/3/2021. Which was successful. Flipkart assured me that they will resolve the issue within 7 days by refunding the amount. Mean while they asked me to go to SBI for the refund. I approached the SBI and they had given me the documents supporting that pay ment had reached the flipkarts partner bank. Even after all these days Flipkart says money which got debited on 22/02/2021 didn't reach them. kindly do the needful for refunding my amount.

                        I continuously took Participate in Flipkart's GameZone's Games and Rarely My all answers are true but whenever I try to claim My Prizes then an error is notifying everyday even on each and every Game that's "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY FOUND". I swear and God Promised that I played each and every game Genuinely and Truly without any Suspicious Activity then Why flipkart is doing ridiculous game with it's generous and truth speaking customer like me? I think Flipkart is FRAUD NO. 1.

                            The issue is that I received the wrong product and brand is different. As I ordered Casio watch but received Fastrack watch .Order OD[protected] . Now the seller is cancelling my request by technical error and second time by system by default. I'm Saidi Musa Juma from Tanzania. Even after submiting my IDs for verification. No response is coming.Without any mail of confirmation or something. My request is cancelled twice . After submitting everything is needed .It feels like discrimination is happening with me . As I'm new here . I gave my Frro and visa and also passport as they were forcing me to give aadhar which is not possible as I'm not Indian . They didn't even called me in this regard only by simply cancelling my request for no reason . I don't know why this happening. Never felt this bad .so please help me.As it cost me almost 3 thousand. This the last time I will not buy anything from flipkart now onwards . They have cheated me . For the same I'm writing this complaint. Even after telling my things that I don't have time to waste still they are making there procedures and not doing anything on time. That too no resolution is given.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                I have purchased Thompson Smart TV from flipkart in 2018 (file attached). During the order of same TV, I faced the same problem, which was replaced by the flipkart at that time.

                                Again the same lining problem arises in the TV. I think flipart has a brand value globally, if such type of product sold by the company, will loose the faith of the customer.

                                No one has sufficient money to replace or purchase the product in every 2 years. It is requested from the competent authority of flipkart, please resolve the issue raised in the TV.

                                  I Was ordered a nike shoes on flipkart.my Order ID - OD[protected]
                                  But still I not receive same product I received ordinary product. Then i complaint within 10 minutes for replacement And They promise me wait till next 48 hours your problem has been solved.
                                  But my problem is not solved to estimated time. Then I recomplain on Flipkart but
                                  call center people and curior boy are continue misguide and give wrong information also wrongly guide consistent..
                                  Again I request to many times flipkart costumer support ..plz solve my problem...but now a time my problem not has been solved...he is chiting to me... it's not fair...its is very bad... I depressed flipkart service...and now a date i Decided no any others product buy on flipkart and i have to take any legal or forcefully action against flipkart. 3-4 time return denied by delivery boy.

                                  So i humble requested to you please.. please Solve my problem sir...plz

                                    This is regarding Marq Laptop purchased on 16 oct'20 order ID OD[protected], which stopped working on feb'21 against which i had lodge a complaint vide ID: JGUW[protected] dated 2nd march'21.

                                    Laptop was picked up by the brand service engineer next day, but brand service personal returned the laptop stating spare parts not available hence refund will be issued since product is under warranty.

                                    there after refund request was rejected twice (once on 8th march and next on 13th march), with unknown reason, again on 14th march'21 another refund request was raised with a promise of resolution within 24 hrs which never happened.

                                    Its been more than 15 days with no resolution,
                                    this is not at all accepted from a reputed brand like FLIPKART,

                                    need immediate action and refund of my product.

                                      I have ordered a shoes from flipkart the shoes had cost of 3849 rupee .I did not like the shoes. So i returned the same after pickup of the shoes the flipkart did not update the pickup status after that i called customer care too many time but after many number of call because i had not any shoes and refund is also not initiated the flipkart blocked my account .That is the fraud

                                      Flipkart giving the emails update .They said to me that i have to send them my bank statement from the order date to piclup date . I send them the same by replying the email . After that they took my bank details and told to that you have to wait about 72 hours after that period a excuitive call me about the refund and told that we can not process your refund because your flipkart id is blocked I requested them to unblock my id but they did not do anything for unblock. They given me time till 14 march . Now a have not any step other then to complaints against them.Please give the resolution for the same i am waiting for my money till 1 month.

                                      Today i got this email .I want to ask from flipkart that how i can send you the product photo and tha shiping lable . Because i had returned the item by requesting you and handover it to tha courier partner that is from Delhivery but I can send you the shipment number received by text massage from Ekart and Delhivery also.
                                      I know you are trying soo much but I am also waiting for my money.

                                      I am writing on the behalf of order id -OD[protected] and continuously writing from the day of the product received and I requested you to return the shoes.The main concern is that I have return the shoes to a Delhivery courier agent named Ajay with the shipment number AWB[protected] . And the shipment initially delivered through Ekart delivery courier the name of agent was Sunil Kumar with the shipment number- FMPC[protected] . So i am just want two things first is to re-activate my account and second is when will get the refund.

                                      High number of return is due to the shoes I had bought from you and if a not gotten the refund what i can do except the return requests.But you block my id now i have not the shoes and not also the money.
