I ordered iphone 12 from flipkart vide order id OD[protected] on 31 january 2020 but the same was cancelled from the seller as it could not be shipped. I was refunded 69900/- for the same being the amount paid for the order ( though the original price was 79900/-, i got a discount of 10000/- on SBI credit card). So flipkart advised me to re order the phone and pay 79900/- ( the original price since the offer on SBI card was limited period and expired due to their cancelling the order). They also assured me not to worry as the difference amount of 10000/- would be paid separately after i will receive my new order. Happy and satisfied with the assurance provided, i re ordered the iphone on 15 february vide order id OD[protected] and was delivered on 17 February. Thereafter, when i asked about the refund of 10000/- as assured, they asked me my account statement, order id screenshot, and what not. Since 17 February, i have been communicating with them and requesting to refund my difference amount, but to no avail. Instead i am called everyday by different people from flipkart and i have to repeat the same story to them everyday. When i sent the screenshot of my order, they say that i should have ordered from the same flipkart id. If i had not ordered from the same flipkart id, how will it show in the same screenshot? I am now being harassed be being called from different people while my issue is still not resolved. They ask me to send my account statement, screenshot, order id again and again and keep delaying the process.Therefore, i request you to kindly intervene amd solve my issue. This is a very pathetic service from flipkart.
