My order delivery date 21-09-23 but your master still not responding this is my old Order ID - OD[protected] this item delivery date 18-09-23 I'm waiting in 5working days but your wish master cancel suddenly I don't now your mistake or your wish master mistake but I'm suffering how many days suffering in Flipkart Team plz solve my problem

    I have ordered one phone in Flipkart 10 August 2023, promised date was 11 August 2023. But they changed the date to 14th aug still didn't receive on that date. After raising complaint they cancelled my order without my knowledge and told me to reorder the same product so i will get some voucher. But the offers where gone when i ordered next time. still i ordered and again the order got delayed from delivery date. Now i dont know what to do to get my order. My order id is OD[protected].       On September 18th, I was not able to login my Flipkart account. It was showing 'Blocked Account. Send you registered email/phone no. to [protected]@flipkart.com'. I talked to the customer support 3 times but they are just giving dates. I also sent registered mobile number to their accout validation email that is mentioned above. I have used their pay later feature also and now I am not able to see or pay the amount.

      After two days I received a mail informing me that my recent request had been canceled due to an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history. Additionally, it was stated that I would no longer be able to log in to my Flipkart account.

      While I understand the importance of maintaining a fair and balanced return policy, I have always valued my relationship with Flipkart and have been a loyal customer for a considerable period of time. I would like to assure you that my returns have always been made in accordance with Flipkart's policies and guidelines.

      I want my account to be unblocked as soon as possible.

        My Account was blocked almost one year, when i asked form the the customer care then they said that due to internal policy but i did not know the reason and what type oof internal policy. and if they closed due to the high return issue then, the product is damaged then what i should do.so please take the necessary steps .so my account will open.

          I had ordered white shoes and Appricoat Scrubb through COD Mode payment from Flipkart on 13 Sep 2023. But on 14 Sep 2023, I had Paid through Google Pay for the amount of Rs. 241 & Rs. 87 rupees respectively. The Payment is successfully done from my end but the Opposite party has not updated the payment mode. On the Order Delivery time, the Delivery Agent recovers the Cash on Delivery Payment as Rs. 241 & Rs. 87 respectively from us. So I kindly request you to please refund my payment of Rs. 241 + 87 = 328. my details are as follows...

            Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

            I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I had with my order, which was placed on September 6th, 2023, for a pair of MOZAFIA Flip Flops (Order ID: [Your Order ID]).

            The order was initially scheduled for delivery on September 11th, 2023, as per the information provided by Flipkart. However, to my dismay, the product was not delivered on the promised date. I received no prior communication or notification regarding any delay or change in delivery status. Moreover, I did not receive any calls or OTP requests from the delivery executive, which is the standard procedure for deliveries.

            I immediately raised several complaints through the Flipkart platform to seek assistance in resolving this issue. However, I am deeply disappointed with the responses I have received from Flipkart's customer support team. I have consistently been told that the courier service provider confirmed the delivery, despite my clear and unequivocal statements that I did not receive the product. This lack of attention to my concerns is causing me significant distress.

            Here is the response I have received repeatedly from Flipkart's customer support team:

            "Hi,

            We are writing to you about your order.

            We have received a confirmation from the courier service provider post all the validation that the product was delivered to your address.

            The courier service provider has confirmed that the delivery executive has delivered the product.

            We would like to thank you for your understanding."

            I want to emphasize once again that I did not receive the product. I have not been contacted by any delivery executive, nor have I shared any OTP for delivery. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for a considerable amount of time, and this experience is both disappointing and unacceptable.

            As of today, it has been 10 days since my order was placed, and my issue remains unresolved. I have neither received the product I paid for nor a satisfactory resolution to my problem. Therefore, I would like to request one of the following resolutions:

            Immediate delivery of the MOZAFIA Flip Flops to my address today.
            A full refund of the amount I paid for the product.
            I believe these are fair and reasonable requests considering the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced due to the mishandling of my order. I urge Flipkart to take prompt action to rectify this situation and restore my trust in your services.

            I expect a swift response and resolution to this matter. If my concerns are not addressed adequately, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further and explore alternative avenues to protect my consumer rights.

            Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

                I have purchased a bed from flipkart with order id OD[protected]. It was delivered on 13th September and installed on 19th September. Generally an option to download invoice comes within 24 hrs of product delivery. In my case till now there is no option available to download invoice. And worst part is, there is no option available to contact flipkart customer care also for my grievances other than stupid chat bot. I have tried so many times to contact flipkart customer care through chat bot but unable to connect. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful asap.

                  An amount of 9927.38 was deducted on 13th August 2023 without the knowledge of the account holder.

                  Request you to please get the amount refunded and take strict actions against such incident where the amount is being deducted without the knowledge of the customer

                      Hi i am a regular customer of flip kart. Recently i have ordered a mobile with replacement of old mobile. The delivery agent refused to deliver it in my office room. He said that he can not come to office doorstep. in office, someone can not go outside onduty so i told to come to doorstep. He rudely denied and told that "if you wanted to complain then do it". Now they have rescheduled the order delivery schedule.

                                  I would like to update my contact number. The issue is that I had another flipkart account registered with my current contact number. And that account has been deactivated. My current flipkart account has a number registed with my old phone numbner which I hardly used.
                                  And when I tried to change my contact number in my current flipkart account from my old number to the number I currently used, I was prompted with a message, identifies is in use. So please help me resolve my issue.

                                      I have odered Treadmil Adrenex by flipkart on 15days before. I have recieved damaged product. When the delivery persons delivered a product by that time itsleft I can see package was not good. so I immediately opened the box and checked as I expected product was damaged one. so I have put an replacement request immediately. And a day later I have checked the status it's got cancelled. i was shocked. i have immediately contacted customer support they have checked and informed me that I have wait for the installation has to done then only we able to process the replacement we will creat request for installation they said. installation not done yet. it's been more than 20days now. still this issue has not solved yet. I couldn't replace the product also and now i concern that what if flikart cheated me what if i loose my money. I will file police complain against flipkart and the seller if this issue is not sorted out.

                                        Sir, I had booked HTC company's mobile phone from Flipkart on 27/05/2023 which came to me on 30/05/2023. I checked the phone, it was turning on automatically, I complained about it to the customer care, then the technician came from there and after changing the settings of the phone, he said that you complain about the return, your phone will be returned, but I Complained about the return, he rejected it, on June 18-2023, the phone turned off automatically, which is not working, after that I searched its care in Gurgaon.But after going there, I came to know that no care is nearby, now Sir, neither my phone is getting returned nor anyone is calling the care number, I am very upset with this because I have a phone worth more than the salary of the whole month. You are requested to solve my problem and take appropriate action against HTC company and solve my problem. Go so that this doesn't happen to people anymore.
