I have placed order on Flipkart on 2 August 2023 and the product was supposed to be delivered my 10 August 2023. And the product was out for delivery on 10 August but I don't receive any call from delivery agent and the order was not delivered on 10 August after that I have not received any update about my order and today is 13 August 2023 and have I not received my order till now and Flipkart has not shared any contact details about delivery agent.
Kindly look into it.

    Dear Team,

    I am Flipkart 1st Plus members and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Flipkart the recent shopping experience. Because of my product delay after delivery date of 1 month 6 days and it's still not delivered at the my address and product is forcefully cancelled by Flipkart without my permission. I placed an order for [Peter England Swet Shirt] on [6 July 2023], with the order number [Order ID - OD[protected]] I am extremely disappointed to report that the order was not delivery significantly later than the promised delivery date .

    The expected delivery date provided at the time of purchase was [11 July 2023], and product is delivered that time. But size issue with the product. So I was exchanged is product and Flipkart is accepted the request will you give this timely. Which I had planned my schedule around. However, I was shocked to find out that the delivery was delayed by [1 Month 6 Days] days, and the product was still 13 aug 2023 not delivered.

    This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I had chosen to purchase from Flipkart based on the reputation for timely deliveries, but this experience has shattered my confidence in your company's services. I had made arrangements and commitments based on the promised delivery date, which were negatively impacted by this delay.

    I kindly request to everyone don't buy any product on Flipkart. I expect a prompt response with an explanation for the delay and the steps being taken to ensure such incidents do not repeat.

      I ordered a mobile phone through Flipkart.At the time I ordered a mobile with exchange of old mobile. After, I returned my phone on Aug 1 due to some issue.But till now the exchange amount was received. Each time they committed some date. After they again changed the date to some other dates. Pls help me to get my amount back from Flipkart.

        I ordered a Asus Laptop from Flipkart on 7th of Aug 2023 which was expected to be delivered by 11th of Aug but arrived on 12th of Aug. After the delivery I found a dent and Body Bend in my Laptop when I asked for a replacement from Flipkart they denied by blaming the seller that TBL Online sellers doesn't approve of that. There are certain instances when Electronics items gets replaced but they both are Just not listening to my Complaint.

          I posted a request for returning a laptop i recently purchased from flipkart. they promised to send a technician by 11th august 2023, still there's no progress . i want flipkart to immediately collect the product and return my money

              However, it has come to my attention that the product delivered, an HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6075 Multi-function WiFi Color Inkjet Printer, is not aligned with my initial requirement.                     Hello team,

                    I placed an order for a Flipkart SmartBuy Storm juicer mixer grinder on 5th Aug, 2023 and received the product on 7th Aug, 2023.
                    The delivery agent arrived that my doorstep in the morning and asked for the OTP for delivery. I provided the OTP and he handed me the parcel. After he got the OTP he told me that this was an open box delivery and I need to open the box in front of him. I opened the box, and to my surprise I found out that the product was completely damaged.

                    I showed the damage product to the delivery agent and he clicked the picture of it and told me that he is adding it to his delivery report that the product is broken and I should place a return request on the Flipkart application.

                    So I tried doing it, I tried placing a return request on the Flipkart app and I wasn't allowed to place return request. Adjust said that I cannot place a return because it was an open box delivery.

                    I contracted the customer care, invested a lot of time with them to get my issue resolved but they were of no help.

                    I have been an online shopper for a long time and a loyal customer of Flipkart. I am plus member as well and it is extremely disheartening to experience such a customer service and policies which are completely against the buyer.

                    As a resolution I would like a replacement or refund for the product.

                    I have invested my hard earned money on the product and this is extremely unjust whatever as happened to me. The delivery agent gave me wrong information and Flipkart is not taking any accountability for the same.

                      I have ordered Grocery items from Flipkart on 5th Aug and it get delivered on 8th Aug with 6 items missed. Infont of the delivery agent, i have informed some of the items are missed and total count is mismatching. The delivery agent also checked all the items and has taken the pics and said sometimes it will get missed by mistake and asked me to raise a complaint and the money for the missing items will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours.
                      I have raised complaints 3 times by calling Flipkart Customer Care[protected] and the Seller is rejecting the requests by saying simply "No issue from their side" without knowing the reason. Not understanding why should i have to lie. Please consider my request and requesting to do the needful at earliest.

                        I order oppo reno 10 from flipkart on 21/07/2023 on Emi from Sbi credit card. They gave me delivery date of 01/08/2023 but product not reached to me. After I call customer care he told me wait till 05/08/2023 but still on that date I dnt receive my product, regularly I call them every day but they said it will reach on 8th aug, finally my emi date came on 7th August 1200Rs. I deposit my first emi on 8th August 2023. On 9th August they call me and said cancel the product, I said how can I cancel my product I have already deposit my emi of 1200Rs, and I have to give sbi 2300 intrest for 24 months on emi, but they said we can't do any cancel product. I have faced mental tension from Flipkart and they cheat me and waste my time..

                          I have been purchasing goods from Flipkart since several years. I am a premium plus member. I recently purchased purchased a roti maker from Flipkart. This was my second roti maker. But I am utterly disappointed by the service of the roti maker. Primarily, the roti maker lacks safety measures like ISI mark.
                          Secondly, the finishing of the chapatti is very pathetic.
                          I want to return this product and get the refund. But unfortunately, there is no refund option. Only replacement option is there. Why I will take the same product again which is full of cons. I shall be grateful if Flipkart arranges some provision for refund .

                            I ordered F&D F210X from Flipkart on 5th of August. The title of the product states "F&D F210X 30 W Portable Bluetooth Home Theatre (Black, 2.1 Channel)"
                            which clearly means the speakers are rated at 30W according to Flipkart.
                            Even the option to choose the variant states 30W, 74W, 84W etc implying the product is rated at 30W.
                            Upon receiving the order i saw in the manual and the box that the product is rated at 15W instead of 30W. I was greatly disappointed as it did not fulfill my requirement and expectations in any way. So had to return. Placed return request, was supposed to resolved by 9th Aug. On 11th seller (SVPeripherals) rejected my return request. Return window is open until 13th Aug.
                            I am attaching the product page(where it says 30W) and the photo of the box and the manual where it says the speakers are rated at 15W.
                            Please help me with the return as soon as possible

                                    I got notification from fipkart i. e realme phone ₹491. Offer ends in 30 minits. I place my order and threr is no option for cadh on delivery. I paid via phone pay. But screen baclk to proceed to pay option. There is no confirmation messahe from flipkart. Some advertisements interuppted. I return back to flipkart web sit there was no order of phone.

                                      I have tried from different browser with desktop site option for request otp. I tried again and again but the otp never come and I can't not enter into Flipkart.

                                      Please sir, i humbly request you to give my Flipkart password in my email it will be great help.
                                      If you want to verify it is my sim or not you can verify it . Please Flipkart solve my problem as soon as you can.
