I ordered a laptop [ ORDER ID : OD[protected]] in an offer price on 22th october.

after my order The next day i received a mail from flipkart ''your order was cancelled''

Reason : since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled

but the truth is the product is not oos at the time it was in stock but flipkart cheated me

After that i searched consumercomplaints many peoples faced the same issue .

Now the product price increased so you will resend the product or tell me a solution to get my product in same price

    I've ordered on Flipkart supermart on 26.12.2020 order id OD[protected]. I paid via upi 1250 but the next day the order got cancelled. From then I'm contacting the customer service but no response. They're repeatedly telling me that my id is deactivated and not letting know about the refund status. I came up to the forum for a resolution please help.

      On Dec 28th I have ordered a Acer Laptop worth RS.55890/- and paid the amount fully through Debit card.After sometimes we cancelled the order and the message in Flipkart showing as refund completed and when I contacted their customer care they are saying that refund is completed from seller it need to complete some bank procedure's.so I contacted the bank and asked them about this.Then bank associates respond as it's an automatic process nothing need to be done by Bank.So I want the refund from retailnet seller or Flipkart.Kindly help.

The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 55890 + 100 super coins for order ID: OD[protected] on Dec 28, 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Dec 31, 2020. Request you to note down the ARN: 254330. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.

          I have Ordered A Smartphone Poco M2 Pro From Seller "vision star" with Prepaid Payment From MGB Debit Card On 17/Dec/2020 and i have faced 2 problems but still not solved it...
          1) As Of My All Orders before that was succesfully hand overed to me at the address same used for this order but they says out of delivery area... [Not Solved]
          2]Then I Have Canceled The Order At 20/Dec/2020 Assuming That I Will Get Refund Soon They Gave Date 29/Dec/2020 And Now I Don't have any other Option...
          And On The Day 29 Dec I Got An Email That They Have Transferred The Refund Amount And You Will Have Getting It As Now...
          And I Waited For While But I Did Not Get Any Notifiction Or Money In My Account...

          When I Contacted then They Says Seller Has Transfered The Amount If You Have Any kind of Problem Or Not Recieved Money Then Kindly Send Your Bank Statement...
          And Still i did not get The money...
          Flipkart plz help and get me my refund money ASAP...
          the Problem Is That If Seller Hasn't Transferred The Money Why he Did remarked payment done...

              Dear Sir / Madam,
              I would like to submit a complaint against flipkart regarding amount refunding. I have order Realme 7i (Fusion Blue, 64 GB) on[protected]Monday), and I paid too. After some moment seller itself cancelled the order, and amount is not refunded till now. I contacted flipkart customer service for registering a complaint they asked me to forward my account statement to the mail id which they are providing but still I didn't receive any mail id from their side. So, again I contacted them for mail id, for that they said I can complaint through flipkart application, but in application I could not find any option for sending this attachment. And waiting for the refund yet.
              Kindly find a solution for this matter as soon as possible. It's my humble request. Please do it needfully.

                I tried contacting to flifkart coustomer care but they don't respond me, and resolve my issue.
                As u provide me the resolution i, e i am done unusual lots of return, of my issue is totally wrong i am not satisfied with your resolution regarding to my complaint.
                First thing when we have problems regarding to produt such as ( size issue, colour and different product, etc ..) then we placed the return request for that product . And as u say there is high number of returns then u check to my account that i buy lots of thing not return all the products, from account .
                Then your team is not fulfill customer return request, then why you make such type of nonsense return policies, from your side provide such policy then coustomer have problems then obviously they palced return request for that product they have issues .
                I want my account active, beacuse there is lots of supercoins and gift card you want to block my account blocked it happily, but i want my money (2234), and supercoins back from my account then you block it happily .
                Let me know you that i am flifkart plus member, and i want the best resolution according to my complaint .

                      I am a plus member so far on Flipkart but today my trust has shaken. Ordered a Biotique Green Apple shampoo and received today. As soon as I opened it, I was shocked.

                      The shampoo bottle is already used around 50% and there are fingerprints and wet dust all over. Came from somebody's bathroom.

                      The SELLER was Supercomnet(Flipkart itself)

                      Terrible way to treat Plus customers.

                        I got a totally different item, it matches to nothing as shown on your website. My money got wasted as its a non returnable product. The product i received is totally different style and totally different color. This is pure case of SCAMMING and CHEATING by flipkart!

                        I want my money back! No way i am going to pay such a price for this cheap item which i never ordered for. STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS! U r not even reachable via chat or phone, when i place request for call back no one calls me back ever! I even sent the picture of item delivered to your facebook team page, with message. Check and refund my money!

                            We had sold microtek solar UPS M-SUN 1135VA 12V SINEWAVE UPS through Flipkart on 07-dec-2020
                            Invoice number : FAFKNU[protected]
                            ORDER ID: OD[protected]

                            Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming mis-shipment. We had immediately contacted Flipkart seller support and raised a ticket stating we have sent the correct product as listed.
                            Correct Model shipped for Order ID: OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]
                            The incident was rejected claiming the mis-shipment is approved.

                            After 7 days we got the product return from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. A normal microtek ups which has already been used. We clearly dont sell normal UPS from Microtek as we are authorized distributors for Microtek solar products. We immediately raised SPF CLAIM FOR THE SAME
                            Incident ID: IN[protected]
                            Which was rejected almost immediately by Flipkart without any calls or Enquiry to us.

                            We raised another SPF claim regarding the same which was rejected again after two days. Again no Enquiry or call to us.
                            We are at a loss of Rs 6430 for the product and an additional cancellation charge of Rs 950.

                            We raised one more SPF claim for the same. This time an executive called and asked for more information like shipping label and product images. We had forwarded the same and immediately got an auto response mail rejecting the same.
                            No proper explanation. No information on why it was rejected. No details provided. If this is the way Flipkart SPF CLAIMS WORK, many sellers will suffer huge losses .

                                I had placed order for Kent electric blender of 1240 INR and got missing Product in parcel so raised complaint same day on 30 Nov

                                Executive took bank details and assured for refund within 2-3 working days but I Did not get so again I contacted them they raised complaint with department I got mail refund cancelled.

                                More than 6 times complaint raised by Flipkart and took long time now after 25 days they blocked my account and said we have detected unsual activities you cannot login.

                                Is this your way of work if you are unable to help so directly said on first meet why you took 25 days

                                I want my Product or Refund or Replacement along with my account reactivation because I'm Plus membe of Flipkart

                                  Order not placed but money debited from credit card

                                  I was ordered a Motorola G9 on 18 Dec 2020, and select the payment method by SBI credit card but the order not placed even after the amount of this phone debited from my credit card... I talked to flipkart executive and they raise my complaint and said that I will get my money in 3-4 working days... It's been 10 day but still I didn't get my refund back, whenever I call the customer care they cut my call after hearing my complaint.

                                      I bought Allie Wood dining set (6 chair) and found it defective in two month. One leg comes out of table and I am not able to use it. I tried to contact Flipkart as it was under manufacturing defect warranty, but no use as they did not support.
                                      I have also given review with 1 Star rating but my review is not visible in product reviews. I tried asking Flipkart why my review is not visible then they mentioned it is not complaint with Flipkart policies. I asked why it is not compliant then they stopped replying.
