    I have ordered Puma Jane XT IDP Running shoes on 11 Dec 2020 and paid the money at the time of order via debit card and its showed delivered on 13th Dec 2020 but i didn’t received it.
    I tried to call the customer care number but there was no response.
    I already paid for the product it is not delivered to me and showing delivered on your website and also i got sms for the same.

        Dear Sirs,

        On 21st. Oct, I ordered 4 table tennis red rubber order no.OD[protected].
        When I received the packet, it contained only one red rubber. 3 nos. were missing.
        Every time i complained, I got a replacement. They took back the packet and gave me a packet, still containing only one red rubber. So of the 4 quantity ordered, I only got one.
        Finally, after many calls, I got an email saying a refund for one rubber is processed. I should either get 3 missing rubbers or a refund for 3 missing. Not a refund for one rubber

        Absolutely no action from Flipkart.
        Even their supervisor have not responded, even after i was told that a greviance manager will call me back

            I didn't received the product ordered but status is showing delivered so didn't received the money either. So I raised the issue multiple times with Flipkart but they are unable to help with it. its been 2 months.

              I ordered Samsung refrigerator 3 start 324 litres and paid full amount on 29th November 2020. Flipkart sent me incorrect item 314 litres 2 star ratings Samsung refrigerator. So requested pickup of incorrect item and refund of it. It has been more than 10 days they haven’t resolved my issue. And today they changed status to refund cancelled!!!

              They theft my hard earned money. They are cheater. Dont buy anything from Flipkart

                I have created flipkart account two-three years back with a mobile number few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                  I have purchased some products through Flipkart pay later method, from my Flipkart account [protected].
                  On 30 th November 2020 I have paid the amount of Flipkart pay later bill amounting 3180 rupees through my Google pay account .The amount deducted from my account But they showed bill not paid to them so I have to paid the bill again from my mobiquick account.

                  I have paid twice for a single amount, they still not refunded the amount to my account. I have raised several quarry but they have asked me to contact bank. When I have contacted bank helpline they told me to contact upi service provider.

                      This is to inform you that there are three fraudulent Transaction happened through Paytm on my Mobile no.[protected] through my Paytm online platform.

                      My Gift wallet of Rs 5000/- transfer from our Organisation account STIL has been hijacked by someone and has done three
                      Transaction of Flipkart at yesterday night. between 11.30 to 12.30 in the night on 11.12.2020 and one payment of Rs7995 against an order not placed by me at 10.40.PM.

                        When I contact with Flipkart customer care agent they are submit the request but before pickup the product they want to submit Aadhaar card or PAN card through email and then they will verified their party team... This is very idiotic...

                          I booked a Geyser on the 5th of December 2020 at night via Net Banking, Money deducted from my account but the Order didn't confirm & auto-cancel after 15 minutes of waiting.
