I ordered Acer gaming laptop on 25 November for studies ( price:49990 )rs
from Flipkart .But I received Acer one 14 (price :23000 )on 30 November .Now its been over 4 weeks and they didnt give me any resolution of this problem and also they refuses to replace the product . They are just giving me dates on dates, even workers of coustmer helpine are not
answering me correctly .So, i request you to help me and solve my problem.

    I Have ordered MAYBELLINE NEW YORK Fit Me Matte+Poreless Liquid Foundation (310 Sun Beige, 30 ml) worth Rs. 348, but instead of the product I have received a Lakme product worth Rs. 155. Order details and received item and bill image is attached please see that and do the needful. if possible please help me return the product.

      A person calling himself as "Lokesh K" who works at Flipkart bangalore told me he would get a cell phone for 10, 000 Rs and it's been over two months and he hasn't returned the calls properly or even returning the money.
      He currently stays in Banaswadi! And has been working for Flipkart over a year now.
      Kindly look into this seriously

          I ordered a TV from flipkart on 22nd December 2020 with the order ID: OD[protected], and there was a reimbursement policy in my father's office department (NIC) for purchases of such appliances. But this is only applicable if the name on the bill is of my father's.

            10/09/2020 I order a realme7 on Flipkart amount 14999 deducted in my account but order not placed. I complaint to Flipkart they said that after10 business days amount will refund but now 3month past but amount not refund.daily I was complaining to Flipkart and bank but bank and Paytm said that amount reached to merchant account but Flipkart denies that they not received any amount by my account.every time I complaint by email but thay not respond.i attached complaint in bank and amount deducted snap in this mail kindly do needful please ASAP for this I m very thankful to you.

              4days ago i booked realme 7 smartphone from Flipkart and today on 25 Dec they send me an sms or said we cancelled your order .and they don't even said why it gets cancelled and the annoying part is that on Flipkart app it show you will get your oder soonest

                    I received a text message from [protected] on true caller it is showing number from Bajaj Finance limited stating you have won Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire as lucky winner for Shopping on Flipkart online.
                    Dear Flipkart team please verify if you ever offer such coupon or it is fraud. I am damn sure it fraud to still money.please take a strict action against such fraud

                      So I ordered a watch from flipkart 2 months back worth rupees 22995 but I received street watch of 100 rupees. I immediately contacted flipkart telling them my issue so they told me to request a return but after some days my return got cancelled automatically. So till now I requested for return for around 7-8 times though always it got cancelled. I m frustrated from last 2 months nd can't tolerate anymore. I m writing here so I get my money back. Though it is high value product still no action is taken from flipkarts end. The seller is fake he always cancels the return request. I tried so many times to get my refund but always ended up with disappointment. Please help me this is not a way to treat the customers. I request you to resolve my issue ASAP

                        On 22 Dec 2020 i getting the product but in hardcopy invoice not mentioned my gst details so i can't be input tex credit for my laptop i complaint many on Flipkart but they don't give the solution also i have problem that in my orders i couldn't download the invoice and also i can't get the only invoice mail but i get all other feedback mail and all.So i couldn't check that my gst no in invoice bill.Flipkart not responding well .so my complaint is to send me my gst including invoice in any manner like email, hardcopy etc.(I mentioned my gst details when i purchase the product which is shown in my order page)

                          I ordered Realme C2 from Flipkart.com on date 12 February 2020 and paid rs 5599 with my ICICI Credit Card. After placing order within few minutes Flipkart cancelled order and gave reason "ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO QUANTITY RESTRICTIONS PLACED BY THE SELLER". Flipkart also said that they will refund my amount to same Credit Card within 1-2 days And today it is 24 Dec 2020 but the money is not refunded. I contacted flipkart several times and their poor customer service is saying that "The amount is unclaimed by their seller and it can be refunded from bank".
                          I contacted bank many times but the bank giving only statement that the amount was paid to Flipkart and they've not received refund.

                          I got confirmation of order, confirmation of payment via SMS and Email from Flipkart.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is in regards to the service you are offering to us.
                            You need to keep a check on yourself otherwise I really need to take further actions to get the worth of my each penny spent on Flipkart.

                            As we'd ordered an instant geyser from Flipkart, firstly, there was mentioned that we'd be getting free installation but the product's customer care executive said they can't offer installation, thus, Flipkart sent their own representative on calling you for the for more than 100 calls.
                            Also, when your representative arrived at my place for the installation, when he was doing the set up, he found out that the tank of the geyser was damaged, it hardly got replaced after 100+ calls and no particular date.

                            Also, now even, when already discussed about the same you people had to refund me the installation cost that I've spent, that should have been offered from your side. I need this cost of Rs. 400 ASAP.

                            Secondly, we'd ordered a mattress which your seller sent in different size to which I've ordered and also, that was damaged. We're not at place, your respresentative dropped it at our gate in our absence, when we arrived back, it was damaged and was not of the size which I ordered. But on calling you multiple times, almost more than 100 calls again for this item.. this item didn't got replaced or returned. My money got into the deep well.
                            And when now, we've ordered the mattress of the size we need, despite of reflecting that the mattress is being shipped or delivered and raising many complaints regarding this, no necessary step has been taken so that we can get the order for which we need right now.

                            Actually I need an answer to this otherwise, I'm complaining against you people in consumer forum regarding all these incidents.. and I have proofs to support all of my facts in place.

                            After then, they promised me on the recorded call that they give INR 500 in my gift card for the compensation I didn't ask for it. They mentioned themselves.

                            INR 400 received for the installation. Now, they are not refunding me INR 500 Which they promised

                                My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
                                My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

                                I was a Flipkart Plus member so I want this matter to be resolved as soon as possible before that validity runs out.

                                  I was supposed to get supermart order delivered on 22nd December by 10:30 pm. There was no update from flipkart about the delivery status. So I contacted customer support. A lady spoke to me and asked if she could place my call on hold for a minute. And she placed me on hold for 20 mins until I myself disconnected the call from my end. I have put this on FB as well where I was assured for a call back but it was been 24 hrs now and I haven't received a single call from Flipkart. How unapologetic these guys are !! I am still waiting for a call from Flipkart escalation team.

                                    I tried to order a laptop through Flipkart using NetBanking as the payment method. The amount got deducted from my bank account but Flipkart executive says that they haven't received any money for that order and also its showing ORDER NOT PLACED

                                      I had order 2 kurti of 249 and 351 on 10 Dec 2020 and cancelled it on same day but I didnt got my money back to my account .so please I request you to refund my money as far as possible
