Order placed on 7th Nov and cancelled the same day. Refund still not issued. Representative called me up asking me to follow up with the bank and told me that Flipkart can provide proof that money has been processed from Flipkart’s end. That is untrue because they haven’t been able to provide ANY proof. Disgusting and disappointing.

    I have ordered Eufy Robovac G10hybrid model paying Rs14999/-through debit card on 16th Oc t2020.Received a package on 24 th Oct. It was a small package and as the expected package was a bigger one in size, we decided to take the unboxing video. That was a great decision coz it became a solid proof of what they have sent instead of Robovac. The item we received was Philips iron box worth Rs999/- When we raised the complaint the seller refused the replacement or refund quoting the received package was intact and undamaged. That was ridiculous statement from their side. So when we escalated the issue to the Walmart customer care and other higher level customer support of Flipkart with the video proof they said that the seller has agreed to refund because replacement can't be done as the product is not in stock. That was a lie coz the product can still be seen in flipkart . But we thought atleast we will get the refund. And they mailed that the seller has refunded the amount on 17th Nov and will receive it in the account as per standard banking procedures . After 10 days no refund has come. And when contacted they send a reference number to check with the bank customer care. But the bank says they want the UTR number for checking. That flipkart didn't give. Instead asked for account statement and a letter from bank quoting refund hasn't received. We sent all those to flipkart. Then yesterday another mail came tjat the seller will refund the amount in 72hrs and it will take 3-5 business days to reflect. Then today another mail came saying the refund has been processed earlier so we have to raise chargeback through bank.. I don't know what that mean.. Please help.. Flipkart is cheating their customers

        Im prateep.Recently I have purchased luminous ups inverter from flipkart order id(OD[protected] amounting to RS-4599INR.It is delivered on 10 November 2020.But it is not working, so I have requested for replacement of the same product and its delivery date is 26/11/2020.so im waited for the new product to come.but the replacement product is not delivered by flipkart after waiting for 2 weeks.so I have complained about this issue with flipkart customer care, but there is no proper response from flipkart customer care.After 2 days I will received call from flipkart, they told me that the new replacement product will delivered to you by 1/12/2010.But, still now I didnt received any message that the product is out for delivery today.so I request you to deliver new replacement product or else give refund for my defected product.please dont make me to take any serious action about you.Its my hard earned money, so dont play with that.Even I'm flipkart plus member, flipkart doing like this.so please help me to refund my money or give replacement

        When I'm trying to call flipkart customer care, flipkart trying to disconnect call by itself.I have received message from flipkart that "We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but were unable to reach you.         Flipkart now told me that you have to visit luminous authorized service center and claim product with warranty.But the seal of the product was already brokened by flipkart, so how can I claim warranty on that product.please tell me how?...I'm going to take legal action against flipkart for cheating customer like this.I will never leave this issue till solved.

          Today I was about to receive my product which I ordered from the flipkart. But the delivery boy called and started talking very rudely that I can't deliver your product . You yourself have to come to me and take your product. I told him that he has to deliver the product at the given address. Then he shouted at me and told me that you ordered the product you have to take it.i[censored] want the product. I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT ONLINE AND ITS NON REFUNDABLE. I didn't expect this type of behavior from flipkart .so so so disappointing . I am never buying from flipkart again and I want my money back or I want the product to be delivered at my home . In this pandemic situation, thers no one who can go and take the product . Please solve this issue .

            I had ordered a phone case dated 19th November 2020 and paid for it via UPI an amount of 599. However I cancelled the product on 21st November 2020. I still have not received my refund. When I called the customer care number they are not providing any sufficient and valid details. First they told me the problem will be rectified by 15th December and when I simply checked their app it's showing problem rectified. But I still didn't get my money. Now it's showing to wait for 19th December. They are increasing their time

              Order id from flipkart is OD[protected]

              Order placed on 7th Nov and canceled on the same day. Refund is still not received and the customer care cannot provide the date of resolution either.
              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Flipkart remains unhelpful as usual. They’re conveniently passing the blame to the bank whereas they (Flipkart) cannot provide a shred of evidence that they have processed the money from their end. Disappointed and disgusted.

                  I am really disappointed with the behaviour of flipkart travel team, I have been contacting them since 1 month about a refund, I have got several incident and complaint numbers saying that you will get a call in 24 hours, and this happened 7-8 times but I did not get any call, and neither I got any refund.

                  (I got partial refund, and partial refund of ₹3000 was collected into the credit shell of indigo which later on I redeemed and was dispatched by indigo on august-16, still it is pending on flipkart's end.

                    I had booked a Kodak Tv in 2018, the same was with extended warranty of two years. Now in 2020 my TV display went off, contacted Jeeves (Flipkart Services) they said they would refund money and would not replace the TV set with new TV set. I accepted the same. They sent an email saying that refund of Rs. 18399.2/- shall be given, however I have received refund of Rs.13599/- only. Trying to contact Flipkart since then, some times I just receive a message saying "It has been escalated to the concerned team. Please provide some time.We will fix the issue as soon as possible. " however no other redressal is received.

                      I have purchased a HomeTowm box bed 40 days ago and received the product on time.

                      The installation partner came on the same day and started the installation process. during the installation the expert seen that the product is damaged and broken some pieces. So he escalated and raised the complaint against that product and he submitted all documents to Flipkart. After that the process going one in an infinite loop.

                      I have raised the complaint 6th time for the delay. but no resolution till yet.

                          I bought MI TV in exchange with LG LCD TV. On the delivery day wish Master took my exchange product and delivered MI TV but I see the wish master sold the exchange product locally and updated the status as item canceled and paid amount for the exchange product. I have not paid any amount on canceled item. I see the fraud on exchange product from wish master.

                          Even reporting the issue on the same day to the customer care about the fraud and requested the flipkart to give back my exchange product. I am taking this fraud seriously as the relationship between flipkart and wish master cannot be trusted.

                                Sir,

                                I have booked "Classmate Longbook" vide order no. OD[protected] dated 11th Nov 2020, delivered on 14th Nov 2020. A return request was initiated on the same day and pick up was done on the very next day. The app shows Refund Processed by Flipkart and expected by Nov 26. But not refunded yet.

                                The app is just showing an expectation date, the website is showing it is "Completed" (whereas no refund is done) which is totally misleading and creating confusion to the customers.

                                Another blunder is that after complaint, I have received the a feedback from customer care on mail dated 29th Nov 2020, that the refund will be done on[protected] ! Pathetic!!!

                                Kindly help me to get the refund of INR 410/- against cancellation for the above order at the earliest.

                                This is not the first case. It took more than one month to get another refund earlier, after long conversations and multiple calls. Just for escaping, they tell to "check with bank" where as bank never stops any such refund payments.

                                I request Flipkart to amend the system of refunding and take responsibility to ensure the refunds are done within given time frame. After refunding only it should show "COMPLETED".

                                I humbly request the Honorable Forum to intervene on Flipkart Refunding System issues.

                                  I ordered Realme 7i mobile From flipkart and Flipkart delivered it on 22nd of November 2020. In that product slow response of screen, Some time hanging issue and Mobile mic is not working properly (my patients called me and they couldn't hear my voice many times). Because of this frustration on 23Nov. i ask flipkart to return this product and refund my amount but after 2 days flipkart send technician, in front of me by checking the mobile he also agreed that mobile having these issues, but next day flipkart message me that your product can't return. after calling flipkart's customer service they told me your product don't have the facility of return.(By making this policy flipkart delivering defective and damaged products to the customer). now i am trying for refund request submission but flipkart refusing my request.
                                  Now I don't want this mobile, Requesting flipkart to get back your mobile and please Refund my money. I am sorry for buying the product from Flipkart Now onwards i will never ever buy any products from Flipkart.
                                  i am a doctor and I don't have much time in this pandemic for getting others mobile and calling flipkart's customer care and writing messages on social media and consumer forum.
                                  So it is my humble request to flipkart Please Refund The amount.

                                      I received a fake product from flipkart. It has been more than 2months since i order the product. I tried retuning the product but while returning the product, pick up guy investigated the product and informed me that this item is fake and he didn't take up. Then i reached customer service care and i informed the issue. After that I made follow up multiple times with flipkart customer care people but every time i have been informed that solution will be provided from back end team. One time they called me and told, they will provide the solution soon, one time they tried reaching and informed me to submit bank details to process the refund, then i have submitted my bank details via e mail and talked with them to update. After submitting my bank details i thought and expected that they will process my refund. Then i waited around 2weeks and again reached out customer care, again i have been informed solution will be provided as they are waiting for the seller response. I wasted lot of time to make the follow ups. After all my efforts, now they are coming up and telling me that return policy period is over and they can't help me now. How long this flipkart have been cheating the people this way? Who can provide the solutions for these king of cheating from big named online shopping sites to the common people? Kindly take some action to prevent these kind of small small frauds happening to the many people who can't proceed to sue them.

                                        I sanket phatak affiliate id: sankup8652, want to register a complaint against flipkart for notnpaying the earned money via affiliate marketing. Its been 5 months still they have not payed the approved amount.
