We have booked Crompton 15 L Storage Water Geyser from flipkart (Rs 6000) and pay 174 for delivery charges. before 500 meter from my house delivery boy said, you receive your order otherwise we will return this product. we cannot deliver this product at your house. if you cannot deliver this product at proper place, then why you are taken charges174 for delivery. This is very poor service provided by flipkart. we understand amazon service better than you.

      I purchased a laptop from Flipkart provided my registered trade name and gst number while ordering the laptop. But i got a normal tax invoice instead of gst invoice.
      Contacted Support and they said they can't guarantee me gst invoice and told me i will be contacted via email to solve my complaints.
      That's not a proper way to resolve complaint, people at support helpline don't know anything they just escalate the issue to concerned department and nothing happens after that
      Same happened with me earlier when i order adidas shoes. They were supposed to be replaced but the replacement date got extended thrice and in the end i had to apply for refund instead of replacement.

        I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart and added my business name and GST number to receive a GST invoice. But I haven't received an invoice with my firm's name or GST number on it. I called customer care but they haven't called back yet.

              Reg: Incident: IN[protected].. waited for over 50 days. The unethical practices adopted by flipkart right from delivery and customer service to grievance team with whom I had escalated the issue over couple of times made me feel sorry for an organization of repute. I conclude the service delivery has been rock bottom all across the functions I have interreacted with.
              1. Product not delivered on time2. the issue status has been updated to resolved multiple times 3. I was told product cannot be delivered due to location constraints where in I live in the heart of a metro and tissue paper gets delivered. 4. Was asked to cancel the product 5. I was promised on the delivery date over ten times and one day before on the app it gets extended. 6. Out of blue, I get a call from the delivery boy with a different local brand and size asking me to accept the product. I didn't and the team closes the issues saying customer didn't accept. A tactic to close the loop. I have all the conversations recorded on my phone, pictures captured of the product being forced to accept. Till date no response and they have closed the issue with out my notice

              I ordered Aristocart Cherry Red 80cm TSA lock suitcase trolley and this gets delivered and upon not accepting they closed the loop. Have followed up with them over 50 times and flipkart should feel ashamed of for the kind of tactics being played with customers just close the issue. Shamelessly.

                I order poco x3 mobile before 5 days they not packed and shipped it. I contacted the customer service they said within 24hrs your query is resolved. But they don't take any further actions. I continued contact last 3 days they said only your request is resolved within 24hrs my order didn't shipped yet. I already paid amount also

                  I ordered a Micromax canvas 2 plus product and received on 17th Dec. The product is in locked state. First page in the mobile asked me for gmail credentials and I provided them and it says Verify your account. the message is as follows


                  "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a google account that was previously synced on this device" . This confirms that the product had been used by someone else and they locked it.

                  sameday, I intimated the same to flipkart and asked for replacement. Technician came and looked at the product and he couldn't do anything since it was locked. and he reported something( as damage - I didn't understand why he kept it as damage) and the replacement got rejected and it happened twice and second time he kept something else, related to software (same technician had been sent both times - why different reports?).

                  I got so many calls from flipkart customer care, I hoped that they would resolve the problem. They showed, as if they were trying to resolve the issue throughout those conversations, but nothing they did which was a huge time waste for me. At the end Flipkart denied the replacement of the product and told me to contact the authorized service center to format the mobile and said the seller can't replace the item.

                  "I looked at flipkart and bought this product and not at its sellers". I felt Flipkart is more of "seller's centric" and least bothered about their customer(me) that is what I learnt from this horrible experience.

                  I never returned a product in my past history, they didn't understand a genuine concern of this kind from customers end.

                  points to note-

                  Customer care personnel recommended me to take it to the authorized service center
                  Why should I take it to the authorized center to format it?

                  My expectation is, it should work when I order a product from flipkart(I trusted flipkart and bought it).
                  Why is it not working and why it is asking for old credentials?

                  I feel, It's a second-hand phone. why because it was asking for some old user credentials, which are not mine.

                  Conversations with Customer care and technician's visit:
                  It's a huge time waste and created mental tension(many call conversations with customer care, but no resolution).

                  My no. has been blocked by flipkart. I was reaching them. automated voice message is telling, I will receive the call in 10min. I am not receiving any call from Flipkart.

                  I need immediate resolution on this front

                    I have ordered L size jacket but they delivered M size Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card or pan card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                        I have ordered an iPhone XR on flipkart . the order status is pending . transaction was successful but the order was not confirmed . I have tried a lot to co tact both bank customer care (SBI) and flipkart customer care. Both Were not at all helpful and provide any information. Its worth 350 00 and they are not concerned . pls take the needy step . I want my refund back.

                          Ordered a sanitizer on 6th december, delivered on 8th december 2020. Received damaged. Informed them, the pickup guy came four times, but he denied. Now, they are not helping me out. The product was for inr 839. I would appreciate if you can help me to get my money.

                              I have placed an order to flipkart for purchase of VU TV 32 inch on 9th December, which I have received on 14th December and installed it on 16th December having product Id.OD[protected], but during installation and Demo by technician I saw that sound and picture quality is very bad, remote connectivity also lost during the operation of TV. Next day I have placed a complaint to flipkart regarding this issue.
                              I have received response towards flipkart that a technician will visit on 21st December to resolve your issue.
                              As per message received from flipkart that a technician will visit on 21st December . I have taken 2nd half time leave from my office regarding this but technician not visited . I have again call/ complaint regarding this issue but not resolve any thing.

                              Today I have facing hanging problem also in my VU TV . I have raised a fresh complaint regarding this issue to flipkart and again flipkart customer service promise me to provide technician visit on 25th December.

                              Sir in between I have contacted to VU customer care also regarding this issue. VU customer care completely denied to provide any help and told that flipkart responsible to resolve your problem.

                              Sir today I have asked to flip kart customer care that while this TV is in warranty period then services not provided to me . When this TV has completed it's warranty period who visited and resolve the issue.the customer care not satisfied me.

                              So please help me here I want to return this TV and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered only one mobile from flipkart in january 2020 they cancled by order and blocked my account and emailed me this

                                  "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                                  I ordered mobile for my self but why company thinks that i am selling product I raised too many complaints but they are sending this same mail in all replies. so I am here to tell you flipkart that if you can not unblock my account within 15 days than I am going to complain against you at GRAHAK SURAKSHA KENDRA

                                    Respected sir, I ordered an Apple iPhone XR from Flipkart on 18th december 2020 and for it paid 34699/- online through my SBI visa credit card. I cancelled the product same day and received message from flipkart stating that "₹34699.0 as refund will be added to your SBI VISA Credit Card 404745******1983 by Mon, Dec 21.".. Till now I have not received refund in my Credit card Account. I spoke to flipkart customer care. they said refund is completed from their end so ask your bank. Upon enquiring at Bank they said no such refund request received at their end. Sir, kindling help me in this matter .

                                    The issue resolved by today.. Called customer care of flipkart and it sent me an email asking for credit card statement so that they can further take steps to process the refund.. As the billing month was not completed hence I was waiting for the bank statment . but the very next day refund was credited back to my account...Thanks flipkart

                                      I have ordered from flipkart worth 439 and paid through debit card of punjab national bank but later on cancelled the order. The refund is processed by the flipkart but still not credited in my account. It's more then 20 days now.
