I learned playing games on flipkart gamezone and was winnig and learned the games also now they have suddenly blocked my account and they give notification start playing fairly.

I have been playing fairly and is they have the problem they should have notify me before blocking.

    My name is Neeraj and I had ordered a bag of 711Rs of adidas in flipkart on 13th november and after 20th november I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 24th november Flipkart initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.       I had bought a adidas bag from flipkart but later on i return it to the flipkart . It has been about 3-4 days from which my refund period has reached but i didn’t get my refund but flipkart is showing that they has completed it .

        My fiancee ordered the headset.But the delivery date estimated date is on 26th.
        But Ekart logistics & flipkart company not delivered the product on 26th yesterday the estimated date on yesterday.
        We expected 27th till now I not received the product.
        I tracked the delivery through the Ekart logistics delivery on website.The product came to chennai at Padi 25th itself.
        Padi to Velapanchavidi there is only 1 hour travel period to deliver the product .But the Ekart logistics taking a long period of time.
        Kindly receive the order ID soon as possible FMPP[protected]

            I have place order to Flipkart during Diwali Sale for Dell Vostro Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) Vostro 3491 Order No. OD[protected] Order Date: 12th Nov 2020. with full payment of Rs. 46, 990/- (Rs Forty Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Only) The item was shipped on 13th Nov 2020 Committed date of delivery was 18th Nov and latter got message for the delay and gave revised date was 24th Nov and then again revised to 28th Nov and now today we received message that it will be delivered by 2nd Dec 2020. Three times promised date of delivery was not adhered. Customer Care not reponding properly and gave all false promise to resolve in 24 hour and sometimes 48 hours, But no corrective action was taken from Flipkart The company is not serious to resolve the issue. Taking us for granted. Need help for early delivery without any damage. as we fear that the laptop being delicate item may get damaged in transit. Please help!!!.

            Hi,

            From Flipkart Customer care Mr Chand Pasha called and informed us to cancel the order and place new order for the same item. When we were not happy with the request and price increase flipkart agreed to pay back the excess amount of Rs. 6000/- Flipkart sent email confirming the same and also agreed to pay the difference of price of Rs. 6000/- on confirmation of receipt of new laptop.

            Accordingly we cancel the order and placed new order for the same laptop Order: NO OD[protected] to Flipkart. Dell Vostro Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) Vostro 3491 Thin and Light Laptop amount paid Rs. ₹52, 990/-

            But now again the Laptop dispatched next day and reached Hyderabad 1st December 2020, but till date it is not delivered. Missed committed date of delivery 4th Dec 2020. Its repeat again with no commitment from Flipkart.

            Now when we try to send Email to Customer Care Flipkart my Email return underlivered with message reading."Message blocked
            Your message to [protected]@ncb.flipkart.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information."

            Also Email sent to Mr Chand Pasha returned with message read, " Sorry, the email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us.

            Now I am in delima what to do after making full payment second time the laptop is not delivered and refund of excess amount if customer care don't respond.

              I purchase a watch from Flipkart and they dilivered to my home withing 3 business days but when I opened the box there is only box inside then I raised a return request to the flipkart and they gave me a maximum time 13 days after 13 days then send me a FIR form and they said to me also click the pictures what you received.. after that I did it all the things but next day they cancel my return request without any reason I am sharing you details and I want please block this fraud sites

              Before 8 days I sumbit a complaint against flipkart but they did not resolve my issue . So please I request you take some strict action otherwise I will go for another way

                I ordered a jeans from Kotty but got different colour. I initiated return request but seller rejected it without giving any reason and then flipkart blocked my account so I am not able to place another return request. Return policy is of 14 days. If it ended I ll not able to return it

                    Hi,

                    I had booked my tickets for 14th April 2020 but due to covid 19 they get cancelled and according to the indigo full refund is already processed from their end. My booking ids are FF[protected] and FF[protected].
                    I have contacted to the flipkart executives several times, but they always told me that we are accelerating your complain and our concern team will contact you in next 24 to 48 hrs. But still no response from their side from last 2 months. Now i don't know what to do. I want my complete refund

                        Aluva ekart logistics not attempting delivery

                        I purchased an Apple Ipad 6 months back with 1 year warranty. The recently stopped working and when I took it to Icare to avail the warranty they informed me that the device Imei number is not matching with the number in invoice.

                        After repeated discussions with the team to reissue the invoice they said the reissue is not a viable option and you would collect my device and refund me my money, based on which I collected my device back from iCare.

                        But today morning someone from Flipkart called me and said since the device has a replacement policy of 10 days they cant collect or refund my money.

                                I have purchased LG TV Model "43UN7300PTC" from flipkart on 28 Oct 2020 for my elder brother Prafulla Rajput, which is delivered to my native place Jalgaon on 2nd Nov. We did not open the TV package until the service engineers comes to home for installation. On the same day the LG service center executive came to home for installations and they only opened the TV that time they told us the magic remote is missing in the box they have clearly mentioned the same in their report and even advised us to make the return/replacement order in flipkart. On the same day we placed the return request that is later cancelled by Flipkart saying this TV does not have magic remote ;
                                after this we have raised multiple requests for return and remote missing but every time Flipkart and sellers team has given us different reasons.
                                And even after placing the return request multiple times it is not getting accepted by the seller(named as flexi hyperstore and retail which is mentioned as Festival bonanza on the flipkart portal)neither they are replying properly . It is clearly mentioned in product description about the magic remote but even Flipkart is not helping here to explain this to seller.

                                We are feeling being cheated. we have received multiple calls from seller and they are convincing us to accept gift vouchers if 500rs and accept the order instead of providing us the magic remote which has a market cost as 5k . Pathetic and unacceptable shoping exp with Flipkart . After raising multiple replacement request finally seller and Flipkart informs there is no Magic remote is available with this TV set and we have to make now refund request after going through 1 months of mental trauma, disappointment now we were waiting for refund amount but still this request is also been rejected.
                                That means we have got the TV from flip kart for Rs.36150 were the remote is missing and now flipkart neither accepting the return /refund order nor sending us magic remote.

                                  I had bought an Asus A17 laptop for 59500 on Flipkart on the 14th of November and it was delivered to me on the 16th. Initially I noticed lag on Startup but didn't care much as it was the first startup and Updates were being downloaded. The next day on the laptop kept shutting down randomly while doing basic tasks like streaming YouTube or browsing on Chrome. I checked the System events on the Computer Management tool and found no errors that would cause a shutdown. I contacted Asus Service regarding this and they said they couldn't check what the problem was as it might slow down Flipkart replacement policy and they asked me to contact Flipkart directly and ask for a replacement.
                                  I did just that and the Customer Service representative said a complaint had been filed and technical team would contact me in 3 days. I waited for 3 days and after not receiving any calls, I called them again. This time they postponed the event to 23rd which was the date that my refund policy was to expire. I expressed my concerns regarding this and they assured that they I need not be stressed about the replacement policy as I had already filed a complaint on 18th and the reason I am not able to file a return request was due to some technical error. I contacted Flipkart on 23rd and a Technical Rep called me back and told me that he would try to initiate a return request from their end. Later he told me was facing the same technical problem and postponed the issue to the 25th of November. Yesterday (November 24th) I saw a notification on my phone that the issue was solved. I called them again today and the Representative I talked to ha told me that I have to wait 3 more days and the technical team would contact me again. I don't know how long i can keep on doing this, I bought this laptop in order to work my exams due December first week and I have got too little savings to fund another one. Please help me get a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

                                    Worst and poor service by Flipkart, still not received the correct product

                                    Sequence of events,
                                    Ordered wardrobe on 20th oct
                                    Got delivered on 11th nov
                                    Installation refused by their vendor
                                    Second installation request raised with same vendor and again he refused to install
                                    On 20th nov they suggested to get it installed by local vendor and they will pay for that
                                    On this found 5 item/part missing
                                    Now trying to contact with Flipkart but not yet get any solution, no ans on customer care number one time it got connected and they cancelled the request for return, That will take another 15 days
                                    22nd Nov Got call from Flipkart and they suggested the resolution date max at 23rd Nov and failed to provide service.
                                    24th Nov standing at the initial stage with no response from Flipkart CC response, installation vandor refusing to provide services and all.
