I purchased a split air conditioner 1.5 ton, Samsung make. Tracking Id FMPC[protected], PL:F[protected], S:S[protected][1].
Ordering time it was written that "installation is free" that means installation cost was included in the the price.
When Samsung engineer came to install the A.C., they claimed Rs. 3615/- for installation. I called Flipkart toll free number [protected]. Your instruction was to pay the money and later Flipkart will refund me. I paid the money and complained.
Then I got many phone calls from Flipkart and Samsung. At last another Samsung technician came and refunded me Rs.700/-. He said Sumsung do not provide communication cable, fixing bracket and wrapping adhesive tape. So I had to pay Rs. 2900/-. Last month I purchased two A.C. I never paid installation charge like this!!!
Samsung should provide the special cable and fixing accessories. Why should I pay? Please arrange for the refund.
