I had Ordered wakefit mattresses on Oct 18th...till the product is not delivered it's been 1 month ..there is no cancel option and the customer care been saying there is no cancel option from their side ..

    I requested for a replacement of gopro hero 8. but flipkart didnt approve that. they didnt even call me for the issue. i called them and they are saying one of our executive will call you. but i got no call.

              My order with order number OD[protected] has been fraudulently cancelled by Flipkart without consent of customer fraudulently .Now the difference of amount is 3267 to place new order kindly request Flipkart to resolve the issue immediately. Flipkart is denying the adjustment of price for a fraudulent cancellation.

                1767(moropen bp apparatus, acromax pulse oximeter)through UPI. on the first attempt the transaction was failed so that i did the payment again on the same date and amount deducted twice from my account(total of 3534).The issue brings to your customer Care and they asked me to Wait for few more days for refund and mail has been sent to flipkart mail as well as bank and found no resolution. Kindly scrutinize the error and please refund the extra amount which was received by flipkart as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                    I ordered bedsheet in flipkart worth 300 rupees on 6 October it's promised delivery date is 13 October but it was not delivered till now and now it's showing that your order was cancelled but I have not cancelled my order and that is prepaid order I already paid 300 rupees for my order I want that money back to my bank account.

                        Purchased Nokia 55 inch Tv5 purchased on[protected] and its installation committed a service from jeeves delay and completed on after a week of delivery. I registered a warranty and after using tv for one day i faced serious issues on TV like its turning off on watching. Finally fixed an appointment over the phone and service attended by jeeves technician name (SENTHILNATHAN). He confirm that the same issue with the update to their team as I confirmed on that day.
                        Since its so earlier stages of the TV has faced an issue i cannot replace this on time to this service delayed and though i contacted flipcart and nokia service team. Requesting me to provide a letter from Nokia Team. From their i have contacted service team they again assigned a same jeeves technician to visit again check the same issue tv. Kindly make note this is way treat flipkart prime customer and new customer who spent 40k to buy 1st time nokia tv product. Its like both flipkart and nokia service channel jeeves playing with customers patience and money. Since this issue has raised on mail i have got a poor delayed response form service team i am suffering a lot with the not working performace issue tv has got received from my end.
                        If this replacement has not been accepted from flipcart i will raise my complaint to higher level as with the consumers complaint. I hope and requesting me to provide a required solution atleast after this mail at the earliest response.
                        Note : TV is turning off both online offline while watching every 10-15mins like restarting. Even after tried reset option and software update.

                          I have bought a nokia 55 inch uhd smart tv from flipkart, sellername - omniTechRetail. Its been only 1 month old and got into an issue. Its been more than 1 and half months since im facing the issue with the tv and im behind this unqualified flipkart executives. I had technical visit from jeeves (from whom i bought a completey warrany along with brand warranty for next 3 years) and they initiated for a tv replacement. Its been more than 3 4 times tv uninstallation and packing has been done and product is not yet picked up. Everytime when the date of pickup comes, they will cancel the pickup and product in box is waiting to picked up fom october. Its been multiple times i contacted the executives and they always says it will be replaced with in 5 days(starting from october 2020). I havent got the replacement tv or refund yet. Latest date shown in my flipkart app is 20th Nov. That date is also passed. Now i contacted the customer care and they told that it will be done by dec 2nd. Is it fare enough, that you buy a product for 40k and u cannot use it and you wont get a fix. It will be only seen in flipkart, i should have bought something via amazon, worst experience for a flipkart plus member me. I cannot tolarate this any further

                              I purchased a split air conditioner 1.5 ton, Samsung make. Tracking Id FMPC[protected], PL:F[protected], S:S[protected][1].
                              Ordering time it was written that "installation is free" that means installation cost was included in the the price.
                              When Samsung engineer came to install the A.C., they claimed Rs. 3615/- for installation. I called Flipkart toll free number [protected]. Your instruction was to pay the money and later Flipkart will refund me. I paid the money and complained.
                              Then I got many phone calls from Flipkart and Samsung. At last another Samsung technician came and refunded me Rs.700/-. He said Sumsung do not provide communication cable, fixing bracket and wrapping adhesive tape. So I had to pay Rs. 2900/-. Last month I purchased two A.C. I never paid installation charge like this!!!
                              Samsung should provide the special cable and fixing accessories. Why should I pay? Please arrange for the refund.

                                  I order 3 books for ssc exam preparation on flipkart today (order id - OD[protected] .
                                  Initially i chose to pay the amount online through Google pay. During payment i got a message that showed the payment is failed. So i payed with my debit card and the payment was successful. After few minutesi received a message from my bank that mentioned that 1390/- inr was debited from my account through the google pay. Thus, i was charged twice by flipkart for the 3 books.

                                  I tried to contact customer care. But i never received call from Flipkart customer care.

                                    My Order ID is OD[protected]. I ordered one mobile phone POCO M2 Pro ( Green color, 4GB Ram, 64GB storage) on 21.10.2020 with cash on delivery option. After delivery on 31.10.2020 my phone had a software issue of bootloop. I raised a replacement request and after verifying by technician my replacement was approved. And my phone was replaced with Replacement ID:[protected] on 10.11.2020. I was very happy that my faulty phone was replaced. But when I open the box I found that I have been given a different used handset of the same brand Xiaomi i.e. Redmi Note 4(Black color), which was used and screen was damaged and the IMEI number and features mentioned in the box is different. It is very clear the product was a refurbished one and there were no accessories in the box. This is clearly cheating by Flipkart and the seller VISION STAR. I immediately raised a return request by Refund ID:[protected]. Flipkart team assured me that “We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy.” and today I am posting this issue here on 20/11/2020. Till now no update from their end via email or phone call. I have tried to call their customer care team but they are telling they don’t have any information about it. The concerned team is working on it and I’ll be notified about the update. I have also raised the issue with consumer court vide Docket no : 2386340. My hardly earned money of Rs 12, 499/- wasted like this. Still I am waiting for the resolution. Feeling cheated as a customer.

                                    Please provide me resolution as refund of Rs 12499/- at the earliest in this matter. I hope Flipkart will not break my trust. I am a customer since 2013. I never faced an issue like this. Please resolve my issue and refund my money back as I don’t have any phone to use now.

                                      Flight Rescheduling

                                      I have booked a flight from indigo with travel date 14th April and it get cancelled due to Covid 19. Indigo converted my refund amount into Credit shell but I am unable to redeem it. I talked to indigo customer support they told me to contact Flipkart Travel regarding the refund.

                                      Flipkart is unable to reschedule the flight and keep giving me excuses.

                                      I have purchased Canon Pixma E470 Multi-function WiFi Color Printer from flipkart on 16th Nov. 2019 Order ID - OD[protected], which was faulty and I raised a complaint which is got returned and I got another printer but they didn't provide the fresh invoice for the same, it worked 4 months and went down due to pandemic i couldn't raise a complaint but when things started I raised a complaint and canon guy came and ready to replace the product when I gave him an invoice serial no. of the product was not matching with the invoice so called up Flipkart for fresh invoice instead of giving me invoice they said will replace the product, I mentioned them several times I don't have a brand box so just provide me the invoice will deal with canon people but they said that's not a problem we understand no body keeps box that long as it's been 11 months, after complaining 8 times following for last 2 months still they haven't solve the issues just giving false commitment and now warranty is also about to over.
                                      please help to resolve the problem.
