have brought his laptop named Vostro 3491 series (i3 gen 8gb ram)
from flipkart (Seller: RetailNet)
i didn't even use it for 1 day, after updating the bios and driver. motherboard got failed (dell inspected it and said that issue is mother board failure). i contacted flipkart for replacement/refund. they rejected my refund saying dell should look upon this. so i contacted dell for this issue. they says, motherboard is on no stock. so we will look upon the parts, it is been 20 days, no choices to made from both sides. how can a new laptop have motherboard failure issue. ok, if that so, i should be given a refund or replacement right. how can I be assure of that other parts are good. it may go faulty, after usage. Do i need to replace every parts and build new laptop using warranty. Please do needful and give refund or replacement for this issue as soon as possible.
