This is regarding the order ID : OD[protected] for LG G8X mobile purchased on Flipkart on 19th Oct. The order was made for my friend and COD option was selected at the time of order. However on 23rd Oct 2020, an attempt was made to make the payment online before the delivery, using UPI option. The amount of Rs 21990/- was debited from the bank but the transaction got timed out on Flipkart website.
Immediately the flipkart customer care was contacted, and they checked the status of the order and confirmed that "due to some technical error" the transaction got failed and they have not received any amount. I was advised to make the payment again, and wait for 8 days maximum for the refund. Finally my friend took delivery of the item, by making a cash payment to the delivery person.
My friend had also raised a complaint with his bank, and after their investigation they confirmed that the transaction was successful, and the amount was successfully credited in the seller's bank account. A written confirmation of the same was provided.
All the complete details, the UPI transaction reference number, date /time and the written confirmation from the bank about the successful credit, have been shared with Flipkart. Below are the incident numbers for reference. I am not sure, why the incident numbers are changed after some time. Probably they forcefully close one ticket and raise another, to show that is a recent one and not a old one.

There is no response from Flipkart customer team for a long time now. They are still denying that they got the amount.
They are also not willing to give a written confirmation about not having received the amount.
My request is to refund the amount since the bank has already confirmed that the transaction has succeeded and amount was credited to them.
