I placed a Samsung mobile Phone order with Flipkart in Oct 2020. I purchased a protection plan with Flipkart at the same time. My Flipkart Order ID : OD[protected].
I kept Mobile package aside because of COVID condition and i open it after 15 days. When start using it, i realized that it is not charging. I called Flipkart and explained the issue. They said it is out of returnable time. Flipkart asked me to contact Samsug customer care. I contacted them for support. They said please bring the phone to our service center. Then i called protection plan company who issued my protection policy. They said we don't have your policy number with us. They denied to support. Again i called Flipkart and they said we have raised a complaint against seller and we will resolve your issue by 4th Nov.

Today is 13th Nov 2020 as of now there is no refund from Flipkart. or protection plan company. They are keep on extending the estimated resolution date in Flipkart website and i have been waiting and wasting my time by paying 17000/- to Flipkart.

After 3 months of continuous follow up, many calls and explanations, many arguments, finally Flipkart re placed my mobile with new one. I am not sure why Flipkart has not address for my request for so long time though i have purchased a full protection insurance on mobile.

    flipkart company said that 12th november 2020 refund my rupes but they not done that time...

      Flipkart Tops in Giving the worst customer experience

      Oh Boy, we do face some poor service or product quality at times. When you deal in organized sector and often pay premium or wait for delivery etc. you rely on the Big Brand (Vendor Flipkart, TV by Thompson) for peace of mind.

      Case in point : We go to Flipkart site, shortlist and pay for a Full featured smart TV. Receive the TV and it doesn't even have all the OTT channels. Come on, if you have a substandard product, if your product doesn't have all the required features, it should be very clearly mentioned in the listing so the customer looks elsewhere for a match to their requirement, -basics guys, both the vendor and the quality team of the listing portal skipped this and gave an awful experience This was only the start of the horrible experience.

      Guess how is in race to get top spot to humiliate a customer, offer the lousiest service, make the customer wait for weeks and in the end close options, to a customer who has prepaid for a product on your brand name.? Friends no need to guess, we have experienced it the worst by non other than Flipkart. Our family and friends have decide to never to fall into their trap and put our money with such a vendor.

      WE are determined to take it to any scale of legal and consumer awareness platform, till Flipkart realizes that these practices are counter productive and takes remedial action.

      Flipkart and Thompson TV, First they spoilt Birthday Gift and now Diwali Day:

      The matter is simple. The lousy Thompson TV doesn’t have the features of a smart TV as touted on Flipkart site.
      WE paid for it, got delivery and not at all happy because of its "NOT A FULLY FUNCTIONAL SMART TV". Certain channels and features to not work in this lousy TV.

      After going to the charade of explanation to the customers services team once again about the issues and then going through their questions, they promised to get back to us within 48 hours. Lo and behold we get an email that the vendor has refused to accept our return request.

      The big problem here is that why Flipkart gives so much authority to a vendor at fault and total disdain to a customer who has paid for the product and now not able to get proper use of the product and suffering with ignorance on part of Flipkart and the vendor.

      Flipkart, do you leave any option to us? Do you want us to take the matter to the consumer court? We are ready and will ensure that responsibility is fixed and ignorance to attend the matter in timely and dignified way us attend to the people.

      FlipKart, don’t flip over on the customer concern.
      Matter not addressed with due care, no one bothered to read the matter stated, all working on remote control of the vendor and not pay heeds of customer’s concerns
      you ignore the requests, then you make the customer go through facade of concerns and going through the cycle of reading the script and then insult the customer time and again.

      It happened again, the caring team of Flipkart calls, lots of courtesies, everyone is extremely sorry about the situation blah blah blah. Solution, sorry they don’t serve the solution, only impose the command of vendor that you keep a lousy substandard Thomson TV that doesn’t have all the OTT channels and lacks certain other features.

          This is to inform you that, I have ordered a product from flipkart having order id no. - OD[protected]. The product was a Samsung Series 4 Smart tv, Ordered on 8.02.2020 But Till now I didn't Received the product . Then I have raised a order cancellation request and refund of the amount but till date I have not received any refunded amount.

          so request you to kindly do the needful to refund our amount or else I have to raise a complain in Consumer Forum regarding this matter.

          I hope that I will get a favorable response from your end.

              Requested for replacement but received message that seller is unable to fulfill request
              So I requested for Refund but received mail from Flipkart as below,

              To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours . Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).

              We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

              “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”

              When the product was bought, no ID proof was required but now that they have sent wrong product and i want to return it, Flipkart is asking for ID proof. This is a complete breach of privacy. All my accounts are connected to my Adhaar and PAN card.

              REQUEST FOR REFUND WITHOUT DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL DETAILS SUCH AS PAN/ADHAAR CARD WHICH ARE VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATIONS.

              Hi, I also faced same issue with different product. After return period was OFF I was informed my repeated return(missing product) was rejected since I had to submit mandatory my ADHAR card ID and also PAN ID and also sign disclaimer authorizing Flipkart to use and share info provided to anyone they like. If you do not provide said info they will not even consider your complaint. Further in my case they blocked my account and till this day deny me copy of invoice of my previous purchases. I had 2 years prime account. Shop at Flipkart/Walmart at your own risk. Interestingly they refused to provide me with SELLERs Adhar ID or PAN. Flipkart is now protecting fraudulent SELLERs. Buyer's are no longer protected by so called Buyers Protection policy. This policy change has happened after WALMART took over Flipkart.
              Same issue happened for me. I bought a NIKE shoes and they delivered me a cheap brand slippers. Now they are asking for my PAN/Aadhar for considering the return request.

                In flipkart, i have cancelled an order (OD[protected] and issued for refund, They promised before[protected], refund amount 1000 will credit in my ban account, but till not refund not received, i have done many follow ups, but they are not resolving my issue.
                Please do the needful.

The product was a iffalcon smart tv 55 inch amount Rs.33249/= but Received display faulty on arrival complain same day when product delivered. Then I have raised a refund or Replace the Product I Called Customer Care Several Time But They Only Giving A New Date Whenever i call them but till date I have not received any refund / Replace.

                    I booked item MI smart speaker with order ID :ID[protected] on 27/10/2020
                    During BiG billion days offer...Till the previous day, I got notification that your item will be delivered on[protected]. But got another message on the same day that Order got cancelled due to the reason that I refused to take the item.
                    When I tracked the order till 10th November 2020, the item has reached almost 5 kms to my delivery point.

                    This is very bad on the part of Ecom express and Flipkart that my order was cancelled with out my concern...I am in an openion that this is clear cheating by both flipkart and Ecom express courier partner..

                    Pls take appropriate action in this and arrange to deliver my selected item with the same rate what I booked otherwise I will take this case to consumer forum as it is a clear cheating practice and deceiving loyal customer of flipkart from several years

They are not returning my money back.

                          I have been trying to get the " damaged and defective" replacement piece of
                          Whirpool 190l refrigerator since 28th October when it was refused to be
                          accepted after having found it was damaged in a severly worse condition
                          than first piece. I had immediately filed a query but was asked to wait
                          since ekart had not closed the delivery status. Furthermore I raised the
                          issue again after seeing the updated delivery status and my return request
                          was accepted.

                          In about 2 hours I was blocked from logging into flipkart and the return
                          request rejected message was sent to my brother's phone number.

                          I have been trying to get the refund for the genuinely damaged item that
                          ekart services promised to pick since their truck was full with no place
                          for second refrigerator.

                          I have been a very loyal customer of Flipkart since it's early days and
                          would request you to kindly process the return and refund for the damaged
                          appliance.

                          Attached is the proof of my ordeal and damages.

Does that mean, I should accept the damaged item paying my hard earned money and this is actually unethical and fraudulent. Kindly resolve the issue by picking up the badly damaged item and refund.                             Greetings for the day!

                            Despite my attempts to try and talk to some senior executive in Customer service and make the point, it seems the "TECHNICAL ISSUES' always stop at the customer service executive.

                            I have been given false assurances till 11th Nov that the product will be delivered and the same have been continuing now for the next date 18th Nov.

                            I have been asking for a simple and logical (as per my humble common sense) question - kindly provide me with the TRACKING ID where I can track my product and know that it is actually on the way.
                            The TRAKING ID[protected] Tracking id is incorrect)provided or is in records with your team "DOES NOT EXIST" . So, either the SELLER or the COURIER PARTNER is selling you lies and I am the one suffering here.

                            IF YOU CANNOT TRACK IT, ASK THE SELLER TO SEND THE REPLACEMENT, BUT DO NOT ASK ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 7 DAYS AND THEN DO THE SAME EXERCISE OVER AGAIN!!

                            I AM EXPLORING ALL AVENUES TO GET THIS ISSUE ADDRESSED BUT HAVE FAILED SO FAR!! HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE WHO SEES THIS EMAIL.

                            Flipkart escalation team contacted me today at 15:00 hrs 13 nov, and told me to cancel the order and place a new order in its place. The product will be delivered at old price.

                            Only catch - i cannot cancel the order and they will take 4 days to find a solution for that. So, the struggle continues...Will post updates.

                            It seems the matter is not that easy to resolve. I cannot CANCEL the ORDER at my end and am at mercy of your customer service executive who has promised me to move it to the escalation team, in spite of me sharing your email as an attachment. 
                            So, first thing - the ORDER HAS TO BE CANCELLED AT FLIPKART's END as I DO NOT HAVE THAT OPTION. The SELLER policy is clear that once the ORDER has been placed, the customer cannot cancel it after 24 hrs once shipment has been done. (PLEASE SEE THE EMAIL ATTACHED - THEY WILL HELP ME BY 17th NOV TO CANCEL THIS ORDER ?????)

                            THE FLIPKART was finally able to cancel the ORDER after much follow up and complaints on 17th Nov. It was agreed refund will be processed to a designated account.

                            They further management to screw it up and sent it back to the CREDIT CARD which has been since discontinued. So, now taking up the issue with the banks.

                            The complaint was escalated to the CEO ESCALATIONS TEAM, yet they managed to screw up on each and every level - first non-delivery, then cancellation took 3 days, then REFUND was processed but into wrong account. So, it has been a suffering all through.

                            The problem is that there is no single source of resolution once the complaint has been escalated and everyone from every desk keeps responding with different information and status. This non-coordination leads to confusion within their own organization as well ensures that the CUSTOMER - suffers even more.

                            Flipkart escalation team contacted me today at 15:00 hrs 13 nov, and told me to cancel the order and place a new order in its place. The product will be delivered at old price.

                            Only catch - i cannot cancel the order and they will take 4 days to find a solution for that. So, the struggle continues...Will post updates.

                              I ordered an iPhone SE on 15th October, 2020 during the big billion sale for Rs.24749. The delivery got delayed by a almost 25 days. I was told that it would reach me on 17th October buy they kept pushing the deadline and yesterday they cancelled the order without giving me any reason or informing me.                                     I have Ordered TC HC BK-N Model, but
