I have ordered some blazzers as to choose between them and i put only 1 from the ordered 5 blazzers but when i raise request to return my account got blocked and my money got stuck and i have also active orders which i have paid them already they also kept that money

    I have recently purchased nokia smart tv and it stopped workigna fter a month when gave compliant its non refundable and i have to check with near dealer it seems,

    It seems to be Fake product which i received from Filpkart or Nokia India . please look into this one and try to fix it.

      I have purchased LG TV Model "43UN7300PTC" from flipkart on 28 Oct 2020 for my elder brother Prafulla Rajput, which is delivered to my native place Jalgaon on 2nd Nov. We did not open the TV package until the service engineers comes to home for installation. On the same day the LG service center executive came to home for installations and they only opened the TV that time they told us the magic remote is missing in the box they have clearly mentioned the same in their report and even advised us to make the return/replacement order in flipkart. On the same day we placed the return request that is later cancelled by Flipkart saying this TV does not have magic remote ;
      after this we have raised multiple requests for return and remote missing but every time Flipkart and sellers team has given us different reasons.
      And even after placing the return request multiple times it is not getting accepted by the seller(named as flexi hyperstore and retail which is mentioned as Festival bonanza on the flipkart portal)neither they are replying properly . It is clearly mentioned in product description about the magic remote but even Flipkart is not helping here to explain this to seller.

      We are feeling being cheated. we have received multiple calls from seller and they are convincing us to accept gift vouchers if 500rs and accept the order instead of providing us the magic remote which has a market cost as 5k . Pathetic and unacceptable shoping exp with Flipkart . After raising multiple replacement request finally seller and Flipkart informs there is no Magic remote is available with this TV set and we have to make now refund request after going through 1 months of mental trauma, disappointment now we were waiting for refund amount but still this request is also been rejected.
      That means we have got the TV from flip kart for Rs.36150 were the remote is missing and now flipkart neither accepting the return /refund order nor sending us magic remote.

        I had bought an Asus A17 laptop for 59500 on Flipkart on the 14th of November and it was delivered to me on the 16th. Initially I noticed lag on Startup but didn't care much as it was the first startup and Updates were being downloaded. The next day on the laptop kept shutting down randomly while doing basic tasks like streaming YouTube or browsing on Chrome. I checked the System events on the Computer Management tool and found no errors that would cause a shutdown. I contacted Asus Service regarding this and they said they couldn't check what the problem was as it might slow down Flipkart replacement policy and they asked me to contact Flipkart directly and ask for a replacement.
        I did just that and the Customer Service representative said a complaint had been filed and technical team would contact me in 3 days. I waited for 3 days and after not receiving any calls, I called them again. This time they postponed the event to 23rd which was the date that my refund policy was to expire. I expressed my concerns regarding this and they assured that they I need not be stressed about the replacement policy as I had already filed a complaint on 18th and the reason I am not able to file a return request was due to some technical error. I contacted Flipkart on 23rd and a Technical Rep called me back and told me that he would try to initiate a return request from their end. Later he told me was facing the same technical problem and postponed the issue to the 25th of November. Yesterday (November 24th) I saw a notification on my phone that the issue was solved. I called them again today and the Representative I talked to ha told me that I have to wait 3 more days and the technical team would contact me again. I don't know how long i can keep on doing this, I bought this laptop in order to work my exams due December first week and I have got too little savings to fund another one. Please help me get a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

          Worst and poor service by Flipkart, still not received the correct product

          Sequence of events,
          Ordered wardrobe on 20th oct
          Got delivered on 11th nov
          Installation refused by their vendor
          Second installation request raised with same vendor and again he refused to install
          On 20th nov they suggested to get it installed by local vendor and they will pay for that
          On this found 5 item/part missing
          Now trying to contact with Flipkart but not yet get any solution, no ans on customer care number one time it got connected and they cancelled the request for return, That will take another 15 days
          22nd Nov Got call from Flipkart and they suggested the resolution date max at 23rd Nov and failed to provide service.
          24th Nov standing at the initial stage with no response from Flipkart CC response, installation vandor refusing to provide services and all.

              I am a very old customer Flipkart.In the Diwali Offer I bought a Poco M2 Pro Mobile on 4th November.When I called the customer care, they told my order was damaged in Bangalore.After that I didn't get any clue on my order.I didn't get any notification on the damage of my product.On 23rd November I called Customer care, they told that I should cancel my product.They told me to book again in the price ₹14, 999 but when I bought it first the price was ₹11, 999.So, I should be allowed to buy it in the same price.I was harrassed a many time by the flipkart.My money was taken away on 4th November.But I still didn't get my refund or any notification.

                I ordered an Apple Airpods Pro with Wireless Charging Case from Flipkart on 11/11/2020 at ₹17989.

                My order ID is OD[protected]. The delivery agent was Ekart.
                The seller was TrueComRetail, but the seller mentioned on invoice is 'Sane Retail Private Limited'. The product was delivered on the after noon of 22/11/2020.When I opened the box I found that it was empty. AirPods Pro and the charging cable was not in the box. I immediately lodged a complaint and requested for a refund by speaking with Flipkart customer care. Tried to contact Ekart but couldn't connect so left a negative feed back mentioning the issue details on the feedback link received from Ekart. I have called the customer support twice but the reply was that they are working on it and I need to wait till 4th December. There were no details shared on what is their process and what they are working on. The product was delivered around 3:20 pm but I recieved the last 'Product Delivered' text from EKart at night 7:58 pm and was updated on flipkart app as 'delivered'. The product was delivered at around 3:20 pm, I opened the product after the delivery and found product missing from package, immediately the complaint was lodged for refund at 3:29 pm.

                On Flipkart app, the refund request shows it is pending for approval and I'll be contacted by Flipkart within 72 hours (going to be completed at 3:29 pm today). Till date I have not received any call back from Flipkart. I have no clarity that how my refund shall be processed and whether it would be even processed or not. So I am filing this complaint to save the loss of my hard earned money. As there are many similar cases on internet where the people lost their money, and I don't want to be the victim like others.

                My concern is genuine and I am ready to take all necessary measures, but seek your support to save my loss.

                Please look into the matter urgently and help me with the resolution.

                  I have purchased kodak 43 inch TV durring offer period. I have got discount as per offer. This product has 10 days replacement policy. Installation person has taken video of faulty display and triggered replacement, but seller is denying replacement.
                  Seller has sent faulty products, but now seller is denying replacement, although he is selling same product on Flipkart and Flipkart is taking no action.
                  Flipkart is supposed to help customers.
                  I want my product. Either seller has to replace with same working product or higher version which ever is available with them.
                  After waiting for so long, I got faulty TV and Flipkart is not helping.
                  What is my fault in all this? Is trusting Flipkart brand is my fault?

                      I placed approx. order value of Rs. 6800/- on different items. Today one item is supposed to be delivered tracking no.[protected]. Surprisingly I received a call from [protected] saying that I was contacted but not available. This is where the delivery body is misleading customers and flipkart as well. He never called us and we are in station only.
                      These are the best services you are offering to us.. I need a quick reply on this..

                          I ordered a laptop (Order ID - OD[protected] on 20 Oct, 2020 in Big Billion days sale. The initial delivery date given to me was 2 Nov, 2020. But till now(24 Nov, 2020) I have not received the product.

                          I have already talked to customer care 3 times regarding this issue but the product is still not delivered. Every time they assured me that the product will be delivered on the given delivery date, but every time on the date of delivery it is been extended by 7 days. The delivery date has been changed 5 times in total. In the mobie app it says that the product has not even been shipped yet.
                          I kindly request to look into this matter & resolve it as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased above said laptop through Flipkart on[protected]. Exactly after 3 months the laptop giving battery charging problem. Due to this the laptop not working at all even in the case of direct plugin. Complaint to Avita-India on 15-10-20. Complaint no. JHYD[protected]. Till this day they are not ready to repair the laptop on the repeated complaint. Up on complaint to Flipkart, they also not taking any value to my complaint. Please don't sell this type of laptop to customers. Please refund my money, so that I can buy another one for my son online study and never ever I am going to buy anything from Flipkart. That was my experience with Flipkart customer care.

                              I ordered something from flipkart and at the time of delivery of my product the delivery boy who came to deliver the product he calls me the tell me to come and pickup your order i ask him to come to my home as i am not able to come to you recently because i don't have any transport.
                              After that he started talking rudely with me and told me i am not come to your home you have to come here we are not coming to that area. this incident happened in 19 August 2020

                              And again i order something from flipkart in November i found that product missing so that i put a return request
                              Due to my return request that same boy again call me today and told me that he camed to pick the product as i told you i don't have any transport facility and according to my address he is just 0.5km away from my house so i ask him to come to my home i am not able to come there
                              So again he started talking rudely with me and told me that i am going to come to your house you have to come here
                              I told him i am not able to come to you come here please then he ask me you are coming here or not i ask him i am not able to come then he cut the call without listening me and not come here to pic the product

                                I ordered a Led monitor on 13 november during the flipkart diwali sale. The monitor was available for 6999 and i used my debit card to 10% off on the product. The delivery date given to me was 20 november. the product reached my nearest hub on 18th and when i contacted the delivery team (delhivery) they said the product has been damaged due to poor packaging and will not be delivered. Flipkart even said to me that delivery was attempted on 18th but it wasnt.i contacted flipkart on 18th they said the product is fine and i will get it delivered by 20. i even showed them the screenshot from the tracking website but they said i have to wait till 20 and i will surely get my product. i asked them for a refund if the product is not been delivered. on 20th the product was not delivered and i contacted flipkart on 21st and they said the product will be delivered by 25th. i was like thats okay i can wait till that day to get my product. Today (24th november) i recieved a message that the ordered was cancelled and i got the refund. When i contacted them they asked me to reorder the product but this time the price has gone up to 8799. i waited so many days and now i have to wait for another sale. i asked them if they could offer me some kind of one time exception and replace the product for me. they denied. i asked for a price difference they denied again. i just want the product at the same price thats all. i dont even need any compensation because they will not provide. just the price difference or the product replacement.

                                  On 16th November, I ordered a PTron Bluetooth earphone which was delivered on 22nd November. Since the sound quality was not good, which was against the description of the product, I decided to return it. It was delivered on 22nd November, I put a return request on the same day only. Unfortunately, I got a mail from Flipkart to share my adhar card or pan card details for verification. I had interacted with them but they said adhar card information is mandatory. Moreover, they will disclose the information to the seller as well. I am not able to understand the reason behind asking for my personal information. I want my refund and I am not going to share any information. I strongly belive Flipkart is going against the privacy of an individual.

                                    Hello Consumer Complaints Team,

                                    Flipkart has blocked my account stating that I have an unusually high number of returns. I am using Flipkart form a very long time and have spent lakhs of my rupees on their e-commerce platform.

                                    All the returns I did on the past were all genuine and the products were always checked by their pickup guys to see there was any damage.

                                    This is is the whole idea behind online shopping, your order by looking at the picture of the product and if the product is not satisfactory, you have all the rights to return it.

                                    I would urge you to please help me.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I ordered a Nokia 80cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV with Sound by Onkyo (32TAHDN) on 15th Nov 2020 through flipkart. When I was tracking it, I found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and address does not mismatch. Why are they doing so. If they cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                                      Promised Delivery Date: Mon, Nov 23rd '20.

                                      They have now cancelled it without asking anything. I visited their hub but did not hand over and told me the order is rejected. I am also ready to go to their hub to collect my order. If you cannot satisfy the customers then don't sell to this pin code.

                                      This is not happening with me first time, at every time they will give false delivery promise and play with customer time and it is very disappointing to us.

                                      Please let me know, next step of action.

                                        I have been a Flipkart affiliate partner since 2016 and they have never paid me my affiliate commission. When i joined the program the threshold was 250rs for egv mode of payment which I completed. After that they changed the threshold limit to 2500 for egv, which i completed too but suddenly they deducted some of the amount from my affiliate commission and brought my balance under the threshold limit. Flipkart also keeps restricting my commision allotment.im tired of emailing them and contacting them through the website but they never reply. I want my payment to be released whatever the amount is. My affiliate id is chiripata
