After writing/contacting customer care several times there is no refund, now, I am mentioning the case here,
1. Refund for the mentioned booking was raised on 30th sept. 2020 and as per the customer care it was somehow failed and I was asked to share the other bank details.
Here I had to call them and they did not even bother to email/call me when that refund was reflected as failure in their system.
2. I shared other bank details on 17th October to [protected]@flipkart.com and waited for a few days for refund.
3. On 25th October, I received another email form [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com saying bank details updated and within 9 days refund will be reflected.
4. On 5th Nov. I received an email saying share bank details from [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com, and I shared again to [protected]@flipkart.com.
5. After a few days I connected to customer care support via phone and told them about my concern of getting repeated emails asking for bank details but no actual refund. I was asked to wait and Flipkart customer care will get back to me on 9th Nov.
6. On 9th Nov. I got a message and email that customer care will get back to me on 10th Nov.
7. On 10Nov. I got another email form [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com to share bank details, I connected to the customer support center and they have escalated the issue and I was asked to wait until 13th Nov.
8. 13th Nov., no response from your side and I feel like
9. I waited again and on 16th Nov. I received email from [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com asking booking Id and PNR, booking id was already mentioned in last email.
Seems like now they are playing with me amd this case is in an infinite loop and I will not get an actual refund ever unless I take this to this forum.

Flipkart being such a big brand I never thought that I will have to suffer because of such an irresponsible/unprofessional behavior towards this case.

Hello Flipkart, why refund not initiated even after submitting the complaint here? Its been more than 3 months when will I receive refund? no clear reply from you.

    This is RONAL DESAI from Goa.

    I had orders Motorola G9 mobile from Flipkart on 31st Oct 2020 and got delivered on 3rd Nov 2020.
    With replacement policy of 7 days.
    Order ID is - OD[protected]
    Seller - Vision Star

    While using this phone I found few issues with phone-
    1. Camera performance issue.
    2. Display issue - yellowish tint noticed and also brightness is very less, after switching off auto brightness also brightness used to get less after few seconds o[censored]nlocking the phone. Looked too much dull like a old android phone.

    So I raised a return or replacement request on 9th nov 2020, so that I can order new phone or replacement could b done.

    Return request was cancelled by Flipkart customer care after giving few troubleshooting, which could not solve my issue.

    So i raised again return request.
    Flipkart arranged technician visit from Jeeves. After few days Jeeves technician came and started giving his advice- saying never buy a phone online, u will face such issues n all. And finally gave his conclusion that it will not accepted for return or replacement. He took few photos and told me to call customer care.
    He also cancelled my return request.

    I next day again raised issue with technician visit.
    Flipkart again raised issue and booked technician visit.

    And this time Technician visit was not done...only fake updated.
    I got msg of tech visit for 16th nov 2020 @2pm. No one came
    Again today on 16th nov 2020 @7:06 pm got a msg saying tech visit arranged on 17th nov 2020 @ 3pm.
    Suddenly got one more msg @8:21 pm that Service is completed from Jeeves...which is fake.
    How come someone without visit can update like this?

    I want Flipkart to check on this issue as soon as possible .

          My name is Nithin das, I ordered a MASHKI AQUARIUM AIR PUMP with order id OD[protected] from flipkart on 15 th October 2020 and on 20th October 2020 it's reached my location.but which is not delivered yet.i contacted customer care 4 times each times they will tell that problem will be resolved in 48 hours or within a specific date, nothing happened till now.they will extend the resolving date on the final date.

            I booked a ticket through Flipkart Travel Booking for Rs 7141, which was cancelled and I was issued a Credit Shell of Rs 7141.Later when I am trying to book a ticket using it, Flipkart customer care is not booking it stating technical error for booking ticket for Same passenger, different sector.                 On 9th November, 2020 I ordered two sets of 15 inch laptop skins. In 16th November I got the delivery of the product in a postal tube. but when I opened the postal tube, there is only 1 skin. So immediately I called the customer service and they said we'll make sure to get the refund. But I haven't got any further call from Flipkart.

                  I tried to place an order on 15th Oct 2020 for Google Nest Mini from FLIPKART at 12:01 PM, but the order was not placed and the amount Rs. 1999/- got deducted from my HDFC bank account through Google Pay.
                  I contacted Flipkart customer care service 4 times and they said that you will receive the money within 8 working days (26th Oct 2020), but I didn't received the money yet.

                  Please initiate the refund process as soon as possible. I have also attached the bank statement for reference.

                    I recently replaced my Realme X3 superzoom Arctic White 8GB/128GB smartphone which had some problems. I received my replaced product on 11th November, 2020. After some days the device started showing same problems that I had with my previous device which was promised by flipkart that it won't happen again. My smartphone fails Standby Current Test in Engineer mode of Realme (Performed by Technician in front of me, Screenshot attached). The Battery backup is very poor, call drop issues and many more. I placed a return request on Flipkart for the same and the very next day the Jeeves Technician from Flipkart came to check the phone. Technician confirmed of the problems and also clicked pictures of the same but is Denying to update the service report in front of me and is talking very rudely to me, I told him to wait and make a service report but he arrogantly started his bike and tried to run. I want my Return to be completed as soon as possible from flipkart's end. Kindly do the needful.

                      During the big billion day ive ordered LG G8X mobile fron Flipkart, ive noticed that in low bright conditions the dark shades overlap while scrolling or moving, also low light videos are absolutely black in color and overlapping shades issue makes it even worse to look at the display, Flipkart or Lg has sold these refurbished or defective products without giving a clue to lacks of customers.

                        Ive ordered LG G8X thiq mobile and placed replacement for it as it was defective, i then received the replacement box in which the phone and charger was missing from it, ive called the Flipkart about it and they said they raised a complaint regarding that but i can see no complaint against that order,

                          Gift card amount Rs. 10000 is taken by Flipkart, i have never received any reminder call /sms/ email from flipkart.
                          In this covid situation when govt. Is extended the limit of all the things like permit, licences, gst, income tax, etc.. why Flipkart is not doing ?
                          By this way they are cheating with customers and doing the fraud.

                          I know the guideline of rbi without informing the customers you cannot take the money from customer.

                          Our organisation give such gift card on quarterly basis and I used to spent the amount time but this time due to covid I avoid to buy as per govt.guideline.

                          I request to flipkart to refund the amount, I will use it in one week.

                                    On 25/02/2020 I have booked a flight ticket for travelling from CCU to HYD on 07/05/2020 (PNR MWF6GX) and return ticket from HYD to CCU (PNR YJ9RNM) on 10/05/2020 (Booking ID FF[protected]. The ticket was cancelled from flipkart side and on 13/10/2020 they have informed me that refund has been initiated. For not getting the same I have contacted flipkart and they have asked about my bank details again which I instantly provided on 05/11/2020 but the same is not refunded. To get my refund I have contacted flipkart several times and they keep giving false promises and dates after dates for resolving the issue. On 14/11/2020 customer executive from flipkart told me that issue will be resolved but he unable to give any deadline by which the refund will be processed.

                                    During this covid pandemic when I am already facing extreme financial hardship this is creating great mental stress on me. Kindly help.

                                      जिसमें मेंने आपसे samsung galaxy F41 6 gb ram 128 gb स्टोरेज वाला फोन 3 नवंबर को Received किया था जिसमें प्रॉब्लम था जिसकी वजह से रिप्लेस किया गया था और 9 नवंबर को रिप्लेस मिला था लेकिन उसी दिन से वहीं प्रॉब्लम जो पहले वाले फोन मे था वही इसमे आने लगा है और आज दिन तक आ रहा है इसके लिए आपसे 6 बार technician visit हो चुकी जिसमें उन्होंने फैक्ट्री डेटा reset लगाने के बाद फोन चल रहा है तो कोई problems नहीं है पर जैसे ही उसमे goole play store से या फिर सैमसंग स्टोर कोई एप्लिकेशन इंस्टॉल करने के बाद कोई प्रॉब्लम आती है तो वो हमारा प्रॉब्लम नहीं ऐसा बहाना बनाकर छूट जाते हैं, और ये प्रॉब्लम उन्होंने भी जब भी विजिट किया तब face किया है और ये बात उन्होंने एक्सेप्ट भी किया है और उनकी विजिट के दौरान आपके कस्टमर केर मे भी technician से बात करवाई गई है और उन्हों ने आपके executive को भी ये बात बताई गई है पर ये हमारे सेलर पॉलिसी में नहीं आता बताकर अपने हाथ उठा लेते हैं जो बात सरासर गलत है,
                                      मुजे आपकी Flipkart से 7 Day पॉलिसी के अंतर्गत क्लेम में Refund चाहिए कृपया मुझे इसका Resolution जल्द से जल्द देकर आभारी कीजिए।

                                      मे आपकी इतनी बड़ी Flipkart ब्रांड पे विश्वास करता हूँ और में Flipkart को ही पहचानता हूँ।

                                        I ordered an hp15 i3 laptop from flipkart on 29/12/2019 and received on 02.01.2020. Display stops working on 10.08.2020 and on the same day I reached at authorised hp dealer at Thrissur, Kerala and they sent it for flipkart warranty service. After 10 days they call me and told that flipkart purchased this item on 10.08.2019 .so warranty expired on 09.08.2020 and they are not ready to repair it at free of cost. They charged 7000/- to replace...
