On November 11th i order a badminton racket, it got delivered on 14th.But its frame was damaged. So i placed a replacement request, but cancelled it after 3 days because i wanted another racket.
Then i placed a return request on 17, they accepted it, but daily they send a message saying pickup unsucceful due to unforseen circumstances. And return got cancelled on 21st, so i placed another return request on 21st, they said it will be done on 23rd, but still i get the same message. Calling the customer care helps nothing.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by hridwn vishaal There is still no response. Even when i request a call, they dont call and just message me saying that they are unable to reach me.
still my request is at start end and no proper response.
