Hello sir

I ordered a two Young Trendz Full Sleeve Solid Men Sweatshirt from Flipkart that is worth Rs. of 399 or 319 on 31st of October 2020.

But i change my mind and cancle the order in same day, my order is cancelled successfully and i recieved a messag regarding refund of my money, i do payment through google pay to the [protected]@hdfc upi account.

the message me that your refund is initiated on 31st october and it will be credited on your account on 12 November 2020. but till now i did nt recieve any refund in my account and they said the already send me money and it will be credited in my account. i share my bank details with flipkart and call many time but every time the message me your refund is completed on 12th november 2020. they are not listening me and resolve my issue.

    I have booked a flight from Flipkart in March 20, it got cancelled due to the pandemic situation. Further in October after court decision the refund is processed on 16 Oct 20. Since then no proper response from the team and also no refunds. The story since 16 Oct is below:
    1- waited for 10 days and called the customer care on 26 Oct 20. They told the booking is 6 month old and refund to be manually done. For this they asked for bank details which I gave the same day.
    2- waited for 7 days and called to Flipkart- this time they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came)
    3- waited for 3 days and called to Flipkart- they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came)
    4-waited for 7 days and called to Flipkart- they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came)
    5- waited for 5 days and called to Flipkart- they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came yet).

    Flipkart travel is being very negligent towards the refund. I have got the refund from Amazon for the similar cancellation within 3 days and Flipkart has already taken 33 days and still counting.

      Sir/ madam,
      I ordered Sony Head set via oreder no- OD[protected] via flipkart on 10/10/2020. I cancelled the order on 15/10/2020. Flipkart sent me message given below-
      "Hi Mukesh Pal,
      We're writing to you in continuation to your last contact to know the refund status of your Sony 310AP Wired Headset.
      We would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 924.0 to your account on[protected]:00:31. As per the standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited by[protected]:00:32"

      But I refund has not been credit in my bank account till date.You are requested to help me to get my refund of Rupees 924/-

        Hii I'm Dinesh and I'm Flipkart Seller a few days ago Flipkart hold my seller account without any prior notice, and when I contact seller support about this they said that one of my listings was fake and they need an Invoice for that product to reactivate my account,

        I sent them the original invoice for that product!

        but they still not activated my account and keep sending me just copy-paste replay that my account will be not activated!

        I don't know what kinda thing Flipkart review and on which base they rejected they invoice!

        I want an answer and I request you to the consumer complaints and Flipkart to help me reactive my Flipkart seller account!

        because Flipkart holds my more than 1 lacs rupees!
        please help!

          Date of incident: 15 Oct 2020
          I have ordered provogue (pack of 3) suitcase from flipkart which was blue in color worth Rs 4999. They have delivered just one suitcase in maroon color. Now I tried multiple times to return my product but they cancel it after making me wait for a week. First I tried on 30th November 2020 where they asked me to wait till 1st Nov and then they rejected it. I again raised the concern on the same date where they gave me date for 9th Nov 2020 to provide the resolution. They rejected again. and gave the date for 12th Nov. I want my refund back. They can take back there stupid suitcase. sharing pictures with order details. Please look into this. Its been almost a month now. Not able to submit pics of invoice.

              What's worse is that they have not acknowledged the delivery and keep sending false msgs of "tried to contact you but could not reach" and there is no method to contact their phone number which only responds with useless options

              I have confirmed that a fake product has been sent with filter cartridges which rattle, missing logos and seals and no taste of iodine. Its good that I prevented anybody from drinking this water and getting sick.

                I ordered a phone on 29th Sep 2020 on Flipkart, Which I cancelled on 3rd Oct 2020, They told me that your money will be refund till 13th oct 2020, but now its been so long I haven't received the money. Every time I call flipkart they ask me to contact bank, and bank don't have any data/entry or anything related to such refund with them, Please help me out now its been more than a month. I have filed a complaint on this site before but the reply from seller is not satisfying and I haven't received the refund yet.

                        This is regarding the order ID : OD[protected] for LG G8X mobile purchased on Flipkart on 19th Oct. The order was made for my friend and COD option was selected at the time of order. However on 23rd Oct 2020, an attempt was made to make the payment online before the delivery, using UPI option. The amount of Rs 21990/- was debited from the bank but the transaction got timed out on Flipkart website.
                        Immediately the flipkart customer care was contacted, and they checked the status of the order and confirmed that "due to some technical error" the transaction got failed and they have not received any amount. I was advised to make the payment again, and wait for 8 days maximum for the refund. Finally my friend took delivery of the item, by making a cash payment to the delivery person.

                        My friend had also raised a complaint with his bank, and after their investigation they confirmed that the transaction was successful, and the amount was successfully credited in the seller's bank account. A written confirmation of the same was provided.

                        All the complete details, the UPI transaction reference number, date /time and the written confirmation from the bank about the successful credit, have been shared with Flipkart. Below are the incident numbers for reference. I am not sure, why the incident numbers are changed after some time. Probably they forcefully close one ticket and raise another, to show that is a recent one and not a old one.

                        There is no response from Flipkart customer team for a long time now. They are still denying that they got the amount.
                        They are also not willing to give a written confirmation about not having received the amount.
                        My request is to refund the amount since the bank has already confirmed that the transaction has succeeded and amount was credited to them.

                          I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi 9i (Midnight Black, 64 GB) on 16th Oct 2020 through flipkart. When I was tracking it, I found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and address does not mismatch. Why are they doing so. If they cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                          Amount Paid: ₹4, 994 through debit card.

                          They have now cancelled it without asking anything. I visited their hub but did not hand over and told me the order is rejected. I am also ready to go to their hub to collect my order. If you cannot satisfy the customers then don't sell to this pin code.

                          Please let me know, next step of action.

                            I ordered a mobile from Flipkart but cancelled on 12/11/20 the given timeline for refund was 18/11/20 but I didn't received by that time so I made a complaint now they require 30 days to check what's the problem
                            For 30000 rupees I have to put them for 45 days just because they have did mistake

                                I have a complaint against FLIPKART who is selling laptops of AVITA. I have purchased an AVITA-PURA laptop on 12 July 2020 through Flipkart invoice number is FAB5IQ[protected]. The Laptop is of very poor quality and its customer care is also extremely poor. It did not work properly even 2 complete months properly. It is completely out of order from Sep 2020. I have raised complaints in their customer care many times, whose complaints no. are (i) JLUC[protected]ii) JLUC[protected]. But nothing has been done.
                                My daughter's studies are affected too much because of the nonworking of the laptop. I want my money back so that I can purchase another laptop for her. I want Flipkart to immediately cancel the marketing of AVITA laptops so that customers are saved from purchasing the wrong product

                                  First of all please all take a note that flipkart is a fraud company.
                                  they make fool of people
                                  they reduce the price of product and delibrately send broken product to customers
                                  flipkart harassing customers in replacing washing machine.
                                  they are taking 15 days to replace the product. if you order new they will deliver the machine in next day.
                                  ifb technician has written on job card that machine broken inspite of that flipkart waisted 04 days. they kept on saying they will send their own seller technician to check inspite of we sending pictures videos to them . suprisingly no technician visited and some body just called on the phone to check . after that they accepted replacement . now they are taking 15 days to replace . flipkart has also taken our old machine under exchange. now we are without any machine and washing cloths by hand. there is no body in flipkart to listen. it is a dumb company. no senior authority senior staff does not come on line. even if the come on line they keep on saying hello hello and drop the call. only people who listed to us is ifb people. but now sure what ifb people can do . there service centre is saying they have done their job now flipkart has to provide the machine .
                                  we have a new broken washing machine lying at our place box opened. no body is bothered that this machine is lying just like that . we have 02 kids at home. we sealed that area so that nothing happens to machine . our entire diwali was spoiled becuase of ifb and flipkart. in this cold we are washing clothis.
                                  we seek now immediate replacement of machine and also seek compensations for our 15 days without the machine
