After writing/contacting customer care several times there is no refund, now, I am mentioning the case here,
1. Refund for the mentioned booking was raised on 30th sept. 2020 and as per the customer care it was somehow failed and I was asked to share the other bank details.
Here I had to call them and they did not even bother to email/call me when that refund was reflected as failure in their system.
2. I shared other bank details on 17th October to [protected]@flipkart.com and waited for a few days for refund.
3. On 25th October, I received another email form [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com saying bank details updated and within 9 days refund will be reflected.
4. On 5th Nov. I received an email saying share bank details from [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com, and I shared again to [protected]@flipkart.com.
5. After a few days I connected to customer care support via phone and told them about my concern of getting repeated emails asking for bank details but no actual refund. I was asked to wait and Flipkart customer care will get back to me on 9th Nov.
6. On 9th Nov. I got a message and email that customer care will get back to me on 10th Nov.
7. On 10Nov. I got another email form [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com to share bank details, I connected to the customer support center and they have escalated the issue and I was asked to wait until 13th Nov.
8. 13th Nov., no response from your side and I feel like
9. I waited again and on 16th Nov. I received email from [protected]@ncp.flipkart.com asking booking Id and PNR, booking id was already mentioned in last email.
Seems like now they are playing with me amd this case is in an infinite loop and I will not get an actual refund ever unless I take this to this forum.
Flipkart being such a big brand I never thought that I will have to suffer because of such an irresponsible/unprofessional behavior towards this case.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Today 20 Nov., 1.40PM still no reaponse from Flipkart
