I had purchased an hp v-165w-32 gb utility pendrive (Blue coloured) on 18th february, 2017. After using the pen drive for 4 months, i have found that it is not working properly. No files can be copied to the pen drive. Now when i connect the pen drive to any computer, i can not find it in the mass storage option of my computer. So, i called flipkart customer care to get the phone number of hp customer care. From hp customer care i got the details of the authorized hp pen drive service center. I have visited the authorized hp pen drive service center in Indore (Fortune marketing pvt. Ltd. Address - 19/1, Rounak Villa Race course road PH-[protected]. But the service center minutely checked the pen drive & told me that the pen drive is fake & duplicate as there is no product serial number engraved on the steel body of the pen drive & the original sticker is not labelled on the backside of the plastic cover of the pen drive.

        I have exchanged my mobile realme 3 pro and purchased a realme 6 from flipkart.At the time of exchange the delivery boy cheated with me and give me less price than my exchanged price.I have raised an issue for the same .Flipkart assured me to provide the refund of 995 rupees but it's been I month I have not received my refund.
        It seems like flipkart is cheating with customers .

            I purchased samsung galaxy f41 in which battery charging taking too much time approx 9 hours. Which is a symbol of defective material. Then i request for replacement after that novice technicial came and checked and after that my replacement request is cancelled. But still there is problem in charging.
            Again i request for replacement then one message came techinician will visit but no one come to check the mobile and again one message came technician is visited and cancelled my replacement request. But in real no one came to check the mobile phone

                Hi,
                I recently purchased two pairs of Dekor world 7 ft curtains and they have send only one pair of curtain . Now I want the refund of the amount for the curtain which I have not received .
                Flipkart is asking me to share either my PAN Card and Aadhaar card details to verify my account and this policy is not present in the refund policy page of Flipkart .
                I called Customer care executive and they are not able to answer the reason for the requirement and there was another executive Rahul who told me that we need these details to tell the seller that the customer is telling right

                    I was a flipkart plus account holder and usually shopped online from flipkart.
                    My account was blocked on 1st of december without informing me.I got to know that my account was blocked because of high number of returns on 3rd of december but the returns one not initiated by me and were actually made by the courier company as the shipments were damaged in transit.In some cases the order was cancelled because the seller did not ship the product as i ordered them at very cheap price.
                    One product was returned because the seller shipped the wrong product and could not be replaced as the correct product was not in stock.

                    I call the customer care and complained the same to them but they just registered a complaint and told me that the resolution will take three days time. But i received an email the very next day stating that my account was blocked because o[censored]nusually high number of returns.
                    I again complained and specified to check my account for whether the returns were initiated by me or by courier company e and were they for correct reasons or not. But again the same copy paste reply came back.
                    Some customer care representative don't even want to listen to the customer or read their emails and just reply with this standard text they have been provided by flipkart.

                    If a company starts behaving like this with its customers and thinks that it will continue to grow then i must say that they are fools.

                    This kind of behaviour is outright disrespect to an honest customer.

                    If anybody responsible enough from flipkart is reading this complaint then check whether the returns were made by me or not. And if he/she finds that my claim was correct then unblock my account at the earliest.
                    In case flipkart needs to contact me, my blocked id is registered under the email [protected]@live.In

                      Samsung 32 inch smart led tv delivered today but it's screen was broken when I unpacked it then I make a return request to Flipkart and customer care said that WHY DID YOU OPEN THE TV BOX? WE ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND OR REPLACE IT. I'm gonna lose my 15000 Rs hard earned money. Please help me

                          Flight tickets were booked from flipkart app. After cancelling the ticket, refund not received till now. I had cancelled the ticket from air asia on 30th sep. Even I Have forwarded the refund acknowledgement from air asia to flipkart on 21 nov. And I complaining for refund from the month of october. Till now they are only providing me the resolution time not the solution.

                            On December 6th 2020, i purchased few items for Rs. 8106, after payment via net banking, amount debited from my account, but the purchase status showed, order not placed for all those items, when contacted the 24*7 help centre option, no response. Could'nt call toll free number from abroad. Payment is from NRE account, no refund still.

                              In flipkart game zone there is a game called cricket super league. The flipkart people manipulated the game so as it can show error message to the players who are playing the game well tio avoid giving prizes.very ridiculous and rude behaviour by flipkart people

                                  Mobile number change without otp from old phone

                                  I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few years ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  My flipkart account email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. this email id also includes my old nos. Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    I have ordered a Lambency Full Sleeve Solid Women Jacket from flipkart but I have received a different color so i have created a return request for it. After two days my request was rejected. Then I have called customer care for this issue they have raised the return request again and today i got the message that your return request is rejected by seller. They have rejected return request two times. This is not expected from flipkart. I am a regular customer of flipkart. I want to return this item and want my refund back.

                                      Selling old laptop in new price

                                      I ordered a asus vivobook laptop from the seller
                                      TBL ONLINE and they sent me the used laptop
                                      They don't even tried to format the laptop .
                                      This laptop was replaced by its previous user name daksesh chauhan.
                                      I bought a brand new laptop from flipkart and when i tried to boot it for the first time booooooommmm the laptop is asking for a password here is the image

                                      This is regarding OD[protected]. I ordered a sofa set which was delivered to me in damaged condition. On that day itself I had raised the concern with seller and mailed them all the pictures. After that I even raised the replacement request on Flipkart. The technician visited and verified the condition of damaged sofa. Now today I am seeing that my replacement has been rejected and issue has been resolved? What the hell is this? I was assured over CUSTOMER care that I will get a resolution on this and now you have simply cancelled the replacement and left me with damaged sofa for which I had paid completely. What kind of scam you guys are running? What is this ### CUSTOMER service?
