I purchased a split air conditioner 1.5 ton, Samsung make. Tracking Id FMPC[protected], PL:F[protected], S:S[protected][1].
Ordering time it was written that "installation is free" that means installation cost was included in the the price.
When Samsung engineer came to install the A.C., they claimed Rs. 3615/- for installation. I called Flipkart toll free number [protected]. Your instruction was to pay the money and later Flipkart will refund me. I paid the money and complained.
Then I got many phone calls from Flipkart and Samsung. At last another Samsung technician came and refunded me Rs.700/-. He said Sumsung do not provide communication cable, fixing bracket and wrapping adhesive tape. So I had to pay Rs. 2900/-. Last month I purchased two A.C. I never paid installation charge like this!!!
Samsung should provide the special cable and fixing accessories. Why should I pay? Please arrange for the refund.

      I order 3 books for ssc exam preparation on flipkart today (order id - OD[protected] .
      Initially i chose to pay the amount online through Google pay. During payment i got a message that showed the payment is failed. So i payed with my debit card and the payment was successful. After few minutesi received a message from my bank that mentioned that 1390/- inr was debited from my account through the google pay. Thus, i was charged twice by flipkart for the 3 books.

      I tried to contact customer care. But i never received call from Flipkart customer care.

        My Order ID is OD[protected]. I ordered one mobile phone POCO M2 Pro ( Green color, 4GB Ram, 64GB storage) on 21.10.2020 with cash on delivery option. After delivery on 31.10.2020 my phone had a software issue of bootloop. I raised a replacement request and after verifying by technician my replacement was approved. And my phone was replaced with Replacement ID:[protected] on 10.11.2020. I was very happy that my faulty phone was replaced. But when I open the box I found that I have been given a different used handset of the same brand Xiaomi i.e. Redmi Note 4(Black color), which was used and screen was damaged and the IMEI number and features mentioned in the box is different. It is very clear the product was a refurbished one and there were no accessories in the box. This is clearly cheating by Flipkart and the seller VISION STAR. I immediately raised a return request by Refund ID:[protected]. Flipkart team assured me that “We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy.” and today I am posting this issue here on 20/11/2020. Till now no update from their end via email or phone call. I have tried to call their customer care team but they are telling they don’t have any information about it. The concerned team is working on it and I’ll be notified about the update. I have also raised the issue with consumer court vide Docket no : 2386340. My hardly earned money of Rs 12, 499/- wasted like this. Still I am waiting for the resolution. Feeling cheated as a customer.

        Please provide me resolution as refund of Rs 12499/- at the earliest in this matter. I hope Flipkart will not break my trust. I am a customer since 2013. I never faced an issue like this. Please resolve my issue and refund my money back as I don’t have any phone to use now.

          Flight Rescheduling

          I have booked a flight from indigo with travel date 14th April and it get cancelled due to Covid 19. Indigo converted my refund amount into Credit shell but I am unable to redeem it. I talked to indigo customer support they told me to contact Flipkart Travel regarding the refund.

          Flipkart is unable to reschedule the flight and keep giving me excuses.

          I have purchased Canon Pixma E470 Multi-function WiFi Color Printer from flipkart on 16th Nov. 2019 Order ID - OD[protected], which was faulty and I raised a complaint which is got returned and I got another printer but they didn't provide the fresh invoice for the same, it worked 4 months and went down due to pandemic i couldn't raise a complaint but when things started I raised a complaint and canon guy came and ready to replace the product when I gave him an invoice serial no. of the product was not matching with the invoice so called up Flipkart for fresh invoice instead of giving me invoice they said will replace the product, I mentioned them several times I don't have a brand box so just provide me the invoice will deal with canon people but they said that's not a problem we understand no body keeps box that long as it's been 11 months, after complaining 8 times following for last 2 months still they haven't solve the issues just giving false commitment and now warranty is also about to over.
          please help to resolve the problem.

            I haven't received a refund of₹799 from flipkart but they assure it has been completed on their end.I'll share their notification below:-

            Refund Update: Thanks for reaching us. Seller has refunded Rs {799} for your {"Dr. Trust (USA) Model 514 Elegance Personal Digital Electronic Body Weight Machine For Human Body 180Kg Capacity Weighing Scale} with {Refund reference number} to your {bank account linked via UPI_INTENT}.               My order id is OD[protected] I have ordered 15 products on 15.10.2020 in total under this order id during the big billion days. I can download the invoice and also got the mail invoic from flipkart(evidence attached). But in that pdf the invoice for the specific two products namely Wildcraft Daredevil 43L laptop Backpack (Rs.764) and Visko premium combination screwdriver set(Rs.76) is missing. Consequently, i have been raising this issue from the date since my order got delivered. Regarding this issue, three agents gave me a different resolutions. The first agent who spoke with me18/11/20 named sharmila told me that seller is not able to give the invoice and she asked me accept the flipkart gift voucher from the seller for amount of rs.76. I in turn asked her why seller is not giving invoice, what is the issue, how the amount 76 rupees calculated, why it is being given to me by the seller. Then she cut my call. And again i raised the issue through the app. Then on 19/11/20 i received a call from agent. He told me the same thing that invoice cannot be given but the full refund for the product can be given. and he asked me whether he can place return request. I asked him to call me after 4 hours to convey my decision. Then there was no call on that day. Then today(20/11/20) i received a call again, then a another agent told me the same thing, that invoice cannot be given by seller and the seller will give Rs.100 as gift voucher for the same and she did not give the option for return & refund. By now, i got a mail from the customer support that 100 rupees has been credited to my account as gift voucher. And till now there is no further calls

              As a customer i am having the right to get the invoice of the product for which i have paid money. The wildcraft bag has 18 months manufacturer warranty. Without invoice i cannot claim the same. and moreover since i work in government, i need the invoice for reimbursement purposes. and moreover i am mentally affected to place the future orders especially large appliances from flipkart

                I purchased a RoyalOak Poznan Metal 4 Seater Dining Set on 16/10/2020. Order id is: OD[protected] . Product was delivered to my parent's house on 27/10/2020 and the installation Promise date was 28/10/2020. But Jeeves your Installation partner denied to do installation by saying that area pincode is not serviceable.
                So I raised the issue for the first time on 29/10/2020 to return the item because if you can't install the product to my location then why would you deliver the product to me. Date for that given me is 4th november 2020 but Return was cancelled by your executive and a new return request was generated and a new promise date was 9th november 2020. AGain on 9th or 10th november your executive cancelled the current return request and Raise new complaint and gave a new promise date 15th or 16th .
                Now In between My Father got transferred from Lunawada to Jaipur. So I requested the Customer care of Flipkart that i[censored] cant install product to lunawada nor take return my product then Install the Product to New Location JAiPur (Rajasthan). BEcause The Household will be shifted on 20th november. Your Executive agreed and took request of installation to the new place and told me that confirmation will come on or before 20th November.
                Today One of Your Executive Called me today told me that installation can not be done to a new location.

                  I booked 15L Bajaj geyser popular plus for Rs.5625/- online payment on 18/10/2020 and company failed to deliver it after several days. So i cancelled my order on 08/11/2020 but Flipkart has not returned back my money till today after several requests. They did not reply to me even. I am waiting for my money back with interest.

                    i had placed an order on flipkart billion sale and the product i received was defective the camera was not working and i went to authorised service centre and updated the operating system but the issue was not resolved and i placed for replacement but not processed by flipkart. I will explain in detail what happened...

                    I had placed an order on 16-oct -2020. The product received on 2oth oct and camera was not working and i went to authorised service centre and they said no software for this mobile i am downloading now only it takes 6 hours to complete and i went on 21 st oct to service centre he updated the software still the problem was not solved . Then i raised the replacement request on 21st oct 2020.

                    No response from your end and and i personally made a call on 25th oct and customer care people said they will resolve the issue in next 48 hours . And on 27 th i received a call from customer care and they said the process and i said the mobile is with my brother and they updated the issue is resolved. And i made a call immediately in the next 15 minutes o[censored]pdate and they said it was a technical error and they solve the issue by 3oth oct 7.50 pm.
                    I waited till that day and i made a call on 31st oct and they said issue is escalated and solved by 3rd nov and on 4th nov i made a call again and they said 6th nov and i made a call on 7th nov and they said on 1oth nov and i made a call on 11th nov they said the back end team has given the date on 13 nov-2020 . Today i again made a call and again your flipkart members said wait more 72 hours...
                    I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible...I had never expected this from flipkart. And i want hand to hand replacement at the same time. I had made the call to flipkart regarding the issue more than 100 times.It was very bad to say like this your back end team performance is very poor... I was struggling from the last 30 days .

                    I am proposing you options
                    1. Replacement as per policy (i.E 7 days replacement)
                    2.Compensation for the loss i.E present date amount to me due to breach of replacement.
                    3. For losing my 2 month warrenty from 12 months i.E 23 days delay by you and 15 to 20 days service cente .I am expecting 5000 as you wish.

                      I have order to a laptop from Flipkart on 4th November 2020 and I cancel it immediately after ordering within one hour then I got a message that the refund amount will be credited by 13th November like this message was shown by Flipkart. And I waited from 5th to 13th November for the refund and today it is 20th November but still now I did not receive any refund amount from Flipkart and Flipkart is saying that they have returned or they had refunded my amount on my bank account and I have gone to the bank and I told them whatever the transaction ID provided by Flipkart and bank is telling that all these fake transaction ID and Flipkart is telling that the transaction has been completed . In this situation I am unable to understand what should I do please help me out from this. I am providing the order ID and my bank details.

                          I ordered a two Young Trendz Full Sleeve Solid Men Sweatshirt from Flipkart that is worth Rs. of 399 or 319 on 31st of October 2020.

                          But i change my mind and cancle the order in same day, my order is cancelled successfully and i recieved a messag regarding refund of my money, i do payment through google pay to the [protected]@hdfc upi account.

                          the message me that your refund is initiated on 31st october and it will be credited on your account on 12 November 2020. but till now i did nt recieve any refund in my account and they said the already send me money and it will be credited in my account. i share my bank details with flipkart and call many time but every time the message me your refund is completed on 12th november 2020. they are not listening me and resolve my issue.

                            I have booked a flight from Flipkart in March 20, it got cancelled due to the pandemic situation. Further in October after court decision the refund is processed on 16 Oct 20. Since then no proper response from the team and also no refunds. The story since 16 Oct is below:
                            1- waited for 10 days and called the customer care on 26 Oct 20. They told the booking is 6 month old and refund to be manually done. For this they asked for bank details which I gave the same day.
                            2- waited for 7 days and called to Flipkart- this time they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came)
                            3- waited for 3 days and called to Flipkart- they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came)
                            4-waited for 7 days and called to Flipkart- they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came)
                            5- waited for 5 days and called to Flipkart- they said they are escalating the issue you will get a call in 48 hours(No call came yet).

                            Flipkart travel is being very negligent towards the refund. I have got the refund from Amazon for the similar cancellation within 3 days and Flipkart has already taken 33 days and still counting.

                              I ordered Sony Head set via oreder no- OD[protected] via flipkart on 10/10/2020. I cancelled the order on 15/10/2020. Flipkart sent me message given below-
                              "Hi Mukesh Pal,
                              We're writing to you in continuation to your last contact to know the refund status of your Sony 310AP Wired Headset.
                              We would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 924.0 to your account on[protected]:00:31. As per the standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited by[protected]:00:32"

                              But I refund has not been credit in my bank account till date.You are requested to help me to get my refund of Rupees 924/-

                                Hii I'm Dinesh and I'm Flipkart Seller a few days ago Flipkart hold my seller account without any prior notice, and when I contact seller support about this they said that one of my listings was fake and they need an Invoice for that product to reactivate my account,

                                I sent them the original invoice for that product!

                                but they still not activated my account and keep sending me just copy-paste replay that my account will be not activated!

                                I don't know what kinda thing Flipkart review and on which base they rejected they invoice!

                                I want an answer and I request you to the consumer complaints and Flipkart to help me reactive my Flipkart seller account!

                                because Flipkart holds my more than 1 lacs rupees!

                                  I have ordered provogue (pack of 3) suitcase from flipkart which was blue in color worth Rs 4999. They have delivered just one suitcase in maroon color. Now I tried multiple times to return my product but they cancel it after making me wait for a week. First I tried on 30th November 2020 where they asked me to wait till 1st Nov and then they rejected it. I again raised the concern on the same date where they gave me date for 9th Nov 2020 to provide the resolution. They rejected again. and gave the date for 12th Nov. I want my refund back. They can take back there stupid suitcase. sharing pictures with order details. Please look into this. Its been almost a month now. Not able to submit pics of invoice.

                                      I ordered a iodine based water filter of Aqua Gold and instead they sent me a useless cheap plastic tap attachment of Jaldhara.
                                      What's worse is that they have not acknowledged the delivery and keep sending false msgs of "tried to contact you but could not reach" and there is no method to contact their phone number which only responds with useless options

                                      I have confirmed that a fake product has been sent with filter cartridges which rattle, missing logos and seals and no taste of iodine. Its good that I prevented anybody from drinking this water and getting sick.
                                      Refund the money, don't play with peoples lives.
