My Desirable Resolution: I want the Replacement of this TV with NEW ONE(which have no display issue).
I've ordered a Sony Bravia 43X7002G tv at 36, 999rs on 17th October 2020 and it got delivered on 2nd November but It has a display issue, So I wanted to Replace this tv with New one. But there is no option showing for Return /Replacement on my order page. As they've only given 10 days replacement, so I'd Called, Mailed & Tweeted them on 4th November so they can replace the tv within the due date. But they're cheating now, they give a fake deadline and say within 48hrs-72hrs issue will be resolved but all three deadlines crossed, and now they're(Flipkart Customer Care) hanging up my calls when I try to complain. I feel cheated by Flipkart.
Details of Flipkart Customer Care Numbers(They hanged up the call or gave fake deadline):

+91 [protected] -4 Nov 3:00 PM- They Gave a Deadline of 7th Nov and said the issue will be resolved by 7th Nov. Complain No they said :IN[protected]
+91 [protected] -6 Nov 12:48 PM- Received a call from Flipkart, they're saying that they're calling because I'd mentioned my issue on Twitter and then they again gave a fake deadline 9th of Nov but nothing happened.
And like this received many calls, I called many times and they hanged up on me.
I'm also attaching some Snapshots/PDFs where I mailed them, messaged them.
Also attaching the Invoice, Defective Product(Excess Backlight Bleeding on the display, especially near the Top Right Corner where a LED light can be seen).
