I had order Prestige Omega Festival Pack Induction Bottom Cookware Set (Aluminum, 3 - Piece) from Flipkart and i received this item on 24-OCT-2020 from Ecart courier. but i got missing product.
In this item total 4 Piece present but i got only one Piece. Also the received item was not sealed.

I had already raised this concern to customer care. They also take a return request but courier boy is denied to pick up the product...

There is a Mismatch in product IMEI number and invoice received. Have complained many times but only reply that will be resolved it's escalated. Purchased on 16th Oct but awaiting either replacement or invoice change as promised by flipkart....
