This is extremely frustrating that Flipkart is just foul playing with customers and cheating with its consumers.
I have been continuously reporting from day one of the delivery that I ordered different shoes (ASICS DynaFlyte 4, Size 8) and the correctly mentioned in the invoice BUT FLIPKART DELIVERED THE WRONG SHOES.
I raised issues, but every time Flipkart is CLOSING these tickets without resolving the issue. It's highly unprofessional behaviour, just DISGUSTING. If Flipkart cannot deliver the shoes which are ordered, then why don't they REFUND my money.
I have already provided all the IDs of mine and my Dad, still repeatedly IDs are requested. If Flipkart is not satisfied with the IDs then please send your representative and physically check the prescribed address, and my Dad's ID there.
If Flipkart has CHEATERS enrolled as vendors, then that is not a customer's problem. Flipkart will be held responsible for all the cheating committed with the customers. I used Flipkart considering it's a trustworthy and honest company but I was wrong. Not even I am allowed to reach the top officers of Flipkart.
I am now only left with one option is exposing Flipkart on social media and raising complaints with all the Consumer Forums (National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

what time i can accept refund already shared Bank details so why you didn't needfull??
your team not provide status ...16th of oct-2020 initiate the refund i am not sure how much time to need initiate and resolved my concern.
