I reject the product at the time of delivery due to the wrong size. and the delivery did not update. I did not get any update on that. and I try to call with Flipkart customer care. they did not do anything they just take a cancel request. now they also cancel my refund. what should I do now?
I did not get the product and also they cancel my refund.

    His email is to bring to your notice about my recent experience with the delivery and Customer care service with regard to order OD[protected].
    I have got an text message from VK-DLHVRY on Nov 7th for the intimation of out of delivery with OTP without any contact details of the wish master and i got a call later from Flipkart saying that we are not able to deliver the product as I am not available at my registered address. This was happening every day starting from Saturday to Wednesday. I have contacted the customer care team on sunday through my registered phone number and mentioned that I haven`t got any call from Wishmaster and requested them to either share the contact details of the wish master or to send a note to wish master requesting them to call at my registered mobile number and to deliver the product even i[censored]nattended by me.
    I was dialing in daily to Customer care team and requesting them not to cancel the product and on Wednesday I spoke to the Senior Associate and mentioned her that the wish master will cancel the product claiming that they have tried delivering for 3 days and so according to the company policy they are going to cancel the product but she promised me saying that the product will be delivered to me come what may and they will resolve the issue with Wish master. But today even after receiving the assurance from Senior Associate it got cancelled.
    I am still wondering why Flipkart claims that "CUSTOMER FIRST is more than Lipservice to Flipsters". While speaking with the customer team they were only mentioning that Flipkart have cancelled the product in accordance with the Flipkart policy of cancelling after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts but they are not being empathetic and understanding my point that wish master haven't called to my primary number.

    Flipkart policy doesn`t make any difference to the customer if the wish master didn`t try calling the number of Customer and it has to be delivered by any cost within the agreed date. Now due to the mistake by the delivery agent i was not able to get that gift within the promised time!
    I have also made a request to the Senior Associate to arrange a call back from her supervisor ( Level 3 of Customer Service team) on thursday and she promised that her superior will call me in other 2-4 hours. When i asked the question about the remedy of non-receipt of phone call by her supervisor she simply said that you have to call us back tomorrow, Can you please create a new mechanism where if any such requests are made, a new ticket has to be opened and it shall be only closed by the supervisor.
    Hope the issue gets noticed!

      I’m the plus member of flipkart, where i have ordered multiple things for my house and personal use, on 27-aug2019 got a mail saying that their systems detects me as a reseller so they are going to block my account, I’ve called customer service to know what has happened to my account they said
      They didn’t do anything everything was done by back-end team so I’ve asked them to transfer the call they deny my request saying that the only possible way to contact the back-end team is through mailing, so I’ve sent an email saying that those are for my personal use how can a system decide without knowing whether it’s has reselling or not, and ask them to check manually, and there’s no proper reason just saying the same and same with other names, and the magic has happened in mailing they have sent me the same copy of mails just changed the concern persons name, customer support team said the back-end team will unblock your account after 3months, we raise a request from their end a as
      And now it’s November 2020, still my account is blocked
      I don’t even know we can complain through these platforms, so that I’m posting now

        My friend has ordered lg g8x on sale 19999/- in flipkart. On 16th of October 2020, it shows me it will be delivered on 23rd, when I started tracking your item has left flip kart facility Bhiwandi, on 24th October,
        And now its 13th November
        Still not getting any update regarding my shipment, I’ve spoke to the customer care a lot of time, they were saying by tomorrow it will get delivered, but nothing happened,

          I Have Ordered a Samsung Smart Tv of Rs.13499/= From Flipkart Order Id : OD[protected] on 8th Feb 2020 . but not delivered till now i have call customer care many times but they don't saying any thing always giving a new date when i first contact them they said that because of corana virus situation the delivery are getting late and now they said that product is missing so I told that please give me refund or Delivered my order .

              I ordered an ASUS ROG G15 STRIX gaming laptop on 7th October and it is shipped to Mothers hub Hyderabad on 8th October morning, since then there is no update in location and you already crossed one promised date on 11th oct and today(13th) is the second promised date as said by you, i wonder if promised dates can be two different days, Please assist and order my product asap.

                Dear customer care representative,
                Order ID OD[protected] placed on 8th Nov 2020 and was cancelled by seller due out of stock but actually you can see same items are available with different Prices on Flipkart as well as Amazon. This was purchase of amount Rs5967/-due marriage of my younger sister. Now the same item is available on Flipkart as well as Amazon of amount Rs7739/- . If the item was out of stock why item was booked on Flipkart platform and due COVID everybody running out of money, I don’t have money to place new order with high price as my money is stuck between you and bank as Money transfer for same order on 8th Nov and it will be creates again on same accounts on 24th Nov and money is stuck. If the item is out of stock then why seller is selling on same platform with high price.
                Please deliver the same item with price on mentioned address.

                    I'm sarath. I have issue with this Order Id-OD[protected] from flipkart It's promise date 7th Nov But it's suddenly shown delivered on 3rd Nov. Even i did not get out for delivery message. I raised a complaint about this issue on same day and They said it's happened due to technical issue. And asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours After that no one contacted me. So I called again to flipkart Again they ask to wait for 24 to 48 hours after also no one called me again i called flipkart higher officer and they asked to wait untill maximum 10th Nov. In 10th nov i get a call from technical team and he said sorry for the trouble your product missing we initiate refund and your money will reflected in same bank account within 24 hours. But still I did not get refund. Again i called me flipkart they said wait until Nov.15 then changed Nov.18 Then changed Nov.19.. I paid using someone card to give tv for someone within 13th nov so it's not possible to wait anymore.. I'm already in bad situation don't make new problem in my life.

                    If I did not give tv or money to someone then my life will be wasted.. so please understand my situation.. and sent refund immediately.

                    I called flipkart more than 150 times but no use because my situation is not ready for wait more days i need solution immediately so please flipkart help me immediately.

                    Gays don't believe flipkart now i learned it.. they did not even called me they are changing maximum resolution date more then 10 times. I don't know that what can I do ? I repeatedly contacting flipkart they are saying please wait 24 to 48 hours but 24 to 48 hours ended more than 10 times. Now also they are saying same answer. I really hate it. They are playing with my situation don't believe flipkart any more.

                      My bank statement for OCT 2020 shows that I have made a debit card payment of Rs20, 450/- on 25 Oct 2020 to FK payments Mumbai. The SBI card no is [protected] and payment ref is SBIPGRT[protected]. i do not remember ordering anything. Probably browzing the net for air purifiers.                         I ordered Samsung TV on 19 October and paid using credit card EMI option. (No discount availved for this order) promised date was 22nd October but still haven’t received the product. Customer care is of no use than extending time period. There is no proper channel or matrix for the issue escalation. Process is not transparent. I have already paid my first EMI now. Still no update. I want my money back.

                          I placed a Samsung mobile Phone order with Flipkart in Oct 2020. I purchased a protection plan with Flipkart at the same time. My Flipkart Order ID : OD[protected].
                          I kept Mobile package aside because of COVID condition and i open it after 15 days. When start using it, i realized that it is not charging. I called Flipkart and explained the issue. They said it is out of returnable time. Flipkart asked me to contact Samsug customer care. I contacted them for support. They said please bring the phone to our service center. Then i called protection plan company who issued my protection policy. They said we don't have your policy number with us. They denied to support. Again i called Flipkart and they said we have raised a complaint against seller and we will resolve your issue by 4th Nov.

                          Today is 13th Nov 2020 as of now there is no refund from Flipkart. or protection plan company. They are keep on extending the estimated resolution date in Flipkart website and i have been waiting and wasting my time by paying 17000/- to Flipkart.

                              Flipkart Tops in Giving the worst customer experience

                              Oh Boy, we do face some poor service or product quality at times. When you deal in organized sector and often pay premium or wait for delivery etc. you rely on the Big Brand (Vendor Flipkart, TV by Thompson) for peace of mind.

                              Case in point : We go to Flipkart site, shortlist and pay for a Full featured smart TV. Receive the TV and it doesn't even have all the OTT channels. Come on, if you have a substandard product, if your product doesn't have all the required features, it should be very clearly mentioned in the listing so the customer looks elsewhere for a match to their requirement, -basics guys, both the vendor and the quality team of the listing portal skipped this and gave an awful experience This was only the start of the horrible experience.

                              Guess how is in race to get top spot to humiliate a customer, offer the lousiest service, make the customer wait for weeks and in the end close options, to a customer who has prepaid for a product on your brand name.? Friends no need to guess, we have experienced it the worst by non other than Flipkart. Our family and friends have decide to never to fall into their trap and put our money with such a vendor.

                              WE are determined to take it to any scale of legal and consumer awareness platform, till Flipkart realizes that these practices are counter productive and takes remedial action.

                              Flipkart and Thompson TV, First they spoilt Birthday Gift and now Diwali Day:

                              The matter is simple. The lousy Thompson TV doesn’t have the features of a smart TV as touted on Flipkart site.
                              WE paid for it, got delivery and not at all happy because of its "NOT A FULLY FUNCTIONAL SMART TV". Certain channels and features to not work in this lousy TV.

                              After going to the charade of explanation to the customers services team once again about the issues and then going through their questions, they promised to get back to us within 48 hours. Lo and behold we get an email that the vendor has refused to accept our return request.

                              The big problem here is that why Flipkart gives so much authority to a vendor at fault and total disdain to a customer who has paid for the product and now not able to get proper use of the product and suffering with ignorance on part of Flipkart and the vendor.

                              Flipkart, do you leave any option to us? Do you want us to take the matter to the consumer court? We are ready and will ensure that responsibility is fixed and ignorance to attend the matter in timely and dignified way us attend to the people.

                              Matter not addressed with due care, no one bothered to read the matter stated, all working on remote control of the vendor and not pay heeds of customer’s concerns
                              you ignore the requests, then you make the customer go through facade of concerns and going through the cycle of reading the script and then insult the customer time and again.

                              It happened again, the caring team of Flipkart calls, lots of courtesies, everyone is extremely sorry about the situation blah blah blah. Solution, sorry they don’t serve the solution, only impose the command of vendor that you keep a lousy substandard Thomson TV that doesn’t have all the OTT channels and lacks certain other features.

                                I have ordered Indistar track pants for girls of 9 to 10 years.My order summary is showing it is delivered but it is not. The other set of Indistar track pants I have ordered for 7 to 8years we received on time

                                  This is to inform you that, I have ordered a product from flipkart having order id no. - OD[protected]. The product was a Samsung Series 4 Smart tv, Ordered on 8.02.2020 But Till now I didn't Received the product . Then I have raised a order cancellation request and refund of the amount but till date I have not received any refunded amount.

                                  so request you to kindly do the needful to refund our amount or else I have to raise a complain in Consumer Forum regarding this matter.

                                  I hope that I will get a favorable response from your end.

                                    It is in out for delivery for one month but it is not delivered to my home.. Even refund also not given to me. Any response is not taken from flipkart

                                      Requested for replacement but received message that seller is unable to fulfill request
                                      So I requested for Refund but received mail from Flipkart as below,

                                      To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours . Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).

                                      We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

                                      “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”

                                      When the product was bought, no ID proof was required but now that they have sent wrong product and i want to return it, Flipkart is asking for ID proof. This is a complete breach of privacy. All my accounts are connected to my Adhaar and PAN card.

                                      REQUEST FOR REFUND WITHOUT DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL DETAILS SUCH AS PAN/ADHAAR CARD WHICH ARE VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATIONS.

                                      Hi, I also faced same issue with different product. After return period was OFF I was informed my repeated return(missing product) was rejected since I had to submit mandatory my ADHAR card ID and also PAN ID and also sign disclaimer authorizing Flipkart to use and share info provided to anyone they like. If you do not provide said info they will not even consider your complaint. Further in my case they blocked my account and till this day deny me copy of invoice of my previous purchases. I had 2 years prime account. Shop at Flipkart/Walmart at your own risk. Interestingly they refused to provide me with SELLERs Adhar ID or PAN. Flipkart is now protecting fraudulent SELLERs. Buyer's are no longer protected by so called Buyers Protection policy. This policy change has happened after WALMART took over Flipkart.
                                      Same issue happened for me. I bought a NIKE shoes and they delivered me a cheap brand slippers. Now they are asking for my PAN/Aadhar for considering the return request.

                                        In flipkart, i have cancelled an order (OD[protected] and issued for refund, They promised before[protected], refund amount 1000 will credit in my ban account, but till not refund not received, i have done many follow ups, but they are not resolving my issue.
                                        Please do the needful.
