I have been ordering many products from flipkart, one of may past orders was back in December, but since quite sometime I am seeing that some products which I want to purchase are showing cannot be delivered to your location, though my location is pretty much central, New Delhi-110048

      I know that makeup products do not have return policy. I ordered swiss beauty concealer (shade 4)But I received Mac concealer which is not true Mac brand and also the shade is not matching to my face. I am trying to contact flipkart for past 2 days from delivery date. I need to exchange the concealer. And also I have proof for that. Please do exchange😣😭🥺🥺🥺 Plzzzzz.

        I am an Ex Servicemen. I have purchased a realme 43 inch TV online from flipkart on 10.06.2020er # FAC3R[protected] with this an additional warranty also purchased for three-year complete protection from Jeeves consumer services Private Limited invoice No. # EAAAAB[protected]. The display of the TV getting lines(Image attached). Register a service request on 29.12.2020 then an appointment booked on 30.12.2020 (appointment No. IN-SA[protected]) same day another massage received Jeeves Complete protection stating that the request of your LED TV has been registered with Jeeves, ticketid 0l31.372240KSGSCS-4860356. On 31.12.2020 technician attend the service request. As per his report TV panel issue.

        Then the Jeeves proceed with a refund 50% of the invoice amount stating that it is damaged, actual it is not damage panel issue. As per terms and conditions of Complete protection 100% refund required as it is a manufacturing defect. The technician stating that he has never given any damage report to any one. (Technician Whatsapp image attached).
        However, i try to contact the customer service, up to this time there is no reply from the M/s. Jeeves who give complete protection for three years.
        Please look in to the matter most favorable.
        An early action requested.

          I have a Washing Machine (MarQ by Flipkart 7.5 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine), which is not working. I raised the issue with MarQ somewhere in Aug-Sep'20 (The product has an extended warranty upto Nov'21). The company technician visited on 3/10/2020 and following his checking of the machine, he said that a part inside the machine needs to be replaced, which he will be receiving from the company in two weeks time (since the washing machine is covered with extended warranty, the part will be replaced and machine repaired free of cost). I have been repeatedly and regularly making follow ups with MarQ from 17th october 2020 onwards. I wrote several mails to them, for which they had a standard vague reply that we need some time, we have escalated your issue etc etc. My last E mail to their official mail ID [protected]@jeevees.co.in on 18/01/2021 at 1:54 pm has failed to elicit any response from them . Request your support and intervention . What I need is that my washing machine is repaired at the earliest (Already I have waited patiently for almost 120 days for resolution). Thank You

            Hi Team, . I had booked a flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore with booking id FF[protected] for DEC 26 2020, but the flight has been rescheduled by airlines which was not a preferable time for us to travel and they have mentioned we have choice to cancel the flight with assured full refund.

            So I went for a full refund and it has processed by Flipkart, after few days I got a minimal amount of RS 253 only from my refund amount 3350/-.
            I checked with Flipkart travel they told airline has refunded that much so please connect with airlines. I connected with airlines and got it rectified and they reinitiated the rest of the amount towards Flipkart on 4DEC 2020.

            After that I had send the refund acknowledgement to Flipkart teams which I had got from airlines, but after continuous mail, calls bla bla not a single callback from Flipkart and I am still waiting for my refund its being 4 months from now. I need my money back please help.

              I ordered Ray ban sunglasses from flip kart under seller retail.net
              But as it was of poor quality, not mirrored as mentioned in there stats and is of large size
              I sent the request but without any proper reason they rejected it thrice.
              No one on customer tends to respond properly
              The calls are being cut in between
              They are just avoiding me

              I received msg that I should share my pan of adhar with them so I called the customer care
              And per than seller requires that.
              Third party needs my personal details are u really serious
              And he need personal details of mine and the the person who received the order

              It's 24th January return deadline is nearby no pick up try was done
              It was cancelled bcz of some unseen circumstances
              Tomorrow I will leave for trip and they just cheated 3k on me
              And I m trying sme from 14th January
              This kind of service they provide

                I purchased a Relame Narzo 20 (order ID- OD[protected] on 16th January and delivered by the flipkart on 17th January . Since then the fingerprint sensor is not working properly. As a result I'm facing a lot of problems as I'm a headmistress of renowned institution.
                I requested to the authority to replace the phone or to fix the problem. In reply, technician (Mr. Snehamay Samanta, ph no - [protected]) visited my house on date to solve my problem but he could not and not only that he behaved rudely and the authority rejected my return request.
                Therefore, I solicit your kind intervention to solve the problem as early as possible and save me from harrasment.

                  Flipkart generated invoice and mentioned billing address same as delivery address which is totally wrong. It did not give me option to select billing address so i assumed that it will be by default in my name.

                  When contacted customer care, Flipkart says different billing and shipping address is not possible. if that is the case why do they even print shipping address on invoice.

                    I was having a requirement of billing and shipping address to be different. i had spoken to flipkart customer care regarding this and they informed you first place the order and call us back we will change the billing address and it is possible.
                    after placing the order when i am calling they are saying completely different version. it cannot be done policy decision. they are fooling customers by giving wrong information. customer care should be penalized for this.

                      The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I have lost the number and I do not have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        I ordered realme narzo 20 via Flipkart today. The payment was done through SBI debit card. I received the message saying the amount is deducted, but it's not showing in the Flipkart app. The customer care isn't also responding. When I went to the my orders section. The order is not there.                           I purchased a lenovo laptop worth 19990 from flipkart tracking I'd [FMPP[protected]] on 3rd January 2021. They delivered it on 5th January but when i open laptop then it's not turning on. I instantly doing return request so my replacement approved by brand but when laptop is reach my nearest hub then i get a call in morning from wishmaster he said "come on my office" and took your laptop that day i said i unable to come because it 13-14 km for from my house so now problem is no one came to give delivery that day yet i received a message "Delivery failed" Verification unsuccessful. After one day when i visited office then wishmaster said very rudely i unable to verify your replacement because image is not download in my system and then i am very disappointed and when i return my home i get message return rejected ( means i don't accept delivery) how can ekart flipkart can do this? i contact flipkart customer care regarding this but no resolution. Please help me i have very headache and tension worst customer experience.

                                Hi, on jan 3rd 2021 i have booked a bus ticket worth INR 2100 in flipkart app in travel section .payment was success and money got debited but bus ticket was not generated .when contacted flipkart they said that its a third party collabaration with makemytrip and i hvae to contact makemytrip for the same, so in makemytrip i got confirmation that the amount has not reached them and its with flipkart only .when came back and contacted here they said in 24-48 hrs i will receive a call back and since 3 rd jan till today its like 19th jan 2021 i didnt receive any call i called their customer care many times till now everytime they say the same wait for 24-48 hrs .

                                  I ve ordered a product in flipkart order id - od[protected] and paid through google pay upi and i ve returned it they said that they ve initiated refund on 29 dec and it will be credited in my bank acc. By 7 jan, but iv nt received. After i ve called to customer care and they said that contact, i ve visited my home branch and complained my problem, but they are telling that they want refund upi transaction id but whenever when i ask them they tell that we dont ve that. Again, on jan 8 r 9, flipkart concern team called me and exlained my problem, they said that upload your bank statements from 28 to jan 7 to a mail which they ve sent me to my mail, i ve uploaded them, after conformation, again they sent a mail that i ll will get refund within 7 working days, but 7 days working days is also and i didn't got my refund. Again i ve called but they are not responding and not telling correct and resolution for my problem. They are simply postponing and i m tired of asking. Plzzz solve my problem.

                                    I order a cookware set with 33cm diameter and i received 22cm diameter product . I complaint against this order and flipkart customer executive accept their mistake but not pickup order till now. I complaint almost 6 times and all time they accept mistake and after 3-4 days refund request cancelled.

                                      please do the needful since 4 months iam struggling with your travel team,

                                      i dont know what is the problem for you to give my amount back there is no proper updates and response
                                      Backend team is too weak please look into that otherwise one by one you will loose customers.

                                      80 CALLS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
                                      35 MAILS TO TRAVEL DESK
                                      3 TIMES TECHNICAL ISSUE

                                      after that your team comitted for 9 days those 9 days completed, again 72 hours those also completed
                                      again 48 hours those also completed.

                                      Then what is the purpose of your travel team not able to solve one small refund case since 4 month.

                                      same on you people waste and worst people i met.
