I have ordered a wardrobe from Flipkart on 29 Oct 2020 which was delivered on 3rd November 2020, the same day the authorised representatives of Flipkart visited and during installation the product found defective. The same was requested for replacement but despite our repeated request the product has not been replaced so far. The authorised technical team of Flipkart i, e jeeves (Mr Shabir Alam) has confirmed that technical inspection and visit has been completed from their end. However Flipkart is lingering the issue taking the plea of technical visit. More than 12 days have been passed since raising of my complaint for replacement the same has not been done so far. Being plus member of Flipkart I do not deserve such type of services. Its already been two weeks and despite repeated complaints, I haven't got any resolution.

    I ordered a cooler on 8th November, 2020 on flipkart during diwali offers so after getting lots of discount I had a good deal and at a low price I ordered it ( Order ID : OD[protected] . My order reached my hometown on 13th Nov by Delhivery courier facilty. A delivery boy came to my address and he told that he has forgot to bring the order so he ll come on another day. On 15th Nov a delivery boy called and told that he will bring the order the next day as the order is big so we have to arrange for it. The next day on 16 nov, 2020 i got a msg at 11:20 am that the shipment is cancelled so i called the delivery boy but he told that he is on leave and go and file a complaint wherever you want. I complained on flipkart customer care but they told that the order got cancelled because the delivery boy didn't find anyone to claim it on the address.
    Now as diwali is over so prices are high everywhere. I got the refund but at the end I am at loss as i will have to buy at a higher price as i have to gift it to someone.
    I want the same order at the same price as it was Delhivery courier facilities fault not mine.

      My flipkart account got hacked. First the Mobile Number was changed then later Email ID. Surprisingly i didn't get any OTP while hacker changing the details. I got shocked with this. Spoke with flipkart support and raised the complaint more than 2 times but of no use. No complaint taken as i didn't get any acknowledgement. Problem yet didn't resolve.

          I ordered this entertainment unit on 5th of October 2020. And the product delivery date was of 29th October. As it is a heavy item. I was okay with it. But From 1st of November when I started requesting call backs from Flipkart they are delaying the date. First they said the issue will be resolved by 3rd of November. Then the date extended to 8th of November then 12th following 13th of November and then they said the concerning team will look into the matter and my issue will be raised and the product will be delivered on or off 18th of November. Today is 18th of November and they delaying my order to 23rd of November. I paid Via Online. They are saying they are unable to cancel my order. I am unable to cancel my order.

              I have ordered slipper on 9th September 2020, from Flipkart with transaction id P2009091145253789065275 FROM phonepe. The order didn't get placed but money got deducted and I haven't been refunded yet. I have tried contacting PhonePe wallet, my bank SBI and got a single reply that the money is with Flipkart merchant buy Flipkart refuses the money being with them.

                        O order a product on Flipkart on 6 October it's promised delivery date is 13 October but it was not delivered till now and my flipkart account was blocked with registered mobile number [protected] and I have 394 rupees in my flipkart gift card I want that money back to my bank account

This order is in the delivery hub from October 31, 2020 and not delivered from then on.                                 On 20th October two of my product from Flipkart was delivered (phone and Headphone), both in a different box. As I am a frequent buyer so it had happened to me that the outer box is sometimes damaged in a way but the inner brand box and products are mostly fine, and this time also it was the same case. Both the phone and headphone outer box was a bit damaged, so, I didn't have any bad or wrong thoughts about it. I got my phone and it was well and fine but as I removed the outer cover of my headphone box. The seal of the brand box of headphones was already broken ( i thought to make a video but it would have been of no use now, so I just took few pics). There was a user manual for headphones, my headphone bill but there was no sign of my headphone. I called Flipkart at that moment itself(around 1 pm if I remember correctly). They told me to call them in the evening or so because their system was not updated with my product being delivered. So, I did the same and they registered my complaint then and since then I have been waiting, (they mailed me asking about the pics and my identity proofs, I sent them everything they asked for), and now either they keep extending my deadlines or they mail me saying "Seller says that product was intact, we cant initiate refund or send you the product" Its about to be 30 days now, and now Flipkart team don't even reply to my emails( i keep requesting callbacks, or an explanation on mails and they don't even reply or call me back). And now I don't even know what to do now, I googled about this and I came across this forum. I hope I will get my issue resolved. Please help me. My Flipkart order id: OD[protected]

                                I am getting some kind of error in uploadjing pics, if you peiople ask for more pics i can send them all on your mail or so..

                                Please look through this and help me out here... As for reolution I would request my money back.

                                It has already been 10 days now since I posted my complaint here and total of 1 month 12 days of my complaint, and still they have not resolved my issue. They keep on giving stupid reasons and keep on extending my timeline... 😶

                                  Our material {FMPP[protected]} is shipped on 11th Wednesday and its still not delivered . The date told was 16th monday. Now we contacted customer care and they are saying again it will take 1 week and deliver by 21 st . The reason they say is pincode mismatch.
                                  I wonder all other orders from other sites are perfectly delivering here with no issues .

                                  Is this your responsibility and rectify the problem immediately and it is not possible to wait for my material to which i have already done the full payment till 21 . november .

                                        I have ordered a Samsung phone for my father through Flipkart. They delivered a damaged product, the complaints are it can not be charged through the charger they provided and it has some scratches also. Looks like someone used phone they delivered. I complaint my time and finaly they send a boy to check and he agreed it should be replaced but later they send message that i need not be replaced.
                                        This company cheated us providing damaged phone to us
                                        Please proceed this compalint and do then needful.
