I had booked a Kodak Tv in 2018, the same was with extended warranty of two years. Now in 2020 my TV display went off, contacted Jeeves (Flipkart Services) they said they would refund money and would not replace the TV set with new TV set. I accepted the same. They sent an email saying that refund of Rs. 18399.2/- shall be given, however I have received refund of Rs.13599/- only. Trying to contact Flipkart since then, some times I just receive a message saying "It has been escalated to the concerned team. Please provide some time.We will fix the issue as soon as possible. " however no other redressal is received.

    I have purchased a HomeTowm box bed 40 days ago and received the product on time.

    The installation partner came on the same day and started the installation process. during the installation the expert seen that the product is damaged and broken some pieces. So he escalated and raised the complaint against that product and he submitted all documents to Flipkart. After that the process going one in an infinite loop.

    I have raised the complaint 6th time for the delay. but no resolution till yet.

        I bought MI TV in exchange with LG LCD TV. On the delivery day wish Master took my exchange product and delivered MI TV but I see the wish master sold the exchange product locally and updated the status as item canceled and paid amount for the exchange product. I have not paid any amount on canceled item. I see the fraud on exchange product from wish master.

        Even reporting the issue on the same day to the customer care about the fraud and requested the flipkart to give back my exchange product. I am taking this fraud seriously as the relationship between flipkart and wish master cannot be trusted.

              Sir,

              I have booked "Classmate Longbook" vide order no. OD[protected] dated 11th Nov 2020, delivered on 14th Nov 2020. A return request was initiated on the same day and pick up was done on the very next day. The app shows Refund Processed by Flipkart and expected by Nov 26. But not refunded yet.

              The app is just showing an expectation date, the website is showing it is "Completed" (whereas no refund is done) which is totally misleading and creating confusion to the customers.

              Another blunder is that after complaint, I have received the a feedback from customer care on mail dated 29th Nov 2020, that the refund will be done on[protected] ! Pathetic!!!

              Kindly help me to get the refund of INR 410/- against cancellation for the above order at the earliest.

              This is not the first case. It took more than one month to get another refund earlier, after long conversations and multiple calls. Just for escaping, they tell to "check with bank" where as bank never stops any such refund payments.

              I request Flipkart to amend the system of refunding and take responsibility to ensure the refunds are done within given time frame. After refunding only it should show "COMPLETED".

              I humbly request the Honorable Forum to intervene on Flipkart Refunding System issues.

                I ordered Realme 7i mobile From flipkart and Flipkart delivered it on 22nd of November 2020. In that product slow response of screen, Some time hanging issue and Mobile mic is not working properly (my patients called me and they couldn't hear my voice many times). Because of this frustration on 23Nov. i ask flipkart to return this product and refund my amount but after 2 days flipkart send technician, in front of me by checking the mobile he also agreed that mobile having these issues, but next day flipkart message me that your product can't return. after calling flipkart's customer service they told me your product don't have the facility of return.(By making this policy flipkart delivering defective and damaged products to the customer). now i am trying for refund request submission but flipkart refusing my request.
                Now I don't want this mobile, Requesting flipkart to get back your mobile and please Refund my money. I am sorry for buying the product from Flipkart Now onwards i will never ever buy any products from Flipkart.
                i am a doctor and I don't have much time in this pandemic for getting others mobile and calling flipkart's customer care and writing messages on social media and consumer forum.
                So it is my humble request to flipkart Please Refund The amount.

                    I received a fake product from flipkart. It has been more than 2months since i order the product. I tried retuning the product but while returning the product, pick up guy investigated the product and informed me that this item is fake and he didn't take up. Then i reached customer service care and i informed the issue. After that I made follow up multiple times with flipkart customer care people but every time i have been informed that solution will be provided from back end team. One time they called me and told, they will provide the solution soon, one time they tried reaching and informed me to submit bank details to process the refund, then i have submitted my bank details via e mail and talked with them to update. After submitting my bank details i thought and expected that they will process my refund. Then i waited around 2weeks and again reached out customer care, again i have been informed solution will be provided as they are waiting for the seller response. I wasted lot of time to make the follow ups. After all my efforts, now they are coming up and telling me that return policy period is over and they can't help me now. How long this flipkart have been cheating the people this way? Who can provide the solutions for these king of cheating from big named online shopping sites to the common people? Kindly take some action to prevent these kind of small small frauds happening to the many people who can't proceed to sue them.

Its been 5 months still they have not payed the approved amount.                           Last month I bought a pair of shoes, upon receiving the product I feel the quality is not upto the mark and so I decided to return the product, for the 1st time I raised a request on my own, it got cancelled and then I called Flipkart customer care team and asked them to raise a request on behalf of me even then it's getting cancelled, this was repeated for 4 times(totally 5 times got cancelled) everytime when I call them they simple say that your issue will be resolved in 3 days
                          They keep saying the same thing for a month

                            I would like to inform you that I have been facing trouble with the replacement of the DOA laptop which I bought from Flipkart. Flipkart order ID: OD[protected]. Laptop already sealed packed by Lenovo engineer and received from DOA certificate from Lenovo brand. Many times I inform Flipkart customar care but still no dispatcher or courier person contact with me from Flipkart about it. I bought this laptop for my upcoming project work which will start in December but still, I don't know what I do. I requested to you that kindly replace this laptop on an urgent basis because due to this I facing a lot of problems in my work life. Please arrange a courier for replacement as soon as possible. This will greatly help me in the timely completion of my work assignments.

                            Today one Flipkart social media support agent called me and telling me that "Flipkart can't accept the DOA certificate for replacement and the Lenovo DOA certificate has no value on Flipkart". How could you say that about the brand DOA certificate?? I kindly request Flipkart to arrange a courier for laptop replacement. Thank you.

                              I have ordered FASHSTORE self design V neck Casual women multicolour sweater of Rs 854 on 27th Oct 2020 but i did not receive the item so far and i checked my order the order said that it is delivered on Oct 30 2020.

                                    I am writing this complaint against the purchase of TV from Flipkart. I found a defect in TV screen and have raised a complaint with Jeeves who is a Flipkart partner. On September 12th a technician from Jeeves have visited my home and reviewed the defect in TV and advised that service can't be done for this. However, since TV is still under warranty I will get a refund. On 15th September, I have sent an email for a status and they have replied stating that the refund is approved and a concerned team will approach for the Bank account details. On 25th September I have sent a follow up then I have been advised that issue has been forwarded to concerned team. Again I followed with Jeeves on 29th September, this time I didn't get an update. On 30th September I have called to Jeeves customer care and I have been advised by customer care representative to share my account details. After sharing the requested information also I didn't get any update from them.

                                    On 6th October, I have approached Flipkart for an assistance with all the above information, on 11th October I had a discussion with Flipkart executive and they advised that a refund of ₹28, 519 was approved by the seller and to share my Bank account details. On 16th October got an email from Flipkart stating that the seller will process the refund of ₹28, 519 this will take 24-48 hours, followed by 3-5 business days to reflect in bank account. I have waited for a week and didn't get a refund then I have again sent a follow up to Flipkart on 21st October. On 27th October I have been told that seller have not processed the refund they are asking for a plan ID and claim ID and I have provided all the details. On 1st November I got an email from Flipkart stating on 28th October seller have initiated the refund of ₹28, 519 same will reflect in bank account within 72 hours excluding Saturday and Sunday. Till now I have not got a refund. From then twice a week I am following up with Flipkart and every time they are saying we are consistently following up on this and will get back to you in 48hours. Some times they will come back after 2 days and again ask for 48 more hours. Now, from past 2days they are sending me an email saying unable to connect me at my contact number, provide us an alternate. As requested, I have also given them my alternate numbers and they have never called and not providing any information or a resolution over email.

                                    Also, they close the aging incidents with out any intimation and resolution and create a new one. Below are the few incident numbers that was created by Flipkart against this issue.

                                      I bought a samsung galaxy s20 plus from flipkart for 49, 999. Due to a display issue I requested for a return(Greeny shade appears on the bottom of the display when the brightness is set to low, wherever there is a grey color background the bottom portion will have a green shade. It is visible in low light)

                                      Flipkart customer executive contacted me and asked me to do hard reset and the rejected the request(they asked me to request agaim if the issue continues).

                                      I requested again and a technician from Jeeves visited and I showed him the issue and he called someone and they said they cannot accept it and he went back and rejected the request stating that the issue resolved by troubleshooting.

                                      I requested again and the technician contacted me and asked if he has to come, because even if he comes they won't accept it. They knew that there is an issue and they did not fix it. I sent him some photos and he said he'll request with the photos. Then also they rejected the request, the reason they mentioned was they did not see any issue when the during the visit. They did not even visit me I sent them photos and the rejected it saying that they did not see anything.

                                      I contacted flipkart and explained the issue they said they will resolve the issue within 4 days, after three days they contacted me and told me that since the technician rejected the request they cannot do anything because the it is the 3rd time it is getting rejected, just for informing this they took 3 days, they don't value their customer's time and effort. Jeeves will always reschedule the visit and the technician never calls me, I always had to call the technician and they reject all the requests without even completeing the vist, I informed flipkart regarding their approach to their customer, but flipkart didn't even do anything at all. .

                                      I contacted flipkart again and explained the approach of technician, they raised a request again and they scheduled tech visit. Jeeves rescheduled the visit prior to the date which was set by flipkart. On that day I waited till evening and I called the technician and he said they will complete the tech visit on that day itself. After sometime I received a message from Jeeves stating that they completed the service and when I checked in flipkart it was rejected. They did not vist me but they said that they completed the service and rejected the request.

                                      I registered a complaint in flipkart that without completing the tech visit they rejected the request. They sad they will resolve the issue by 2nd December. I'm sure that they will reject it again. Because flippant and their partner Jeeves are frauds they have been doing this many times now. Flikart is using their return policy just for attracting customers, but they wont provide it.

                                      I cannot accept any defect on a 50k smartphone, they are asking me to go to service center if I need any help, why Ishould I repair my phone at service center it's just 2 weeks since I bought this device. They say that they have 7 days replacement policy, but they are asking me to vsit brand's service center.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      They said that they will resolve the issue by 2nd December, they called me on 30th November 2020, 5:08 PM and said they have verified the issue and they claims that they have done the technical visit four times and confirmed that there is no issue. Then they asked me to get confirmation of the issue from an authorized service center and contact them with the confirmation. They said that they will provide the details regarding service center right after the call but untill now(30th November 2020, 6:56 PM) they haven't provided the details.

                                        I ordered two (2) quantities of House of quirk sofa cover on 18.10.2020
                                        valued INR 4, 978.
                                        Order no. :OD[protected]
                                        I received a package on 23.10.2020 noon (or 24th) via E-kart delivery.
                                        As I was excited to see this premier product. *I opened the package
                                        immediately and following were the issues, I noticed:*

                                        1. *I received only one Sofa cover instead of Order two (2) quantities*
                                        2. Fitment issue.

                                        Therefore, immediately I called E- kart delivery boy to check if he forgot
                                        the package or what ? He informed me that there is no separate package and
                                        I should complain in the Flipkart.
                                        Within a span of 20 mins from receipt of package, I raised a complaint to
                                        Flipkart via customer care services.
                                        *I was informed, "since the delivery is not yet updated in the system, so
                                        they can't help me immediately, however I shall raise the request of Return
                                        and refund."*
                                        I followed their instruction and put forward the return and refund request.

                                        *When I checked my flipkart app around 28.10.2020, it showed that refund
                                        for One quantity is accepted and for second quantity "refund is
                                        rejected". *
                                        I immediately raised concern to flipkart customer care. They informed me, I
                                        need not have to worry and they will talk to Seller and arrange the
                                        complete refund of my Invoice value (INR 4, 978) for 2 quantities.

                                        I patiently waited till 05.11.2020. When I didn't receive the refund, I
                                        again called Customer care and checked with them. I was reassured that I
                                        should not focus much on the status mentioned in the app but wait for a
                                        refund of complete INR 4, 978. I trusted them and waited.

                                        In the late evening (05.11.2020), *I got a refund amount INR 2, 489 instead
                                        of the promised and legitimate INR 4, 978*. When I raised my issue to the
                                        customer care, they informed me that " there were two separate issues (as i
                                        have highlighted above) hence two separate transactions will be there and
                                        they are escalating my issue". *I got a phone call from senior executive
                                        and was informed that the rest refund of INR 2489 (of the missing item,
                                        issue no. 1 highlighted above) will be credited by 08.11.2020.*

                                        When the commitment failed, I gave a call on 09.11.2020 to re verify where
                                        the issue is stuck and why I am not getting my refund.

                                        I was again informed that they are escalating the issue and probably the
                                        refund will be credited by 19.11.2020. (almost 4 weeks from the concern
                                        raised). Still no firm commitment from the senior executive. You may check
                                        the call records, if legally permissible.

                                        From 19.11.2020, it went to 23.11.2020 to the new date 27.11.2020. God
                                        knows when this will end.
                                        I am really frustrated by the behaviour of the Flipkart team. It is not
                                        only about INR 2, 489 but now in addition, the mental agony. Countless times
                                        I have briefed the case of executives and received countless number of
                                        calls from different numbers.
                                        It seems rather than working for a solution, it may be a strategic move to
                                        make the customer frustrated so that he/ she gives up on the issue. You may
                                        get angry after reading this statement but this is the state of support we
                                        are talking about.

                                        I have made the request for a callback from the senior team/ escalation
                                        team number of times. However instead of getting a call back I always
                                        received a sms stating that my number is not reachable.Network issue can
                                        happen once or twice but not every time and that too, when I have not
                                        received such feedback (network issue) from any of my day to day business
                                        partners.

                                        All this raises questions on the support team professionalism and intent.

                                        I ordered a set of 6 dining table chair covers polyester spandex printed chair cover (grey colour). The product is from some brand the "house of quirk". When we opened the cover, stitchings were out and torn. The product was defective. The product won't even last for a month looking at its condition. We have spent Rs. 1200 on this product which is totally wasted. We complained about it on amazon and the amazon senior executive (escalation) Mr. Sanjay said " the product won't be refunded and we have to keep the defective product with us. This is highly disappointed. We have to keep the defective product and amazon is not ready to return it and give the refund. Amazon is selling the products of the seller who sell the defective product. Amazon is supporting the seller in this, instead of taking action against the seller and get it return and refund the amount to the customer. Please do the needful and refund our amount. Amazon agent straight away said...aapko aisa hi product rkhna padega. We have to file a complaint against the amazon india and the house of quirk for selling such defective items to the customers. Please do the needful and refund the amount.
