Hello,
My order id in Flipkart is OD[protected]
I had placed an order of HP 14s laptop, but I got defective product. There was screen leak issue.I ordered replacement the same day(28th October) and technician visited 2 days later(30th October)
I received DOA letter from HP on 31st October.
There was no communication from Flipkart meanwhile. 4th was another technician visit who sealed the package completely. I called flipkart today as of when can I get replacement and they say they can only refund and not replace the item.
Now they cancelled the refund as well since 10days are passed
Please provide me the replacement and customer support is not helping me.

      Always giving worthless response and fake update. I didn’t received my product even it’s crossing 16 days of delivery date. Just extended time period from[protected]. But I didn’t even get information from the customer care service that product is there or not. But for all my questions they changed in order detail that issue is resolved. Nothing has been resolved by them yet. Worthless flipkart service

        Cancelled a product which was in transit, but refund not issued still. Why i need to wait for refund if i never received the product in hand ? Your quick & timely support is appreciated.

          Have booked an laptop with id
          OD[protected]. The delivery for current product is 25th october, but I did not receive product on the mentioned date. On complaining the new delivery date is 27th october. Again delivery failed on the respective date. On complaining again I got assurance through email on 27th and 29th that product will be delivered by 31st october and 3rd november. On contacting telephonically again assured by customer representative that product will be delivered by 04 november. On the same there is no update on my flipkart account after 27th october.
          It is disappointing to notice such irresponsible behaviour from your side. I have already suffered a lot and my research is getting disturbed because of not getting product delivered on time and waiting for product delivery on respective dates. Also I have paid in advance for the same product. In addition I also mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com but could not receive any response. Please resolve my issue as customer can retain faith on flipkart.

            Had ordered a Motorola 127 cm ( 50 inch) Ultra HD ( 4k) LED Smart Android TV with Wireless Gamepad ( 50SAUHDM) ON 16TH October'2020. It was supposed to be delivered by 26 October 2020. But it hasn't been delivered till date (6 November 2020).

            Order no: OD[protected]

            ON tracking the status of the delivery product is NOT yet SHIPPED.

            I have contacted Flipkart customer care many times during this period (between 26 October 2020 and 6 November 2020) and all of them have said that they will escalate the issue to "higher authority". These customer care executives seem have no idea about why there is such a long, unprecedented delay in the delivery of the product, i.e. the delivery of the product apart, they do not even know the reason of the delay. I had contacted Flipkart customer care thrice before 3 November 2020, and all three of them had assured me that the issue will "definitely" be resolved by 3 November 2020, which "definitely" was proved to be a blatant lie, as proved later.

            There is no way to contact these "higher authority" people, who are supposed to be directly looking into this matter, but are apparently not doing their job.

                  Ordered the CCTV set for installation at home we have installed the whole set and after installation we got to know that there was one defective camera. As the installation has been done totally its impossible for us to return the whole set. Its not at all fair on flipkart how can we return the whole as we have paid the installation charges also. It would be loss on either way we see. Its not at all trust worthy on flipkart. Its should be taken as a serious complaint. As a consumer/constumer we are in loss but the seller is in profit. How can a online site be encourage such type of sellers

                    I had ordered a new laptop from Flipkart on 18th October. It was supposed to be delivered on 26th Oct but Flipkart delivered on 1st Nov. My order ID is OD[protected].

                    The laptop delivered was faulty and its battery is not charging. I have raised a replacement request as there was no refund policy. As per their rules they have to get a Technician visit my place to check the defect and post that they can get the laptop replaced.

                    I had requested them to arrange for an early technician visit on 5th Nov and they had taken that request as well. But the technician visit never happened on 5th Nov. Now Flipkart is saying they will get it done or or before 8th Nov only.

                    Parallelly I had reached out to MSI customer support and as per them they are not visiting the place of the customer because of COVID situation. Now my main concern is on 8th Nov Flipkart will simply say that the MSI technician is not visiting and hence they cannot make any arrangementsthey cannot replace the laptop. If that happens then I would loose 62, 565 rs.

                    Also, as per MSI customer support they have seen this kind of issue happens frequently with Flipkart as they don't handle the cargo properly.

                    Moreover, I'll be going to my home town for 2 months from Nov 14th onward and I had requested Flipkart to deliver my replacement laptop before that, to which initially they said it will be done but now they just say they are trying their level best and it mainly depends on when the technician visit happens.

                        Every time we order groceries from Flipkart we get our delivery at our doorstep. Our house isn't very remote it can be reached very easily. Today the man delivering our groceries refused to come to our door and when told to meet at a nearby landmark he refused again. He wanted us to meet some place a little far from our address. When we went there he was so rude to us and started shouting in the road itself. He insulted my mother very much. We cancelled the delivery because of his rude behaviour.

                            I have ordered Samsung 28 L Convection & Grill Microwave Oven with order ID
                            OD[protected].
                            I had received the product but some parts(*1 crusty plate, 1 power steam
                            bowl& 1 roller ring*) that were promised along with the product (i.e.
                            microwave oven) are *missing* from the box.
                            I had raised an issue regarding either the delivery of the missing
                            products or a compensation amount for those missing parts.
                            I recently interacted with one of flipkart customer care executive but she said that neither the missing parts nor the compensation amount for that could be given and
                            dropped my call and initiated refund request for this order by her end.
                            Now the price increased to 10, 289 rs
                            but I had ordered it for rs 7123 on applying certain coupons and card offers and supercoins.
                            I want those missing parts that were promised from Flipkart along
                            with this product.

                            The customer care called me from the number +918035061622. They asked me for returning the product and they wanted that I would take the refund for this in return. I denied and said that now I don't want anything except the delivery of missing product or the compensation amount for the same. Then they said lemme talk to our senior and after a while they said OK, and sent me a flipkart gift card of Rs. 500. I m satisfied with this now.

                              I had ordered a Samsung T7 1 TB External Solid State Drive (Blue) [https://www.flipkart.com/samsung-t7-1-tb-external-solid-state-drive/p/itmd53333... in the morning of 18 October 2020. It was supposed to be delivered by 27 October 2020. But it hasn't been delivered till date (6 November 2020).

                              On tracking in the Ekart Logistics website [https://ekartlogistics.com/track/FMPP[protected]/], it shows that the shipment arrived at Farukhnagar in the aftertnoon of 18 October 2020, and is stuck there since then.

                              I had raised an issue with Flipkart on 27 October 2020, and received response that it will be resolved by 31 October 2020. But there was no resolution. I again raised an issue on that matter on 31 October 2020, got reply that it will be resolved by 3 November 2020, and yet again, it was not resolved. Another issue was raised and I have been informed that it will be resolved by 7 November 2020. But due to the above-mentioned experience, I tend to believe that there is a very low chance of any resolution.

                              I have contacted Flipkart customer care many times during this period (between 31 October 2020 and 6 November 2020) and all of them have said that they will escalate the issue to "higher authority". These customer care executives seem have no idea about why there is such a long, unprecedented delay in the delivery of the product, i.e. the delivery of the product apart, they do not even know the reason of the delay. I had contacted Flipkart customer care thrice before 3 November 2020, and all three of them had assured me that the issue will "definitely" be resolved by 3 November 2020, which "definitely" was proved to be a blatant lie, as proved later.
                              There is no way to contact these "higher authority" people, who are supposed to be directly looking into this matter, but are apparently not doing their job.

                              Desirable resolution:

                              1. The "higher authority" at Flipkart must look into the matter urgently, and the product should be delivered as soon as possible.

                              2. If there is any problem with the shipment, a new shipment must be initiated with a new piece of the same product. If this happens, the delivery should preferably by mediated by a different courier partner, i.e. other than Ekart Logistics (maybe Delhivery). The old, problematic shipment could be dealt upon by Flipkart by itself, without any trouble to or interference from me.

                              Yesterday (06 November 2020) evening, I got a call from a Flipkart customer support executive, who said that they had some problem with the delivery partner (which I infer to be Ekart Logistics), which has now been resolved, and that the product will be delivered, at my doorstep, within 7 days, i.e. by 13 November 2020. He also said that if I do not want to wait for 7 days, I can cancel this order and order the same product again, and the new order should not be affected by problems hindering the older one.

                              First of all, the product is right now out of stock for my location. Second, even if I could have placed a fresh order, it would have taken 7-10 days, normally, to reach my home. So, it would not have helped me anyway, considering that the issue with the present order has been resolved, as claimed by the Flipkart customer support executive. Staying with the present order was (and is) the only viable choice that I had (and have).

                              Today (07 November 2020) afternoon, when I checked the status of my order, it showed "Issue Unresolved" and when I started a chat with the Flipkart bot, it replied that an issue has been raised, which will be resolved by 12 November 2020. So here it goes again, another 5 days extended. I am surprised how these customer support executives can blatantly lie to us every time. I also checked the website of Ekart logistics and it showed the same status that it had for the last 19 days - stuck at Farukhnagar.

                              Now, regarding ordering anew, it is not me who should be cancelling this order and ordering again. That is the duty of Flipkart, to cancel the old shipment and send a new shipment for delivery.

                              I have received no update on this from Flipkart even till now (09 November 2020, 12:00 noon).

                              Under these circumstances, if Flipkart isn't able to proceed with moving ahead with the shipment, or does not agree to start a new shipment for me by itself, I have one solution, that Flipkart has to execute:

                              Flipkart can refund the entire amount that I had paid for the product, and can convert it into "pay on delivery" order. If this happens I can wait for the product, and then pay the same amount when it gets delivered.

                                I have purchased Godrej 236L frost free refridgerator from the flipkart. The product stopped working after two days of installation. I have opted for replacement policy but there is no response from the flipkart team and no technician has visited to check the product. Flipkart should either provide replacement or refund.

                                  Sir I have have talked a lot of time with company's customer care guy's and they are confessing that wrong thing is happening with me and wrong shoes is given to me but not giving me resolution and saying that name on my I'D is different from the name at order .
                                  I want to tell you sir that my name on my I'd is Gaurav kumar and address is 781/2 Brahampuri Meerut UP and on flipkart account my name is Gaurav kumar and address is 781/2 Brahampuri Meerut UP so both are completely same.
                                  And my shipping address is also exactly same 781/2 Brahampuri Meerut UP and name on shipping address is Gaurav kumar Bhardwaj so flipkart guy's are saying that my name is mismatching.
                                  I want to tell you that it's a prepaid order and I have paid in advance from my account and refund will be in source account from which amount had been deducted so what's the problem flipkart have to give me my refund.
                                  I am declaring that I am gaurav kumar and i ordered shoes, paid in advance from account ****3362 and want to refund in the same source account.
                                  Sir I am same person, same delivery address, same pick up address and same account of amount debit (prepaid order) and same account for refund it is however flipkart is devouring my money, making me fool, bluffing me.
                                  Please get my money back from these fraud people and fraud e-commerce company.

                                    I ordered a iphone xr on 29th of october through flipkart and it shows 6th the delivery date, it has been 8 days my product is not even packed, i complained many times to Customer service but no proper response they are not even telling the reason for delay.

                                      I got delivered Avita Liber V 14 Laptop on 26 October, 2020 in dead condition. I then charged the laptop fully using power adaptor and switch ON, laptop starts functioning but again after 5 min it's showing battery low 10% and suddenly off. Then I again charged to 40% and try to used, it's been overheated.
                                      Regarding same I had call to Flipkart customer executive and explained the incidence happens after receiving the laptop. They simply raised complaint and gives resolution dated in terms of Technical visit and return and refund process.
                                      Till the date (6th Nov.2020), I have made several complaints against laptops issue for speedy recovery in process. But no action taken from flipkart nor from seller side. No technician visited to my address to check laptop condition. Everytime when I call to Flipkart customer care executive, he/she will create new ticket/complaint and marked resolved previous one ticket.
                                      Yesterday on 5th Nov. 2020, I got message from flipkart that, Seller has rejected your return and refund request.

                                      So, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter seriously and lodged a complaint against Flipkart and seller as fast as possible to get my refund.

                                      Herewith I am attaching all complaint status snspshot for your reference.

                                        I had ordered an item on 17th October 2020, the delivery was scheduled on or before 28th Oc
                                        After 28th October the delivery date was changed to 4th November, and after 4th the delivery date was again changed to 11th November.

                                        The main issue is that they haven't packed the item yet, the expected packing date was said to be 21st October. It has been almost 20days since I ordered online, it is taking too long.
