I was order a Laptop on Flipkart During Big Billion Day Scam on 15th October (ORDER ID : OD[protected] after that the laptop was deliver to me on 17th October, but I'm facing an issue with that laptop (Laptop fan & speaker make wired noise). So I raised a replacement request on 18th October 2020 which was accepted by flipkart on 24th October and committed that the laptop will be replace on 4th November 2020, but they don't do replacement of the product and they don't even contact to me. On the very next day (5th November 2020 ) they cancel my replacement from their own side without informing me, now they are giving update that replacement policy has been over. after getting touch to them they just giving some date and told that the issue will be resolve on that day and when the day comes the give me another extension for my resolution, they are doing the same things from the nest week and don't giving any kind of resolution, even they don't help me for any kind of replacement and refund they just giving me time extension for the resolution and nothing else at all. I want my money back. Resolve it ASAP.

    Dear Sir,

    This is regarding Flipkart Extended 2 Year Warranty with JPPOFFK940329 for my LED TV.
    with serial No.Serial No: 1808AJB135906D01350, FSN: EWNF4PG8ZKHFCB7Z, iFFALCON K2A 138.71cm(55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV with order ID OD[protected]

    As per the service request Flipkart service engineer visited my home twice on 8th Oct 2020 and on 7th Nov 2020 inspected my TV and both engineers came to the conclusion that there was some problem with panel of my TV set. Since the TV set is under 2 years extended warranty apart from the domestic guarantee it is the responsibility of flipkart to rectify or find amicable solution to clear the issue and support customer. Whenever I follow up with flipkart service provider they immediately open a service claim and the following day they will cancel the claim with their own saying successfully completed Claim ID CLJP[protected] without resolving the problem of my TV and this continuing till now.

    Problem of TV is top side of the screen a band of horizontal strip lines appeared with blinking which is very irritative to the viewers especially to my parents. I am afraid it may cause to Health Issue to my parents eyes.

    Humble Request arrange to repair my TV as early as possible.

      I dont see any where that we should not use international credit/debit card for payments on Flipkart and still a support rep of Flipkart named "Tanmoy" said "This is the flipkart policy, we don't accept International cards."

        i order a lenovo laptop on 15th oct and got delivered on 19th oct after that i recived a defective product i immediately raise a complaint after that requested for refund so flipkart will scheduled technician vist on 1st nov after that they approved for return onwards pickup was done on 6th nov by courier partner named delhivery My return was pickuped 6th nov on 1.30 pm by delhivery execute after that execute enter the wrong serial number while return process after that they call back and said your return was not accepting and ask to call flipkart what will i do they made a mistake so i immediately wrote a complaint to delhivery by mail they send the mail we can't do anything from ourside this is very disgusting from delhivery on 7th nov they closed the pickup, in my order status was showing refund canceled iam not blaming flipkart my kindly request is resolve my issue as soon as possile i attached invoice, pickup stauts, complaint wrote to delhivery, recived email from delhivery, along side with my order status

          I have ordered Hotline Plus Charcoal Grill -OD[protected] this product on 15th oct 2020 for which i have paid already, expected delivery date was 23rd oct 2020 which flipkart failed to deliver and then they changed delivery date to 25th oct 2020 . By 25th also flipkart failed to deliver. I raised complaint in flipkart by calling them then they assured by anyhow product will be delivered by 30th oct 2020.On 29th i received call from flipkart saying i need to cancel the order and re-order it which i declined as ordered product price has increased by 400rs. Then flipkart guy mentioned they will escalate the issue to senior team.30th also they didn't delivered, received next promise date as 31st oct, 3rd nov, 5 nov, 9th nov and today guy called me to cancel product and reorder it or wait for next 7 days.
          How long customer has to wait for delivery when payment was already done.
          Kindly take legal action on company there have been thousands of these kinds of complaints against the flipkart.

            I have made complaint by call to flipkart 4-5 times but all the times the Filpkart executives has cut the call and not listen my issue completely. However I have initiate the product return request online but still no one has come and receive the product for replacement/refund.

                  Today i have a delivery for my product.Atfrist i didn't receive any massage for the delivery guy no. So i called the customer service care.they said to wait till 6 pm.. at 5:30 fpkrt massage me the delivery boy no. Ad afier 5 minutes i got the call. But i can't receive the call at that moment because of my online classes. So i left the class and after 5 minutes later i called him back..he is saying that he can't deliver me the product because he is already 20 km away from me..so i tell him he could deliver me to the next day.but cut the call.

                    I had ordered I phone on 29th Oct and it was showing delivery date on 1st Nov, I received communication that product will be delayed and delivered on 8th Nov, Flipkart is cheating customers by showing wrong delivery date. on 8th Nov product not delivered and no communication provided to me, when I reached out to call center I got to know that it will be delivered on 9th Nov, so far no delivery happened and no communication, on Flipkart application it is showing delivery date 8th Nov which is already passed. Customer service so bad, customers are taken for granted. Don't know how many more days Flipkart is going to take to deliver phone...

                        I ordered Samsung Fully Automatic Top Load washing machine on 2nd Nov 2020, and they delivered it on 5th Nov 2020 and the installation date was 9th Nov 2020 but today when I checked the status of installation on flipkart, it shows me that installation and demo from samsung expert has been cancelled. How can this happen? Without any message without any instructions how can they cancel this?

                          My account with email ID : [protected]@gmail.com is blocked by Flipkart on 6 Nov 2020 without stating any reason. I have some money in Flipkart Gift Card Wallet which is stuck. I want flipkart to either reactivate my account or give back my gift card money. I have contacted Flipkart Customer Care 2-3 times and everytime they increase the response time by 3 days. I am a responsible customer of Flipkart for past 6 years and I am not entitled to such account blockade.

                            This was delivered to me on 08.11.2020. Order No. is OD[protected]. While I ordered the offer was for a pack of 2. But only one was delivered. The MRP of each is Rs. 250.00. The amount invoiced is Rs. 320.00 + Delivery charges Rs.46.00. You are requested to clarify this and send me another Boitique 3N Darkest Brown packet as per offer when I ordered on 31.10.2020.

                              I ordered my product on Flipkart big billions sale between 16-18 October 2020. today its 8th November and I still haven't received my product. Flipkart has shifted my product delivery date 4 times already and now its showing 12 November. Every time I talk to their customer helpline they just give excuses. I have already paid and I don't know what is stopping them from sending me my product.

                                Sir,

                                I ordered a Realme 6 (Comet Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM) Mobile Phone in Flipkart vide order No. OD[protected] on 20 Oct 2020 at 0837 pm paying full payment of Rs.13, 999/- through Credit Card payment. The assured date of delivery of said item given by Flipkart was 28 Oct 2020. My order is not delivered by Flipkart since long and it is sent to wrong places again and again at their own instead of sending it to my registered address i.e. Hazaribag.
                                I am repeatedly making complaints in their customer care and every time, they are giving false assurance that the item will be delivered before the assured date of delivery, if not, surely on the assured date, so I will have to wait till then. However, even after my repeated requests and complaints made through mail, customer care and Tweeter, no fruitful action is taken by Flipkart. Time to time, they extend date of delivery. The second assured date was 2/11/2020, the third was 7/11/2020 but till date, Flipkart did not deliver my order.
                                When asking their customer care, to my astonishment, they replied that Ekart Courier does not have any customer care service nor contact number & e-mail id, so I cannot contact directly their courier service. Further, they gave two e-mail IDs of their own which are [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com. I mailed on both the IDs on 29/10/2020 and 02/11/2020 respectively but all in vain. They don’t bother even to acknowledge the mail.
                                Flipkart is sending my ordered item to wrong place even after my request/compliant well in advance that the order be sent to the right address at least this time. This shows their irresponsible and inefficient customer care services and false assurance.
                                In their reply to tweets, they don’t use the salutation of ‘Sir’ or Madam ‘Madam’ which is evident from the attached copies of their tweets. This type of response shows their behaviour towards to their valuable customers by the support of whom, Flipkart exists.
                                I am attaching copies of all the correspondences made with them as material evidence to my compliant.
                                I am deeply depressed and suffered mental harassment and loss of time caused by Flipkart.
                                In view of the above, my humble requests are that:-
                                Interest at the rate of 42% (Per annum) on the payment of Rs.13, 999/- made by me through credit card be paid by Flipkart w.e.f. 20/10/2020 to the date of delivery to me on account of compensation for mentally harassing me, cheating by way of making false assurance to a customer.

                                I am serving personnel of Central Armed Police Force. We cannot enjoy our life as by the civilians. We have lot of restrictions and sacrifices towards the service of our beloved mother land. A lot of customers from CAPFs and Armed Forces of the nation are procuring stores from Flipkart. As such, support of the personnel of Armed Forces cannot be ignored or dined by Flipkart. Hence, Flipkart be imposed penalty of at least Rs.5, 00, 000/- (Rupees five lakh) for harassing a CAPFs personnel, cheating by making false assurance to a customer, loss of time and the amount be deposited into Bharat Ke Veer Trust of our mother land.


                                Flipkart should send an apology letter to me and;

                                Any other action as deemed fit to reoccurrence of such mental harassment, cheating by way of making false assurance and loss of time to customers.

                                  Hey, i had ordered a rog strix g15 gaming laptop, 16gb ram 1tb SSD with 4gb NVIDIA GTX 1050ti graphics. I ordered it on 31st November, it should've been packed on 5th, im writing this on 8th and it says it still hasn't been packed. It is supposed to get delievered tomorrow, on 9th but clearly I don't see that happening. I called flipkart's customer support all they said was due to some "unforseen circumstances" its delayed and said they will update me on 11th. Only reason I bought the product due to its quicker delivery timings. But I'm having to wait an extra week.. Please would like to get my product on the promised dates.

                                    We have ordered IFB front load washing machine of order ID: OD[protected] on 18 October 2020. Deliver date of the product is on 27/10/2020. Almost 18 to 20 days has completed and raised the complaint many times on this issue, but couldn't resolve the problem.
