I ordered a Fossil ME3140 Grant Sport watch (Worth Rs.10, 200) on 16th of October 2020, and received the product on 24th of the same month. But only after unpacking I realized that I was being fooled by Flipkart, by providing me a dummy watch instead of what I ordered. I tried contacting every customer care of Flipkart, through phone, Facebook, Twitter! All of them told me to wait and they'll resolve the issue.
It's been almost a month now and none of them have resolved my issue.
And in fact what they claim is that I cannot return the product now as the product was delivered intact. Of course it was delivered intact, but what I received was a dummy watch. I really need my money back! That's all what I request!

      Hi my name is Sahil Zadwale and K am from Gokak I have ordered Realme 6 on Flipkart.com which was supposed to be delivered on Monday i.e on 09/11/2020 order not received on the said date as they have to home deliver the said order but they failed to and I went to enquire they started searching but order not found either they missed it somewhere or stolen continuously for 3days they started giving silly reasons now today i.e 13/11/2020 they cancelled order from there end and reason mentioned is customer rejected. Now I want proper cancellation process they have to file FIR and either refund my full amount or arrange same configuration product.

        I ordered a mobile. For a software issue i wanted replacement. 1st replacement cancelled. Actually technician visit scheduled. But without visiting technician reported that my device had no issue. 2nd time replacement approved. Got replacement clarifying the issue to the technician. But issue is the same. Now i want refund. But they are not approving my issue. Please do the needful as i can get refund. I have already ordered it's back cover and tempered glass and already delivered. Now what can i do with cover and glass without mobile.

          I have ordered a laptop(Honor Magicbook 15) on 16th october 2020.Status of my product is showing shipped through ECOM EXPRESS with Tracking Id :FDSP[protected] but when i try to track it down it shows AWB number does not exist.Even the promised delivery date was 5th november then got delayed to 12 November and I have still not received my Parcel Yet.Such a pathetic service from FLIPKART.

            I have received damaged IFB washing machine from Flipkart on 6th November, 2020. The installation and demo team came on 8th November 2020 and confirmed that the product is damaged and they will raise replacement request. I have been following up with Flipkart since then. Only one response i got that technician will visit and confirm the product is damaged.
            So the installation and demo guy was not a technician then?
            When installation person is not a technician then how come Flipkart is giving below statement. I mean if he is not the technician, how can we expect a guidance or proper installation from him..

            "Authorised installation person only should install it and guide us on how to use it"

            Ok, I have been waiting for the second technician visit to happen since then but no response. And today, my return request is cancelled saying that i have selected "defective product" as return reason instead i should select "damaged product"(which was not there in the options list). So i have asked CC team to raise the request on my behalf with correct so called reason. Guess what, even they couldn't find an option called "damaged product". So they have selected "defective product" (which was selected by me in first request). Big applause, now the process got delayed further more.

            "Which clearly says Flipkart trying misguide us Flipkart without correct procedure or information."

            And finally now I have to wait till 18th November for technician visit, and the product will be picked up by 27ty November after his approval and i will replacement on 3rd December.

            God knows when this technician will visit and if the is complete in one month as stated by Flipkart or they are aiming for next year resolution.

            I am seriously disappointed Flipkart the service you are providing and respond which is lacking.

            After complaining so many times, still I am not getting response from Flipkart. What is this? Can't you understand Flipkart, washing machine is basic essential in home now a days and we do not have return only option. Only replacement option is there and you guys are not even giving proper resolution.

                I received the first product on 28 oct, it was not working properly, so it was in 7 day replacement policy. On 30oct delivery boy came for replacement but due to flipkart technical problem couldn't verify my first delivered product and asked to wait till next day till 5 nov but no call or msg came for replacement. Then I started writing on flipkart twitter account they called me.
                As per Flipkart Twitter Social Account, they called me on 8 NOV, I told my exact problem that I don't want this product anymore because on 30 oct, the delivery boy came for replacement because the product I received firstly was hardware defective but due to technical issue he didn't deliver the product, I talked to your customer executive same moment and he told that the delivery boy will try next day as there may be some technical issue but from 30 oct to 7 nov he didn't call me and no message came for replacement. I told her, So I am not available at that place now and as per your 7 day policy, I waited for 7 days, now the purpose of buying has exceeded and this is not the seller and my problem.So the person from Flipkart Twitter Social Account cancelled my replacement by saying that she is raising a new request for returning the product back and refund will be initiated once product will get picked up, wait till 10 NOV, but no delivery agent called or came for pickup.I waited till 11 Nov 8 PM, still no update.Then I called and talked to one of your executive again, while explaining my problem, call got disconnected and a message popped up that your concern has escalated and will be resolved by 13 Nov. Today again I called for the update on the delivery agent to your executive, then again a new message came with a 15 NOV date. This all information was provided by Flipkart Twitter Social Account team.In the morning one of the person from escalation team called me and I told her the same thing, she said that Flipkart Social team has given me the wrong information.So which team is calling me randomly and who is providing me correct or wrong information is your end problem.I never thought that buying from Flipkart will create so much trouble where all executives are just passing their time by giving wrong updates, which is causing trouble to both the next executive and customer.In the end I want to say that, I never thought that I will need to write so long email, it's not the sender end problem, not the receiver end.Sender sent new product, I was available till you last delivery date, now it's your problem that how you gonna solve it.I wanted to gift this product to my dad on his birthday, 13 days gone now, there is no purpose of this product.You are not bringing happiness, just have created lot of trouble.Please pick you product and initiate my refund.After your 15 Nov, I am going to raise action in consumer court with all these recordings from flipkart social team, customer executives, senior manager, and trouble you have caused.now today a new message came with 16nov date

                On 14 nov morning again got a message that your problem will be solved by 22 Nov. on 8 nov, the flipkart social team & escalation team already told that as per our policy the product is not delivered in given time if you want any help then let as know, already told that customer places order on his availability only, but there is delay from flipkart end. So they own cancelled my first replacement and told that once the product will be picked refund will be initiated no need to worry now, waited till 13 nov and now again replacement placed.I talked to one of their executive, they told that replacement has done, I told about 8 nov talk, they told told provided wrong information and if you are bot available on your place is your concern.I again asked that I was already available till your first replacement date but delivery boy didn't came for 7 days so where I am wrong. SO customer executive keep saying same thing that replacement can be done, so I asked who will verify the product if I am not available at that place already told on 8 nov so what is the use of feedback or talking to senior teams, escalation teams and flipkart social team.He only said whatever the update showing here I am providing same. So again asking if that replacement is not done again in given time then he said you have to own place replacement order again and this story will again repeat. So he asked did I solve your problem, I said no, he didn't provided any solution for my non availability and second time not replacement..I said this is the delay because of your delivery biy, why you are not taking any action, he said only he will take action against him.Now tell me there is delay in delivery then customer has to suffer? I want my money back

                  I ordered a product from Flipkart on[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days whereas it has been more than 3 weeks order has not been delivered and there is no update on the delivery progress after[protected]. There is also no option to cancel the order. since I have bought the product from somewhere else I don't need this anymore. I complained through social media but still they couldn't cancel the product after ensuring that they will get it cancelled. They have again assured that they will get it cancelled but it is very unlikely. They tend to have this pattern often. I am also worried about the refund as this was a prepaid order.

                    I have ordered Asus rog 3 (12GB/128GB varient) on 16 oct. I recieved the item on 30oct and it has serious display problems and raised the return request on the next day. It was accepted by flipkart and promised to pick up the item by 9 nov and it was not picked up. So after contacting the customer care of flipkart they gave a new date for pick up which is 17 nov and I would like to mention that I have no trust in flipkart that they will keep up with their word. I am already closer to the emi due date for that order. I have ordered the same mobile hoping that the faulty one will be picked up any how, but I have been surprised with the Flipkart's service and now I have two same mobiles. I will be waiting till 17 nov but if the item is not picked up by then I would like to take any serious action against flipkart.

                      I have booked my tickets for 9th April, 2020 from Ahmedabad to Kolkata. But it got cancelled due to lockdown and pandemic situation. But I haven't recieved any refund from the travelling source. I enquired with the airlines that my flight was cancelled and refund was issued to the traveller's account i.e flipkart on 8th July 2020. But I haven't recieved any refund yet. And also I checked in the flipkart app the status is shown as cancellation pending. It's been a long time and I am eagerly waiting for my refund. Things are getting frustrated now. This is really unacceptable from a company like flipkart. I have complained several times in the flipkart helpline no but yet no action was taken. That's why I have to take this stringent step. I just hope that I get my refund at the earliest possible.

                        My flight from Bhubaneswar to Dubai for 28th March was cancelled due to COVID. Air India has authorised the refund but Flipkart is not returning the amount. I have called Flipkart support many times. I have sent them more than 100 mails but there is no response. I am going to take legal action if my refund is not given by Flipkart.                           I ordere running shoe through Flipkart, when I made payment through phonepay app, it's displayed as successful and money debited from my account transaction Id is P2009192050102225353070

                          But for Flipkart side said not received.so I got my product by cash on delivery. But am not refunded, so I return my product. And the problem is, I refunded only for cash delivery amount, not online transaction, phonepay said, merchant not responsible. Please help to get my money back. And order Id isOD[protected]. Again is said I received the amount which I paid through cash on delivery. Not phonepay money.

                              His email is to bring to your notice about my recent experience with the delivery and Customer care service with regard to order OD[protected].
                              I have got an text message from VK-DLHVRY on Nov 7th for the intimation of out of delivery with OTP without any contact details of the wish master and i got a call later from Flipkart saying that we are not able to deliver the product as I am not available at my registered address. This was happening every day starting from Saturday to Wednesday. I have contacted the customer care team on sunday through my registered phone number and mentioned that I haven`t got any call from Wishmaster and requested them to either share the contact details of the wish master or to send a note to wish master requesting them to call at my registered mobile number and to deliver the product even i[censored]nattended by me.
                              I was dialing in daily to Customer care team and requesting them not to cancel the product and on Wednesday I spoke to the Senior Associate and mentioned her that the wish master will cancel the product claiming that they have tried delivering for 3 days and so according to the company policy they are going to cancel the product but she promised me saying that the product will be delivered to me come what may and they will resolve the issue with Wish master. But today even after receiving the assurance from Senior Associate it got cancelled.
                              I am still wondering why Flipkart claims that "CUSTOMER FIRST is more than Lipservice to Flipsters". While speaking with the customer team they were only mentioning that Flipkart have cancelled the product in accordance with the Flipkart policy of cancelling after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts but they are not being empathetic and understanding my point that wish master haven't called to my primary number.

                              Flipkart policy doesn`t make any difference to the customer if the wish master didn`t try calling the number of Customer and it has to be delivered by any cost within the agreed date. Now due to the mistake by the delivery agent i was not able to get that gift within the promised time!
                              I have also made a request to the Senior Associate to arrange a call back from her supervisor ( Level 3 of Customer Service team) on thursday and she promised that her superior will call me in other 2-4 hours. When i asked the question about the remedy of non-receipt of phone call by her supervisor she simply said that you have to call us back tomorrow, Can you please create a new mechanism where if any such requests are made, a new ticket has to be opened and it shall be only closed by the supervisor.
                              Hope the issue gets noticed!

                                I’m the plus member of flipkart, where i have ordered multiple things for my house and personal use, on 27-aug2019 got a mail saying that their systems detects me as a reseller so they are going to block my account, I’ve called customer service to know what has happened to my account they said
                                They didn’t do anything everything was done by back-end team so I’ve asked them to transfer the call they deny my request saying that the only possible way to contact the back-end team is through mailing, so I’ve sent an email saying that those are for my personal use how can a system decide without knowing whether it’s has reselling or not, and ask them to check manually, and there’s no proper reason just saying the same and same with other names, and the magic has happened in mailing they have sent me the same copy of mails just changed the concern persons name, customer support team said the back-end team will unblock your account after 3months, we raise a request from their end a as
                                And now it’s November 2020, still my account is blocked
                                I don’t even know we can complain through these platforms, so that I’m posting now

                                  My friend has ordered lg g8x on sale 19999/- in flipkart. On 16th of October 2020, it shows me it will be delivered on 23rd, when I started tracking your item has left flip kart facility Bhiwandi, on 24th October,
                                  And now its 13th November
                                  Still not getting any update regarding my shipment, I’ve spoke to the customer care a lot of time, they were saying by tomorrow it will get delivered, but nothing happened,

                                    I Have Ordered a Samsung Smart Tv of Rs.13499/= From Flipkart Order Id : OD[protected] on 8th Feb 2020 . but not delivered till now i have call customer care many times but they don't saying any thing always giving a new date when i first contact them they said that because of corana virus situation the delivery are getting late and now they said that product is missing so I told that please give me refund or Delivered my order .

                                      I have ordered fan from flipkart site on oct
                                      18, but still I didn't receive fan from flipkart but in this app the status was delivered, I have received from flipkart when I contact customer support from flipkart they will only extending time only. But the problem was unsolved

                                        I ordered an ASUS ROG G15 STRIX gaming laptop on 7th October and it is shipped to Mothers hub Hyderabad on 8th October morning, since then there is no update in location and you already crossed one promised date on 11th oct and today(13th) is the second promised date as said by you, i wonder if promised dates can be two different days, Please assist and order my product asap.
