Flipkart is not approving the refund.

This is regarding Apple Pencil (Stylus) which I ordered on 21st October 2020. As I complaint earlier there was no Apple Pencil inside the box and instead there was Rs. 2-3 red coloured Nataraj pencil. I posted the video also on twitter on 26th Oct itself tagging Flipkart support.

Following events happened from the beginning:

1. 26th Oct: Requested for refund (rejected) but replacement option was given.
2. 28th Oct: Replacement approved
3. 30th Oct: Wishmaster came and refused to pick up the old product after seeing old product. He contacted warehouse incharge and then the incharge asked him to take the product back. How I can give him original Apple pencil which I haven't recieved in the box? That's was main issue for which I am complaining fighting for. And based on the evidences (video o[censored]nboxing and screenshot) I had provided the replacement was approved on 28th Oct, so why e-kart logistics (Flipkart courier partner) had not given me the replacement?

4. 31st Oct: Warehouse incharge told me that my replacement has been put on hold for indefinite period by him. So, the new product/replacement product was not delivered to me. I called Flipkart customer care and informed about the same. Further, I requested for refund this time since the wishmaster refused for the pickup as mentioned above.

5. 31st Oct-Today, I am calling Flipkart service repeatedly but my refund request has not been approved.

Flipkart gives me deadlines and when the deadlines gets over, they mark the issue resolved. Again, they repeat the same procedure and passing my time without giving proper resolution.

Kindly refund the amount.

    I ordered a mobile phone with Order I D-"OD[protected]" dated 21 Oct 2020 and this is shipped(27 oct 2020) by Ekart logistics. the issue is, product not delivering me in promising date, No status update. Please deliver as soon as possible at earliest.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    No update status No reply
    why ??????
    While tracking the details, I saw the product was shipped from there (Banglore) on 27 October 2020 and it was received at Motherhub, Malur. There are no movements from that place for more than 15 days. I contacted customer care several times. But they will not take the actions to deliver the product.

      Order ID OD[protected] My order was supposed to arrive on 31st Oct but it never did. The order was placed on 16th Oct and shipped on 18th Oct. Post that, there was no update on the app. My AWB number did not exist on the courier partner's website. I raised a complaint. All I got were automated replies on Twitter and even on the app or via email. Is this a circus you are running? Your support is a joke. I asked them multiple times to give me a call, but nobody called. It has been more than 10 days since my order was shipped and almost a week since my issue was raised. Are you guys sleeping on the job? Do you even understand how customer support works? If this is not resolved, I will have to look for legal options because it is a big amount that I have paid for a product that I did not receive.

        Order status:was not shipped, cancelled on
        31st october by seller without my consent.
        Current issue:refund not revieved.

        When asking for refund they tell that they are waiting for product to return to warehouse.
        issue is how will order return to warehouse if it was not shipped.its been 19 days since
        I paid for this order.Flipkart is not taking any actions, they delay the refund everyday and have'nt even initiated the refund process.
        Kindly help me get my money back and take action against this frauds.
        Aslo order was cancelled without my consent, why take order when you cant deliver and if you cancel atleast give the money back.
        No satisfactory reson was being provided for order cancellation, this seller delivers to my adress.

        @Flipkart please do not say that you are waiting for priduct to return, it was never dispatched and it will never return.
        If someone should wait, it should be you if you have such faith in you process kindly refunf me my money and you deal/take money from your seller yourself, hope you reply appropiately this time unlike your customer care who do not takes any action
        I ordered a laptop and canceled the laptop on the same day i.e. on 21-10-20 on flipkart and they told me i would get the refund by 29-10-20 but its 6-11- 20 and i still haven't got my refund.the amount is 56790 i contacted their usless customer care and they are telling me to wait and pospoting the refund date. I have lodged a complaint in the bank and they told me they are checking the issue but still haven't got my refund

          i have baught a television from flipcart
          they given me offer for my old tv exchange values is 3250
          and total cost is 11400
          then i paid at order placed time 8250 Rs online thru zestmoney loan,
          and balence amout they take my old tv,

          as per flipcart advertising they clear shown
          if exchange television working then then exchange values is 3250

          and if exchange television not working or other defect then then exchange value is 2150 and difference amount will have to pay by me

          but when them delevary man come then
          he denies to pickup my old exchange tv
          becoz my old tv is not work
          and switch off
          then i said please take value 2150 as per flipcart advertisement
          and balence amount i will you by cash

          but delevary man not agreeing
          he said he will not delevary new television tv till you have to pay 3150 cash or card payment

          then i said if i return new television
          then he said u can return tv but your paid payment refund willbe deleay and also deducted heavy amount

          then i have pay 3150 by debit card and take delevary

          so please help me
          and take action against flipcart
          and refund me my 3150 rs amount

            My product delivery date is 22 oct. it’s not delivered but it reached my nearest hub and left out from that hub to my hub on 21st oct 12.56am itself. But it still not reached my hub for the past 2 weeks. It’s just take half a day to reach my hub. When I asked them they extended delivery date to oct 24. But it’s not reach the hub. Then after that they said issue will be resolved on 27. But not. On 27th evening they changed the icon into “issue resolved”. But nothing has been resolved. After tat like tat they extended the date ti oct 31, nov 2, nov 3.. without resolved anything when tat date comes they itself changed issue resolved. Till now they didn’t give any update regarding my product. Just they extended time period. It’s crossed more than 2 weeks. If I try to even cancel the product, they said tis option is not available since the product is in transit. Even they don’t know where it is. When will it reach me. I lost nearly 35000 including emi interest with this product. I don’t have any faith now that product will be deliver or money refunded to me. Waste customer service. They don’t know how to handle and solve problem as soon as possible. Just extended date that’s only they know. After contacting many time now they said issue will be resolved on nov 12. I think i totally lost my amount.

              Dear sir,

              My name is Satish chintala we have purchased Realme 80(32 inch) HD ready LED smart Android TV on flipkart dated[protected], amount paid through online on same day rs[protected]+799 for 3 years warranty), we have entered credit card as per their instructions we have received the 6000 instant discount and shown payable amount, we have paid the same amount. After 3 days they cancelled order and simply saying product is not available with that cost, they have to check from their end before taking the order they don't see whether product is available with that cost or not. They are collecting money and keep with them and after that they are giving refund.
              Please take the action on them. It will helpful to so many people.
              And i am also asking to flipkart to deliver my product which i ordered.

                I have flipkart affiliate account having an flipkart id ankit0014 I have lot of work to earned money. I have received only 9084 instead of 17016. Till july . I have attached an files which you can check and transaction no. Shows in both sides are different please check my account session give me proper money.                   Am L Anilkumar, from kerala. I order one poco mobile on the mid of October. I already paid the amount of that order. But the problem is my order is already reached our nearest e kart courier service center. And they already take the action for out for delivery. But i didn't get my order yet. Several times i register this complaint to flipkart through customer care number they told me that wait for some days they will reach your hand. This is the second time am waiting for my order. I remember you that am a regular customer of flipkart but this is the first time i felt this type of bad service from your side. Going through the app tracking system i found that my order reach our nearest hub i want to know the reason why they are late for delivering my order. One of your delivery boy called me for the delivery of my order but they didn't deliver my product. My order ID is OD[protected] please go through this order id and give me a reply as soon as possible. I here by attached all the datas for your reference. Please find a necessary solution for your mistake

                      The product is faulty along with the gst invoice being different from that mentioned in the order request.

                      The seller accepted replacement due to above discrepancies, but flipkart isn't functional enough to take necessary action.

                      Flipkart support call center team provides a pickup date, ask for good feedback but no a action and only delay of picking up product... It has been since 50 days of purchase, they aren't working on properly and just delaying services for no reason

                      Please assist.

                              Hello sir/ma'am,
                              my complaint is againt Flipkart.
                              Flipkart had mentioned wrong specification in their site and app and made me buy a cheaper product. it is an act of fraud by delivering product different from what was mentioned in their site.
                              Specifically, the product displayed had Snap Dragon 450 processor in the site. I received the cheaper SD 429 both the time.( initial delivery and replacement)
                              Very conveniently they changed the product specification in their site and app once i raised the issue to them, but did not give a resolution to me. neither refund nor the right product.
                              this proccess is going on since 45 days now.

                                After extended issue resolved date from 22, 24, 27, 31, 2, 3, after tat without date it’s shows issue will be resolved soon. But nothing resolved but urself changed on tat all dates issue resolved.
                                After crossing 2 weeks of delivery date by making many calls to customer care and writing many mails, yesterday that is on nov 3 only I got a call from ur customer that seller accepted tat fault.. they ready to refund amount.. they ready to send item to same amount which I order when I reorder through the same seller.. and it will be updated in my order within 24 hours. But nothing changed as like before. That’s why I mailed u again. Now in mail u replied that product will reach me as soon as possible. It’s delayed due to unforeseen courier service
                                Always just reply something for a message and u itself changed issue resolved. Just fake fake fake fake fake fake updates.
                                Now ur mail reply today is right or ur customer care reply yesterday that’s is refund processed within 24 hrs as received to u from the seller side with reference no IN[protected] is right.
                                Not make me much more tensioned by just reply something. I have all ur reply. Don’t make it much more complicated. Check properly and reply me after verified fully.

                                    Dear Authorities, I have bought this table long back from flipkart, for which the quality was super bad. I reported about this the next day and ask for refund for the product. Where the seller sent the service engineer two times. One time the Service engineer did not show up and second time he showed up and sent the report to the seller. Still we did not receive any clearance on the issue. I have contacted flipkart more than 30 to 35 times and all time the response I get is we will get back to you soon with better resolution of your problem. And now I am super frustrated with this experience. I don't know why flipkart authorities do not understand or value. Customer's time and efforts. I have wasted way to much time just regarding this product. And troubled my parents several time just for this issue, As I ordered this for my parents during this corona time. I am hoping to solve this issue sooner, because I do have some plan to do more shopping and I do not wish to use flipkart for my further shopping until this issue is resolved. As I dont have more energy left to deal later on for other products related problems.

                                      I have paid cash on 18 Oct. At the time of payment, the delivery was showing as 20th Oct. Now they are changing dates when I contact them for status. Its 4th Nov now still not sure when will it get delivered. I have postponed my travel by a week, still no t sure when will it get delivered. Today it is showing to resolve by 7th.if I don't get it by 7th, then will cancel n want interest on amount paid to them for a month

                                        I ordered a mobile on 18th october from flipkart and have to be shipped in 2days i.e. by 20 october but till now i.e. 4th November its is not shipped and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait for another 2 business days or 24 hours and sometimes saying that call ekart they will help . They are not even providing correct information.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
