It had been an terrible experience with flipkart as i have been repeatedly complaing about my tv for 2 months and no one has ever come to check and i was promised a refund.Now there is no response from your seller.If the complaint is not resolved by 19th November i will be forwarding a legal case againt flipkart and the seller

        On 25/02/2020 I have booked a flight ticket for travelling from CCU to HYD on 07/05/2020 (PNR MWF6GX) and return ticket from HYD to CCU (PNR YJ9RNM) on 10/05/2020 (Booking ID FF[protected]. The ticket was cancelled from flipkart side and on 13/10/2020 they have informed me that refund has been initiated. For not getting the same I have contacted flipkart and they have asked about my bank details again which I instantly provided on 05/11/2020 but the same is not refunded. To get my refund I have contacted flipkart several times and they keep giving false promises and dates after dates for resolving the issue. On 14/11/2020 customer executive from flipkart told me that issue will be resolved but he unable to give any deadline by which the refund will be processed.

        During this covid pandemic when I am already facing extreme financial hardship this is creating great mental stress on me. Kindly help.

          जिसमें मेंने आपसे samsung galaxy F41 6 gb ram 128 gb स्टोरेज वाला फोन 3 नवंबर को Received किया था जिसमें प्रॉब्लम था जिसकी वजह से रिप्लेस किया गया था और 9 नवंबर को रिप्लेस मिला था लेकिन उसी दिन से वहीं प्रॉब्लम जो पहले वाले फोन मे था वही इसमे आने लगा है और आज दिन तक आ रहा है इसके लिए आपसे 6 बार technician visit हो चुकी जिसमें उन्होंने फैक्ट्री डेटा reset लगाने के बाद फोन चल रहा है तो कोई problems नहीं है पर जैसे ही उसमे goole play store से या फिर सैमसंग स्टोर कोई एप्लिकेशन इंस्टॉल करने के बाद कोई प्रॉब्लम आती है तो वो हमारा प्रॉब्लम नहीं ऐसा बहाना बनाकर छूट जाते हैं, और ये प्रॉब्लम उन्होंने भी जब भी विजिट किया तब face किया है और ये बात उन्होंने एक्सेप्ट भी किया है और उनकी विजिट के दौरान आपके कस्टमर केर मे भी technician से बात करवाई गई है और उन्हों ने आपके executive को भी ये बात बताई गई है पर ये हमारे सेलर पॉलिसी में नहीं आता बताकर अपने हाथ उठा लेते हैं जो बात सरासर गलत है,
          मुजे आपकी Flipkart से 7 Day पॉलिसी के अंतर्गत क्लेम में Refund चाहिए कृपया मुझे इसका Resolution जल्द से जल्द देकर आभारी कीजिए।

          मे आपकी इतनी बड़ी Flipkart ब्रांड पे विश्वास करता हूँ और में Flipkart को ही पहचानता हूँ।

            Warranty of hp laptop

            I ordered an hp15 i3 laptop from flipkart on 29/12/2019 and received on 02.01.2020. Display stops working on 10.08.2020 and on the same day I reached at authorised hp dealer at Thrissur, Kerala and they sent it for flipkart warranty service. After 10 days they call me and told that flipkart purchased this item on 10.08.2019 .so warranty expired on 09.08.2020 and they are not ready to repair it at free of cost. They charged 7000/- to replace...

            I booked air tickets for two passengers on Indigo to travel from Baroda to Cochin on 21/11/20 thru Flipkart Travel. This flight has been cancelled by Airlines and I requested them to refund my booking amount. Accordingly airline made refund of Rs.10, 440/- to Flipkart on 1st Nov. 20 as per their email given to me.

            Till now flipkart has not made any refund to me even after contacting three times with their customer care.

              I had booked one flight ticket last month from Srinagar to Kolkata in Spicejet from Flipkart and got discount which I can easily see in the tickets got from Spicejet and Flipkart. Price mentioned on the Spicejet ticket was greater than Flipkart charged.

              But again when I booked a ticket from Kolkata to Srinagar I got less amount ticket from Spicejet than Flipkart charged . Also after giving discount means flipkart giving fake discount and charging more. Flipkart charged around 700 rs more than the Spicejet if we add the discount amount.

              I am attaching all the 4 tickets which I have received from Flipkart and Spicejet before and now.

              I had contacted to Flipkart also but no valid response from their side.

                I booked a Godrej Fully automatic 7 kg top washing machine on 18th october 2020 and it got delivered on 29th October 2020 and installed on 30th october 2020. I went out of station for next 10 days. After returning we started using the machine and in 2 days the machine started mal-functioning. The spinner drum started to vibrate a lot banging on either side. We switched off and reported the complaint to Godrej service center. When the Godrej service executive visited, the machine did not even start. He said that the board might be gone and there might be problem with the suspension, hence need to open the machine.
                Within 2 weeks a product has broken down with the main board not working and suspensions broken. How can this be justified ?

                I tried contacting Flipkart, they said the return policy was valid only for 10 days. I had the problem exactly on the 14th day. Flipkart is no way taking the responsibility for such a defective piece which broke down in 14 days. The main board is gone and the suspensions broken in 2 weeks. I doubt even if this was a brand new product? Looks like some assembled piece. I am attaching the cover with the machine was packed. It had patches stitched in heat.
                I am a customer of Flipkart for past 10 years and didn't face such a problem. Its extremely disappointing with the flipkart for its delivery and the way I got the response. I want the return/replace of the machine.

                  I booked the above mentioned product but Flipkart have delevered the smaller 55 cm trolley of low cost in place of 65 cm trolley during big billion sell on 20 th Oct 20 vide order ID : OD[protected]. One taking to customer care of Flipkart he is only giving me option to get money refunded but matter is not to take money after one month but I need my booked product in that case Flipkart telling we can not do this as this option is not available.                       I have ordered a wardrobe from Flipkart on 29 Oct 2020 which was delivered on 3rd November 2020, the same day the authorised representatives of Flipkart visited and during installation the product found defective. The same was requested for replacement but despite our repeated request the product has not been replaced so far. The authorised technical team of Flipkart i, e jeeves (Mr Shabir Alam) has confirmed that technical inspection and visit has been completed from their end. However Flipkart is lingering the issue taking the plea of technical visit. More than 12 days have been passed since raising of my complaint for replacement the same has not been done so far. Being plus member of Flipkart I do not deserve such type of services.

                        I had ordered a Thomson 65 inch smart tv from Flipkart on 16th October vide Order ID - OD[protected] but cancelled it on the same day itself since I changed my mind on the purchase. The status on app also confirmed that the product is cancelled and that a refund of the amount would be issued. However, since then the refund is still pending to be credited. I raised this with Flipkart support on 9th November and was told that the same would be resolved by 13th November which didn’t happen. The bank has debited my credit card so I will have to pay if this doesn’t get resolved in the next 2 to 3 days.

                          I bought an LG air conditioner online from Flipkart's Omni Tech retailer on October 26, 2020, which was delivered on November 10, 2020. The item was no warranty cards no payment slip and no Ms. Angel AC outdoor unit inside the box. No one came for the installation after delivery; no message was received after delivery. Then later I contacted the LG Company for the installation. He said that it would take 4 to 6 days. Still, I am waiting. The best of these is that the item was delivered on time after the complaint.

This morning I have spoken to the concerned LG Area Services Manager Mr. Suraj Bali on this mobile number 7360052182. They say that today will not happen because today is a festival, it will be tomorrow or after.

                            Hi Friends,

                            I have purchased a 2 chairs from Flipkart, one for me and to my colleague.

                            If we sit on the chair and lean back we are felling down. Observed same issue for both the chair. I do no know what quality check measurements from Flipkart. Out 2 chairs if 2 chairs are having same issue think the quality of items in flipkart. This one part of the issue. Below is the one more major issues after the sales.

                            Now I have raised the complaint on both the orders.
                            Order 1: Order ID - OD[protected]
                            Order 2: Order ID - OD[protected]
                            This order 2 is mine and order 1 is my colleagues. Below mention details are related to order 2.
                            On the installation day of 24th October 2020 raised an issue by the installation person and later by me. They just kept replacement but the chair is not even dispatched or not approving refund after 20 days. If we reach to customer care they are not even giving any response and after some time the call will be disconnected.

                            Please do not buy any items from flipkart.
                            Amazon is way far better is services after sale and quality of the product compared to flipkart.

                            Please understand one thing, Flipkart should be banned.

                            I got a call from Flipkart but no resolution still only one answer wait for 72hours.

                            But they did not any response to my below questions they just said wait for 72hours and disconnected the call.
                            1. If the seller is not even giving any response for next 72hours also.
                            2. What you have done for these 20days from 24th October.
                            3.They no time for waiting seller response.

                            Pleas do not buy from Flipkart. Amazon is better.

                              Having used flipkart pay later (EMI) option, I had a due of EMI Rs. 2631/- as pending on 1/11/2020, due to be paid on 5/11/2020. Having, noticed the same, I have made a payment of the said amount on 1/11/2020 via the flipkart app. But i saw the EMI payment as pending in the my accounts section of flipkart app after payment. I complaint to customer care executive and was assured it was a technical glitch and it would be redressed immediately. However i continued to recieve payment due reminder, so i made another payment for same amount on 6/11/2020. But to no avail of redressal. The transactions were successful from my end as shown by the debit from my account and my upi transaction statements. I raised multiple complaints against this to cuatomer care and they always assured me redressal in some time by 11/11/2020 and later 14/11/2020. However to this day, my flipkart account shows payment of due as pending. Further i have been penalised for Rs. 300/-, making the total amount as 2931/- on this day (14/11/2020).
                              Also, to add to the sufferings, i am being called by executives from IDFC firat bank on account of payment of their dues of Rs. 2630/- against EMI, due on a loan. Upon research i found the flipkart emi and loan from IDFC firat bank, were related. I contacted IDFC first bank, Agartala regarding the same and informed the callers from bank, that i have already made the made to flipkart and there are issues with it, which i am escalating with flipkart.

                              Now i am stuck in this vicious cycle, where i am sufferings with no fault of mine nor no means of ending such harrasment. Further, such incident, if not resolved is likely to affect my ability to borrow from banks.

                              I hereby plead, to kindly avail me redressal against such sufferings so brought upon me.

                                I have ordered Springtek Amaze Eco matress from flipkart of size 5 X 6ft but the size delivered to me is more in length because of which it is not getting fit into my bed. I had raised the concern immediately to flipkart customer service after delivering the product (on 6th November 2020) but the delivery of the product was not marked as delivered in their system due to which they have not accepted my replacement request. I am continuously taking follow up from flipkart from 6th to 13th November and each time customer service was telling me that issue will get surely resolved and today on 14th November they are saying your replacement request has been closed which is not making any sense.
                                Please replace my product with required size only as soon as possible.

                                  I Have Ordered a Samsung J2 Core of Rs.6299/= From Flipkart Order Id : OD[protected] on 24th May 2020 . but not delivered till now i have call customer care many times but they don't saying any thing always giving a new date when i first contact them they said that because of corana virus situation the delivery are getting late and now they said that product is missing so I told that please give me refund or Delivered my order .

                                    I have baught washing machine on 21 October 20..and delivered on 24 October 20 . Dryer not working properly and vibrating too much. I have requested 03 times for replacement this washing machine. But Flipkart rejected replacement. Flipkart shame on you
