I am Rony Mandal, a customer of Flipkart. Recently I bought a mobile phone from Flipkart during the Big Billion Days.

Product Delivered: 18 October 2020
In this mobile I have facing one issue.
My wifi isn't connecting with it.
I have to reboot the phone & then it connects. But after a while, it again drops...and I have to reboot multiple times a day.
Then I contacted Customer service. They told me to follow some troubleshooting steps...like power off, wifi reset, trying on other devices, even the factory reset!!!
I have to backup all my data and then I did the reset.
Still the problem wasn't solved.
I again contacted them.
They again told me to do the same...and I did. This time, they told that they'll send a technician at my place.
The technician came and asked me about the problem. I told everything. He then told me that Poco doesn't support my broadband!
How is it possible...I have Hathway broadband with 25mbps network speed!
Even the other devices are running smoothly on it for such a long time.
He connects it with his mobile's hotspot and then took a picture of it and told me that your issue is resolved!!
I am trying it on different phones and it is been easily setup.

Two times I have requested for replacement, but without solving my problem they are cancelled my replacement request. The technician of flipkart also admitted the problem with the phone but still rejected the replacement request. It's really harassing me.
For more information, I have ordered products worth more than 25, 000 from Flipkart during this Big Billion Days. And even a plus member on their platform!
Now, they are doing like this.
This is way, another time I am requesting you, please solve my problem otherwise please refund my money.
