I have ordered a product on flipkart on 17th oct, 2020. order id - OD[protected], courier name - delhivery, tracking id[protected], as per tracking details my product has reached to his final destination city on 25th oct, 2020. But they held it at their office and did not deliver. The last day of estimated delivery is today - 28th Oct, 2020. So I called at local delhivery courier office for delivery of the product . They immediately in a very rude way told me that they will not deliver it to my location and told me They will deliver it after 5-6 days. But estimated delivery date is today . The product reached at final delivery station 3 days ago. But they have not delivered it till now . Delhivery courier person (whom I called) - Suman Sil, Contact Number - [protected] . I have the call recording with me.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Nilanjan89 If the order not delivered within 29th October, 2020 . Flipkart should give me compensation for this type of harasment I recieved from Flipkart and as well as from the courier boy .
