Hello sir/mam...I ordered Sony x8000h 55 inch tv on 16th October big billion days...but on 23rd October I got a mail from flipkart saying your order has been cancelled cause it went out of stock..they informed me after 7 days...after that I got a mail saying if you will order the product within 5 days of cancellation of your previous order and if there is any price difference we will support you...so they told me to place a new order and I did...and new order cost me around 87k and I called them after placing a order...then one of the senior supervisor told me I will get the differentiate amount of 34k either as a gift coupon in my FLIPKART wallet or in a bank..after the product will get delivered but they don’t send me any mails or texts regarding this..when you call customer services they just tell you to wait and wait I already waited for 48 hours after placing a new order..why they are not helping... I just need a mail of some assurance that I will get the refund after my product gets delivered...so just help me out

    I ordered a product (pigeon Clean easy deluxe mop) on 11th October, 2020 (OD[protected], and made online payment of 944/- The product was supposed to be delivered by 18th.However, by tracking the package it was shown that on 17th, the product was damaged.The product was later priced at approx 1795/-, and instead of sending a newer replacement they were compelling to cancel the order from my end or buying that at increased price.I refused to choose any of the above suggestions since this was not my fault.After repeated communications in one call they assured me another shipment by 22th.However they didn't kept their word.On 27th they cancelled (!) The order without my consent and refunded the amount which was totally unacceptable. They just harassed me for more than two weeks after taking my money. Such cheap/fraudulent activity can not accepted from such a company which shows false(!) Advertisement involving renowned personalities and keeps on increasing the MRP and showing misleading offers and finally deceive willing customers unlawfully.
    Strict Legal actions should be taken against these companies (indulging in fraudulent activities).

    No response from flipkart yet. They are claiming that refund of the item completed. Till date no refund amount credited in my Bank account. They are playing this kind of fraudulent game with me for quite some time. Please take necessary steps to secure customer's right. They are deceiving customers in the name of Big Billion Day offer.

      I got order delivery on 23 Oct 2030
      Technician who came for installation on same day says tv has some defects.
      He raised replacement request then Flipkart rejected replacement request and convert it into refund request.
      But I want replacement so I cancelled refund and Raised replacement request.
      As per new schedule on 24 Oct.
      Technician will visit by 27 Oct and approval will be done by 27 Oct
      Technician came on 25 Oct. and said he will submit report.
      Today 29 October but there is no status update.
      Customer care has also not proper answer.

          Sir, I am Gyansagar Gupta, I have issues with rear camera picture quality. It clicks a very blurry photo
          please replace it.I request you.
          Also 1st Jeeves technician visited on 23rd, he saw the problem but reported it wrong that there is no issue. That is why resolving my problem is getting cancelled and also delayed.
          Also I have a talk with one of your senior customer executives of FLIPKART. They said I will get an email by 27th october but I did not got any email. Then again I called customer care. They said issue will be solved by 28th october then 29 oct then 31st oct. now they are saying 2nd november.
          Please help me sir in this matter.

            I recently bought the Apple AirPods Pro from Flipkart and after a week the right pod started showing some battery issues and I went to the Apple authorised service centre to get it checked and they found out some issue and they wanted an invoice to proceed with the replacement but turns out Flipkart did not provide me an invoice with the serial number and according to Apple the invoice that I’ve received from Flipkart is not a valid Proof of Purchase.

                        I ordered a Motorola phone on flipkart (order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered on 22nd Oct. However, the phone is defective and its volume and mic is not working, so i requested for a replacement on 27th Oct 2020. However, I got a call from the flipkart executive that the product cant be replaced and they will send a technician. The executive (Mr Akash) was extremely rude. When I told him that i want a replacement and dont want a technician visit during covid times, he asked me " what's the guarantee that the phone that you are returning doesnt have covid virus". I am not sure if you teach your executives to talk like this. Also, he said its fine if you stop using flipkart. I am not sure if thats what flipkart wants its customer care executives to talk like this. Anyways, request you to please replace my product as per the policy on your website since i requested for a replacements within the stipulated time. Didnt expect flipkart to deliver a faulty product.

                          Hi Team,

                          This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch during BB days on 18th of October 2020.

                          The product was supposed to be delivered initially by 23rd of October. However upon calling the CS on the very same day, the ETA was extended to 30th of October.

                          Please understand that the product is a premium one which I purchased from Flipkart & this negligence on the delivery of a product is highly unappreciable. Most of the premium products in other E-Commerce retailers gets delivered in a day or two.

                          Upon discussion with the CS representative, it was understood that there is no option to escalate & prioritize the Order Delivery.

                          Upon comparing this service with other E-Commerce Retailers like Amazon, I have never faced this problem with their delivery Network & the overall experience which I am facing is one of a kind with Flipkart this time around.

                          I would like to understand if there is a way to expedite this delivery as I do see the product being stuck in Kolkata Hub from the last 4 days and no progress on the same.

                          Incident Number raised # IN[protected] & no update yet from the Logistics Team

                          Your CS people to some extend are not having the knowledge/visibility on the overall process & all they are offering are condolences rather than deep diving & finding a solution.

                          Please provide me an update on this ASAP & I would require a closure on this ASAP.

                          Both Flipkart and Ekart showing the same status from the last 4 days without a single update and the product is stuck in Motherhub_Snk for the last 4days

                            मैने फ्लिपकार्ट से विंटर जेकेट 1 रू देक प्री बुक आर्डर किया था 11 अक्टूबर को और जो बाकी बचा पेमेंट 826 रू था वो 15 अक्टुबर 2020 को किया था। और उन्होंने 18 अक्टूबर को डिलेवरी डेट दी थी। डिलीवरी लेट होने के कारण दूसरी डेट 25 अक्टूबर दी थी। और इसी डेट को उन्होंने मेरा ऑर्डर कैंसल कर दिया और रिफंड इस्यू कर दिया।
                            मुझे रिफंड नहीं चाईए। मुझे वो को सस्ता प्रोडकैट चाहिए जो अभी 1725 रू मिल रहा है। क्योंकि और कहीं जगह वो उस टाइम सस्ता मिल रहा था। इन की देरी करने की वज़ह से मैने वो ऑफर भी गवा दिया।इसी लिए मुझे यही प्रोडक्ट्स चाहिए । अगर ये ऐसा नहीं कर पाए तो में कंज्यूमर कॉर्ट में भी केस दर्ज करना पड़ेगा।

                              I ordered realme Buds Air Pro Bluetooth Headset at 19th oct, 2020 during big billion days on flipkart
                              at 26th oct, 2020 i received the same product i started using by very first day i found due to problematic design it's causing a pain in ears hence it's not possible to hold it longer not even for 20-25 minutes continuously for calls

                              i feel losing my 4048/- because of this problematic product
                              i contacted flipkart to refund my money by returning this air buds
                              they denied as seller has no return policy

                              i just want flipkart to take this air buds back i didn't even use for a day it's not possible to use because of this design

                                Hi,

                                I brought 12 wallpaper rolls from flipkart. Those wallpapers were under no return policy. When I received those wallpapers they were in very bad condition. So I contacted flipkart regarding the same and then they blocked me. When I sent them the images of wallpapers they unblocked me and sent me the message that your return was cancelled by seller. Those wallpapers have self adhesive feature. So after getting blocked and with no other choice when I tried to put them on my wall they were falling out because their adhesive is not working. Wallpapers contains lots of bubbles within the roll even before applying. I contacted the flipkart again and they told me that they will contact me regarding the same but I waited for more than 20 days and no action is still taken. Now my money is wasted. I want refund from that seller. Those wallpapers also damaged my wall paints..

                                      I ordered for a Colorcase Back Camera Lens Glass Protector for VIVo X50 Pro through flipkart.com under a no return policy (Order Id: OD[protected] and order date 17.10.2020).
                                      The product was delivered on 27.10.2020 at 6.15 p.m. After sanitisation I opened the pack today on 28.10.2020. But found a lens protector for VIVo X50. It was not for VIVo X50 Pro.
                                      Failed to lodge complain, as it was under no return policy. But wrong product delivered should not be applicable for no return policy.
                                      Please do the needful.

                                        Have purchased a Realme 7 on 16th October 2020 at the price of Rs 13406, payment made via HDFC Credit Card and it got delivered on 18th October. After 2 days o[censored]se, I started facing lagging issues with some of my applications so I thought it was some random issue but the lagging issue was continuos with gaming apps as well. So I escalated the same issue to the customer care for the replacement of my device i.e. on 22nd Oct after which they have asked me to do the 4 steps troubleshooting, after doing that the issue was still not resolved and they assigned the tech visit for my device.

                                        - On the same day, a tech guy had come to my home to check for the device. I have told him about the issue that m facing a lagging issue with some of my apps and he checked the mobile and found the issue in the Zee5 application {downloaded via Playstore which is called as 3rd party app as per tech guy} which is lagging badly and then told me that Flipkart doesn't consider 3rd party apps and the rest your mobile is ok and left and my request for replacement has been canceled.

                                        -After then at the same time, I have again requested a call back that why my request has been canceled as my issue is still not resolved then again 2nd-time tech visit assigned and on the same day the same guy came and checked and found the same issue with apps and said the same thing again and he mentioned to go to brand store for checking and mentioned in his notes issue resolved customer not satisfied (issue was not resolved my device was still lagging with some apps) and then my request has been canceled.

                                        - After then I again called customer care that my issue is still not resolved then 3rd time again they have assigned a tech guy and again the same guy came and again he said the same thing and follow the same process in mentioning my complaints and asked me to go to the brand store to check the device and again request for return or replacement canceled.

                                        I have called several times to the customer care and everyone was assuring me falsely that on 29th your device will pick up and a refund will initiate so wait till 29th Oct. I have been in contact with Flipkart customer care more than 10times but no one had resolved my issue and everyone was assuring me falsely

                                        Now today is the day when I got a final call from the customer care that I need to go to the brand store to check the device as they cannot do anything from their end and the seller is denying for the replacement or return because as per tech guy device is ok.

                                        But FYI my device is not ok and I'm still facing the same lagging issue and I want to know if I have purchased the mobile from Flipkart then why should I go to brand store to check for my device. Have I purchased the second-hand mobile for which I need to run to the brand store to check? I have spent the full money to purchase a new mobile then why should I go for a brand.

                                        Request you to kindly look into my complaint and help me return this faulty second-hand mobile phone and i need full refund against this faulty mobile

                                        My complaint is not yet resolved, how can the company mentioned that the complaint is resolved. I want some strict action needs to be taken place against the company Flipkart, instead of helping they are harassing the customer by selling second-hand products.
