I ordered a Motorola phone on flipkart (order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered on 22nd Oct. However, the phone is defective and its volume and mic is not working, so i requested for a replacement on 27th Oct 2020. However, I got a call from the flipkart executive that the product cant be replaced and they will send a technician. The executive (Mr Akash) was extremely rude. When I told him that i want a replacement and dont want a technician visit during covid times, he asked me " what's the guarantee that the phone that you are returning doesnt have covid virus". I am not sure if you teach your executives to talk like this. Also, he said its fine if you stop using flipkart. I am not sure if thats what flipkart wants its customer care executives to talk like this. Anyways, request you to please replace my product as per the policy on your website since i requested for a replacements within the stipulated time. Didnt expect flipkart to deliver a faulty product.

Updated by Kumar_vishal022 Extremely disappointing service. Flipkart has closed my compliant saying that the product can't be replaced. Why a defective product will not be replaced. Shame on these cheats and thugs
