Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me...

I ordered one washing machine last year from *Flipkart* and now it's not working since one month, about which I gave a complain to the company (Marq) which is owned by *Flipkart* it self. For which the company engineer came to my place and he opened the full machine and at last he said that "moter is not working and right now I don't have it with me so I will come after 2days" and now one whole month is passed no one has come with that part...

I ordered Realme C12 on18th October 2020.Payment was deducted but it is showing payment not yet confirmed from the bank....

Since three months am trying to get my washing machine get serviced under warranty. Flipkart arranged technician after 1 month of chasing and told no parts available and they initiated return and uninstalled the product and kept at my parking. Bt as promised they are not picking up the product for servicing/refund, they are just playing with customers by false informations

Please help me to get this product serviced/Return....

I had ordered some cloths from flipkart big billion days on 15 Oct 2020 12:26 PM...I had paid money using UPI Paytm app my transaction was successful amount also deducted but my order status is order not placed...till date status is same. I have placed an order for a mobile by exchanging with my old mobile.
I clearly read the terms and conditions that there's a minimum exchange value for my mobile what so ever the condition of it and phone just need to be switched on. I paid the amount through prepaid card and at the time of delivery the technician is saying that there are scratches on mobile so we reject this phone. I don't understand why Flipkart is cheating...

I want to change my mobile number in flipkart account. I have added Rs 3500 gift voucher but unable to use it.
