      Sir/Madam,
      I am Rony Mandal, a customer of Flipkart. Recently I bought a mobile phone from Flipkart during the Big Billion Days.
      Device name: Poco M2 pro
      Order ID- OD[protected]
      Ordered on: 16 October 2020
      Product Delivered: 18 October 2020

      In this mobile I have facing one issue.
      My wifi isn't connecting with it.
      I have to reboot the phone & then it connects. But after a while, it again drops...and I have to reboot multiple times a day.
      Then I contacted Customer service. They told me to follow some troubleshooting steps...like power off, wifi reset, trying on other devices, even the factory reset!!!
      I have to backup all my data and then I did the reset.
      Still the problem wasn't solved.
      I again contacted them.
      They again told me to do the same...and I did. This time, they told that they'll send a technician at my place.
      The technician came and asked me about the problem. I told everything. He then told me that Poco doesn't support my broadband!
      How is it possible...I have Hathway broadband with 25mbps network speed!
      Even the other devices are running smoothly on it for such a long time.
      He connects it with his mobile's hotspot and then took a picture of it and told me that your issue is resolved!!
      I am trying it on different phones and it is been easily setup.
      For more details please find the attached Screen recording.

      Two times I have requested for replacement, but without solving my problem they are cancelled my replacement request. The technician of flipkart also admitted the problem with the phone but still rejected the replacement request. It's really harassing me.
      For more information, I have ordered products worth more than 25, 000 from Flipkart during this Big Billion Days. And even a plus member on their platform!
      Now, they are doing like this.
      This is way, another time I am requesting you, please solve my problem otherwise please refund my money.

        I have purchased the product on 15th October and on 25th October the seller cancelled the product on its own I purchased it at 999 and now it's 1799 it's not my problem if seller cancels the product it's the seller and Flipkart who is only responsible I want a fresh new order at same price . My order I'd is OD[protected] and two if three orders were delivered to the same address by the same logistics and from same route.

        The airdopes 402 are not working, so it's like it works some day and then suddenly it's doesn't work . It started after 15 days of purchasing . I don't know what to do about it and it's really annoying that i couldn't use it everytime I'm attending a class

          I ordered a tow truck toy and they send a another toy.
          An requesting return of product they rejecting return request.
          I contact to flipkart 4 times and they raised return and rejected by seller.
          I shared all images of received product to flipkart.
          At 5th time when I contact flipkart they requested give my id proof of aadhar which is needed by seller, and I refused to give my id which is my personal detailed and asked what the requirement of id and they simply sed that this is seller's policy.
          Why I want to give my personal detailed to seller.
          By this act of flipkart, it show the how flipkart is intrest in consumer issues. And they are interested only on sellers side.

            Product is not delivered and reason for cancellation details is not provided .as per the application it has to deliver on 28 th but on 28 4:58 pm in application it is updated as product cancelled due failed attempt of delivery.i have not received any update on delivery

                I ordered this saree for my mother on 19th october during BIG BILLION DAYS.
                It's been 12 days and still my product isn't delivered.
                And the main thing is I'm a FLIPKART PLUS member.. still I'm getting this much late delivery and still insured about it.

                On 26th they told that's there's some issue therefore we will deliver late. I contacted flipkart assistant and she said it will be delivered tomorrow but on 27th no information was given.
                Afterwards it begin to show that order will be delivered on 29th October...
                I waited again for the whole day but nothing happened.

                Now I want flipkart to compensate for this and therefore give me a voucher for more than a thousand rupee as I am their regular plus customer and it's my right to have it because of the difficulties caused by them.

                I hope mu issue will be cleared with correct help and compensation.

                  I am Arup Kumar Mitra. There was a live sale of Flipkart going live on 12:00 am on 16th October
                  I placed an order (order ID is OD[protected]for a mobile handset priced at Rs.18740 (This is offer price) LG g8x (128gb 6gb black) exactly on 16th October midnight. Then next day I was chat with flipkart customer support for 2 issues.
                  First issue is exchange my old phone price is not attached then flipkart customer support tell me my exchange phone model is not in flipkart exchange list .
                  Second issue is cancel General insurance (digital suraksha) Rs 183 without phone order cancel.
                  Then flipkart customer support tell me yes this this possible .Again I am tell him I am not canceling my phone order only cancel my Rs 183 insurance(digital suraksha) option. Then flipkar t customer support tell me yes.
                  But flipkart customer support canceled my phone order. Then I tell him why you cancel my phone order but this guy said JUST SORRY(I have all chat prove).
                  Then I call to Flipkart customer support. They said that fault was flipkart customer support by mistakenly, but flipkart not help me to order this phone. They tell me that is not possible. I tell them as a request, this is not my fault so please help me get this phone. Then one flipkart executive take one complain and she ask me what I need(I have phone call record)then I need my order back because it is not my fault. But then flipkart customer support doing nothing. Now I am not get this phone. And now this product is out of order and they increase price also.
                  I am not cancel this phone order but flipkart customer support cancel so that is not my fault .Flipkart give me harassment and pathetic service .
                  I have all chat prove (this is the prove I am not telling him to cancel this phone order) and all phone call record.
                  I find online consumer court to complaints this but then I find this website and now anyone help me to get MY ORDER BACK.

                            Hi Team,

                            I had ordered a phone(POCO M2) with the order ID mentioned in the subject.
                            However, when the delivery Representative from Ekart came to pick up the exchange phone, they started stating conditions that are not listed in the portal.
                            Additionally, when you are showing ads of your application, you talk very grand about your exchange offers.But why is the truth hidden from the customers and why are new rules being

                            When we are trying to exchange a phone to buy a new phone, we get only the below conditions highlighted :
                            1.Phone should be in a condition that it will stay ON for more than 30 seconds without connected to power source
                            2.The phone should be in a working condition and the IMEI number should match.

                            Other than these two, there is nothing else mentioned in the app.

                            However, when I tried to exchange my phone Moto E, the delivery agent(supposedly a trained person) came and started citing his own terms and conditions.

                            I have attached the condition of my old phone in this email.And I would like your team to let me know where do you see a dent or crack or scratch on the screen?
                            Also please let me know where do you see dent or damage in the body parts of the old phone??
                            AS with my correct vision, I am not able to see any and also 4 other people who examined the phone did not find any such damage as quoted by your TRAINED DELIVERY AGENT EXPERT.

                            Your delivery agent demanded to pay 250 rupees to get the phone delivered to me as the old phone has dents(According to his expert comments).
                            I am not in a position to accept this nuisance at all as my phone is not damaged nor having any dents.If your delivery agent is blind, that is not my issue.
                            I CANNOT KEEP TAKING PAIN and all sorts of INCONVENIENCES CAUSED by your blind and untrained delivery executives!!

                            I do not want to purchase the phone as DO NOT TRUST your policies and services!!!
                            This is just a scam of FLIPKART to lure customers and fool them!!

                            Since my old phone is not having any issues, and I was changed erroneously for the exchange, I demand to cancel my order for POCO M2 and want a refund for the same!!

                            I cannot choose to compromise on trust and ethics and customer centricity or skills!!

                            Please escalate this ASAP and either process refund for the order at the earliest OR accept the old phone for the exchange price quoted which was 1000 rupees!!

When I recieved the order and open the box I didn't find the earphones in the box. I had already sent the request of refund my money and I received the message in which they said our team will call you .But, I’m still waiting there is no response given yet.                                 I am calling everyday at least 3-4 times a day, to customer Service from 19th Oct(Delivery date) and every day I get the same response, Please wait for next 24 hours your concern will resolve, but no one follow up even call back to me and I don't the definition of 24 hours from 19th Oct 2020,

                                So Customer Service agents unable to help the same, they provide me information which is avliable and i can see in my account after login,

                                I get one thing from them, assurance and wait for next 24 hours

                                  I ordered an apple air pods pro which were delivered to my address on 25th Oct'20 with an empty ironically sealed box.
                                  I spoke to your customer service representative yesterday on this matter. I expected that Flipkart would replace or refund the product, but this has not been the case.
                                  Now, today on 28th Oct'20, I just received an email from Flipkart stating that ---- "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact."

                                  Is this the resolution they have provided to me? I received an empty box with just a cable and earplug, and they are saying that the items were intact?
                                  This is a complete fraud that Flipkart is doing to me. This isn't a resolution. They should check with your seller, they should check with E-kart, why the hell I should be facing this loss and I didn't even have received their services? Their Seller or Ekart are facing the benefits of what the customer has paid, this is completely unfair and un-done. kindly provide me with the replacement or refund immediately when I'm not wrong here, they cannot just deny and taking money from customers without providing them with the intended services. This is COMPLETE FRAUD Flipkart is doing.
                                  I need refund/replacement for this and a justification that how are they looting customers is this the way they run their business?

I was asked for my Aadhar details and consent to file an FIR from the Flipkart support team and they told me to wait for 10-12 days. I am hoping for a satisfactory resolution from their end.                                   Moreover, in addition to that, I found that the serial number mentioned on the invoice is not even matching with the serial number written over the box. On checking with Apple about the serial number mentioned on the box, it turns out that the empty box’s product which has been delivered to me is in use since 18th December 2019 (it’s warranty started on 18th December 2019) which clearly proves that the empty box has been sent intentionally.
                                  Flipkart told that they are filing an FIR and will resolve the matter by 11th November. I will keep everyone posted about it.
                                  This ecommerce website is completely fraud. They have denied to provide any resolution. They aren't even sharing the FIR reports and findings. They just denied with no further information. I'll take it to consumer court directly.
                                  It's a request to everyone NEVER TRUST FLIPKART.

                                      I placed MI Laptop Prepaid Order on 22nd October 2020 and It was Delivered
                                      on 3rd Nov 2020. but Yesterday I got a notification your order was cancel and
                                      you will receive your refund amount on 4Nov.

                                      refund because I am already selling my old laptop which is I use for my
                                      regular work. I have no laptop right now. so pls cancel the refund process

                                      If you can not provide mi laptop then cancel my all order from the first
                                      order to the last order and provide me a whole refund which is I pay on
                                      Flipkart till.

                                        I had order Prestige Omega Festival Pack Induction Bottom Cookware Set (Aluminum, 3 - Piece) from Flipkart and i received this item on 24-OCT-2020 from Ecart courier. but i got missing product.
                                        In this item total 4 Piece present but i got only one Piece. Also the received item was not sealed.

                                        I had already raised this concern to customer care. They also take a return request but courier boy is denied to pick up the product and cancel pick up twice. below find the refund Id.
