I had ordered a phone(POCO M2) with the order ID mentioned in the subject.
However, when the delivery Representative from Ekart came to pick up the exchange phone, they started stating conditions that are not listed in the portal.

When we are trying to exchange a phone to buy a new phone, we get only the below conditions highlighted :
1.Phone should be in a condition that it will stay ON for more than 30 seconds without connected to power source
2.The phone should be in a working condition and the IMEI number should match.
Other than these two, there is nothing else mentioned in the app.
However, when I tried to exchange my phone Moto E, the delivery agent(supposedly a trained person) came and started citing his own terms and conditions.
I have attached the condition of my old phone in this email.And I would like your team to let me know where do you see a dent or crack or scratch on the screen?
Also please let me know where do you see dent or damage in the body parts of the old phone??
AS with my correct vision, I am not able to see any and also 4 other people who examined the phone did not find any such damage as quoted by your TRAINED DELIVERY AGENT EXPERT.

Your delivery agent demanded to pay 250 rupees to get the phone delivered to me as the old phone has dents(According to his expert comments).
I am not in a position to accept this nuisance at all as my phone is not damaged nor having any dents.If your delivery agent is blind, that is not my issue.
I CANNOT KEEP TAKING PAIN and all sorts of INCONVENIENCES CAUSED by your blind and untrained delivery executives!!
I do not want to purchase the phone as DO NOT TRUST your policies and services!!!
This is just a scam of FLIPKART to lure customers and fool them!!
Since my old phone is not having any issues, and I was changed erroneously for the exchange, I demand to cancel my order for POCO M2 and want a refund for the same!!
I cannot choose to compromise on trust and ethics and customer centricity or skills!!
Please escalate this ASAP and either process refund for the order at the earliest OR accept the old phone for the exchange price quoted which was 1000 rupees!!
