This is siva, i ordered flipkart new ethinic 4 you women printed straight kurta on 17 oct 2020. I got a massage from flipkart that ‘your item is out for delivery and executive contact number is [protected] EKART WISH MASTER on 22/oct/2020.
I am regular customer of flipkart from 2014, past 6 years, I know flipkart is upto their standards in making fast and secure delivery but this was a worst experience from flipkart side.
1st was delivery guy called me your ordered product has came, come collect, he is telling his address, that i have to travel 22 km up and down, but he won't come to the given address that I mentioned. I literally have to request them to come to the mentioned address. after calling 2-3 times he hung up the call and he rescheduled my product to next day without even confirming me.
After the first call from delivery boy and listening those words i really curse that why i order the product from flipkart. and next day 23/oct/2020 he didn't even called me regarding the product, i got the same message that your product is out for delivery and the end of the day delivery guy simply updating the status to could not be delivered today.
24/oct/2020, today also I got the same message that your product is out for delivery, but the delivery guy didn't called, so I called him asked about my product details, when i ask to please drop my product on given address he simply refuse it and then he said i am standing at 22 km from your address and you should come here to collect your product. so i called the customer service agent and told my problem, she said she will update a complaint regarding this issue. after the customer service call, delivery guy called me and saying silly reasons like his delivery point is only upto that point, he wont make any after that location. I'm regular customer ordering in AMAZON, MYNTRA, LENSKART, even POSTAL LETTERS also coming to the address that I Given.
and end of the day I got a SMS that ODER REJECTED BECAUSE I'M NOT ACCEPTED DURING DELIVERY AND BEING RETURNED TO THE SELLER.
so, if i'm not going to delivery guy mentioned address he will cancel my product without any information? Is this how you treat your most trusted customers?
That kind of service i never expected from the standard site like flipkart.
Please give this as a importance and take necessary action that we trust on flipkart.

If you can't even properly make your EKART wish master execute the delivery, you simple cancel my order and refund my amount.
Then what is the use of your So called your BIG BILLION DAYS?
If a customer is buying a product on your BIG BILLION DAYS is because of those offers you are providing right?
I'm saving money to spend on these BBD's, if you can't delivery my product what is the use?
you are just simple canceling my order and refunding my money.
Is this the proper way of resolving a customer problem?
I'm utterly disappointed by your service flipkart.
From this day on, you have lost your one trusted customer.
The product price is increased by 2000 rs more. Who will compensate that?
