I ordered a laptop 'Lenovo Ideapad S145 Ryzon R3' on 17th October, but the product still didn't get delivered to me. I am calling customer support daily but of no benefit. They are only saying they have escalated the issue and wait for 24 hours, but the problem is not being resolved. It normally takes 2-3 days to deliver to Hyderabad, it has already been more than 13 days. really disappointed and angry with Flipkart service.
While tracking on ekart logistics (Tracking id- FMPP[protected]), I get to know the product reached to my nearest hub on 27th October but the next day it was dispatched back to the previous hub without notifying me or clarifying anything.

    I had ordered two blankets.. today on delivery i got only one blanket which is different in colour and size. Another one is missing. From 1-2hrs till i recieved my order i am calling on customer care. The machine says our team member will call in 22minutes.. till now no calls.. its harrasing.

      During order I had mention billing address with gst detail and shipping address. But invoice generated over the same with same shipping address.

      Contact with customer executives, they refuse to update invoice, and mention that they have some legal restrictions.

      Kindly help for same.

        I have ordered for Boult Audio probass black colour Bluetooth headset on 16th Oct. On 21st Oct I have recieved the product but was in white colour.

        Raised a replacement request twice but both the time it got rejected as I am not ready to provide my ID proof.

        I don't understand why is this replacement policy so? When user wants to buy a product no photo ID is required but while replacement of product it is required..

        The best part is Flipkart doesn't even ask KYC details while sign up!!

        Yet to receive an update from Flipkart

              My order was picked on 24th oct, 2020 bt still I have not received my refund whenever I try to call the customer care they tell me to waot for 24 hours.And they are delaying my complain.I want my money back.I am very disappointed the services of flipkart.my order id is

                        Flipkart is asking for my aadhar card for return request

                        Incident: IN[protected]

                        When I asked for return, flipkart is forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD ) scanned copies to get my return request accepted.

                        As a normal common man, I was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties.

                        They are harassing...

                          I took mobile from flipkart which is having vibration on the back side of the body which is intense so I asked to refund which they are refusing by telling it is common issue in all mobiles by techician visit .so I would like to look into this as a priority as it is kind of delivering defective product and asking to adjust with it

                            I have order an acer laptop for approximately 45000 RS from Flipkart on 15th October 2020 . It was supposed to be deliver on 20th October 2020 and on 18th October 2020 it got out for delivery, but it never reached me. Still not the product is not delivered and the flipkart team is asking me for 48hrs everyday to work on the issue. I even went to ekart in Kharghar location, but they are saying it is an issue from ekart side and they are fixing it. Since 11 days the issue has not been fixed and flipkart is not giving me any solution as well on the issue.

                              I was ordered a laptop (order id-OD[protected] on 16 Oct 2020, and it would be delivered on 23rd Oct but not received order delivery date was revised as 28 oct but my product not was not received on 28 again delivery date revised by flipcart as 2 nov

                              but in between yesterday i have received a call from Flipcart Hyedrabad and they are saying to me that plz cancle the order and book again i have still objection on this now product cost are increase I want my product with interest rate which is advance paid by me,

                              This big company customer satisfaction policy are showing that customer are not important for him

                                Hi I had ordered a few items from Flipkart out of which I had ordered 2 bangles Kada from MJ Fashion Jewellery Brass Cubic Zirconia Gold-plated Kada 2 pairs of this . the box i received had only one pair and the outer inbox says 2 in quantity. when i logged a complaint i was told il be getting a reply by 29th octomber. and then recieved a email saying issue is closed and the seller says that both the pairs were delivered.

                                I have not received one pair whereas the other one is faulty. forget about the pair i dint receive the one i received atleast shud be returnable but that is also rejected .. i have paid for the items and it is not a small amount to let go..

                                so i want to complain against MJ Fashion Jewellery for not delivering the right product and top not even accepting return for the product received which is faulty. when the product is in the 30 day return period mentioned and the product was reported right after it wass received to me.

                                i have attached the screenshot of the product which i had order which wer 2 nos. out of which one is missing

So I wanted to return this product but when I clicked on return option replacement was there but refund was not there. I want refund of my money not replacement of the same product.                                       I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 29th October 2020. Order id OD[protected]. Amount got deducted from my account. Everything was fine till today morning. Suddenly order got cancelled without my consent.

                                      In the app it is showing "out of stock" and in email they say "incorrect bank offer applied". But, item is still in stock with the same seller.

                                      One week ago i ordered same laptop from same seller, but order got delayed by 8 days for no reason. It was supposed to come on 29th october, suddenly date changed to 6th november. In between, yesterday price got reduced, so i booked fresh order and cancelled previous one.

                                      My order was supposed to come on 5th November. But got cancelled this morning.

                                      They are not consistent with reason also...

                                      This is a clear glitch. In order page it is shown, refund processed... but i have to wait till November 11th to get my money back...

                                      Till then no money, no product...

                                      I think this is a glitch... They are holding customers money unnecessarily in their account and from the interest they earn, they are giving salries to their employees... And this seller has no intention of selling products.. I doubt whether he has a product or not... First delayed order, now cancelled...

                                      I lost my money, energy, time and peace of mind...
