I have purchased realme tv from Flipkart during bill billion days 15 October 2020 and it's delivered by 17 October 2020. During sale it's was looking great but after one day of delivered it's seems many problems like
1. Bluetooth connectivity not working properly, sometimes remote also
2. Tv not working well with wifi
3. Tv screen is blinking automatically
4. It's shows lacking issue
5. Command not receive properly
6. Remote not working effectively
7. Sound lagging
8. It's screen shows dark part after 20 minutes of on without any button
9.its audio jeck is disgusting
10.its Tv stand is wrecked
That's why I want to return this product . I have already complaint against it but they cancel my return request and now return option is not available . So what should I do please tell me . Please help 🥺 me .
Somebody helps me . I have borrowed money for this tv . Please return my product .

    I have given them plenty of business.

    now i cant check my order update /refund status etc

      As a plus member of flipcart, i made a order for buying of mobile on 15th oct 2020 (big billion day for plus member) by making payment through sbi credit card.
      The product was to dispatched on 20th oct 2020. On 21st oct'20 the status of the product shown as "Since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled". but customer care is saying its due to wrong GST no entered by customer it was cancel but as per order given by me its correct as i checked. Status screenshot attached below.

      so how it can cancel by this type of reason. if don't have stock then how can flipcart receive the order.

      now big billion day was over. stock is over. offer on payment also over.
      how can one company denies to dispatch the order after accepting it. even if they are denies to accept the complain. such a unfair trade practice hurt me a lot.

        We have purchased a new LG Smart TV in exchange offer for CRT TV.

        The delivery person denied to take the CRT TV inspite of it working well.

        It is very disappointing that Flipkart is offer such services which they can not really provide assistance on.

        Plus the delivery people were so arrogant when we asked them the reason for not taking the CRT TV which was working in full condition.

        Flipkart have not resolved the issue yet.

          Hi, I ordered apple xr phone (OD[protected]. No one contacted me from delivery team and cancelled this order without taking my permission

          On 20/10/2020
          I got message in the morning that it will be delivered to me on 20th but no one contacted me from delivery team over my contact number or reached my home address. I got message in the evening that delivery failed. How can delivery be failed if no one contacted me?
          I raised the issue at night and it was told to me that you will receive the product by 21/10 and will get the answer why incorrect message was sent with failed delivery when I was not even contacted.

          On 21/10/2020
          No message or call from delivery team.
          I cheked with flipkart agents 2-3 times and everytime they told me that it will be delivered by 24/10

          On 22/10/2020
          No message or call from delivery team.
          I cheked with flipkart agents again 2-3 times and everytime they told me that it will be delivered by 24/10

          On 23/10/2020
          I got a refund message (100Rs less that what I have paid) in addition to the message that your order is cancelled.

          Now, I have been chasing since last 4 days with your team. I don't want a refund, I want the phone to be delivered to me. If amount is refunded, I can repay you back that amount. I'm not going to reorder as the price of the phone is increased now by 10K. Please reprocess the delivery else I will contact the consumer court now or go to all courts possible to get my phone.

          The current price is Rs. 45, 000. When I ordered the phone the price was Rs.35, 000. Please pay the difference of Rs.10, 000, then I will reorder. Else reprocess from your end the same phone at Rs.35, 000.

          I bought the phone from flipkart. So Flipkart is responsible to provide me the phone at Rs. 35, 000.

            This is the order I'd of Dell Vostro laptop I had ordered on big billion day it was supposed to be delivered on 19, I bought with exchange offer of my old laptop.so when I went there with my old laptop then he ran the checks but error was coming so Ekart person talked with his boss gave me his no& his boss no . I called his boss he told sir tomorrow morning I will send another delivery boy.but in the same night I got a message that my order is cancelled, so I contacted Flipkart customer care then their representatives told that delivery will be attempted within 2-3 days, but on next day morning I got a message that as per your request we have cancelled this product. When I contacted Flipkart customer care executive again then they are unable to do anything . Being a plus member this behaviour of Flipkart with his loyal customer is totally unforgiving.I want my laptop as soon as possible, as I had urgent work and I ordered the laptop for that, which is also suffering.. Flipkart & his delivery boy made false promises and I had to suffer from this . constantly contacting Flipkart, his delivery boy and not getting my product which I needed the most made me mentally harrased..I want resolution from Flipkart, at least I need the same laptop at same price

                  I got a laptop in the Flipkart sale for the price shown at that time. And now, the company has cancelled the order and saying that it was our mistake of that inappropriate price at that time and has given a compensation of Rs 1000. I needed that laptop badly for my brother online classes. We are not that much financially stable right now and our whole family is very happy and excited and were eagerly waiting for the laptop to be arrived. But this message had arrived. We need that laptop and at that cost only for the online classes and further interaction with the teacher or we had to buy the phone only cause of the budget that we could afford.

                    I Ordered a HP Pavillion Lapton through flipkart as on 10 oct 2020 that has been packed and shipped on the same date.
                    promise of delivery was 13 oct 2020 (PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED ON THAT DAT) and next delivery date has been given

                      I submitted an exchange when I paid for to buy a phone. The guy who came for exchange was rude and uneducated. The website clearly states tht they do take exchange even if the touch is not working. Where in the exchange guy was willing to understand that if the touch is not working he would not me able to dial *06# to check imei. I had the box and the bill too

                        First the order got delayed by 15 days without any prior notice, the customer care agents kept on committing that the order will be delivered but it didn't happen.
                        After this i raised a cancellation request but the refund amount is not credited to my account till now, when asked about the same, they are just stretching the matter and not taking any action . The agents are not replying on chat and when asked about the same on the call they are cutting my call . I am fed up of this and this matter is now very frustrating.
                        The amount of 35, 500 is not less for a student like me. I have lost all my trust on flipkart now. There is no point being a Plus member now .
                        Flipkart officials if you people have some integrity left please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                        I am attesting a copy of the order and my account statement which clearly shows i have not recieved my refund till date.

                        Sir I have checked with bank and they are saying that only flipkart can help on this. Please check with your seller and initiate the refund as soon as possible . You people are not concerned with customers, during the payment the money is taken instantly and when the time for refund comes which is also due to your fault, you people are not helping the customer.

                        Also I am not provided a rrn, they are everytime giving me some random 5-6 digit number which is not a RRN, thinking customers as fools, I need a UTR number as well, very bad service.

                            Iam writing this complaint because I feel cheated by flipkart. On big billion day sales, on 16th october i booked a phone named Poco X2. And the money paid is 15, 249₹ .And then at 8:43am i cancelled the order. The order is OD[protected]. And they told that the refund will be added to my debit card on October 19. But still now no amount is transferred in to my account. And all the time I call the flipkart customer service they are saying that already your money is refunded and they said me to contact my bank with the reference number they gave. And I contacted my bank. They said that we couldn't do anything with this reference number. So I have to get my money back. Otherwise I have to file a case in the customer court. Flipkart please don't cheat your customers.

                              Dear Sir/Ma:am,
                              I had purchased a laptop on my 2nd oct 2020 from flipkart. At that time it was showing a price of 25, 519 Rs. The product was in stock and thats why I was able to purchase the product in COD but on 23Oct they cancelled my product stating that at time time of purchase the product was not in stock and it was a technical glitch. Later I called the customer service guy and she said that the product is cancelled from seller side due to wrong mrp listed on flipkart. This dual answer from two party for same product is not acceptable and thats why i filed this complaint

                                  I was trying to place order on 2nd September 2020. Order was not placed successfully but money deducted (₹676/-). From then onwards, I am contacting Flipkart customer service. They raised the issue many times but sometimes they mark issue 'RESOLVED' when in actual it's not and they even told me many times that they are getting some technical issues. I called them, chat with them but they are not refunding my money. They also removed the order ID from Order history. Now, they told me that they have no money deduction history.
                                  I have the transaction ID, order ID and Incident ID also.

                                    I have ordered some mobile from flipkart and they have blocked my account and telling me that I am reseller this is wrong how they can block my account . As assume as a reseller than also they are wrong because a customer can buy as much as he want . Customer can order 100 pcs or 50 pcs it's the responsibility of flipkart is to provide . Flipkart as given me good service but when we are giving money, so why they have problem . If they telling that we are reseller so why they are giving sales to us then we order something like at least 8 products. Pls resolve this and flipkart has blocked my 2 accounts because of this

                                    I called the Flipkart customer service they told that we are sending your complaint to the Flipkart team and the message came there the Flipkart team will call you at this time and they didn't call . The call has to come today but didn't came date 23october, Friday, 2020

                                      Ordered mobile from flipkart and haven't received on the date they promised, rather solving the problems even they're just giving new date every time i called them and the same thing is repeated, very first date of dilevery was 19 than 23 and now 28 and the way they are providing service now i can feel same thing is going to happen again on 28th as well 😑

                                        Still product not delivered and shipment update stuck from date 18.10.2020 at farukhnagar
                                        same thing hpnd with me, laptop supposed to deliverd on 19th, then 23rd, then after no status update n laptop still not delivered
