    My order was supposed to be delivered at 18th oct 2020 which was the promised date. I've contacted customer care several times and I never got a proper explanation/updates.
    I've been told that a team is working on solving my issue but till now I haven't received any updates from them.

    Also, my product has been received by Mother_hub blr on Oct 16th at 1: 24 am and I haven't got any updates after that.

        This is to bring to the notice that i had ordered 2 phones on October 16, 2020
        1) Apple iphone SE black (64 GB) on thr said date. The delivery date was given as October 18, 2020.

        The date passed and the product was not delivered.

        When inquired about the delivery i was given next date as October 20, 2020.

        The product was not delivered on 20 October, 2020 also.

        After making complaints for late delivery, i was assured that i will get my product on 20 October itself and i should wait for 7 pm.
        Flipkart makes deilveries till 7 pm.

        The day passed and product was undelivered.

        On 21 October, 2020 i again called and had a chat on call with the customer care and again i was given another date for the delivery, that was October 24, 2020. The customer care said that my complaint/query has been escalated and send ahead as important query to be addressed as soon as possible.

        On the same day October 21, 2020, I received a call from flipkart customer care inquiring about my query and assuring that my product will be delivered by October 26, 2020 and was also assured that the delivery of the phone will not be postponed any futher.

        PLEASE NOTE that:
        The product(phone) was shipped on 16 October, 2020 itself and it reached and even left the flpikart facility in Gurgaon on October 17, 2020 itself and after that there is no update on the flipkart app about the delivery.

        TODAY is 21 October, 2020 And if i track the order it shows the delivery date as 20 October, 2020

        Today (21 October, 2020), i got a call from the flipkart customer care saying there is delay in delivery of the phone and asking me to cancel the order.

        I have been patiently waiting for my phone and what I am getting is the company asking me yo cancel my order.
        WHY SHOULD I CANCEL THE ORDER ?

        I am not been provided any details of the courier company or any number to contact them and just get thr same reply that i will soon be delivered.
        The last update i can see is that the ohone has left the Gurgaon.

        When the product has already left the Gurgaon facility, it should take this long to reach and above all i am being asked to cancel the order.

        IMPORTANT:
        I have been getting new dates of the delivery of phone and daily its getting postponed.
        As we all know, these days everything is been done online and not having a phone is very painful.
        My work is getting piled up as my previous phone is not functional anymore.

        I WANT THE DELIVERY of the phone and not anymore dates.

        I want to ask can flipkart assure me that if cancel my order, will i get the phone in same price that i had booked on 16, October ?
        And if not, why should i suffer and pay more amount ?
        I have been waiting for it patiently and what i am getting in return is being asked to cancel.
        The company should instead ask the courier company for the delay and not the customer to cancel the order.

        I JUST WANT MY PHONE DELIVERED TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
        Me and my work has been suffering due to delay in delivery.

        REQUEST you to kindly contact your courier service you had tied up with to deliver the product and make the delivery fast.

        The experience shopping with flipkart till now was very good.
        All this is showing a bad image of the company for me.

        Do not make me regret shopping with flipkart.

          I order a phone on 15th November and cancel in 18th October. Flipkart says seller initiated refund and it will credited in my bank by 20th October but I did not got money. My order id OD[protected].they send me to my SBI bank branch but branch said they can't do anything if seller sent the money then it will be credited if not then you should contact Flipkart

After delivery, i found that Phone has a manufacturing defect and 3.5 mm Audio jack not working as it is manufacturing defect.. So i raise the replacement request. With Flipkart.                 I have purchase new Samsung Galaxy F41 from Flipkart by taking exchange offer (Order Id: OD[protected]. For this exchange they offered Rs 2550/- off when I was ordering new phone.

                My old phone was in working condition with no defect, but at the time of delivery.. the delivery boy refused to pick the old phone at offered price, rather he said that there is some problem in back cover, asked me to pay 2550/- then only he will deliver the new phone.

                Whereas, in flipkart website, it was mentioned that they will offer Rs: 2550 if no issue, Rs 1900 if Body issues like dents, cracks & parts missing and Rs 1150 if Phone screen issues like crack, discoloration, screen coming out, touch not working, or body deshaped/bent.

                The delivery boy using all rubbish means to defame my old phone and not accepting what's written in flipkart terms and condition for exchange. This is very awful and unworthy by Flipkart and its people.

                  Greetings,

                  I deactivated the account by mistake (instead of logging out).

                  Tried to reactivate using the steps given on the website to reactivate.

                  Receiving the error - "unable to process request. Please retry."

                  Tried with a laptop, desktop version Flipkart site, and in-app also but the issue still persists, also tried with different browsers but still showing error.

                  Please address!

                    I have bought MSI GF75 laptop during big billion day sale for 74, 999. on delivery i have thouroughly checked and the laptop is genuine and running normally, however while regestering for warranty, i came to notice that the serial number is mismatching on invoice. i have raised complaint to flipkart customer care, but the only clue i have got is that they cannot correct the bill and they have initiated refund process, WHICH I DO NOT WANT as i bought it for my official use and i need laptop urgently. furthermore they refuse to provide a replacement, instead i have to ore-order it by paying 79, 999. i feel cheated and scammed for my time and money. now i cannot trust flipkart as it is not reliable in time of need.

                          I can buying samsung f41 on dated 16th october 2020 but when delivery boy not accepted exchange buy back product and mention outward product so i can give it cancellation exchange price rs.3550/- but delivery boy not picking up my phone as well i went courier office and wait for since 4-5 hours for his office. and till today date of 22th oct-2020 still my problem was not resolved . even i called to flipkart customer care, they told me problem was resolved very soon but now filpkart sale was finished up. my product price was high so i have to be loss of 3000/- rs. if i can buy it today itself.

                          so do the needful and provide me my phone. i can give it exchange product rs.3550/-

                            Hope you are doing well. My complain is regarding recent purchase, i got wrong product which detail not mention in your app.when i raise refund query, they are doing irresponsible behaviour, i talk with many time but they tell me seller fault.seller not accepting refund.what should i do? I need resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Hi, this is reference to my Order OD[protected] placed for new Morola G-9 against exchange of old Morola G-5S on 16th October 2020.Today your delivery guy came for delivery, ( already late by roughly 3 days) He gave some excuse of delivery boys not ready to attend such calls consisting exchange offers by your company, now this argument was not undersatndable at all. Anyways, my phone which i had to wxcahnge is in good condition, but the delivery boy showed no interest of handing over new mobil i ordered and made weird reasoning and calimu=ing my phone is not in good condition Also he asked me to give Rs.750 extra from the value my phone was valued by Flipkart.so i request you to kindly look into the matter asap, because i can't believe this is how Flipkart is working during sale period and otherwise too. Hope this will be taken to notice soon to prevent further legal action .

                                I bought an IPhone SE on 16th of October, I got the phone 18th of October, for the reason I wasn’t my place so my mother kept the parcel. Today morning on 22nd of October I came back to my place and I opened the parcel, and it was damaged. It has so many scratches in the camera and the back and front screen also. I raised a request for replacement.One of flipkart’s customer care executive has called and told me to call Apple for the issue occurred. I called Apple, they told me, I’ve a 7 days replacement option so I should go for it. Again I talked to flipkart customer care, they are telling me they will not replace the item. I want a replacement. Otherwise I’ll go to consumer forum for my problem, because I’ve spent lot for my phone, and I brought this phone because o[censored]sing.

                                  I ordered 10 nos of Borosil Endura Glass Storage Jars (5 nos of 600 ml size and 5 nos 1200 ml size) on 15th October '20 with a delivery commitment of 18th October'20 (ORDER No. OD[protected].

                                  Items not yet received (Today is 22nd Oct).

                                  Flipkart Customer Care is not able to provide any information more than - "BACKEND TEAM IS WORKING ON YOUR ISSUE'.

                                  I have also spoken to Mr Suraj of Flipkat Social Media team in this connection on 19th Oct and he needed max 48 hours. He never came back.

                                  Today I spoke to Md Asif Ansari of Customer Care supervisor and he asked to to wait for one more day and some one will get back to me with complete information (NOT THE MATERIALS).
