Hi,

I brought 12 wallpaper rolls from flipkart. Those wallpapers were under no return policy. When I received those wallpapers they were in very bad condition. So I contacted flipkart regarding the same and then they blocked me. When I sent them the images of wallpapers they unblocked me and sent me the message that your return was cancelled by seller. Those wallpapers have self adhesive feature. So after getting blocked and with no other choice when I tried to put them on my wall they were falling out because their adhesive is not working. Wallpapers contains lots of bubbles within the roll even before applying. I contacted the flipkart again and they told me that they will contact me regarding the same but I waited for more than 20 days and no action is still taken. Now my money is wasted. I want refund from that seller. Those wallpapers also damaged my wall paints..

    I ordered a lenovo M10 tab on 21st october[protected] for rupees 12999 but as the delivery is getting late i cancelled my order on[protected].. I got a notification that i will receive my refund of rupees 12999 by[protected] by 1.30 pm...but I dint receive my refund yet...i wrote a complaint to flipkart about the issue but still I dint receive my refund

        I ordered for a Colorcase Back Camera Lens Glass Protector for VIVo X50 Pro through flipkart.com under a no return policy (Order Id: OD[protected] and order date 17.10.2020).
        The product was delivered on 27.10.2020 at 6.15 p.m. After sanitisation I opened the pack today on 28.10.2020. But found a lens protector for VIVo X50. It was not for VIVo X50 Pro.
        Failed to lodge complain, as it was under no return policy. But wrong product delivered should not be applicable for no return policy.
        Please do the needful.

          Have purchased a Realme 7 on 16th October 2020 at the price of Rs 13406, payment made via HDFC Credit Card and it got delivered on 18th October. After 2 days o[censored]se, I started facing lagging issues with some of my applications so I thought it was some random issue but the lagging issue was continuos with gaming apps as well. So I escalated the same issue to the customer care for the replacement of my device i.e. on 22nd Oct after which they have asked me to do the 4 steps troubleshooting, after doing that the issue was still not resolved and they assigned the tech visit for my device.

          - On the same day, a tech guy had come to my home to check for the device. I have told him about the issue that m facing a lagging issue with some of my apps and he checked the mobile and found the issue in the Zee5 application {downloaded via Playstore which is called as 3rd party app as per tech guy} which is lagging badly and then told me that Flipkart doesn't consider 3rd party apps and the rest your mobile is ok and left and my request for replacement has been canceled.

          -After then at the same time, I have again requested a call back that why my request has been canceled as my issue is still not resolved then again 2nd-time tech visit assigned and on the same day the same guy came and checked and found the same issue with apps and said the same thing again and he mentioned to go to brand store for checking and mentioned in his notes issue resolved customer not satisfied (issue was not resolved my device was still lagging with some apps) and then my request has been canceled.

          - After then I again called customer care that my issue is still not resolved then 3rd time again they have assigned a tech guy and again the same guy came and again he said the same thing and follow the same process in mentioning my complaints and asked me to go to the brand store to check the device and again request for return or replacement canceled.

          I have called several times to the customer care and everyone was assuring me falsely that on 29th your device will pick up and a refund will initiate so wait till 29th Oct. I have been in contact with Flipkart customer care more than 10times but no one had resolved my issue and everyone was assuring me falsely

          Now today is the day when I got a final call from the customer care that I need to go to the brand store to check the device as they cannot do anything from their end and the seller is denying for the replacement or return because as per tech guy device is ok.

          But FYI my device is not ok and I'm still facing the same lagging issue and I want to know if I have purchased the mobile from Flipkart then why should I go to brand store to check for my device. Have I purchased the second-hand mobile for which I need to run to the brand store to check? I have spent the full money to purchase a new mobile then why should I go for a brand.

          Request you to kindly look into my complaint and help me return this faulty second-hand mobile phone and i need full refund against this faulty mobile

          My complaint is not yet resolved, how can the company mentioned that the complaint is resolved. I want some strict action needs to be taken place against the company Flipkart, instead of helping they are harassing the customer by selling second-hand products.

            Still order not delivered with many delays

            asus vivobook 14 ordered at oct 15, now its still in bangalore for past 4 days and customer care said Issue will be resolved by Oct 24 again changed to oct 29.please make the delivery as soon as possible..more than 15 days delay..

            16 Oct I ordered and still not recieved. 26 was promised date. Changed to 28 and 28 also no scope. Status has not changed since 24. Flipkart page shows gurgoan while tracking shows dispatched to farukhnagar. Customer care is not responsible enough. Have to sit for nearly 2 hrs to get through them. They are seriously harassing customers. Will stick to cod now

Wish master always refused the came to my address...he is came in city and stands there ..and city to my address distance is 3km ...but my address is order deliverable and Flipkart accept my address for delivery but wish master says come to city and collect your product ...

              This problem is all peoples facing from my village...wish master don't come in villages ..they say service not available at your area ...

                As we know that recently Big Billion Day was over and after a long wait I booked a Thomsan 9 A series Smart TV .

                As per updater from flipkart it was suppose to get deliver till 2 Nov, 2020.
                But it arrived early and as per update, my product was arrived in Bahraich on 21 Oct and flipkart delivery partner shows that they tries to deliver my product three times in between 22-26 Oct for which they neither called me nor shared the contact details for the delivery boy.
                Now it's showing that the product is cancelled, for which I tried to take help with flipkart and it's delivery partner GATI Courier, but I haven't got any positive feedback.

                Currently I want my product delivered, because this not my fault and just because of careless delivery partner I am suffering .

                Kindly look into the matter because at this stage I want my product instead of any refund.

                Kindly resolve the matter on priority basis since it's hampering the reputation of flipkart itself due to someone else's fault.

                  I bought a laptop from Flipkart 15th October 2020. I received the product on 20th October 2020. I noticed white patches on the screen, these patches are clearly visible on black screens that's why It took time for me to notice the defects of the product. Immediately I raised a return/ replacement with Flipkart on 23 October 2020. Initially Flipkart sent me notification saying the issue will be resolved by 26 October 2020 9PM IST but I didn't get any call/email from Flipkart. After 10PM on 26th October 2020 I called Flipkart again for status, then the resolution date pushed to 28 October 2020 3PM IST. Today(28 October 2020) I can see my return request is rejected. Today again I called to Flipkart, to help me with the resolution. Initially one of the executive is saying return policy is expired and thats why flipkart cannot replace the damaged product i received after some argument they have pushed the resolution date to 3 more days 31 October 2020.

                  I reason behind my worry is that, when I was speaking to one of the executive he was mentioning return policy is only 7 days so that return / replacement cannot be done. But I raised my return request on 23rd October 2020 only.

                      I placed order on 15th October during big billion day sale for apple i phone se at rupees 25999 and i m a plus member
                      My order expected delivery date was 18th October still its not delivered and without reaching the destination city that is bhiwani it was made out for delivery and made undelivered even i got no call from delivery boy... I m questioning if it didn't reached bhiwani how can u make it out for delivery and marked undelivered and then after that there is no update of product reaching bhiwani...when will i receive my parcel?? Ur agents are calling me and asking me to cancel my order but I wont be canceling my order because its price has increased now so dont ask me for cancellation i want my order because the price has increased by 9000 now so its a loss for me if i cancel previous order and place a new one ... Make my previous order delivered as soon as possible

                        I have ordered a product on flipkart on 17th oct, 2020. order id - OD[protected], courier name - delhivery, tracking id[protected], as per tracking details my product has reached to his final destination city on 25th oct, 2020. But they held it at their office and did not deliver. The last day of estimated delivery is today - 28th Oct, 2020. So I called at local delhivery courier office for delivery of the product . They immediately in a very rude way told me that they will not deliver it to my location and told me They will deliver it after 5-6 days. But estimated delivery date is today . The product reached at final delivery station 3 days ago. But they have not delivered it till now . Delhivery courier person (whom I called) - Suman Sil, Contact Number - [protected] . I have the call recording with me.

                              Sir/Madam,
                              I am Rony Mandal, a customer of Flipkart. Recently I bought a mobile phone from Flipkart during the Big Billion Days.
                              Device name: Poco M2 pro
                              Order ID- OD[protected]
                              Ordered on: 16 October 2020
                              Product Delivered: 18 October 2020

                              In this mobile I have facing one issue.
                              My wifi isn't connecting with it.
                              I have to reboot the phone & then it connects. But after a while, it again drops...and I have to reboot multiple times a day.
                              Then I contacted Customer service. They told me to follow some troubleshooting steps...like power off, wifi reset, trying on other devices, even the factory reset!!!
                              I have to backup all my data and then I did the reset.
                              Still the problem wasn't solved.
                              I again contacted them.
                              They again told me to do the same...and I did. This time, they told that they'll send a technician at my place.
                              The technician came and asked me about the problem. I told everything. He then told me that Poco doesn't support my broadband!
                              How is it possible...I have Hathway broadband with 25mbps network speed!
                              Even the other devices are running smoothly on it for such a long time.
                              He connects it with his mobile's hotspot and then took a picture of it and told me that your issue is resolved!!
                              I am trying it on different phones and it is been easily setup.

                              Two times I have requested for replacement, but without solving my problem they are cancelled my replacement request. The technician of flipkart also admitted the problem with the phone but still rejected the replacement request. It's really harassing me.
                              For more information, I have ordered products worth more than 25, 000 from Flipkart during this Big Billion Days. And even a plus member on their platform!
                              Now, they are doing like this.
                              This is way, another time I am requesting you, please solve my problem otherwise please refund my money.

                                I have purchased the product on 15th October and on 25th October the seller cancelled the product on its own I purchased it at 999 and now it's 1799 it's not my problem if seller cancels the product it's the seller and Flipkart who is only responsible I want a fresh new order at same price . My order I'd is OD[protected] and two if three orders were delivered to the same address by the same logistics and from same route.

                                The airdopes 402 are not working, so it's like it works some day and then suddenly it's doesn't work . It started after 15 days of purchasing . I don't know what to do about it and it's really annoying that i couldn't use it everytime I'm attending a class

                                  I ordered a tow truck toy and they send a another toy.
                                  An requesting return of product they rejecting return request.
                                  I contact to flipkart 4 times and they raised return and rejected by seller.
                                  I shared all images of received product to flipkart.
                                  At 5th time when I contact flipkart they requested give my id proof of aadhar which is needed by seller, and I refused to give my id which is my personal detailed and asked what the requirement of id and they simply sed that this is seller's policy.
                                  Why I want to give my personal detailed to seller.
                                  By this act of flipkart, it show the how flipkart is intrest in consumer issues. And they are interested only on sellers side.

                                    I have ordered a fasttrack sunglass from Flipkart .in Flipkart application delivery expected on 28 but it is cancelled anonymously on 28 Oct at 4:58 am .when requested a call back from Flipkart customer care representative given a adverse answer saying that product can not be delivered .I have given my office address to deliver the product .in my office security guard will be available 24X7 then how come delivery missed

                                      I ordered realme 7i mobile on 16th October 2020 big billion sell with exchange offer . I pay its amount from my debit card. Now Flipkart customer care executive give update that Amount had credited in my account but no any amount is credit in my account . I sent them my account statement also but no reply
