This is in regards to the recent order(Id - OD[protected] placed and received the wrong item. Being a Flipkart plus member receiving the unexpected experience from Flipkart.
Firstly, Order the product early although I'm aware and close to big billion sales because of the need for a product, resulting in the wrong item received and additionally now the price has been reduced since the sale is live. Ultimately it's me now suffering a lot being a customer of Flipkart even availing a FlipkartPlus membership.
Secondly, contacted customer care agent named Mr.Gaurav, I have requested him to share a complaint that why the seller has sent a wrong item such that the seller shouldn't repeat the same to other Flipkart customers.
The agent denied raising a complaint though I requested him multiple times, would like to know, in the very first place will Flipkart won't raise a complaint if customer request? As a standard practice of service operations I believe, the complaint will be raised/reopened when a customer request for complaint/incident irrespective of resolution made. And very disappointed again, the agent has dropped the call before the conversation has been closed.
However, later Flipkart has placed a replacement order, and also I have received a confirmation saying the replacement order has been shipped by the seller. Surprisingly today, received an email saying replacement has been canceled due to seller delivery issue, not able to understand how the seller initially accepts and shipped then cancel on reason delivery issue. Why Flipkart is not taking care of its customer and Plus Membership members. It's very dissappointing, being a Flipkart Plus Member I'm receiving such a worst experience.
Wrote multiple emails to Flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com, but still no response or acknowledge has been received! Do not understand Flipkart, what service is providing to its customers on the name of customer service? It looks very clear that Flipkart is only after sales and least care about Customer service and very hard to find customer satisfaction!
Now, this has made me ask Flipkart about two complaints and would request Consumer forum to provide help on getting a solution with complete justification.
1) Why seller has sent the wrong item to the customer and for replacement seller has canceled it surprisingly post-acceptance and confirming on the shipping of replacement product, and Flipkart has failed to verify/fulfill the product delivery to its customer
2) Why Flipkart customer agent denied sharing a complaint with the customer when customer request, not followed standard service operations practice.
