I have ordered realme 7i from flipkart it got delivered on 19th Oct 2020, the display has uneven colors issue between the top and bottom of the phone, so I applied for return request on 20th Oct 2029, had a call with executive on 21st Oct 2020 and they scheduled a tech visit, technician itself told the display has uneven color Between top and bottom and after the techician visit(21st Oct 2020) without resolving the issue Flipkart cancelled my return .
Then again I applied for return request on 21st itself after the cancellation without any information, the executive called on 23rd Oct 2020 again scheduled a tech visit, technician visited but still the problem is not resolved .
But in Flipkart it says the technician resolved by troubleshooting, so I called the customer care they said to again put in a return request after 24 hrs, i don’t know what to do, how many times I have to put in return request but still the process is getting cancelled by flipkart, Felt very bad about this after spending amount of money not satisfied with the product ., please atleast either refund for the product or provide replacement
