This is in regards to the recent order(Id - OD[protected] placed and received the wrong item. Being a Flipkart plus member receiving the unexpected experience from Flipkart.
Firstly, Order the product early although I'm aware and close to big billion sales because of the need for a product, resulting in the wrong item received and additionally now the price has been reduced since the sale is live. Ultimately it's me now suffering a lot being a customer of Flipkart even availing a FlipkartPlus membership.
Secondly, contacted customer care agent named Mr.Gaurav, I have requested him to share a complaint that why the seller has sent a wrong item such that the seller shouldn't repeat the same to other Flipkart customers.
The agent denied raising a complaint though I requested him multiple times, would like to know, in the very first place will Flipkart won't raise a complaint if customer request? As a standard practice of service operations I believe, the complaint will be raised/reopened when a customer request for complaint/incident irrespective of resolution made. And very disappointed again, the agent has dropped the call before the conversation has been closed.

However, later Flipkart has placed a replacement order, and also I have received a confirmation saying the replacement order has been shipped by the seller. Surprisingly today, received an email saying replacement has been canceled due to seller delivery issue, not able to understand how the seller initially accepts and shipped then cancel on reason delivery issue. Why Flipkart is not taking care of its customer and Plus Membership members. It's very dissappointing, being a Flipkart Plus Member I'm receiving such a worst experience.

Wrote multiple emails to Flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com, but still no response or acknowledge has been received! Do not understand Flipkart, what service is providing to its customers on the name of customer service? It looks very clear that Flipkart is only after sales and least care about Customer service and very hard to find customer satisfaction!

Now, this has made me ask Flipkart about two complaints and would request Consumer forum to provide help on getting a solution with complete justification.

1) Why seller has sent the wrong item to the customer and for replacement seller has canceled it surprisingly post-acceptance and confirming on the shipping of replacement product, and Flipkart has failed to verify/fulfill the product delivery to its customer
2) Why Flipkart customer agent denied sharing a complaint with the customer when customer request, not followed standard service operations practice.

Looking for a prompt resolution. Thanks.

      I am using flipkart for more than 5 years but recently my mobile number lost and I want to change the account with new mobile no. While I am doing a change request for mobile no change, its sending OTP on old phn no as well as new phn no. As I dont have the old phn no with me, not able to change the new mobile no linked to my account. Please help me on this.

        Had Ordered A LG 7 Kg 4 Star Semi Automatic Top Load Grey, White (P7020NGAY) And Had Applied For Exchange Offer Of My Old Washing Machine. The Exchange Value Was Rs. 1050. However, During Delivery, The Delivery Agent Refused To Take The Product. Reason Was That The Seller (RAMTHRALLA Retail) Had Not Updated Any Details About Exchange. Flipkart Tried To Resolve The Issue, However In The End It Was Impossible Due To Seller's Mistake. My Old Washing Machine Was Not Exchanged And I Had To Pay An Amount Of Rs. 950 To Make Up The New Product. Due To Seller's Negligence In This COVID Situation, I And Other Parties Had To Face A Lot Of Inconvenience. Proper Action Must Be Taken Against The Seller.

          I have bought a vivo y50 phone from flipkart on 17thoctober 2020 but yet my discount is not refunded in my account which is 10%on sbi debit card.
          and when I call then some one receive call and said that it is refunded till 21/08/2020 after this date I again call then I am told that refund is completed in 24 hours but yet not.

          Now, today some one call me and ask me that please provide me your card number . They black mail me from the 17 but yet not provide my refund.

          All the time I got wrong information from flipkart then I told that refund my complete amount and take your phone .I don't take it from you.

          Please help regarding this as early as possible If they don't want to refund my money up to 26/08/2020
          then plz told them to refund my money and take his product back.

            Hello,
            I am Vishal Kumar and I had placed an order for a samsung refrigerator double door on your platform on 15th of this month. But had to be cancelled on your delivery guys suggestion as he did not accept the exchange refrigerator due to some small rust. I was informed that as per your policy I would receive my refund by 20th of October 2020 but when I inquired about my refund with your customer support team they asked me to share my back statement. I did so and later received a mail saying that my issue has been escalated and a would have my refund be 24th October but on 23rd October and again received an SMS from flipkart saying my refund would be issued by 26th of October. I again spoke to your representative and was assured that I should wait till 24th and I will receive my refund. Today on 24th I have still not received my refund so I again spoke to your representative and today I was told that I will have my refund by 26th. What is going on? Am I supposed to be behind flipkart every now and then so that I can get my own money back. I am calling day after day and I keep requesting you again and again. You've made me beg for my own money. No one from your team has any idea by when my problem would be solved. Customer care representatives and their supervisors both are clueless.
            By when is this issue going to get resolved. I just want to get done with flipkart.

              I am in Noida and ordered Realme7 on 18th Oct 2020(Order no. OD[protected], Flipkart promised Delivery on 24th Oct 2020, Product was arrived on nearest hub(Noida Phase 3) on 21st Oct 2020, then again it was sent back to flipkart facility Daruhera. Customer care says they don't have any information, no contact details of their delivery partner Ekart logistics. I had plans to travel, but now it's not possible, payment has been already done, now I am left in the dilemma what to do. Need help and compensation if possible for this loss of planning.

                  Order not delivered and commitment failure on Oct 19, 2020
                  I have ordered on flipkartOn 15th october through order I'd OD[details attached] and delivery commitment date was 19th october but there was no update and on query I was updated first that my parcel would delivered by 24 Oct but today also there was no update regarding delivery and on query with customer service team I am being informed that it would be delivered by 26 Oct ...I think flipkart is playing with me and there is fake commitment. These facts compelled me to file complaint.

                  I have not received either any email or call from Flipkart. But I approached the Flipkart with the toll-free number and they have intimated me that my issue will be resolved by today itself but till time neither updated any status by Flipkart nor my product is delivered toe.

                    I had ordered poco m2 pro on 18/10/2020 and i had cancelled it on the same day .So flipkart told me to get the refund by 23/10/2020.But i have not received any payment yet.
                    They have said that any further delay contact the bank service. I have contacted the bank service but they are refusing that their is nothing of such deal.
                    I have also tried to contact flipkart help center but could not able to find anything satisfactory.
                    I am requesting flipkart to please take action against it.As it is a very serious matter.

                      I am writing this complaint because I feel cheated by flipkart. on 7th october i booked a a mi 4x led tv worth 25999/- order no OD[protected] And the money paid is 17098₹ by debit card and more money by giftcard .And then i cancelled order without accepting it on 14th October. The order is OD[protected]. And they told that the refund will be added to my debit card on October 19. But still now no amount is transferred in to my account. And all the time I call the flipkart customer service they are saying that already your money is refunded and they said me to contact my bank with the reference number 75260820294043054418895 they gave. And I contacted my bank. They said that we couldn't do anything with this reference number. So I have to get my money back. Otherwise I have to file a case in the customer court. Flipkart please don't cheat your customers. I am flipkart plus members already did 3-4 order after this incident. I believe in Flipkart.

                        I have recently in the flipkart big billion days ordered my poco m2 pro on 18/10/2020.On the same day I cancelled the product .They told me to get a refund by 23/10/2020.But i have not been credited yet .They have given a reference no and telling to contact the bank service but the bank service is refusing and they are saying that if we get any such payment we automatically reflect it back .They are telling to contact the flipkart customer service.

                            I ordered my laptop on 16 of oct and it was promised to be delivered by 23 of oct but today it is 24 of oct and still my product is not shipped. I tried to reach customer service executives many times but everyone is telling different story, some say its seller fault while other blame courier service company and a senior concern team executive told me to cancel my product, I don't understand why would I cancel my order I already have paid for it and I want it. There is no update of my product in Flipkart app its stuck in "item waiting to be picked up by courier partner".

                              I purchased a Mi Tv (43 inch) from Flipkart (Order ID – OD[protected] on 16th July 2019 which was received on 21st July 2019 with a broken screen. The technician who opened the Tv initiated the replacement which was then received on 25th July 2019 and installed on 26th July 2019. 2 year extended warranty from Jeeves.com was taken on payment of Rs. 1930/- Extended Warranty Protection Plan [ JWEBOI2AF3221 ]

                              Flipkart didn’t send me the Invoice nor am I able to download the same from their App or website. The Tv has malfunctioned even before it could complete a year and I am contacting Flipkart (Calls recorded) for the past 5 months but Flipkart is not sending me the Invoice even though their calling representatives say that they will mail the same but are not doing so. Currently they are also saying that no extended warranty is taken for the Tv purchased. Jeeves.com needs the Invoice and Plan ID details which Flipkart is not sharing. I have received a mail from Jeeves.com with regards to the extended warranty on installation of the Tv on 26 July 2019 but Flipkart is denying the extended warranty .

                              Flipkart representatives have made me change my mail id to receive the invoice but there is no response from them. They are citing problems with my email but I’m receiving promotional emails from them but not the Invoice or Extended Warranty Plan details.

                                I ordered a phone during big billion sale for my niece's online classes. Immediately after receiving the phone we found that camera and display of the phone not working properly. It is so dark in the pictures and videos that teachers were complaining that the light is not on during class, even though lights were on. I raised a complaint and replacement request and they sent technician to check, who was very rude and unprofessional and did not listen to our issues. Instead kept on saying there was no issue with device. And closed our ticket saying issue was resolved after 'troubleshooting'.

                                I tested video call with on that phone and my other phone and his own face was not recognisable in an open road in the day light (I am attaching the screenshot of that call). Though he did not have answer to that but still did not look helpful.

                                Now I contacted customer service again and they assured this won't happen and technician visit can be skipped/avoided and the device would be replaced. But the same technician called and started misbehaving on call which is even worse experience that the product itself. Which is even more disappointing and not expected from a company like flipkart.

                                  I am Jinal Patel from Jamnagar, Gujarat. I ordered an iPhone SE from big billion sales in Flipkart on 16th October 2020. Delivery was supposed to be on 18th October but I received it on 21st October. While tracking we noticed the order was continuously oscillating from Kheda to Jamnagar and Jamnagar to Kheda. It was unusual. When we received the order we charged the phone and came to know it was a defective piece. The phone is not switching on!
                                  On 21st we lodged a complaint to replace the order. Now, due to COVID-19 situation, my place of residence is locked down. The technician cannot visit the place. We contacted the technician about it and they are just letting it hang. The technician is not agreeing to co-operate with the situation and it is utterly dangerous to let a person into our house too. We suggested that they check it online over video call because they are not even considering that. They don't pick up calls and our return period will be over soon! Now we need to just return the order and need our money back. This is the worst customer experience we have ever received. Give the money back or we will raise this issue to consumer court!!

                                    I am Arunkumar.
                                    I bought vivo y91 mobile on 14th of October 2020 from flashtech retails through flipkart.
                                    After a week it's display is showing horizontal black lines.
                                    So I contacted help centre they responded immediately and said it crossed 7days of return back policy and it's not our headache to concentrate on it.
                                    Then resolved has been updated.
                                    I ask you one thing,
                                    Why you cannot warn that flashtech retailer on selling a faulty product manufacturing defective one to your customers?

                                    It's your honorable responsibility to warn these type of retailers selling faulty product

                                    So please I cannot go here and there for rectifying this defective one with manufacturing warranty.

                                    It's a unwanted worthless buying headache for me

                                    Without breaking or mishandling this vivo91i v1820 model it's display showed it's manufacturing defect within 8 days.

                                    It's not happening only with mobiles it's with some electronics in flipkart and clothes also.

                                    Please avoid these retailers because they will create bad image on you

                                    Please get this faulty product from me and return my money back

                                    I trust flipkart for so many years for your good work and support.

                                      I have ordered some mobile from flipkart and they have blocked my account and telling me that I am reseller. It is wrong how they can block my account . As assume as a reseller than also they are wrong because a customer can buy as much as he want . Customer can how much products they want. Flipkart as given me good service but when we are giving money, so why they have problem . If they telling that we are reseller so why they are giving sales to us then we order something like at least 3 products. Please find a solution for this.

The estimated delivery date is October 31 and how can I assure that the product will be delivered by that date?
