I ordered HP laptop on 20th Oct and Flipkart promised delivery date as 27th Oct but they changed the delivery date to 2nd Nov and now to 6th Nov. They are not even allowing address change as I am not available to my shipping address after 3rd Nov. It’s really frustrating to see Flipkart is changing delivery date so frequently. Worst service .

    My name is B K Tiwari, I recently purchased Poco M2 slate blue 6GB RAM 64 GB Internal storage order ID OD[protected] from flipkart, the product was delivered on 21.10.20 after 2 days used the mobile not performing as specified in mobile features, 5000 mah battery and 13 mp camera not performed as another phone same features, very bad and poor quality battery and camera.
    I have placed a return request on 28.10.20
    but flipkart executive told me return not provided only phone replacement provided
    I am not want to use this bad phone again by replacement. How poor customer service provided by flipkart. Com

    I am only want to return this bad quality mobile, kindly help me as your very old and valuable customer

      I had ordered a mobile phone Poco M2 pro from flipkart on 16th October with delivery date of 18 th October but the order has been delayed and I am yet to receive the product. Despite repeatedly call flipkart they haven't resolved the problem. Please look into the issue. The last update about order is left New Delhi facility..

Today, it's 30 October, 20 and still I haven't received the order and upon tracking the details there is no update mentioned there regarding it.

          I have ordered a new laptop MSI GF75 from Flipkart during the Big Billion Days offer day i.e on 21st October 2020. It said it would be delivered by 27th October 2020 and now the date has changed to 29th October, also it says the seller is processing the order from the time I had ordered the laptop (21st). Now again the new date is 4th November 2020.

          I had paid through online mode of 69990₹, and this is how you treat the customer?

          I need my product as promised. Please do the needful. I really request to take action on this complaint and resolve this.

            I had ordered apple AirPod priced 10499 rupees through Flipkart, with good discounts I placed order for rupees 5300. After confirming the order flipkart had shipped it today only but after 6 hours when it reached to Gurgaon from jharjjar it got cancelled automatically. I just want that product to be delivered or new order without extra payment.

              Flipkart has been postponing the delivery of my order since 19th October. They keep giving me false assurances that my order will be delivered by such and such date, yet they constantly fail in delivering my order. Now they have even stopped replying to my mails since I've threatened them with legal consequences if they fail to deliver my order.

                The above are my details which was ordered on 20th Oct and the delivery date was 23rd Oct. Till today the order was not delivered, from 26th Oct i started to call ur customer care and every agent who spoke are worst they don't even have minium common sense how to speak with customer. on 27th Oct one lady promised me that the order will be delivered on 28th Oct before 7PM. I waited the whole day and on 28th Oct i started to call from my number and from other number from the both number we are trying to reach you people and all idiot agents gave no proper resolution. 1st guy spoke we don't know his name later i spoke with Rhea she kept me on hold more than 15 - 20mins and the call was disconnected and later i spoke with Sangeetha she is so worst that she directly hanged up the call while im still talking with her again after sometime i spoke with Ankitha she is more and more pathetic agent and the more worst agent i have seen she was very clear and i can hear her voice very clearly she was jus asking " Am i audible" she kept saying this twice and hanged up the call, for all this agents i requested to transfer the call to supervisor and they just hanged up without asking customer permission. Later i spoke with Myank he was bit ok he was listening patiently and said that he cant raise the complaint before 7PM so as he instructed we waited till 7PM the order was NOT DELIVERED. around 7:30PM again i called your support care this time i spoke with Raviteja Reddy he is the person who transferred the call to supervisor Mohit he said he belongs to escalation team he promised me today by 12PM i will my order but the order was not delivered. again today we are keep on calling every time i am speaking with different agents. we asked the order to be delivered by EOD but without customer permission how can you people schedule the delivery to Nov 2nd.
                I am not gonna wait till nov 2nd i want my order to be delivered by today. So politely we want to get resolution but your stupid bloody agents Rhea Ankitha sangeetha they are use for nothing they are not here to give service to customer but they are spoilers they are not fit to be in customer care. its better to throw such kind attitude girls. Today again we called ur support care this time again new person Ashish he was giving same information that order will be delivered on Nov 2nd and i spoke with Subham who promised that it will be delivered by today we haven't received any update later again we called this time we spoke with Deepika she transferred the call to supervisor Baslin so this person promised me that the order will be delivered by today EOD but still the product is not delivered. how pathetic service they r providing to customers really worst

                        I had purchased a refrigerator from flipkart during the sale, but the item delivered was in damaged condition, and now they are not ready to provide a replacement telling that the seller is not providing replacement and only ready to provide refund but while purchasing it was mentioned that replacement will be provided incae of any damage.

                        It's not about the money because I waited for the sale and bought the item for use and not for returning and getting the money back, if money was the concern then I wouldn't have even purchased it as first place.

                        Now if i have to buy another fridge then I'll have to spend more than 2500 extra and for the same thing.

                          I bought an iphone from flipkart big billion day. 2 days after recieving the shippment i can see these issues
                          1. battery backup getting worsen
                          2. the charger got hot while charging the phone ( nearly after 30 min of charging)
                          3. Sometimes Not able to give call from contact
                          4. Software issues, and WiFi connectivity issues also.

                          When i checked with customer care excutive they checked with the dealer about the issue and got a reply as they can do anything as it is not their respossiblity i don' t know why they respond like that if it is some local brand i can understand but iphone recognised as one of number 1 brand in the world ad they are making it such a reckless brand only by there behaviour . I think I get much more reliable response for other small brands but this is such a humilation for customers who bought these brand.
                          Please do the needful for replacement

                            I have ordered airpods pro during sale and waited for them to deliver, finally got them delivered on 23 oct, 2020
                            surprisingly i recieved only airpods box and no airpods in the box, i called customer support immediately, they told delivery is not updated, call after 24hrs, i have done the same and they rejected refund, again i have complained and again they have rejected, thrice they have rejected, i don't know what to do, never happened anytime like this to me,
                            seeking help thru this website so that flipkart will see and refund my money.

                              Flipkart is showing Pixel 4 A always out of stock for all the places except ASSAM pin codes. If i am calling to customer care they are saying that it is seller wish to sell where ever he wants according to the policy. Every day mid night 12am and afternoon 12pm i am checking if it is available or not since launch of 16th and keep going on. If the seller wants to sell only assam location why flipkart is encouraging to list that product online. I lost my sleep and spoiled my health. I want to raise complaint on flipkart for spoiling my health.

                              I placed orders 3 times with assam pin code and tried to change the delivery address then also they didnt help us. they cancelled all the orders.

                                Love beauty and planet shampoo and conditioner

                                I ordered one shampoo and one conditioner of the brand love beauty and planet on 16th October 2020 and after almost a week products got delivered in a pathetic state. After several calls and arguments I received a replacement today which too is in pathetic state. None of the customer care people are helping or solving even such minor issue. The most pathetic and irresponsible company I have come across....

                                    I have ordered Samsung galaxy F41 on 18-October-2020 and the promise day of delivery was 27-Oct-2020 they have sent that product on nearest hub in Noida but they did not deliver to my address.

                                    I called in customer care on 26-October-2020 and asked them that there is some issue please inform to logistic but denied to take any action and asked me to wait till 27 Oct 2020.

                                    hey have increased the delivery date Without informing me and I called in customer care and asked them how can they decide ? they guided me that seller has to rights and its a policy.

                                    I asked them to show me that policy but they denied for same,

                                    The main point is I have sent them email but no one is taking responsibility
