    I ordered my laptop on 16 of oct and it was promised to be delivered by 23 of oct but today it is 24 of oct and still my product is not shipped. I tried to reach customer service executives many times but everyone is telling different story, some say its seller fault while other blame courier service company and a senior concern team executive told me to cancel my product, I don't understand why would I cancel my order I already have paid for it and I want it. There is no update of my product in Flipkart app its stuck in "item waiting to be picked up by courier partner".

      I purchased a Mi Tv (43 inch) from Flipkart (Order ID – OD[protected] on 16th July 2019 which was received on 21st July 2019 with a broken screen. The technician who opened the Tv initiated the replacement which was then received on 25th July 2019 and installed on 26th July 2019. 2 year extended warranty from Jeeves.com was taken on payment of Rs. 1930/- Extended Warranty Protection Plan [ JWEBOI2AF3221 ]

      Flipkart didn’t send me the Invoice nor am I able to download the same from their App or website. The Tv has malfunctioned even before it could complete a year and I am contacting Flipkart (Calls recorded) for the past 5 months but Flipkart is not sending me the Invoice even though their calling representatives say that they will mail the same but are not doing so. Currently they are also saying that no extended warranty is taken for the Tv purchased. Jeeves.com needs the Invoice and Plan ID details which Flipkart is not sharing. I have received a mail from Jeeves.com with regards to the extended warranty on installation of the Tv on 26 July 2019 but Flipkart is denying the extended warranty .

      Flipkart representatives have made me change my mail id to receive the invoice but there is no response from them. They are citing problems with my email but I’m receiving promotional emails from them but not the Invoice or Extended Warranty Plan details.

        I ordered a phone during big billion sale for my niece's online classes. Immediately after receiving the phone we found that camera and display of the phone not working properly. It is so dark in the pictures and videos that teachers were complaining that the light is not on during class, even though lights were on. I raised a complaint and replacement request and they sent technician to check, who was very rude and unprofessional and did not listen to our issues. Instead kept on saying there was no issue with device. And closed our ticket saying issue was resolved after 'troubleshooting'.

        I tested video call with on that phone and my other phone and his own face was not recognisable in an open road in the day light (I am attaching the screenshot of that call). Though he did not have answer to that but still did not look helpful.

        Now I contacted customer service again and they assured this won't happen and technician visit can be skipped/avoided and the device would be replaced. But the same technician called and started misbehaving on call which is even worse experience that the product itself. Which is even more disappointing and not expected from a company like flipkart.

          I am Jinal Patel from Jamnagar, Gujarat. I ordered an iPhone SE from big billion sales in Flipkart on 16th October 2020. Delivery was supposed to be on 18th October but I received it on 21st October. While tracking we noticed the order was continuously oscillating from Kheda to Jamnagar and Jamnagar to Kheda. It was unusual. When we received the order we charged the phone and came to know it was a defective piece. The phone is not switching on!
          On 21st we lodged a complaint to replace the order. Now, due to COVID-19 situation, my place of residence is locked down. The technician cannot visit the place. We contacted the technician about it and they are just letting it hang. The technician is not agreeing to co-operate with the situation and it is utterly dangerous to let a person into our house too. We suggested that they check it online over video call because they are not even considering that. They don't pick up calls and our return period will be over soon! Now we need to just return the order and need our money back. This is the worst customer experience we have ever received. Give the money back or we will raise this issue to consumer court!!

            Hi,

            I am Arunkumar.
            I bought vivo y91 mobile on 14th of October 2020 from flashtech retails through flipkart.
            After a week it's display is showing horizontal black lines.
            So I contacted help centre they responded immediately and said it crossed 7days of return back policy and it's not our headache to concentrate on it.
            Then resolved has been updated.
            I ask you one thing,
            Why you cannot warn that flashtech retailer on selling a faulty product manufacturing defective one to your customers?

            It's your honorable responsibility to warn these type of retailers selling faulty product

            So please I cannot go here and there for rectifying this defective one with manufacturing warranty.

            It's a unwanted worthless buying headache for me

            Without breaking or mishandling this vivo91i v1820 model it's display showed it's manufacturing defect within 8 days.

            It's not happening only with mobiles it's with some electronics in flipkart and clothes also.

            Please avoid these retailers because they will create bad image on you

            Please get this faulty product from me and return my money back

            I trust flipkart for so many years for your good work and support.

              I have ordered some mobile from flipkart and they have blocked my account and telling me that I am reseller. It is wrong how they can block my account . As assume as a reseller than also they are wrong because a customer can buy as much as he want . Customer can how much products they want. Flipkart as given me good service but when we are giving money, so why they have problem . If they telling that we are reseller so why they are giving sales to us then we order something like at least 3 products. Please find a solution for this.

                I ordered a laptop during the big billion days 2020 (order ID : OD[protected] on October 20. Its been 4 days and the product is still not packed and shipped. The estimated delivery date is October 31 and how can I assure that the product will be delivered by that date?

                    As I have placed an order on Flipkart on 17 the October 2020 a poco m2 pro which by offer it was 12757 rs and I paid it via debit card. After cancellation I got a message from Flipkart that seller has initiated a refund and will credited back to your account within 23 of October 2020 but the money did not reflect in my bank account . Out of frustation I have called uncountable times to Flipkart customer care but no proper resolution I got from them regarding my refund . And the refund reference number and payment transaction I'd which they have provided is not needfull . When I contact my SBI bank customer care they are telling with those credential which has provided by Flipkart is not proper in order to track your transactions
                    Now my request is to consumer complaints to look in to the problem and give me a proper solution as I sailing through a tough economic crisis

                          I booked Vivo v20 with a exchange of my existing handset, in big billion sale, delivery boy came at 7.00 pm night and he demanded Ra 1300 cash to delivery my handset with exchange, except cash no other alternative he had to accept money I said I need to speak to flipkart on this, he left without delivering the handset, he has inspected my old handset, removed screen guard and spoilt my back cover also
                          When I was following with flipkart they said it will be solved by 24th Oct
                          Now status shows order cancelled when I speak to them they sat U can re book, but I will not get big billion sale offer, if I want use my existing handset I need to get it ready which will cost me again, kindly help my number is [protected]

                              I have ordered realme 7i from flipkart it got delivered on 19th Oct 2020, the display has uneven colors issue between the top and bottom of the phone, so I applied for return request on 20th Oct 2029, had a call with executive on 21st Oct 2020 and they scheduled a tech visit, technician itself told the display has uneven color Between top and bottom and after the techician visit(21st Oct 2020) without resolving the issue Flipkart cancelled my return .

                              Then again I applied for return request on 21st itself after the cancellation without any information, the executive called on 23rd Oct 2020 again scheduled a tech visit, technician visited but still the problem is not resolved .

                              But in Flipkart it says the technician resolved by troubleshooting, so I called the customer care they said to again put in a return request after 24 hrs, i don’t know what to do, how many times I have to put in return request but still the process is getting cancelled by flipkart, Felt very bad about this after spending amount of money not satisfied with the product ., please atleast either refund for the product or provide replacement

                                Hello Team,
                                I am being scapegoated by the loophole in the FLipkarts system. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Flipkart has handled my situation and not kept their promise. I ordered a mobile LG G8X(Black, Think) in the flash sale and the promised date of delivery was 24th October. I was not delivered the product because it was damaged in transit by Flipkart. I feel cheated and the reasons are noted below,

                                Seller -
                                I have attached all proofs in the photos section,

                                1) I fought with thousands of customers to order quickly at a discount price of 19990. Now the product is out of stock and the price is increased 54, 990. I cannot reorder it also. who will pay the difference amount and Why would I pay hefty money for the mistake I did not commit?

                                2) I have called 10's of time to your agents asking them to not cancel the order and send a replacement instead. They suggested I either wait or reorder. How can I place an order for a product that is out of stock and whose price has changed from 19990 to 54990? it clearly brings out a loophole in your system and customers like me are targeted? c

                                3) Cant you just could have given me a replacement rather than making me wait 5 days and asking me to reorder it.?

                                4) I being honest ordered only one product and respected Flipkart's policies. Does it mean that customers should always order 2 or more products, one as a back in case of such situations take place?. We always have the option to cancel remaining orders once one product is delivered. Do I have to pay a hefty fine for being an honest customer.?

                                5)When I explained the situation to Flipkart's team, they asked me to wait till 24th and my product will be delivered. But on 24th today the product is showing canceled after the big billion days are over. I trusted the customer services advice and is termed out to be a lie. If your team was not able to handle the situation why are you punishing an honest customer?

                                It was only the product which I wanted very badly. I have lost the chance to place orders in big billion days and even the offers that come with it. I feel cheated and punished for the mistake that I have not committed. Flipkart is responsible for resolving the issue now. I just wanted to make everyone aware of the loophole in the system. I hope my issue is resolved else I need to look for alternatives in the future. Take care of the customers.

                                I got a call from the Flipkart team and they just said that they do not have a single piece to replace my mobile with. I mean minimum of 5 lakh units were sold and there is not a single backup piece to replace in such condition.

                                  I was contacted by suhail syed in december regarding a paid account management services for bronze level seller started by flipkart for 9000+gst where syed committed a dedicated account manager.
                                  I have made the payment and it has been more than 25 days there is no reply from there side neither they are replying...

                                  Permanently close my flipkart pay later account. When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of inr 60000. And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately...
