My order Order ID: OD[protected] . Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon before their sale ends. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service.

    Respected sir and mam...i purchased a phone (redmi 9i) from flipkart on 16.10.2020 and paid my total ammount on that day(RS 8469) Through using my debit card and flipkart gift card(7469from debit card+1000 flipkart gift card) due to some issue(price was dropped on sale) on my purchased product i decided to cancel that product... after my cancellation flipkart did't refund my ammount on my account which i did through debit card(7469) though i get my flipkart gift card money back(1000rs)on flipkart gift wallet... then i contact flipkart customer service for refund
    and i inform all my concern to them but indeed they keep ignore my concern by giving excuses answer keep telling that go to your bank if money not credited...also i asked to give UTR No (10digit)as per sbi bank instructed to me bring that...they did't provide...Only referance and refund id provided which is useless for bank to track my refund status...so please help me to get my money back from flipkart.. i will be obliged to you

      On the day of my delivery, it was fully raining and my TV was fully exposed to rain and box was damaged from outside and some of the water went inside the box.

            Our refrigerator is in working condition though it has been years since we bought it. Got tempted by the advertisement of big sales and checked out Amazon and Flipkart. Saw good offers on new refrigerators and flipkart offer was very attractive due to the exchange rate they had given.
            Went ahead and placed the order and today the delivery people came and rejected the exchange offer and insist that we pay Rs. 2500/- and take the new refrigerator.
            The current refrigerator is very much in working condition and the ONLY reason we placed the order is because of exchange. Actually our house is quite small and cant afford to keep both the old and new ones at the same time. Explained and the delivery persons returned telling us that we should explicitly cancel the order and get the refund.

            When we try cancel, a chatbot responds and coolly says "item cannot be cancelled". Then had to run around and finally got to speak to Flipkart personnel who again tried to insist that we pay the extra cash and take the new product. We absolutely refused to do so. Now we are asked to wait for 48 hours.
            Absolutely painful experience. If they wanted, they could have sent the exchange people earlier to check if the product will be accepted or not. Giving a seemingly great offer, compared to competition, and then trying to dump the product on us at a much higher cost is absolutely appalling. Hope that they refund our money without making us run around and go to customer court etc.

            Now I am able to cancel the order and got the message that the refund will be made in one business day. Awaiting the refund. Thanks for the quick action.
            Message said the amount will be refunded in our bank account by Oct 23rd but ONLY got back the Rs.100/- for exchange service and not the entire amount yet. But the system shows Refund completed!

              Hi

              i order washing machine from the Flipkart and delivery agent refused door step delivery he was asking us to pick from a place which was 30km away from mine. He was rude and arrogant.

              When asked the customer service they asked more time (1 week) to assured delivery but they didn't do anything. After week they called me again to cancel the order and assured faster service on the new order.

              As promised, i booked the same washing machine again during big billion days. This time too same delivery agent refused to deliver and mis communicating with every time when called.

              Flipkart was once the best provider back, now the organisation is full of incompetents. As far as i know Gati is delivery vendor for Flipkart. I'm sure Gati will also become one if they keep hiring/retaining such delivery agents.

              Don't how these people don't get fired for not doing what they are being paid to do.

              FYI : The agent name was Madhu +91 [protected].

                Refund not received for missing product

                I'm facing a serious issue here . I've been a flipkart costumer for a long time but this is the first time that I am facing this much trouble. Firstly I didn't recieve the product that I paid for. You guys handed me an empty box for which I raised an issue requesting my refund worth ₹5499/- . After so many days, so many struggles talking to your useless customer support and explaining them everything again and again your customer support...

                My order reached my nearest hub a day before delivery date, but i received a message saying that my order is delayed. For the past 2 days my order status showed that my order was at my nearest delivery hub yet they did not deliver it. Today my order got dispatched back to a ‘motherhub’ far from my home.
                My order contained a mobile phone which I needed at the earliest, I shared the details with flipkart costumer care yet they failed to help me, I got harassed constantly reaching up to them and listening to the same thing again and again. I contacted them more than 11 times yet they did not deliver it.
                It’s been 2 days since the delay and my order still hasn’t reached.

                  I have purchased a purchased a Acer laptop on 16-10-20. @1.38 AM. And 21990 payment made by SBI debit card. I cancel this order on same day after 2 minute. Flipkart generated refund id - CR20101601413918055232906. and informed me that refund will be added on my bank account till 19-10-20. But till, date refund amount not credited in my bank account.
                  Several time, i contacted Flipkart customer care via phone, Email and Twitter post....

                        During this Flipkart Big Billion Days sale, everytime I ordered a POCO X3 (Gray, 8GB/128GB), it got cancelled automatically by the system. Then, as per usual protocol, an assurance messages came saying the amount paid will be refunded within a given period of time.

                        Now, this has been a problem because it happens to me multiple times and I really wanted to avail that particular product as I am on budget and opted for the discount price during this sale.

                        Furthermore, the coveted LG G8x ThinQ smartphone has always been said on "COMING SOON" and "OUT OF STOCK" right after it's first sale on 15/16 Oct. I can neither get to know the official notification of its availablity status nor was able to wait it put on the sale till the end of the BIG BILLION DAYS sale. Ironically, there were people who can place orders for the said smartphones everyday during the BIG BILLION DAYS sale.

                        I hope this problem of biasness and incompetence in the part of the company be done away with in the future; else, the company be given legal punitive actions for this mishaps should they take no measure to compensate such problems directly caused by them and make sure that such problems never happen to anyone or any region or any race.

                        It's time for the people to rise up against such an irresponsible business prevailing in abundance in every sphere and be done away with immediately.

                        This is my first choice of purchase but since there is always a writing "COMING SOON" or "OUT OF STOCK" every now and then, I opted for POCO X3 and we all know the story from here now.

                        Does the company is willing to offer the same discounts to customers facing the same problem as I do? This is a big big question mark.

                          I ordered an Apple Airpods Pro with Wireless Charging Case from Flipkart during the Big Billion Days Sale at ₹17999.
                          My order ID is OD[protected]. The delivery agent was Ekart.
                          The product was FLIPKART ASSURED, the seller was TrueComRetail, and I am a FLIPKART PLUS member. Surprisingly, the invoice I received from Flipkart was by a seller named 'Sane Retail Private Limited'.
                          I was out of my home, and my order was received by my small cousin. This can be verified by the delivery person. She received the package, made the payment, and kept the package inside the house as received. I came back home after a couple of hours and started unboxing the product. To my horror, I received an empty but carefully tampered, and half sealed box. I immediately lodged a complaint and requested for a refund from the order tracking screen. I have called the customer support once to notify the issue and also got in touch with the courier service branch.(I have call recordings of these conversations, will share if requested).The courier service confirmed to me on call and I quote, 'We forward the packages as we receive them, we do not double check the seal of the packages and there is absolutely no tampering from our side'. I recieved the last 'Product Delivered' text from EKart at night 8:25 pm while the product was actually delivered at 12:25pm(and updated on flipkart app as 'delivered' as well). The product was unboxed around 5 pm. I have placed a refund request, and this is my concern in writing. The reason I'm filing a consumer complaint, is that I've seen similar cases happen before with others and no solution was given to them. My return window will elapse in another 3 days and I will not fall prey to that.
                          MY CONCERN IS GENUINE AND I'M WILLING TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES.
                          Please look into the matter URGENTLY and help me with the resolution.

I was asked for my Aadhar details and consent to file an FIR from the Flipkart support team and they told me(on Saturday) to wait for 10-12 days. I am hoping for a satisfactory resolution from their end. Will keep everyone posted here.

                            I have placed an order on flipkart on 18 oct 2020. That order has different products but all delivering at one single address. Minutes after making the payment through my credit card i got a message that my order gets cancelled due to quantity restrictions placed by the seller. Then i contacted the support team and they were also saying the same thing. Though he quantities i have ordered was 1 for each item. I could not understand how come i have crossed the quantity limit.? Should i have ordered 1/2 or 0 quantity?
                            Since i have multiple products in my cart they were all from different sellers. When i asked the flipkart support guy, which seller has replied that i have crossed quantity limit, the support guy said all of the sellers. This sounds really strange. All sellers cancelled my order at once and that too with in seconds after placing the order.

                            I asked them how many quantity you are seeing of a particular product in my order to which he replied one. Again i asked, then how much quantity i should have ordered for that? Zero? He was having no answer and simply suggesting me to place the order again. This is not the resolution to place the order again.
                            These guys are definitely using wrong practices to increase their number of orders during offer period to misguide people and may be their investors. Who knows.
                            I am done with flipkart and would recommend others to avoid these crooks as much as possible.

                              I have booked my Bangalore to Agra flight via Flipkart which was later cancelled by airlines. Booking id -FF[protected]
                              As per airline they have refunded money to flipkart.

                              But it been more than a month, I did not get my money from Flipkart.

                              I am still seeing status cancellation pending status on Flipkart’s app

                              I have called/ mailed customer care, there has been no proper response from them

                                  The expected delivery date at the time of deliver and till the last hour of the date was 26th october 2020 but the delivery date automatically turned to be 1st november and the callcentre people kept on committing to deliver by 7pm . very bad service, i need a compensation for the same .

                                    On 17th Oct, I ordered a laptop Dell Inspiron 3505 from Flipkart in an exchange
                                    offer where i opted for my old hp laptop.Originally the Dell laptops
                                    price was Rs 46, 990 and my old laptop exhange price was Rs 13, 600 and
                                    after an additional discount of Rs 1250 from sbi debit card, The Dell laptop costed me
                                    around Rs 32, 240.The next day i opted to cancel my order and later on recieved a message
                                    that your refund has been processed and will be reflected in your account by 20th October.
                                    But till Date no update has been seen in my bank account.I talked to one of their customercare
                                    executive, his opinion was refund was processed by seller but may be due to your bank issue
                                    it might not be reflecting in your account.I raised a complaint about the issue i have since
                                    then i recieved no updation or feedback.
