I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected]

And cancelled it.
I am not getting refund .
They are saying refund has been done with reference number PZT[protected]X4VMH04 in my SBI account.

But my SBI bank ADB madhubani is saying no refund has been done.

Kindly solve my problem

    During this Flipkart Big Billion Days sale, everytime I ordered a POCO X3 (Gray, 8GB/128GB), it got cancelled automatically by the system. Then, as per usual protocol, an assurance messages came saying the amount paid will be refunded within a given period of time.

    Now, this has been a problem because it happens to me multiple times and I really wanted to avail that particular product as I am on budget and opted for the discount price during this sale.

    Furthermore, the coveted LG G8x ThinQ smartphone has always been said on "COMING SOON" and "OUT OF STOCK" right after it's first sale on 15/16 Oct. I can neither get to know the official notification of its availablity status nor was able to wait it put on the sale till the end of the BIG BILLION DAYS sale. Ironically, there were people who can place orders for the said smartphones everyday during the BIG BILLION DAYS sale.

    I hope this problem of biasness and incompetence in the part of the company be done away with in the future; else, the company be given legal punitive actions for this mishaps should they take no measure to compensate such problems directly caused by them and make sure that such problems never happen to anyone or any region or any race.

    It's time for the people to rise up against such an irresponsible business prevailing in abundance in every sphere and be done away with immediately.

    This is my first choice of purchase but since there is always a writing "COMING SOON" or "OUT OF STOCK" every now and then, I opted for POCO X3 and we all know the story from here now.

    Does the company is willing to offer the same discounts to customers facing the same problem as I do? This is a big big question mark.

      I ordered an Apple Airpods Pro with Wireless Charging Case from Flipkart during the Big Billion Days Sale at ₹17999.
      My order ID is OD[protected]. The delivery agent was Ekart.
      The product was FLIPKART ASSURED, the seller was TrueComRetail, and I am a FLIPKART PLUS member. Surprisingly, the invoice I received from Flipkart was by a seller named 'Sane Retail Private Limited'.
      I was out of my home, and my order was received by my small cousin. This can be verified by the delivery person. She received the package, made the payment, and kept the package inside the house as received. I came back home after a couple of hours and started unboxing the product. To my horror, I received an empty but carefully tampered, and half sealed box. I immediately lodged a complaint and requested for a refund from the order tracking screen. I have called the customer support once to notify the issue and also got in touch with the courier service branch.(I have call recordings of these conversations, will share if requested).The courier service confirmed to me on call and I quote, 'We forward the packages as we receive them, we do not double check the seal of the packages and there is absolutely no tampering from our side'. I recieved the last 'Product Delivered' text from EKart at night 8:25 pm while the product was actually delivered at 12:25pm(and updated on flipkart app as 'delivered' as well). The product was unboxed around 5 pm. I have placed a refund request, and this is my concern in writing. The reason I'm filing a consumer complaint, is that I've seen similar cases happen before with others and no solution was given to them. My return window will elapse in another 3 days and I will not fall prey to that.
      MY CONCERN IS GENUINE AND I'M WILLING TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES.
      Please look into the matter URGENTLY and help me with the resolution.

      The process took about 10-12 days. As promised, flipkart solved the issue and made the refund within the asked period of time. Satisfied with the customer support, not satisfied with the shopping experience.

      It has been over a week without any resolution on my issue. I was asked for my Aadhar details and consent to file an FIR from the Flipkart support team and they told me(on Saturday) to wait for 10-12 days. I am hoping for a satisfactory resolution from their end. Will keep everyone posted here.

        I have placed an order on flipkart on 18 oct 2020. That order has different products but all delivering at one single address. Minutes after making the payment through my credit card i got a message that my order gets cancelled due to quantity restrictions placed by the seller. Then i contacted the support team and they were also saying the same thing. Though he quantities i have ordered was 1 for each item. I could not understand how come i have crossed the quantity limit.? Should i have ordered 1/2 or 0 quantity?
        Since i have multiple products in my cart they were all from different sellers. When i asked the flipkart support guy, which seller has replied that i have crossed quantity limit, the support guy said all of the sellers. This sounds really strange. All sellers cancelled my order at once and that too with in seconds after placing the order.

        I asked them how many quantity you are seeing of a particular product in my order to which he replied one. Again i asked, then how much quantity i should have ordered for that? Zero? He was having no answer and simply suggesting me to place the order again. This is not the resolution to place the order again.
        These guys are definitely using wrong practices to increase their number of orders during offer period to misguide people and may be their investors. Who knows.
        I am done with flipkart and would recommend others to avoid these crooks as much as possible.

          I have booked my Bangalore to Agra flight via Flipkart which was later cancelled by airlines. Booking id -FF[protected]
          As per airline they have refunded money to flipkart.

          But it been more than a month, I did not get my money from Flipkart.

          I am still seeing status cancellation pending status on Flipkart’s app

          I have called/ mailed customer care, there has been no proper response from them

          Please help!!

              The expected delivery date at the time of deliver and till the last hour of the date was 26th october 2020 but the delivery date automatically turned to be 1st november and the callcentre people kept on committing to deliver by 7pm . very bad service, i need a compensation for the same .

                On 17th Oct, I ordered a laptop Dell Inspiron 3505 from Flipkart in an exchange
                offer where i opted for my old hp laptop.Originally the Dell laptops
                price was Rs 46, 990 and my old laptop exhange price was Rs 13, 600 and
                after an additional discount of Rs 1250 from sbi debit card, The Dell laptop costed me
                around Rs 32, 240.The next day i opted to cancel my order and later on recieved a message
                that your refund has been processed and will be reflected in your account by 20th October.
                But till Date no update has been seen in my bank account.I talked to one of their customercare
                executive, his opinion was refund was processed by seller but may be due to your bank issue
                it might not be reflecting in your account.I raised a complaint about the issue i have since
                then i recieved no updation or feedback.

                    I have tried to book Sansui Tv at flipkart on 15th Oct 2020 through ICICI UPI. order not got placed at the same time amount debited from bank.
                    So i started followup with Flipkart, they said within 2 days it will refund back.
                    mean time i have submitted payment transfer details along with reply from ICICI bank, which clearly shows amount credited to flipkart.

                    I have never get such treatment with other site like amazon.

                    i am completely unhappy with the way they are handling the customer complaint.

                              Order ID: OD[protected] I had placed order for Apple AirPods Pro on 18th October on Flipkart which was supposed to be shipped on 20 October but it got delayed and today the order was cancelled by saying it went out of stock but the product is still in stock. Customer care also couldn’t solve my problem. They have refunded my amount but the thing they have done is totally wrong and a clear case of cheating the customers by promising the customers to deliver the product and then cancelling the order. This is breach of contract . I am expecting something from Flipkart as compensation for providing such a worst service and wasting the customers time

                              I had placed for the order once on 15th October but the seller cancelled it so I re ordered the same product again and I have called your customer care many times and they told my order is confirmed and will be surely delivered. They promised me and then the seller cancelled my 2nd order as well. Do you guys think what the seller has done is right? If the seller wants to cancel the orders then why is he even taking the orders. And you guys at Flipkart don’t value your customers at all that’s why you guys are just telling that the seller cancelled due to some reason and you’ll don’t even care about it. If you guys can’t deliver products and can’t fulfil the promises. Then stop giving fake commitments to the customers. My order has been already cancelled twice and now you guys want me to place a fresh order again. I have to place a fresh order again and again your seller will cancel it. Such a Shame! Please provide me with some satisfactory resolution for this order by which I can trust Flipkart again in the future .. instead of asking me to keep placing fresh order again and again. If you guys at Flipkart really value your customers then please Provide me such a solution which will be satisfactory to me or else it will be clear that Flipkart doesn’t value its customers and all Flipkart can do is take orders and then cancel it. SHAME

                                This with reference to the order ID: OD[protected].
                                I have placed the order for Yellow Chimes Swarovski Crystal Metal Pendant on 17th October, 2020. The order got delivered on 21st October, 2020.
                                However, this was one of the most disgusting service I could ever expect. The box had no item!!!
                                It was empty and also it didn't belong to the box of the pendant but of the ring.
                                I want an immediate response to this complaint.

                                  I bought an iPhone XR from flipkart and replaced my Redmi 5A as a replacement offer.

                                  The product i have got is nice and working without any issue.
                                  Product was delivered in time.

                                  But now here comes "BaniyaGiri" of flipkart company. They sent an clever guy who is just trained for making fool o[censored]s. He was not a courier agent, He was came from Flipkart and his motive was to take my phone in just 1200 however on offer it was showing 2850 INR.

                                  He was confident that his Scamming mobile app will give only 1200 of my phone and the same thing happened.

                                  He was behaving like they want my phone for free. If you don't need my phone then why running offer with fake replacement price?

                                  For once i denied to accept my order and asked him to leave and he called me again and said you will not be able to call me yourself so think again.

                                  Just because it was a prepaid order i thought if anyone shows it as received then i will have a big loss. Seriously there agents are a low earning peoples they can do anything. i don't trust them. So i call him back and asked him to increase the price. He called his boss and then offered me 1500 inr.

                                  So this is how an Indian company works. Basically i am an Amazon customer. I never go with any Indian company like snapdeal, micromax, havells, intex, flipkart and so so. I ordered this phone on flipkart because of the offer on that phone otherwise amazon is my first choice. I never face any issue with them like that.

                                  All these Indian companies have one thing common and that is bad after sales service. I have bad experience with all of these Indian companies.
                                  Remember the Lala (baniya) of mother India movie.

                                  That's the real character/DNA of these Indian companies.

                                  I am writing this complain to aware others don't believe on the phone replacement offer its a scam only. My phone was in a working condition and screen was also fine, touch was working and body was also not broken.
                                  So beware and don't go with prepaid. If they don't take your phone in good price then cancel the order. :)

                                    I ordered Thomson 43"tv at 21249( OD[protected]on 16/10/2020 on next day i had canceled the order to buy better tv, they said that the refund will be credited on 20/10/2020 but till now I didn't get any refund, contacted the flipkart they saying that wait till 23/10/2020, but another order is comming i have to pay 24999 on 23/10/2020 but I don't have that much money now please make them to credit my money before the date *because of there negligence am losing offer prepaid with debit card i will get the tv by 23750

                                      There is no status update on the order.
                                      It should get delivered by 18 th Oct, 2020 but til date there is no update .
                                      Customer care has one thing to say backend team is working on it .
                                      It has been 4 days and no one has no update on the product.

                                        I have ordered a mobile phone On 16.10.2020 vide order Id-OD[protected], but to some reason i cancelled my order on the same day 16.10.2020, and thereafter a date of 20.10.2020 was given to me to credit my refund amount. But till date 21.10.2020, i have not received my refund. i have contact several times but no solution wa given to me by flipcart executives. I am enclosing my bank statement for your reference. kindly do the needful and provide my refund amount as soon as possible.
