My order has reached the nearest hub 2 days ago and is yet to be delivered. There is no update in the flipkart app and even the chat bot isn't responding properly.

      Ordered an iPhone se from Flipkart on BBD sale. On order day(i.e. 16th oct) promised shipping date was 17th and delivery day was 20th oct. On 17th oct the promised shipping day was changed to 20th oct n delivery day to 25th, due to some "unknown" logistics issue. But on 20th "the unconditional shipping day" they again changed that promise day to 1st november.

      Called Flipkart consumer care, they were unable to help me with this, they can not provide priority delivery even thought I'm a "Flipkart Plus" member and told me to wait for 1st nov.

        Previously I ordered a saree and it was to be delivered on 10th october but was shown as late delivery and I was told that it has rescheduled to 14th october. After 14th, flipkart customer care told me to cancel the order and order freshly as they cannot deliver. This time too, I ordered a saree and it was to be delivered on 17th october but rescheduled to be delivered on 20th october. But I received no delivery and flipkart customer service is not helping at all. They keep on delaying the delivery date and then ask to cancel it.

          Flipkart is not refunding the money of worth 8908 rs, I escalated the matter no one responded after making me struggle for 7-8 days and sent mail as they have already refunded check with the bank, I did so but bank says there is no refund that they have received .they are making issue has resolved without giving any details on transaction

            I recently ordered a American Tourister bag having Order ID OD[protected]. Today I received a different bag which was damaged and had a different colour and size. I called the customer care and they said it can't be replaced. How is this service from a reputed company as yours justified.
            I am attaching a picture of the damaged bag that I received.
            Please look into the matter and replace the bag with the original bag and price that I was promised.

              Hi,
              This is to inform you that I am Soham Bhowmik, a customer of Flipkart. Recently I have bought a mobile Realme 7i (Order no OD[protected]. I received the product on 18th Oct, 2020.

              In this mobile I have facing one issue. I can't able to set up UPI setting due to switching to another platform from Google Pay or Paytm, PhonePe due to massage pop up. I am trying it on different phone it has been easily setup. For more details please find the attached Screen recording.

              Two times I have requested for replacement, but without solving my problem they are cancelled my replacement request. The technician of flipkart also admitted the problem with the phone but still rejected the replacement request. It's really harassing me. For this horrible experience, It was my last order on Flipkart.

              This is way, another time I am requesting you, Please solve my problem otherwise please refund my money.

                Hi team,
                I have canceled two products from flipkart. As per flipkart records you have completed the refund and given the reference no too but the amount not credited to my account yet
                Please find the booking details below

                1. Order ID - OD[protected] :Samsung Galaxy Watch 46 mm Smartwatch
                Amount : 10791
                2. Order ID - OD[protected] :Apple iPhone SE (Red, 64 GB)
                Amount : 24749

                I will share my bank statement of this month where you can see these amount deducted from my account on the day of purchase
                But no refund has done yet after canceling the product

                Please find the bank statement of October 2020 attached for your reference

                This is the first time I am facing lot of issues from flipkart
                Hope you will rectify this as early as possible

                  Flipkart is not refunding my money of television 32749 rs and warranty card 2499 rs and they are saying amount is credited in your bank but my transaction dont have any record bank is not helping me for this please help me to get this refund

                        On BBD sale, flipkart mentioned some conditions for the exchange of device. My phone fulfills the conditions but the wishmaster still rejected my phone on baseless grounds and when I tried to clear the issue with him, he was so rude and he was threatening me that he will cancel my order and was very rude in speaking, I went to the ekart office and they also didn't helped me. Now I'm forced to pay the exchange amount to receive my order.

                        Also, flipkart is telling me that I'll be able to purchase their complete year protection but they are not providing it and neither I'm getting any help from their side.
                        They are just some greedy people who are looting everyone and once a order is placed they are giving the most pathetic service they can.
                        In the BBD sale they are showing the price of samsung galaxy f41 as 19999 and then reducing it to 16999 just to fool people wherein reality the base price of the phone is 16999.
                        Fed up of flipkart and I'll make sure that no one known to me orders anything on flipkart.

                        And also my delivery was 2 days late and the delivery man was purposely not answering my calls and was also rejecting it and still was threatening me that he'll cancel my order and will see to it that I will not get my order.

                              I have purchased the phone in month of September, the phone is creating the problems, the number of complainant made by me about the product, the local Engineer not abale to solove my, issue. As per the saling policy, the product may return by the consumer, however the flipkart not to do so. I have made the number of complainant but no need full action has been taken by the company. I want to return the phone because it is creating the heating problem.

                                Flipkart is just making fool through these schemes. Response from their customer care service and Ekart Logistics team leader Mr. Shiv kumar, Jodhpur (Rajasthan)are even worst. They don’t stick to their moral values and what they display on their site is False. During their Big billion Day sale I placed the order of OPPO A9 on 16th October, 2020. So as they advertised for a hassle free return I fell for their trap and selected the option to exchange my MI note 5 mobile which was only 1 year old and was in good working condition.
                                Then on the day of delivering my order their courier guy despite of my several attempts to make my delivery on urgent basis intentionally came late and then tried to fool me to pay an extra amount of Rs. 4000 for my old mobile phone which was in good working condition and damage free . And when I refused to pay the amount he reduced the price to Rs. 2100. But as my mobile was fulfilling all the terms and condition of Flipkart as they mentioned on their website I refused to pay a single Penny. Then the delivery guy threatened me cancel my order without my permission. As my order was prepaid so I opt to talk to their EKART Logistics team leader, Jodhpur to resolve the issue. He asked for the video of my old phone which is I shared to him by whatsapp. Then after observing that the handset is completely fine he said that I collect my Prepaid OPPO A9 phone from their Jodhpur office.
                                Next day when I went to their Office they completely refused to hand over my courier. He falsely claimed that my mobile display was damaged so I have to pay Rs. 2300 to him. Your Ekart Jodhpur office is running a monopoly to fool the customer and rob their money. Through my personal worst experience all I can say is either to train your staff properly or to change them in your Jodhpur office. As I bought a mobile last year from Flipkart in exchange of my old phone in Jaipur but never faced such issues there.
                                So Stop fooling your customer through these schemes and train your staff and customer care services properly to handle such scams done by your companies employee mainly during Festiive season and BIG BILLION DAYS .
