I have not received the refund of my product. I have already talked to Google pay customer care, bank, and 3 times Flipkart customer care. I have not received any fruitful result.
I ordered the product on 11, paid on 15 and payment got stuck. On 17 i cancelled the ordered. On 20th the payment approved through Google pay and credited to the flipkart account.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have order one TV Flipkard in big billion offer, when I was order that time I was included 3 yr warrendy also.. That time amount was showing 6399 only...

    But that delivery boy asking 7098. i was showed in my mobile COD amount and he was not accepted. he don't know anything And response very bad.

    He cancel my order.

    I have one Ques

    ** why u r mention cash on delivery 6399 like that,

    And also i was reached out many custemercare pepole in flipkard.

    There are told like issue will resolved 24hr like that, but still issue not yet resolved.more that 4 days gone. But they are closed the tickets

    And also there are told place new order like that, but this is not my fault na, all offer over. But my still my coD showing 6399 only..

    That's is ur fault, They are not provide correct information for me,

    still im not getting any reponse from flipkard.

        I placed my order on 18th oct, today its 26th october and my order is not yet packed, delivery is expected tomorrow i.e 27th but the expected date of packing is showing as 29th.. doesnt make any sense

        I also ordered the same laptop on 18th and paid online. Tge delivry was on 1st Nov . But today they suddenly chabged it to 8th nov . Kindly help me if you can .

          Stuff supplied smells of oil and seems spoilt or adulterated . Tried to call contact Center to highlight but they are unable to acknowledge as they are unable to relate the order to my phone Nos . Found it little funny . I have kept the sample which can be sent to fssai agency if required and have snaps of the item packing taken . I demand a compensation from Flipkart for such supplies which questions their qualitative system and asks for a evaluation of the same

            Sir, I have placed an order of macbook air on 21/10/20.The expected delivery date was 5th nov.The expected shipping date was 2nd nov.
            When I tracked my order today its showing expected ship on 7th nov and expected delivery on 5th nov.This is pathetic.when I called customer care some of them are telling it's a glitch.some of them are telling seller changed the date.I have paid 57, 240. And the customer care is reading the same info again and again.How can a product take more than 15 days to reach to the customer.They are not even caring about customers.i wanna gift it to my sister on her bday.But this guys are just PLAYING with the customers with no perfect solution for any problem. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

As a customer I have every right to know the reason.please provide the exact reason not exaggerations.we paid for the product.Dont act like you are giving us free products.I need to know the exact reason.anyway iam gonna drop a complaint regarding this in the consumer court.How can it take 21 days to deliver a product .You guys are just stucking the customers money and playing with them

              The order as of all details was set to be packed dispatched and shipped by 26th of OCTOBER 2020 and today as of what I m writing you this message the process of the order has been changed to be packed, shipped, dispatched, delivered on 31st date its self
              How would you want a customer to trust u after this incident n past two incidents.

              If I don't receive my order till 28th October 2020.i will make sure to NOT to recommend FLIPKART and TRUECOM to anyone ever in future. And will leave the worst remarks

                Hi Team,
                I Ordered Huami Amazfit Smartwatch GTR 47mm on 15th Oct 2020. I got 10% discount on SBI debit card as it is under Big Billion days sale.

                I am a Plus account & It has been more than 10 days the product is not even shipped yet. delivery date promised was 20th Oct then changed to 26th Oct now i am sure they will change it to some future date.
                Each time representatives are calling and forcing me to cancel and reorder the product.

                I have questions..
                1. Is this a strategy of Flipkart for them who got discount? If so then why are they giving this discounts?
                2. Today also the product is available and showing will be delivered tomorrow. Is the company a fraud and not reliable to customers?

                Pls beware of flipkart ... Going to lodge a consumer complaint against them.

                Today (@11:56am, 26th Oct2020) again the call came from Flipkart forcing me to cancel this order & place again.

                Could you please take necessary action against Flipkart. I don't want to cancel the order as got discount on it.

                I have asked them to give Gift Card worth rupees ~2150 as current market price of product is 7999 in Flipkart & i ordered at 5849 rupees, but they have disconnected the call.[protected] = 2150)

                The product is well available (NOT Out Of Stock) even then they asking me to cancel. its totally a Fraud by Flipkart to save money.

                Today afternoon (28th Oct2020), Got a call from social media Flipkart team & they also saying you HAVE to cancel the Order Otherwise we will cancel the Order. & instead of 2200 rupees discount they are providing 600 rupees coupon, that too after 10 days of re-order. what a Fraud they are !!

                Firstly why they come up with BIG Billion Days Sale if they want customer to cancel the order later once the sale is over & price get increased...

                See the pricing details .. I got 2200 discount on current MRP during BBD sale.

                Not getting help from any of the team..Just feeling helpless !!
                This is totally FRAUD by Flipkart.

                Issue is Not resolved yet... Product still NOT delivered.. Reorder the product from your end... I wont pay anything extra, already paid the price...
                Kindly provide me the Gift Coupons of worth rupees 5150 as current price is 10, 999 rupees & i have ordered it on 5849 rupees.
                10, 999-5849 = 5150 so Simple. I am not responsible for the issues at your Courier or Seller end.
                You should & are responsible for managing that.
                Customer should not suffer !!

                  My account has been erroneously blocked by the system with justification being given that, I made high returns, which is certainly not the case.

                  I purchased goods worth 18K during the big billion and not even a single return I raised.
                  I highlighted only one concern regarding a missing item (Worth Rs. 201).

                  Inspite of getting any positive resolution of the issue raised, my account was blocked instead.

                  I believe we are still living in a democratic country and we have the rights to speak and raise our concerns.

                  P.S- I challenge the company to give me the details of return orders which they are saying quite a lot in the history which I believe only one or two in Last 3 years.

                    I have ordered a vega helmet on 19 th October which was received today 25th october . So while i was checking out the helmet it came to my notice that the helmet looks good in outside but not well as expected in the inside ...the sides inside the helmet seems to be not glued at all, its not something which can be expected in a safety thing . I wanted to attach the pictures but there's some issue while uploading them
                    I hope to hear from flipkarts side soon ... I'm looking for a replacement . I would like to bring this to their attention and make satisfactory decision ASAP

                      Ordered Realme X3 (Arctic White, 128 GB) from Flipkart on 15/10/2020 and received the same on 18/10/2020. After receiving the product I noticed it to be faulty and buggy both in terms of software and hardware. The phone's condition is not the same as its described in their website which is misleading their customers like me and many others. It always used to get freezed when I open even any lightweight application and I have attached a video along with this as a proof when the phone is getting hang and freezed and when I contacted Flipkart regarding my issue they don't seem to help me get a replacement for the faulty product.

                            The item description on website does not specify this to be a second hand device and I purchased it as they were selling new mobile handset.
                            When the device arrived it started to malfunction as it is not connecting to any of the network even when tried with multiple sim cards.
                            This was supposed to be new piece but when I received the mobile it seems like a used one with minor scratches.
                            When I placed return order the product the technician found you have fraudulently sent me incorrect device as the IMEI on my bill does not match the IMEI of my the mobile device I received.

                            I again called their customer service to raise a complaint and they promised me to resolve this by 26 Oct 2020, however on 23 October they themself closed my return request without contacting me.
                            I visited Nokia service center and they denied that they can not provide service under warranty as the IMEI on mobile and Invoice is mismatch.
                            I want complete refund of my amount ASAP and please take away your malfunctioning device. I also wish to be compensate as my work has been severely affected as I am unable to receive any calls from my office as I am working from Home and this is causing me too much trouble.

                                I purchased a Motorola One Fusion+ phone which arrived on 17th October 2020, On 21st October 2020 we filed a return request for a replacement of the phone. However the seller sent a tech to verify the phone and the tech agreed that the phone is buggy and has heating issues and mentioned he will send the return authorization. Now today I received an message from Flipkart saying that the return request was rejected. Don't understand what is going on. I requested for exchange with the working product, and if they can't do this. this is shame and fraudulent.

                                  Hello team, I have ordered Kodak Led tv through Flipkart and it got delivered 3 days back but it's not installed till now. My Flipkart order I'd is OD[protected].Myservice request number for the Installation and Demo with jeeves is FINK-EUEO06-29MVH8-0Q4V2G-39QHXW5. Its written in Flipkart product details that installation will be done within 48 hours of delivery but now it's not installed even after 3 days. If I contact customer support there is no proper update. Can you please look into my problem and get my product installed ASAP

                                    I have purchased the laptop from Flipkart.com in Big billian sale, My Product delivered on 18 october 2020, When I open the Box the on the device then Device keyboard not working, Then i call to customer care for replacement they told me for wait due to product is out of stock, so i wait then i call to asus customer care and raised the complain, asus field engineer come to my home and diagnosis my device and result was that my keyboard was faulty, he suggest me to contact to flipkart and replace the product. then i call to customer care and ask to raise my replacement request, then flipakart support executive said that your account is blocked so he cannot raise replacement request. there was no option for my solution, i call many times but same response from flipkart customer care, now 4 days has gone and flipkart has 7 days replacement policy. and getting same reply from flipkart backend team, also flipkart is not giving me the invoice of the products so please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

As today was Holiday I just inquired about change of Address for my Pickup in customer chat service.. But without my request they have cancelled my return.. While again asked in chat they are saying Technical issues.. Because of their mistakes why should I wait.. And response also very poor..I[censored] want even I can say the names of the customer executive.. For the simple cancellation I have called around 4-5 times.. It's a way you treat a customer..

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        I have received a product MS BOTTOM Glv100 Nitrile Surgical Gloves (Pack of 100) against Order No.OD[protected] an amount of Rs. 799/- after discount. But today I received the same. it is found that the same product's actual amount is Rs.650/- inclusive of all taxes as mentioned in the cover packet. This type of cheating activities is viewed very seriously. The photocopy of the cover packet are enclosed herewith for your reference and further necessary action to refund the balance amount at the earliest.
