      At 15 October I ordered POCO M2 PRO on BBD sale.
      On 16 October I received the phone but
      When I switch on the device it got weird lines on display. I thought that it may be some software issue, but after updating software it still have those lines.
      Altough I immediately applied for refund because the black varient got sold out.
      They messaged me that it got resolved within 72 hours, till now nothing happens.

        I ordered 1 mobile worth rupees 18499, its aa COD order, when delivery boy came he send me payment link, and i paid him amount, my transaction is successful, amount got deducted but delivery boy said that he did not received any amount, and go back with phone. so i complained to flipkart they accept that yes payment was successful, but they just pick my call, do nothing, put my phone on hold, long waiting, . everyday it just very frustrated but neither they deliver phone nor refund my amount, now they just passing this day by day after all confirmation with bank, flipkart still they just time pass everyday, do nothing just giving me time day by day, very frustrated, ... very very pathetic service...

              Fraud Order ID:OD[protected] The Issue that I have experienced was: When I was ordering the samsung AC it was showing 1.5 ton variant on site and i ordered the same.But at the next moment when i checked it showed 1 ton AC has been ordered.When i tried to cancel there was no option to cancel and i call customer care many times either to cancel my order or replace it with 1.5 ton we are ready to pay the balance amount. It occurred on: 16/10/2020 Do exchange and replace the product with 1.5 ton I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.Moreover in Invoice there are 3-4 sellers GST is mentoned of seller whose name is not anywhere in invoice.CIN no is mentioned in which company doesn't even exist.It is totally fraud.I am going to complaint it to MCA and GST and make sure flipkart will cry

                I ordered an analog wall clock. Instead I received a photo frame . I placed the replacement twice and each time some other brand and different clock came . Lastly I issued the request for refund. When the delivery boy came, he refused to take the product and told to file a complaint saying brand mismatch.

                      Hello,
                      I am Shrutika Pilke, I had placed an order on 15th October and on 16th October I placed an cancellation request before even getting the order packed.
                      In my Flipkart app it was showing me "cancellation requested" but when I tried to track the cancellation request it was showing me your order has been shipped. And the order was delivered to me this morning (17th October) I had placed an cancellation request and when I tried to contact customer care service they told me that my cancellation request has not been placed where as in my Flipkart app even now the status of the product is "cancellation requested". I'm attaching some screenshots as a proof so that it will be easier for you to understand.
                      I don't want this product and I want my money back.

                      I contacted Flipkart customer service several time but did not got a single proper answer for my problem. So I tweeted them about my issue, they contacted me to resolve the problem but to be honest I have faced a lot of problem just to get my money back.First they rejected my refund because of there policy and it was not even my mistake it was there technical issue and my refund got rejected. But after some days they contaced me again and was ready to give me the refund, and finally I got my refund. But they have the worst customer service.Just a small tip from my experience if you are not getting a proper answer for your problem just tweet them or cantact them through social media then only they will give attention to you and just don't give up.

                        Sir,

                        I have not done any POS transaction using my Allahabad Bank debit card but It shows 2 transection done by POS PRCH FLIPKART, 1st of Rs.1299 on dated. 13/10/2020, Transection no.[protected].. and 2nd of Rs. 1163 on dated 16/10/2020, Transection no[protected]..
                        We get the message of only second Transection on 16/10/2020 so I came to know about it. Bank person was not taken my complain today, they ask to come on Monday.

                          I had ordered a laptop worth 84890 on Flipkart with order ID OD[protected]. I used Online Banking Services to pay for the same and the amount has been deducted from my account. I have the E-receipt for the successful transaction which I am attaching below. The money had been deducted from my account and the order was not placed because they claimed that there was no response from the bank. When I tried to contact the help desk they informed me that I would either get an order confirmation or a refund confirmation within 24 hours, which I did not.

                          I had ordered a phone during sale and paid through upi .money got deducted but payment was still shwing pending. my order got canceled because delivery man told me that it is a payment mode is cod. Its been 45 days and still i didnt got my money back. npci and phonepay also confirmed it thaylt money has been reached to the merchant but flipkart is not responding to this. I want my refund.

                            I have order Samsung galaxy f41 my amount was debited but order was not place successfully payment failed but till now after 24 hours I have not received refund back please solve my issue. I have place my order on 16 Oct 12:39am .

                            The problem was first time order failed amount was debited I thought it would felt due to some reason so I tried four five time order was not place again because first time only amount got debited ..so sir please refund me back me immediately I want to purchase mobile.

                              I have purchased Kodak Android TV, 50 Inches-1 No. from Flipkart on 15 August’20 amounting to Rs 26499/- (Invoice attached) along with complete Protection warranty amounting to Rs 2099/- (Total expense Rs 28, 598/-), which got delivered on 20 August’20. Initial 15 days it was working well but from 3 September’20 onwards it started creating problem. When I switch on the TV, its light got green but nothing is visible on screen. Only sounds are coming but picture is not coming. (Images and videos are attached for your ready reference)
                              I have registered complaints on flipkart complete protection against the problem which I am facing with new Kodak Android led TV. My Complaint no CLCP[protected] KODAK 50 INCH LED PROBLEM. After complaining, one Technician visited my place, checked the TV and told that the Panel of the TV is not working. And after that no response received.
                              I had contacted talk to owner of Service centre on his mobile no [protected], which is in Faridabad. He informed me that he is unable to upload the documents on Jeeves site, as this site is not working from last 3 to 4 days.
                              I am very much upset with the services which Flipkart is serving. Flipkart and seller has provided defected TV to me which is not even working. My new TV got dead within 35 days. This is totally unacceptable. Why should I pay Rs 28, 598/- for this defected TV? If they change panel then there is no guarantee that it will run for a longer period. I will not keep this defective piece any longer with me.
                              Hence, I need either total refund or replacement of this defected TV with new TV. I am lodging report in consumer court against Flipkart, service centre and Jeeves to get this issue resolved.

                                  My account ([protected]@gmail.com) has been blocked and no refund has been issued for wrong and incomplete delivery by seller twice for my order I.D. ID OD[protected].
                                  Emailed several times(Oct 30, 2019, 10:22 PM, Oct 31, 2019, 10:20 AM)
                                  to customer care and escalated to grievance Officer and CS-head but no resolution,
                                  Attempting once more to unlock my account after a long time.
                                  Incidence in detail:
                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  My account has been blocked and no refund has been issued for wrong and incomplete delivery by seller for my order I.D. ID OD[protected]. Because of seller's fault you are blocking buyer account instead of seller, it is highly unacceptable. I had raised my concern with your team, they are giving same dumb reply everytime without understanding the concern (We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.) Below is the detailed mentioned matter:

                                  Its highly unfortunate that my concern has not been addressed despite raising it thrice. This time i am putting my concerns point wise so that it may be clear to you team and i want resolution for all my 3 concerns/problems. Kindly gave answers separately for all my concerns listed below.

                                  Concern no. 1. Wrong and incomplete order received: In short, i had received only one quantity instead of 4 quantities for replacement order (ID OD[protected] that too wrong product which was provided to me because i received wrong product first time too. No action has been taken so far to address it despite raising the concern thrice.
                                  Details of incident: I had ordered 5 quantities each having two boxes of Kamasutra Skyn condoms as per seller listing on 4th Oct 19 with order ID OD[protected] but I received wrong brand Moods condom 5 qty and 10 boxes. When I contacted customer care they offered replacement and i accepted it . I also put an another order of same item from another seller KPcreations also with Order ID OD[protected] .
                                  Replacement for one quantity arrived on 20 Oct 19 (Sunday) and was delivered but again it was wrong brand Moods condom. Next day on 21 Oct 19 ( Monday), i received my order from another seller KPcreations (Order ID OD[protected] and was delivered, but that was also wrong brand delivered for which i raised concern and refund was issued. But the replacement order for 4 quantities were not delivered but on 21 Oct 19 ( Monday) but in my account status changed to delivered. I raised the concern for same but it has not been addressed so far. Photo attached below as proof.

                                  Concern no. 2. Getting error, for raising return request :When i try to raise the return request for any other product it shows error that i am giving unsually high number of return requests. That is caused due to delivery of wrong product by seller for my past 6 orders described above. Before this incident i don't have any significant return requests, This error is on part of seller not of buyer kindly correct it

                                  Concern no. 3: My account is blocked because of above incident.

                                  Kindly do the needful as this is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I have described the incident in very possible detail.

                                    I have created a flipkart account two years back with a mobile number, few months ago i lost that mobile phone and the number.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                        I ordered a phone and cancelled it on 3rd oct they said i will get my refund on or before 13th oct but still i havent received it. I contacted flipkart they said the seller has refunded my money and gave a refund ID which i checked with bank and that doesn't exists. My orded ID is OD[protected] and the refund reference id which they gave is 17203010279039818178873
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
