Yesterday on 16/09 at 4:03 pm, we placed an order for himalaya combo pack and the order is in pending state till now. My amount of rs.429/- is deducted but the order is still in pending state there is no response from your team.
The customer service team cannot see the order details. While the amount is debited from the account, on asking the team to check with the backend team they refrained it.
