    Flipkart Brought Big Billion Days With Massive Offers On 15th October 2020, And I Got Attracted Towards Their Offers. So I Decided To Order Bluetooth Speaker, So I Did. I Did Payment Through Google UPI, And The Money Got Deducted From My Bank Account. But On Their End, They Are Saying That They Didn't Received Any. I Am 100% Sure That They Received My Payment But Refusing. On Their Application It's Showing "Order Not Placed". I Contacted Them But They Haven't Resolved Yet. I'm Attaching A Proof Of My Payment.

    Flipkart didn't hep me with this. Flipkart don't even care your money. I had struggled a lot with Bank, then I got my refund.

        I am aalind shukla recently ordered a acer Nitro 5 Ryzen 7 laptop priced 74990 in sale on 15 th of October 2020 at 1 pm, and my amount got deducted from my bank account and the order got placed, just the next moment a message came saying that the order is cancelled due to high demand and limited stock, but that product still was on their products list and wasn't out of stock/ showing available.
        This is just a cheating flipkart had done/ Their any issues/ or whatever, i really feel cheated as being CSE student i really needed that laptop for my study, but now i am leftover with 0 amount.

          Flipkart — due to Flipkart pay later account cibil report showing loan of 5000 by idfc first bank even there is no any due.
          Even when I requested the closer of my pay later account they refused to do that. I requested them to permanently closer to my Flipkart account and that is closed too.

          And now I got the new Mail that my pay later account limit is increased.

          This is totally hilarious.

              I ordered "Ubania Collection 144 TC Cotton Double King Printed Bedsheet (Pack of 2, Multicolor)", Order ID: OD[protected] on 29th September, 2020 and I received a damaged product. The Product is having a 7 days return policy and I created a return request on the same day. After creating a return request, I was given a date of 4th October, 2020 for pick up. No one came to pick up the product on 4th OCtober, 2020 and Flipkart is delaying return by saying a technical issue. Today is 13th October, 2020 and the product is not yet picked up. Initially, Flipkart gave me 4th October as a pick up date, then they gave 6th October, then 8th October, then 9th October, then 10th October, then 14th October and then 17th October. Today, I got a call saying that the return request is cancelled at the seller's end. I just don't understand why would a seller cancel a return request when a 7 days return policy is mentioned. Even though the seller doesn't accept, I consider flipkart as responsible for this issue because the policies are not enforced properly on sellers. Please see the attached image of the damaged bedsheet and pillow. Please help with the return of this Product. For the order mentioned above, everyday I have to call Flipkart customer care and create a new issue. Everyday, Flipkart marks the issue as resolved without any resolution. Why does this happen? What is wrong with Flipkart? This is pure cheating and fraud.

                On Oct 15, 2020 I purchased a Asus Laptop from flipkart . After payment the money was deducted from the Account but the order hasn't been confirmed yet but my money is gone. 30 - 90 minutes waiting time was given but now its been hours and my order is not placed . I want my refund as soon as possible.

                    I purchased a realme c15 from flipkart today afternoon. After payment and money was deducted from the Account the order hasnt been confirmed yet but my money is gone.
                    30 - 90 minutes waiting time was hiven but now its been hours
                    I want the order cancelled and my money refunded or the order should be confirmed as soon as possible.

                      I placed a order by flipkart and when delievry boy come to deliver my product, he share me flipkart payment link and i pay 881 and my bank debit amount successfully as date on[protected] by phone pay and, amount debit entry clerly showing in my bank statment to amount transfer in flipkart but flipkart delivery boy not deliver my order to me he says they dont receive amount, and after 3 attempt my order is cancelld but till now i am not receive my refund amount and when i call to customer care to 3/4 time, they all time says me that saller not receive amount, please help me my amount successfully debit by my bank please refund my amount as soon as possible

                            I have been using my account since 2013 with the mobile number [protected] and flipkart suddenly blocked my account due to high returns. I would like to ask flipkart if the seller is not sending the corrrrect what are you blocking our account? In my case seller didn't send the items that i have ordered. Request you to unlock my account as a ONE TIME EXCEPTION.

                                Hi sir/Madam my name P Kavithalayan I am working in chennai ordered a hemt watch Rs 652/- and an electric kettle Rs 512/- on June 24 2020 in Flipkart since there was defect and quality is not I returned the product and asked for refund Flipkart says the will be completed before 24th July now more than three months over still my amount is not refunded I complained to Flipkart many times but they disconnected my phone call every time without giving proper reply I also tweeted to Flipkart regarding my refund but no reply from them kindly take necessary actions against them and I need my refund please help to get the refund my money 1164/- so that I will grateful to this consumer complaint forum I also attached my statement also kindly check and help me to sort this issue

                                  Recently i was blocked on flipkart gamezone with error "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". I was also blocked from the video zone saying that some kind of ‘suspicious activity’ was related to my account.
                                  Upon contacting them through Twitter I received a very vague reply and then when I asked about them to elaborate their reply they just stopped replying to my DMs. I was not satisfied with the response and they still closed the complaint.
                                  I have two issues as for now,
                                  1. What exactly is the ‘suspicious activity’ related to my account? Or what T&C has been violated by my account?
                                  2. What action can be taken by you against your customer care executives for closing the complaint w/o my consent and for not addressing my further queries?

                                    Recently from 6-7 months i am trying to exchange my nokia 3 mobile on flipkart. But there are issue with my iemi number i am providing correct iemi number but that says your iemi number not matching with your nokia 3 device...

                                    But if i exchange other online shopping app like amazon there are successfully match iemi and device...

                                    From last 2 months i am trying to contact with consumer care but they don't have enough information about this topic...

                                    Please solve this problem immediately and informed me..

                                      I had booked a flight through Flipkart travels. The flight was cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. The airlines company refunded the amount on 15th of July. I have contacted Flipkart almost hundred times but they still did not issue the refund. All they are saying is ‘we are working on this’. It has been over 3 months. Everytime I am calling the customer care they are saying we are raising a complaint. Not even replying to mail.
