I have ordered Samsung Galaxy A50s from flipkart on 15th Oct 2020 12:03 pm . I paid via sbi debit card . Although amount deducted from my account, it has crossed 1 day already but the order is still in pending. Whenever I am speaking to customer care they are saying that they can't find the order.

    I have ordered a POCO C3 Mobile phone from Flipkart as a part of Big Billion sales. The amount of the product was 7660, in which i used 13 super coin as well (I had super coin balance in my account). I have used Google Pay UPI as the payment method and the amount was successfully debited from my account and successfully credited to the respective flipkart account([protected]@indus). But when I checked the order its showing "Order not placed your payment was not confirmed by the bank".
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I am Bhoomaiah Jadi from Mancherial, Telangana. I had done payment 2 times for the product realme 7 for which, I had requested a refund amount of 14999. I also got a confirmation message about refund on 25sep2020, but still didn't get any refund. I have been in contact with Flipkart customer care more than 10times but no one had resolved my issue. They once have us a reference number of the refund, but the bank told us that there was no amount refunded into it. I also contacted grievance officer, and they asked us to send my bank statement to [protected]@flipkart.com but still there is no response. Fedup with all these things I felt to raise a complaint on Flipkart.
        Reference number:[protected]. Please accept my complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

        Hello iam already said that iam visited bank and I had done complaint against the reference number which seller provided.the bank manager said there is no money in your general account for the reference number.and I have the witness for refund iam attaching my bank statement of 25 sep 2020.Iam not kidding please take it complaint as serious it's 14999.please provide proper reason and resolve this issue.

          I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20plus grey colour 128gb model smartphone on 15th october 2020 in the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. I placed the order at 1235pm and my order got accepted. I made payment of Rs. 48749 via my mother's SBI debit card. The status of the order was 'placed. Will be delivered by 19th october' throughout the day but at night my order got auto-cancelled by Flipkart and the reason for cancellation is written as 'cancelled due to high demand and limited stock'. Order ID: OD[protected]. The website now displays that refund will be deposited in my account till 19th october. This has caused me great discomfort and disappointment. An e-commerce company should not accept orders if they can't deliver it/have limited stock. It is 1049am on 16th October and the Flipkart website still shows Samsung galaxy S20+ as 'In Stock'. If my order got auto-cancelled due to limited stock, how come the website still displays the product to be in stock.

                    I had ordered Samsung Galaxy F41 phone in big billion days sale through www.flipkart.com. I got the confirmation that "Your order has been placed" but in the morning I got a message that your order has been cancelled by Flipkart due to high demand and less stock.

                    This is just an exploitation of a customer. If they did not have that much stock then why did they place my order and took money from my bank account ? What's the reason behind this. Are they going to take money doing such tricks and then invest the money in some stocks and all and then giving back the money to customers !!! Or what they are trying to do.
                    This shows that they are incompetent.

                    Please do the needful.

                            Flipkart Brought Big Billion Days With Massive Offers On 15th October 2020, And I Got Attracted Towards Their Offers. So I Decided To Order Bluetooth Speaker, So I Did. I Did Payment Through Google UPI, And The Money Got Deducted From My Bank Account. But On Their End, They Are Saying That They Didn't Received Any. I Am 100% Sure That They Received My Payment But Refusing. On Their Application It's Showing "Order Not Placed". I Contacted Them But They Haven't Resolved Yet. I'm Attaching A Proof Of My Payment.

                                I am aalind shukla recently ordered a acer Nitro 5 Ryzen 7 laptop priced 74990 in sale on 15 th of October 2020 at 1 pm, and my amount got deducted from my bank account and the order got placed, just the next moment a message came saying that the order is cancelled due to high demand and limited stock, but that product still was on their products list and wasn't out of stock/ showing available.
                                This is just a cheating flipkart had done/ Their any issues/ or whatever, i really feel cheated as being CSE student i really needed that laptop for my study, but now i am leftover with 0 amount.

                                  Flipkart — due to Flipkart pay later account cibil report showing loan of 5000 by idfc first bank even there is no any due.
                                  Even when I requested the closer of my pay later account they refused to do that. I requested them to permanently closer to my Flipkart account and that is closed too.

                                  And now I got the new Mail that my pay later account limit is increased.

                                  This is totally hilarious.

                                      I ordered "Ubania Collection 144 TC Cotton Double King Printed Bedsheet (Pack of 2, Multicolor)", Order ID: OD[protected] on 29th September, 2020 and I received a damaged product. The Product is having a 7 days return policy and I created a return request on the same day. After creating a return request, I was given a date of 4th October, 2020 for pick up. No one came to pick up the product on 4th OCtober, 2020 and Flipkart is delaying return by saying a technical issue. Today is 13th October, 2020 and the product is not yet picked up. Initially, Flipkart gave me 4th October as a pick up date, then they gave 6th October, then 8th October, then 9th October, then 10th October, then 14th October and then 17th October. Today, I got a call saying that the return request is cancelled at the seller's end. I just don't understand why would a seller cancel a return request when a 7 days return policy is mentioned. Even though the seller doesn't accept, I consider flipkart as responsible for this issue because the policies are not enforced properly on sellers. Please see the attached image of the damaged bedsheet and pillow. Please help with the return of this Product. For the order mentioned above, everyday I have to call Flipkart customer care and create a new issue. Everyday, Flipkart marks the issue as resolved without any resolution. Why does this happen? What is wrong with Flipkart? This is pure cheating and fraud.

                                        On Oct 15, 2020 I purchased a Asus Laptop from flipkart . After payment the money was deducted from the Account but the order hasn't been confirmed yet but my money is gone. 30 - 90 minutes waiting time was given but now its been hours and my order is not placed . I want my refund as soon as possible.
