I have been an account holder in flipkart for the past 6 years. I have ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart on 6th august 2020, order details are as follows

Order received on 8th august 2020. After checking the product i found that the laptop is faulty because of the slow performance and battery draining quickly. Then i made a return request on 13th august 2020 for the laptop through the flipkart account, please note that the only option available for me at that time was 'return'. Friday (14th august) onwards i was continuously in contact with flipkart customer care. The response i got from customer care was, a technician from lenovo will come and check the laptop and verify the issue that i raised. Customer care executive promised me that, after the issue confirmation from lenovo technician the laptop return will be accepted and refund will be initiated. After waiting for 6 days (From 13th to 19th august) the technician from lenovo came to my place and did some debugging and confirmed the fault. Then i contacted the flipkart customer care again, the executive told me that flipkart has not received any confirmation from lenovo. The next day the technician from lenovo visited again, this time he opened the laptop and checked and found that the promised 4gb ddr4 ram is not present in the laptop. At this point as a customer i felt cheated. I contacted the flipkart customer care again today (21st august 2020) and informed my concern about the laptop and the seller, who is trying to do a serious scam using flipkart platform. Finally the customer care executive assured me a return and refund.
After all this struggle i faced, today i received another update from flipkart saying, the laptop can not be returned but can be replaced. I request flipkart to look into this issue, since i got a promise from flipkart customer care that if the laptop found faulty the same can be returned and a refund will be initiated (Many times) without any delay.
I do not want a replacement for the following reason
1. Lost the trust in the seller, since the seller tried to cheat me by providing a fake product.
2. Flipkart customer care has promised me that the laptop can be returned and refund will be given if found faulty.
3. Already ordered and received a dell laptop from flipkart since i trusted flipkart customer care for the return and refund.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Till now i have called to flipkart customer care 30 times. Every time they are taking request and asking me to wait 48 hours. This is not professionalism and worst experience with flipkart and there is no resolution from your end.
If flipkart unable to arrange installation of product then please take back your product and refund my amount.
Otherwise i will take legal action on this issue.
This is last warning to flipkart from my end.
