Hi, I have a payment of around 3.6K which cross the 2500 threshold of EGV payment. My payment approved last month but still I have received any amount. Its been more than 60 days. I have also submitted the NON GST disclosure letter which also in pending status from long time.
I tried to contact them last month and few days back from website and their old email address as well and I haven't got any reply from their side.

Very incompetent service by Flipkart Affiliate.

    Hello there

    I got delivery of realme buds 2 headset black rma - 155 from flipkart on 23/08/2020 but the product was fake. Without any brand packaging and warrenty card. I complained to flipkart thay gave me date (26/08/2020) for issue resolve but they extended date to (27/08/2020) they did nothing on this complain. Product replacement period will be over on (29/08/2020).
    I called and complain multiple time, they did not take any action now iam in a big trouble so i want my refund my money asap.

      I had ordered a phone on 21st august 2020
      And the showed the delivery date as 24t august, then they updated it as 27th now the delivery date even has not been updated they are cheating me by giving false promises please look into the problem as i had bought this phone with the little money i had to attend online classes and they've been fooling me.

        Hi Friends,

        This is one of the incident happened to me recently with FlipKart.

        I have ordered 40” television (OD[protected] for my grandparents from FlipKart on 5th Aug’20 and 8th Aug 2020 is the delivery date that they have provided to me. But on 8th Aug, i did not receive my Television.

        After couple of follow-ups with FlipKart customer care, they have mentioned that I need to wait til 13th Aug to get a new delivery date. I did not receive any update from them. Later I have called customer care. This time they told me that they need time till 19th Aug to provide delivery date which is also did not happen. Now they have informed me that they need time till 26th Aug to provide a delivery date. This timeline also breached but there is no update.

        This is one of the weirdest thing that happen from FlipKart. In India, people are under false impression that Flipkart delivers the product in time. But in my case they were not able to provide a delivery date in 20 days. Forget delivery of the product, they cannot provide me a delivery date. This is the response I have received from one of the so called e-commerce company. They do not have a proper escalation channel to address the customer issues. Though i had already paid money for product, they did not deliver my product. Flipkart cheated me big time. May be it is very small amount for Flipkart but it is my hard earned money.

        Flipkart doesn't capable to handle Sellers. So i am not sure they are serving right product to us.

        I would suggest all of you that whenever you want to buy any product from Flipkart think twice.

        This may also happen to you. Please comment so that in future no other person will encounter same issue.

          I have already given above complaint three times. Every time company told technical visit, but no one technician come at my house. Again and again company gave dates for technical visit only but no one took any action. I faced this worst experience so pls solve my problem.

            Worst customer care from flipkart. Ordered laptop on offer. Delivery severely delayed beyond three weeks, custcare calls me and asks to cancel order&place new order (W/o offer). Commits via email to refund price dif[censored]pon product delivery.

            As requested by flipkart agent (Mr. Sujith b) on 18th august 2020 via both email and phone, i had cancelled my old order (Order # od[protected] and placed a new order for the same product at a higher price. My new order id is od[protected], and it has been delivered to me. Intimated flipkart immediately. After a week of no response, now they bluntly refuse to refund the price difference! Cheats to the core.

                  But I dont know why suddenly its showing in flipkart that everything I order is either out of stock or not deliverable for my pincode. Why is this happening?

                    Hello,

                    I have ordered "fabrify baby reversible round bedding tub set cum mattress" on 6th august. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th august. Regarding this delivery issue, i have contacted the customer care. There are around 8-10 calls made for this issue to the customer care.

                    Initially i was promised that the product will be delivered by 17, then 20, 21, 22 and 24, 26, 27 and now 31. These are all the dates i was told that the product will be delivered.

                    I am not getting the cancel order option and the same goes with customer care as well. Because it is with the courier facility. They are asking me to cancel the order once the wish master calls me. I totally lost hope whether the wish master will call me or not.

                    I would request you to intervene and assist me to atleast get my order delivered asap. And take strict action for the delay in the order delivery. Even i asked for a senior member for a call back to explain the issue related to the order delivery. I have not received any call yet.

                    Today I got the replacement and the product which got delivered today is used and damaged one. It is really disappointing a lot. I want an explanation.

                      Ordered a bed worth 34k (Od[protected] on 7th august and the product was delivered on 20th august.

                      We raised a complaint on 21st that the delivery status has not yet been updated, please update and send for installation.

                      We also then uploaded all proofs of the delivery.

                      Since the status is not yet delivered after 9 days of delivery, the product is getting damaged and we cannot return/replace the product nor the installation has started.

                      After following up 100s of time, call, mail etc, the customer executive is only making due dates extension starting from 25th august, 26th august, 31st august and now 3rd september.

                      After requesting several time to ask senior executive to call back, no call received, neither any solution provided,.

                      Status of the product is still not delivered and hence no installation started.

                      Customer issues are not addressed properly.

                      I only want the status to be reflected as delivered so that further action can be taken.

                        I have bought a phone from flikpkart in 18august 2020 for whuich i paid 13999 rupees in advance. Tge expected delivery date was 28august but yet the product us not delivered, they also provided wrong information about courier partner they are showing e com express as their courier partner and shipping product by ekart flipkart also provided wrong tracking id and when i complaint on twitter tgen they provided true tracking id.

                            Dear flipkart & ambrane,
                            I bought ambrane 27000mah power bank on 17 may 2020 through flipkart. I was happy, but now it is not working properly, and i am very disappointed with this product. When the power bank is connected to the mobile phone, it does not charge the mobile phone. It automatically turns off the power bank after 1-2 sec. But the power bank is not charging while charging it. no response to the toll-free number of ambrane and flipkart customer service, i have made many phone calls.
                            Kindly do refund my money, change this power bank, otherwise ambrane and flipkart will file an fir against the company.

Since the product was delivered to you on 19th May 20, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                            I would like to inform you that there has been no response from the authorized service center Ambrane yet. I assume my product will not be repaired and the product is under warranty. Therefore, I request Flipkart not to sell any inferior quality products on Flipkart.

                            Note - I suggest to all friends that you do not buy any products from Flipkart. I bought an Ambrane 27000mAh power bank (fast charging, 18 W) from Flipkart, but this is a poor quality product and Flipkart is now selling inferior quality products.

                              We bought a brand new poco m2pro by trying a lot (Flashsale). We put great effort to buy a phone as it is a pandemic period and short of money. After all the hardwork and effort, were so happy when it came.
                              After unboxing we directed phone to charging after that we saw something like a "display damage" (I don't know what's the exact word for that)
                              Can you believe that a brand new phone with lot of excitement changed to grief all of sudden.
                              As we believe flipkart is one of the best trusted and good group we ordered and gave money
                              Its the responsibility of flipkart to check the products they are selling.
                              Either need a replacement or compensation.

                                I order my product on 28th July 2020, and dilivered on 1st aug 2020.

                                I received my product is totally different brand, I order a desktop of DGCAM Core i5 (8 GB DDR3/500 GB/ Windows 10 Home / 512 MB/ 17.1 inch screen / All in Computer 12310)

                                But I received different brand i.e Monitor is "Crystal" brand and keyboard and mouse is "Intex" brand.

                                This order replacement policy is 10 days.

                                I request for replacement on 1st day of delivery but this request is cancelled by seller.

                                I request for replacement 2nd and 3rd times but this request is cancelled by seller.

                                Please concern my query and help to replace my order.

                                I already have 25 days of my query but not solve by seller.

                                  On date 18 aug i tried to brought a laptop on flipkart and when i paiy for it a amount of 49998 was debited from my account and transfered to flipkart internet priv as printed on my passbook and my bank also said that the amount was successfully transfered to flipkart but when i call i call flipkart they said that we didn't received amount i have given every proof that proves that the amount was transferred to flipkart seller please help.

                                    I ordered poshak women printed flared kurta, order id : od[protected] is actual delivery date is 25th august 2020. But till today 27th august 2020 the product is not delivered... Our delivery area is not under containment zone, triple lockdown etc... This is the 3rd product is going to be cancelled... On ordered time showing delivery is available, then why make these type of issues... Now the product is also be out of stock...
                                    I also agreed to pickup the querier from the delivery agents mentioned locations...
                                    Do the needful early as possible...

                                      After playing YouTube when we exit to come back on cable tv the tv turns black and it has to be turned off and turn it on back again then it becomes normal .We bought the tv on May 25 2020 and have started facing issue.
