    I continue trying to order the mobile phone using my gift card but Flipkart is always canceled my order continues from 5 days. I only buy the gift card to buy the smartphone from the Flipkart I need helo to order the smartphone or to another solution is only the refund my gift card because I am buying for the purchase the smartphone If I am not able to buy the smartphone than no use of my gift card if I am not able to purchase the smartphone from the Flipkart there is only 2 solution is 1st is complete my smartphone order or 2nd one is refunded my gift card of total 10, 000. The gift card amount was 10000 this is unfair with me when I buy the gift card but If I am not able to order whatever I required to purchase than there is no use of purchase the gift card of huge amount 10, 000 this is no a small amount please solve my issue asap. If I am not able to buy the smartphone using my gift than there is no use o[censored]sing your service or buying the gift card of the 10, 000.
    I contact the Flipkart customer support team through toll-free and than I am trying to reach out to solve my problem but they said that you need to wait for some time and I am already waiting. and another response was they clearly said that you are right now not able to but a smartphone from this account but I want the clear and logical answer from the Flipkart. They said that if you are not able to buy a smartphone then you buy another item from Flipkart using your gift card but if I buy a gift card for a specific product then why I buy another product when I don't want to buy.
    I am contacted with and whenever I asked them about the response to my complaint using my complaint number than they said they didn't register a complaint against this number the complaint number is IN[protected], IN[protected].
    Only there is I want only two solutions 1 is want to buy a smartphone or 2 refunds my gift card voucher.

      "maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever I am trying to place an order. It is not for a single product it shows for a brand. I have been using Flipkart for years. The other e-commercial sites don't have this problem. Is this any bug or something. Anyway I'm fed up with this.

        I have ordered a phone on flipkart date 15 august . which they promise to deliver on 21 august. they failed to deliver a product. then they promise anther date 22 august . also on 22nd august they could not deliver a product.
        then they promise that they will deliver by 26 august. also on 26 august they failed to deliver after all of these my product was getting delivered tomorrow.
        but with-out consulting me they cancelled my order with out any notification.
        my product was on EMI. one emi was deducted from my account.
        they have been wasting my time since last 18 days i want money for the time that they've wasted of mine and want my product also.

              I have bought Realme Buds 2 from Flipkart few days ago. It is totally a fake product with different design, duplicate packaging and very bad sound quality. I am very disappointed from Flipkart for giving me a Fake Product which is totally different from Original Product as shown in the Pictures on Flipkart App. My Brother has real Realme Buds 2 so I have clicked images of Original Product and Duplicate Product and highlighted the difference in both products. Please give my money back and shame on you for sending fake product and making fool of your customers.

                    On 19.08.2020 I had placed an Order Id: OD[protected] for Prestige 60002 240 mm Pressure Cooker Gasket. I received 1 (one) packet containing both the gaskets on Aug. 25, 2020. On measuring one gasket I found it to be very large more than the size I ordered i.e. 240 mm. So I initiated a request for refund of both on Aug. 26, 2020. On Aug. 27, 2020 the packet was picked up.

                    I received a refund of Rs. 85.00 for only 1 (one). This is to request you to please initiate refund of the second one which was returned along with the other one in the same packet.

                      I ordered LG tv with product I’d (OD[protected] on 14th Aug that is to be delivered on 19th Aug. Deliver person told me that since it’s broken so it will be delivered in next three days. Nots it’s 2 Sep and. not even a proper date is given to me. Every time I connect fliptkart customer care they keep on saying we will rectify this issue in next 24-48 hours. I am hearing this every day and now they not even cancelling my order. I asked to connect me to higher management so for every call they please call after 2 hrs as no one is available. Kindly help me to rectify this issue.

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                The pick up for my dell laptop (Order id - od[protected] was scheduled twice and no one visited my house regarding the pickup and rejected my request basis fake reason that there was a product mismatch. I am been trying to get this resolved but the flipkart team is not helping me and they are putting false reasons to reject my request. This is against the policy and i request the indian consumer complaints forum to take strict action against flipkart.

                                  I have returned a product with
                                  Order ID - OD[protected].
                                  I raised number of issues for my refund. but support staff is either stupid/or flipkart as a whole is fraud.

                                  I have told them, My registered number is not functional. But still they send me link to my old number to fill my bank details. And this has happened number of times. Same things they just keep on repeating. ###!!!

                                      I had my flight tickets booked via Flipkart Travel for dates 2nd April COK to IDR and 23rs April COK to IDR.
                                      But due to Covid 19 the flights got cancelled. As for the refund we were initially told that Indigo Airlines (Flight I had booked in) have created a Credit Shell for which I had got respective mails as well from Indigo Airlines.
                                      But last month I came to know that as per govt regulations travel agents were refunding the amounts stuck in the credit shell.
                                      So when I inquired about the credit shell amount to indigo they said, they have already given the respective amount to my travel agent FLIPLART Travels on around July 1st week for both my credit shells.
                                      I've been asking flipkart to cancel my bookings last month onwards but till date they haven't been able to do so. All what I get to hear from their side is that the cancellation is under process even though they say that the first booking 2nd April booking ID FF[protected] has been cancelled on July 4th 2020 and 23rd April booking FF[protected]has been cancelled on 7th July 2020, the status is their app and website still states as Cancellation Pending..
                                      And according to thier representatives as long as the status is under pending.. Refund is under process.

                                      Sir/Madam, I humbly request you to please look into the matter and help me get my refund back.. Flipkart has been blocking my refund during such tough times which in itself is a very pathetic customer service from their end..
