Regarding order no. (N[protected], in[protected], od[protected]
Dear sir,
I ordered an item from flipkart on 8th june 2020 and it got delivered on 15th june 2020. Since the item was defective, i placed request for return on 16th june 2020.
Since then, flipkart is not resolving the issue and every time they provide me new date for pickup of defective item.
Also, there is no escalation method so that i can raise my issue.

Return request raised on – 16th june 2020
Pickup – not yet done. Each time a new date is provided.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
