Before covid lockdown, i've ordered a package from flipkart worth rs. 1332 and made a payment through sbi yono app (Android). Money got deducted from my sbi account but order wasn't placed. I've tried to contact their customer support (Both flipkart and sbi) but they haven't paid attention and asked to contact sbi. Sbi in-turn are saying that flipkart have got the payment.
Both of them are just saying to ask the other party.

I'm firing a complaint against both of them (Seperate for sbi).

The payment was done and money got deducted but order was not placed. I've also contacted you earlier but still no resolving has been done from your side (Look the attached image). Bank is saying they have transferred the money to Flipkart.

        I have bought honour 9x Pro from flipkart. It was no where mentioned that this will not support Google play store.
        But after delivery the flipkart support is not accepted its mistake and the return of the product is not accepting.
        The phone is not supporting most of the app like ola, amazon prime, jio mart, yes bank etc.

          I have placed an order with flipkart for newborn baby cradel (Id od[protected] worth rs. 3300/- on 28th july. By mistake i clicked on return of the product which was immediately cancelled by me. The return period was valid till 13 the august. When i tried to arrange the cradel i found that there are missing a few items hence i was not able to use it. So i tried to return the product before 13th but there was no option provided by the flipkart team. I contacted them through their help chats and even speaking to their customer care several times but i only got fake assurances that it will be resolved. Now it's been more than 2 weeks, every time i ask them to resolve the issue they postpone it for further 2 days with no resolution. Today also same thing happened again. So i have lost trust in them and only hope that your team could help me with this.
          Request you to please guide me.

          I have been receiving fake assurances from Flipkart, earlier I was told my complain will be resolved by 15th Aug, as I didn't receive any calls so I again called them and I was assured that it will be resolved by 17th, same thing repeated again I was again asked to wait till 20th, again there was no response so when I called I was assured that It will be resolved by 24th August.
          Flipkart on its own is updating the complaint status as resolved without my knowledge.
          I am 9 months pregnant and due in next 3-4 days, I ordered this cradel for my newborn . As Flipkart failed to provide with any solution I ordered another cradel from other site. Now I just need my refund.
          Sir, I request you to please take strict action for harrasing a pregnant woman for no mistake and not providing solution for a simple return of the product.
          Hope you will help me in this regard.

            I placed a order of laptop and was delivered to me on 7th Aug and on 9th I placed a return request for pick up and 17 the Aug was given you me as pick up date in between this I received messages from ekart for pick up but no one came to pick my order then on 18th I called the Flipkart regarding the issue and they gave me 21st Aug as resolution date, but on 18th Aug at evening I received a message from ekart that you return request was cancelled .now I am stuck with a damaged laptop and on app the option of return is also not there
            How ekart could do this as without visit g they cancelled the return request.
            Now who is responsible for my loss of almost 65000
            Ekart service is worst .

            But with laptop I also purchased a attached laptop protection warranty but today I only received the laptop amount not of laptop protection

              My order ID is OD[protected]. I had placed an order for two lamps but only one was sent. I raised a request for return several times but the pathetic Flipkart customer service kept refusing my return request stating that the product was delivered. Yes, one lamp was sent but not the other lamp. Two lamps were supposed to be sent but only one lamp was sent. Now they are harassing customers by refusing return request. I have the box with me which was delivered and that can accommodate only 1 lamp and not 2 lamp. Still Flipkart is not initiating return of my product.

              Finally after emailing and calling Flipkart over a period of two weeks, Flipkart agreed to refund the amount for delivering only a partial and defective product. ***Sighs***

              Further I raised the return request twice within the 7 day window period but Flipkart customer service took more than 3 days to respond to my request and ultimately rejected the return request giving some false excuses. Since there was so much delay on the part of Flipkart, the return period is over and now I cannot raise another request. Moreover noone contacted me despite escalating the issue several times and didn't even bother to call and tell me why my request was rejected. If they would have called, I would have explained to them where they went wrong. Infact I raised the return request on the very day of delivery and still my issue is not resolved till date. Pathetic customer service and moreover so keen to harass your customers for no fault of theirs.

              I got this below email from Flipkart and then they marked it as "issue resolved". Can any lay man here make me understand how this email resolves my issue????

              Please see the attached screenshot. After I reopened the query for not resolving my issue, Flipkart sends me this response requesting to wait for resolution but at the same time, marks the issue as RESOLVED.

              I completely fail to understand this attitude of Flipkart. I guess I really need to take legal recourse now and also make this known in other social platform so that noone is cheated in future.

              Finally the complaint was resolved after 14 long days and writing/calling Flipkart several times. What a waste of time and effort for return of a missing item in a product! I really wish they were faster in resolution like Amazon. This was too simple a return request and for that Flipkart took 14 long days to refund! Buck up guys!

                I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a lenovo laptop. I purchased last month via
                Flipkart. I am most annoyed that in this brand new laptop as different letters in keyboard working continuously. So that i cannot even use it for writing a mail.
                I already sent mail to lenovo customer care and did not get any reply. I made the decision to buy the lenovo laptop because of previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave me about lenovo. However, after this experience, i feel deceived.

                    I Sourav Mukherjee would like to inform you that on 9th August I ordered multiple products with multiple gift cards from Flipkart out of which one order id-OD[protected] cancelled from Flipkart's end due to out of stock and notified me that my refund amount 399/- will be refunded to gift card wallet by 17th August.
                    Refund Id-CR20081405290820512152305.
                    But till now my wallet balance is showing 0.
                    I called customer service of Flipkart several times and wrote this matter also but no response from Flipkart's end. By phone they said that refund credited but my wallet balance is till now 0.
                    Please solve this matter urgently

                          Item despatched from Bamnoli Sort Centre on 07th Aug and promised delivery by 19th Aug 2020 but no Signs of the product having reached anywhere nearest to the delivery hub till date ie 18 Aug 2020. No such items take so long to reach Jorhat from New Delhi. All items of ordered on Amazon have reached well in time. But all such orders of Flipkart never reach. Even last time, 2 months ago consignment never reached and finally the amount was refunded however the items never reached. Flipkart is not reliable at all.

                            Very bad quality of phone are sent by this seller, i had ordered brand new poco x2 and was given a faulty refurbished phone with screen bleeding issue and tried replacing it the day i got it flipkart cx service told me replacement approved and will get the replacement within 4 days and instead sent a technican who confirmed the issue and suggested to visit poco service center instead of claiming 7 days replacement as he showed me his phone were his manager had given him instructions to cancel replacement and suggested to claim warranty within 2 days of phone delivery.

                            I have lost faith in flipkart and truenet commerce seller, I had bought 7 phones till date from flipkart and this was the worst experience and would suggest not to buy from truenet commerce or flipkart as they promote such behaviour

                              Instead of fixing the error done by the seller, flipkart is asking to provide my photo ID, and the same should match withe the order placed etc. as below. I have been asking the explanation from them why they need my personal photo ID now when return is requested and why they do not need any such details when we place the order.                                 I ordered a Lenovo tablet on 31st July 2020 and the delivery date mentioned was 6th August 2020 which was later extended till 12th August. I didn't receive the order on 12th August and raised a complaint. The complaint was supposed to be resolved by 20th August 2020. On 18th August 2020, the order was cancelled and refund processing started. But, I waited for the order for 18 days. Due to delay, I faced difficulties. What about the compensation

                                  I ordered a Laptop with exchange offer in independence day sale at[protected], The expect delivery date was[protected], but the product didn't deliver on[protected], so I contact flipkart support they said it'll be deliver by 07:00 PM of today but nothing happens and the delivery a date extend to[protected], even at[protected], I didn't get the delivery, again I contact flipkart support, this time their senior executive said that delivery partner will solve your issue by[protected], I said okay, I'll wait.

                                  But at[protected] they reject/cancelled my order and when I contact support team they said, Sir please replace your order and you'll get your last order amount soon.

                                  I said, I purchased it in the deal and now the price is increased by 5000 INR, why should order it now and when you tell me that your issue will be resolved by[protected] then at what behalf you cancelled my order. Its actually a fraud by flipkart. Its not only about the money you pay also the trust in flipkart.

                                  I get the refund at[protected].

                                    I have ordered Redmi Dual 8A mobile phone which is delivered on Aug 1st. Returned the product on Aug 8th since it is having charging issues. It is taking 3 hrs for 30% charge. But flip-kart has rejected the return request without providing any resolution steps at least. Executives called me but disconnected the call without even listening to the issue and updated the status in flip-kart as 'Issue resolved'. I have raised multiple issues on the same order but none of the executives reached me to talk about the issues through phone. I had chat with flip-kart executives but they are just extending the maximum timeline already provided by 2 days each time I talk to them. I have never seen such kind of worst behavior so far. And now they are saying return date has been exceeded when I asked for return. Still issue is going on with the extended timeline but no one is reaching me for the resolution instead i'm following up with them daily. Please help me with this.

Since the product was delivered to you on 01 Aug 20, it has crossed the seller's 7 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                                    Its true that Product is delivered on Aug 1st and as you have mentioned it has 7 days replacement period but I have placed return request on Aug 8th which is the last day of the replacement period. But the next day of replacement request it is rejected saying it has crossed return period. I don't think mistake is on my side if it is rejected after return period when I have requested for return within replacement period. Still, I raised multiple issues in flip-kart but they are not responding properly. Please let me know how to proceed further.

                                      Hi I am VARATHARAJAN I placed a Tecno spark power 2 order on August 11 2020 and I was paid the order using my debit card the product was shipped and estimated delivery date is August 17 2020 but the order was not delivered and they promised the product will delivered on August 18 2020 and I contact the wish master he told me that the product was not arrived and I contacted Flipkart representative they did not answer properly so clarify and resolve my issue order id OD[protected]

                                        On 15th August, I've ordered one Printed Men Round Neck Black, Grey T-Shirt worth ₹1, 171. The Order ID is OD[protected]. Since I got it cheaper at another website, I had to cancel the order, I made this order sing my debit card. Today is 18th but still the refund wasn't credited to my Bank Account. Kindly please check and offer the refund ASAP.
