What should i do when flipkart is not refunding my money? When i contact them, they are always saying they have credited the money, but when i check with my bank, they say no amount had been credited. It has already been 3 months.

This is regarding my Samsung M01 phone purchased from Flipkart, it is not working properly and hanging all the time, i tried to contact flipkart, they sent a technician and told there is no issue, i again requested for return and refund but they are saying that no refund will be provided. I don’t want replacement for the profuct as i don’t trust flipkart now, provide me with full refund...

I recently ordered niscomed pulse oximeter from flipkart for rs. 1999/-. However, they have delivered a duplicate product which is manufacture by contec which actual price on flipkart is rs. 851/-. Please see the attached photos.
