I ordered a Laptop with exchange offer in independence day sale at[protected], The expect delivery date was[protected], but the product didn't deliver on[protected], so I contact flipkart support they said it'll be deliver by 07:00 PM of today but nothing happens and the delivery a date extend to[protected], even at[protected], I didn't get the delivery, again I contact flipkart support, this time their senior executive said that delivery partner will solve your issue by[protected], I said okay, I'll wait.
But at[protected] they reject/cancelled my order and when I contact support team they said, Sir please replace your order and you'll get your last order amount soon.
I said, I purchased it in the deal and now the price is increased by 5000 INR, why should order it now and when you tell me that your issue will be resolved by[protected] then at what behalf you cancelled my order. Its actually a fraud by flipkart. Its not only about the money you pay also the trust in flipkart.
I get the refund at[protected].

However, the seller has completed the refund on 15 Aug 20 and it will be reflecting in your credit card by 25 Aug 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
