Hi,
My account is blocked today stating higher return to be the cause.
I have marriage at my place and hence ordered in bulk.
But unfortunately Flipkart dont see the quality of their products and sent me fake ones.
I have right to return them and did the same.
Now I just want my account to be unblocked as I have gift card amount around ₹4500 in the account.
I want that money back.
Please do the needful.

    I have booked flight ticket from Bengal ore to delhi (booking Id FF[protected]. Due to covid 19, indigo canceled and refund am out to flip kart on 25 July 2020 but it is not refunded by flip kart to me . ever time I received reply facing technical issue.
    I feel like they are cheating me even not probably taking to me. I don't know what to do know

        Hello Team,
        I have placed an order to purchase refrigerator online on 25 July. Below is the details:
        My order id: OD[protected].
        Seller: OmniTechRetail,
        Delivered defective product. In refrigerator, how they can missed to notice, that one of the leg is missing. After delivering the defective product, it has been 1 month, I have not yet received the replacement product. Every-time, Flipkart customer service give resolution TAT 7-10 days, which they are not capable of giving resolution. It keeps on extending. In website, seller is promising to deliver new products in 2 days. Both Flipkart and seller, not at all professional. They are very good in cheating customer, as no one is taking any legal action on them.
        I have sent a multiple mail to higher management, not yet received any reply from them. Flipkart customer-care, only knows to highlight the complaint and nothing else. They cannot provide resolution.

        Seller: humble kart

        I have placed an order: humble kart 3 layer fruits & vegetable trolley stainless steel kitchen trolley on 31st july. Its a flikart assured products. Expected date of delivery was 6 aug. Somewhere on 13 or 14th flipkart customer has called me and informed me that seller cannot deliver the product. I need to cancel the product and place a fresh order. But intelligent seller has disabled the cancellation option after 24 hours of placing the order. Fraud seller, now cancelling my products and not refunding my money. Flipkart is not all helping to resolve the issue. It has been a months, they have not yet cancelled my products. Raised multiple complaints to flipkart customer care to cancel my order. They are not at all helpful. Every time i call customer care, i get a new resolution date, but no progress on the case.
        Its seller who has denied to deliver the products. What is the issue to cancel the products.
        As requested by flipkart, i have already requested the new fresh order. I have already received the new order few days back. Still my existing old order, not yet cancelled.

          I had ordered the product on 7th August, and it was supposed to get delivered on 11th August. Then the delivery date changed to 14th August and then 21st of August.
          Flipkart keeps on asking me to cancel the product and buy a new one. I bought the product for Rs. 1349 and the current price is Rs. 1849... Why should I pay more due to Flipkart's or Ekart's fault?... Flipkart has no idea where is my product and are unable to track it. I need the keyboard and mouse to work on my system in this time of work from home and all Flipkart is doing is asking me to wait again and again.
          I had previously mentioned to Flipkart that I will be pursuing legal action and yet they do not seem to care.
          It is high time now and I am facing the consequences of Flipkart's and its Logistic partner's mistake. Shopping from Flipkart has clearly been a blunder!

              Sir I had ordered online mobile i kall 900 from flipkart
              After only 4 days of taking, the mobile hang problem immediately and shuts down frequently and the battery has to be removed frequently and then it turns on.
              Don't give me my mobile replace but pay

                  We ordered our refrigerator 50 days ago, delivery got delayed due to that product got stuck in an area which was marked as red zone. We understood the issue and waited patiently. Later it came to our hometown but they didn't delivered to us when we contacted flipkart they haven't given proper response in time and fridge is moved out of our town. After 2 days they called and say it was a logistics issue, please cancel and re order your product, but we didn't accepted the same as there is much variance in price. Later they cancelled it without our acceptance. When we contacted them, they're asking us to re order. When we are asking about price variance, there is no proper response from them.

                    Company: flipkart product: mobile ordee no. Od[protected] date of order: 20 july 20 date of delivery 23 july 20 date of return 20 aug 20 amount 18499 as per the consumer he ordered mobile through flipkart and he said company delivered him defective product and he applied for replacement and company again delivered him defective product and when he contacted to company they blocked his account. And give response high number of returns in his purchased history. He said he didn't return any product expect mobile kindly check his account. I have allredy share dococumt to flipkart and i am not stisfy resolution with this grievance number: 2203829 plese help me plese take legal action on flipkart and i redy sends mail to flipakat on grievance.                       I have ordered apple watch series 3 42mm aluminium case FMPP[protected]
                      on 22nd of august 2020 delivery was scheduled by ekart logistic and Flipkart on 25th aug 2020 and rescheduled on 27th aug 2020 but i am not getting any update regarding my delivery detail neither i am getting my delivery
                      Such an awful behaviour of flipkart people useless and worthless customer care people are sitting their not able to ans any single question

                      I am very disappointed with this behaviour

                      Hope i ll get my product earliest cz i have paid for that f product

                        This is to inform you that I have recently purchased a G-Shock watch worth Rs/- 9000 from flipkart. I recieved damaged packaging plus a first copy duplicate product. I requested for refund as soon as I saw it. The customer support of yours keeps on giving the TAT but never take any action to resolve the issue. Now I have to pay the EMI for the watch which I dont even use it. Why should I pay for the false and defective product . This is going on for too long and yet no action has been taken except giving the TAT. I am not that rich person who can let go this amount of money. Please look into the matter seriously and take action as soon as possible.

                        I want my product to be returned and my amount refunded as soon as possible. Please see the attached images of the product I recieved. Here is my order number OD[protected].

                          Hi, I have a payment of around 3.6K which cross the 2500 threshold of EGV payment. My payment approved last month but still I have received any amount. Its been more than 60 days. I have also submitted the NON GST disclosure letter which also in pending status from long time.
                          I tried to contact them last month and few days back from website and their old email address as well and I haven't got any reply from their side.

                          Very incompetent service by Flipkart Affiliate.

                            Hello there

                            I got delivery of realme buds 2 headset black rma - 155 from flipkart on 23/08/2020 but the product was fake. Without any brand packaging and warrenty card. I complained to flipkart thay gave me date (26/08/2020) for issue resolve but they extended date to (27/08/2020) they did nothing on this complain. Product replacement period will be over on (29/08/2020).
                            I called and complain multiple time, they did not take any action now iam in a big trouble so i want my refund my money asap.

                              I had ordered a phone on 21st august 2020
                              And the showed the delivery date as 24t august, then they updated it as 27th now the delivery date even has not been updated they are cheating me by giving false promises please look into the problem as i had bought this phone with the little money i had to attend online classes and they've been fooling me.

                                Hi Friends,

                                This is one of the incident happened to me recently with FlipKart.

                                I have ordered 40” television (OD[protected] for my grandparents from FlipKart on 5th Aug’20 and 8th Aug 2020 is the delivery date that they have provided to me. But on 8th Aug, i did not receive my Television.

                                After couple of follow-ups with FlipKart customer care, they have mentioned that I need to wait til 13th Aug to get a new delivery date. I did not receive any update from them. Later I have called customer care. This time they told me that they need time till 19th Aug to provide delivery date which is also did not happen. Now they have informed me that they need time till 26th Aug to provide a delivery date. This timeline also breached but there is no update.

                                This is one of the weirdest thing that happen from FlipKart. In India, people are under false impression that Flipkart delivers the product in time. But in my case they were not able to provide a delivery date in 20 days. Forget delivery of the product, they cannot provide me a delivery date. This is the response I have received from one of the so called e-commerce company. They do not have a proper escalation channel to address the customer issues. Though i had already paid money for product, they did not deliver my product. Flipkart cheated me big time. May be it is very small amount for Flipkart but it is my hard earned money.

                                Flipkart doesn't capable to handle Sellers. So i am not sure they are serving right product to us.

                                I would suggest all of you that whenever you want to buy any product from Flipkart think twice.

                                  I have already given above complaint three times. Every time company told technical visit, but no one technician come at my house. Again and again company gave dates for technical visit only but no one took any action. I faced this worst experience so pls solve my problem.

                                    Worst customer care from flipkart. Ordered laptop on offer. Delivery severely delayed beyond three weeks, custcare calls me and asks to cancel order&place new order (W/o offer). Commits via email to refund price dif[censored]pon product delivery.

                                    As requested by flipkart agent (Mr. Sujith b) on 18th august 2020 via both email and phone, i had cancelled my old order (Order # od[protected] and placed a new order for the same product at a higher price. My new order id is od[protected], and it has been delivered to me. Intimated flipkart immediately. After a week of no response, now they bluntly refuse to refund the price difference! Cheats to the core.
