I have order an earphone of boat bassheads 220 from flipkart on 18th of july 2020 and cancelled order my mistake on 19. It's a prepaid order! I was promised to get the refund in my card by july 30 2020.
I complaint about it on toll-free no! They just take time and not resolving my problem! They said up to 3 aug! And when i call today! They said 4 aug!
They are giving dates only! As usual! Fed up of flipkart customer services..

    Give me justice

    Dear sir/mam i am purchasing a ac but this ac identify manufacturing defect, then flipkart seller own create a return request & provide me refund options but i am totally tell him i want to be replacement but seller forcefully sent me refund options own create a return request 19july then technician visit & uninstall my product & return approved and promise date provide me 31 july 2020 & today 4 aug 2020 seller not pick up my product so i am complaint flipkart but no response.
    Already 4days ago promise date over but flipkart not resolved my issue, 1st of all seller forcefully provide me refund & now all promise date over but no response also i am complaint flipkart escalation team [incident: in[protected]] but without contact me update my issue resolved but my return request approved & also return request promise date over, flipkart fully support his seller i feel that, i am say every forum i don't want to be refund but i want to be replacement but no one listening my thoughts & forcefully provide me refund and i am setup my mind and accept this refund options and silently wait given time frame but also facing same problem.
    I am also complaint here my complaint id: 2670080 after complaint here flipkart team email me and commitment me already return request approved so you wait 3 aug 2020 completely resolved your issue but today 4 aug my issue not resolved & also all promise date crossed, seller promise date crossed & flipkart promise date crossed but my issue not resolved.

      I order samsung galaxy note 10 light on 24 july 2020, i click on urgent delivery but flipkart do not deliver after 4-6 days today 10th day but my product still not deliver. When i call costumer support the lie about.. Your product deliver today or they cut phone before give any answer. I cancel my train ticket because of late delivery.

        I purchased noise shot x1, from date of delivery it was not working then i was returned same day but after 6 to 7 days of new noise shot x1 delivery date it was cancelled from your side then i discussed to your executive but till today i did not received my product or refund please do the needful.

          I ordered black sneakers but received white instead of black and when i raised a return request then seller rejected it. They want from me to share the details of shoes and my adhaar card details and i sent them both for more than 6 times but they rejected every request of return /replacement. Return policy last date is 24th august. Called customer care executives more then 6 times but they didn't resloved my problem.

              I order mobile of rs:9999/- in flipkart flash sale.. I paid through googlepay.. Money is deducted but order not confirmed on flipkart.. So i complained them to refund my money.. Its been 20 day still they give me dates and not resolving my issue.. What should i do for refund

                I had order 2 qty of oil sunflower of gulab of rs 1558... Inclusive of all taxes paid shipping and packing. It means should get product in proper condition that when i open it should be usable
                I had received poor packing product because of that two oil container collide with each other with no precaution in it product damage during transit this happen due to poor packing all oil was leaked inside and the product also given to me old stock which is almost expired i m paying money blindly thinking i wil get order in good condition and keeping trust on flipkart and this i had recived on return
                I can't accept this product in corona pandemic condition of leakage and expired product please arrange reverse pickup and refund my money back in my original payment gateway account can't take risk on health by accepting damage and expired product from flipkart

                  This my friend order number which we are raising complaint against flipkart for not helping to him after raising the complaint to flipkart

                  I had order dal from online shopping department of flipkart because product was getting at my door and in cheap and not to go outside in corona pandemic condition

                  But i didn't knew that seller of flipkart and ekart logistics will play fun of my order...

                  Even i had paid rs 65 shipping and packing charges of the products still i had received product in damage and deffective condition

                  The product inside it was damage and materials was out of it this happen due to poor packing from seller and flipkart and small stone amd black kernel insect in the product which can't acceptable

                  The packet was damage internally i should ignore but the stones and small insect live insect i can't acceptable

                  It is against thr law so i m requesting to higher authorities of consumer department of india and flipkart higher authorities please give me the resolution from my order take this back and refund my money back in my bank account

                  I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

                    This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

                                  Ordered bed from flipkart order id od[protected]. It was supposed to be installed on 30th july. The installation guy came on 31st and said a few parts are missing and left saying he will be back the same or maximum next day with parts. Ever since the installation partner of flipkart jeeves, flipkart customer support have been totally non responsive. The installation person just keeps delaying and flipkart finally called me and said can you buy the missing parts from a hardware shop and have it installed yourself. This is just crazy and least expected. Back to amazon for me!

                                      I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

                                      The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

                                      This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

                                      Please take this back all and refund my money back

                                      And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

                                      I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

                                      And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation 

                                      I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

                                      I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

                                      Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide 

                                      Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

                                      I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

                                      This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

                                      I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

                                      I had raised the complaint of deffective ghee and damage ghee receive during transit no response i had get uptil now from flipkart totally bad smell and seal was open and it was damage internally due to poor packing please give me resolution of my order

                                      No help from flipkart about the resolution of deffective ghee allready esclated matter to cs head and grievances but no resolution team from after esclating

                                        My request / complaint was pending from january 20th 2020. It was really painful to me. No one is seriously concerned about the issue.

                                        Everyone are trying to convince me or complete there duty to call and close the case. But no one taking one step forward to close the case in smooth manner.

                                        For every alternate days they use to call and try to convince me to close the complaint or rebook the order again and once it delivered then they pay the amount.

                                        You have not helped me from last 6 months and asking again to reorder and later will pay the balance amount once it delivered.

                                        Simply i am asking to replace my damaged product. Why i will be responsible if it charges extra now?

                                        Firstly you have to deliver the right product without damage which you have failed?
                                        Next you have to replace the product without any extra charges
                                        Neither you are doing both?

                                        When i made my voice louder on earlier call before two weeks, your guys stopped calling also? And now i left alone with no result or i dont know what is the status of my request?

                                        And this is my final email which i want to find a solution... As simple as replacing my product without any other conditions...

                                        Please let me know, if it is not possible at any conditions... Will proceed legally
