Hello,

I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart. But because of soke address constraint i have to cancel the order. Order got cancelled on 17/07/2020.
16 days has been passed i didn't get the refund. Neither flipkart customer care is supporting nor their ceo kalyan ji.

    Hi,
    I dont know how many times flipkart saw this kind of complaints, as i came to know alot of these happened to many customers in 2020. I am a loyal flipkart customer for more than 6 years and i am using a single account till this year. The problem came when i recently ordered a smartphone for my friend. It was a different address than my usual address.. After the product shipped suddenly it got cancelled saying the product is out of stock.. I informed my friend about this.. That day evening when i opened fk app it show login page.. And when i tried to access my account it says "this account has been blocked. Please contact customer care". No emails or sms of account block came. So i sent them mail and they replied.. I'll attach the reply below..in that mail they are saying considering my purchase trend they think that i booked that phone for resale purpose and my acc will be blocked. I replied them i am sorry, i dont know about their rules regulation, etc (I'll attach that also).. But after that for every mail i sent they sent reply of that same mail they first sent.. Like computer generated mails.. Whenever i express my feeling towards block they only sent this computer generated mail.. I am typing all this only to consider my voice.. I am not arguing about this.. I only want my account to be unblocked.. I dont whether this block is lifelong or not.. But dear flipkart. Just think about my situation.. You just blocked my account that i have been using for more than 6 years.. I've got 800 supercoins in it, i've got 7, 000 paylater in it.. I am a regular user of flipkart.. I've spent lacks through flipkart. And as i've said i have only one mobile number and flipkart account linked to it.. So i cant use flipkart in any manner,. Flipkart is an awesome platform to buy things and i really miss flipkart.. If you guys are seeing this please unblock my account. I accept if any fualt happened from my side.. You guys already know 90% of customers dont read rules and regulatons.. We are unaware of these situations.. All i'm saying is give me a second chance as i swear i will only book items for myself only.. You can check my account if i done any fraudlent activity till 2020.. I'm ready to pay if any charge/fine is needed to pay for account unblocking. So far 2020 is my worst year, so please not this also.. I hope you guys will take an action on this issue asap.. Thank you..

    Everytime flipkart tell this same thing again and again..most probably system generated..i dont know whether its because of this corona scenes like low availability of customer support or something..but i'm just tired of this message reading again and again..atleast tell me whether this block is lifetime or for temporary..       This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

          I am a seller on flipkart and flipkart is just rejecting my spf claims every now and then.
          I have face huge loss due to flipkart as they keep on rejecting my claims and dont believe sellers for genuine spf claims and they just want to make profit from returns and they want us to suffer for there profits
          Flipkart is doing fraud with me from past 6 months
          Please take action against flipkart.

            I had received poor packing product because of that two oil container collide with each other with no precaution in it product damage during transit this happen due to poor packing all oil was leaked inside and the product also given to me old stock which is almost expired i m paying money blindly thinking i wil get order in good condition and keeping trust on flipkart and this i had recived on return

            I can't accept this product in corona pandemic condition of leakage and expired product please arrange reverse pickup and refund my money back in my original payment gateway account can't take risk on health by accepting damage and expired product from flipkart

              Flipkart failed to deliver the productorder id - od[protected] even it reaches nearest hub and it's essential commodity to me and it's just refunded my original amount. I incurred lose because of non delivery of product which was prepaid.

              I need compensation from flipkart as i incurred loss of 500 for placing another product from some other website

                I ordered mobile from flipkart for my 2 cousins living in different states as they are working so they are always busy i ordered phone for them in flash sale in which they can’t order
                Flipkart blocked my account saying i am reselling them
                Is this crime to shop for friends and family?

                      I had ordered a smartphone realme x3 on 7 july 2020 from flipkart. I received the phone on 12 july 2020 and found that the specifications mentioned on flipkart did not match to what i received. It is clearly mentioned on the website of flipkart that the phone has call recording feature. But there is no such feature in the phone which i received.

                      I then informed flipkart support team about it, so they raised a replacement request for the product. They delayed the replacement for more than 2 weeks. I got my replaced product on 29 july. But, by then i confirmed from realme support that realme x3 phone does not have call recording feature. So without opening the package i requested flipkart support team to take the replaced product back and provide me refund, since there was no point in opening the product, as the company itself have not provided the call recording feature. The flipkart support team agreed and ensured me that they will refund the amount after their technical team confirms the problem.

                      The flipkart technical guy arrived, but he did not open the box and check the issue, he said since the product is as it is there is no need to open and check the issue. He assured me that product will be returned and refund will be provided to you. But then suddenly on the same day flipkart rejected my refund request. I talked with flipkart support team, they informed that since the product is box packed and un-opened, the inspection could not been done and hence we cannot refund the amount.

                      I urged them to re-raise the request, they said me to unbox the product on call itself and then check whether same issue persist, then only they can raise the request. Again, this replaced product had the same issue, so then they raised the request and now today i got the message saying “ important update: your return request for realme x3 (Arctic white, 128 gb) is rejected due to a mismatch between the selected reason and the comments entered. Please reply to the email sent to you on your registered email address [protected]@gmail.com within 48 hrs so that the seller can fulfill your return request. Regards, flipkart”. Please note all the comments and raising of the request was done by flipkart support team, they purposely entered 2 different things to reject my request. I have mentioned the same issue more than 10 times to flipkart, even than they say there is mismatch in the reason. I am being continuously harassed by flipkart by repeatedly asking same questions, not replying to my mails and rejecting my request for no reasons.

                      It’s almost a month now since i ordered the product and my issue is still not solved. I request flipkart to give me the refund of the phone as there is faulty presentation of the specifications on their site and they are unable to solve the same through their replacement policy. Please find all the proofs of the communication, false representation and dishonest assurance from flipkart and other relevant files attached herewith this complaint. There is a hefty amount of rs 26, 000 at stake. I cannot let that amount go because of flipkart’s mistake. So, i request flipkart to kindly refund my amount.

                              My account started with [protected]. Company block my account and said u reselling mobile so ur id blocked. But i did not do anything like that... And 700 money in that account. They did not care about my account.. And did not care my money..

                                  I have created flipkart account almost 6 years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                        I have a flipkart plus member account which is banned by flipkart
                                        And the reason was last item cancel
                                        But actually that item cancel by seller due to high demand.
                                        And previously in july month i order 2 things which is successful delivered. Then why flipkart ban my account after plus member subscription. This is not as aspected from flipkart.
                                        There are 2 shopping coupons which is unused by me. Now i can't access my account
                                        Pls help me
                                        Or give my plus membership in other account and my gift voucher also which is present in my account
